Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang implementasi model pembelajaran inovatif abad 21 berbasis keterampilan metakognisi pada pembelajaran kimia. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru MGMP Kimia yang berada pada wilayah Kalimantan Selatan, yang berjumlah 132 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, presentasi, dan diskusi/tanya jawab. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan angket. Materi sosialisasi terdiri dari: (1) pembelajaran abad 21, (2) model pembelajaran yang berorientasi keterampilan metakognisi, (3) desain perangkat pembelajaran meliputi silabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), dan alat evaluasi, dan (4) contoh video implementasi pembelajaran yang berorientasi keterampilan metakognisi. Berdasarkan hasil sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang model pembelajaran inovatif abad 21 berorientasi keterampilan metakognisi, dan implementasinya. Selain itu kegiatan berjalan lancar dan besarnya antusias peserta terhadap kegiatan ini. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini peserta dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif berorientasi metakognisi sebagai alternatif pembelajaran kimia di kelas. This community service activity aims to increase teachers' understanding of the application of innovative 21st-century learning models based on metacognition skills in chemistry learning. The target of this activity is 132 MGMP Chemistry teachers throughout South Kalimantan. This activity is carried out through lectures, presentations, discussions, and questions and answers. The socialization material consists of: (1) 21st-century learning, (2) learning models oriented towards metacognition skills, (3) design of learning tools which include syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets, and evaluation tools, (4) video examples of learning applications metacognition skills. Based on the socialization results, it showed an increase in students' knowledge and understanding of the learning model, the design of chemistry learning tools oriented to metacognition skills, and examples of its application. Besides that, the activity went well, and the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. Through this socialization activity, participants can use an innovative learning model oriented towards metacognition as an alternative to learning chemistry in the classroom.

Improving the quality of education and teaching is a must and absolutely for all elements of education in this country, not except for a teacher. Good teachers are teachers who understand and understand their responsibilities and obligations. The teacher is the key actor in the learning. Teachers must follow learning trends that are relevant to current conditions, namely 21st century learning. To develop 21st century learning based on “merdeka belajar”, teachers must carry out student-center learning. The learning tools developed must have the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, and be learner-oriented. This is done by considering the readiness, interest and learning needs of students in the classroom so that they can achieve maximum learning goals and national education goals. This community service activity is implemented using a workshop method for 3 (three) days with speakers by lecturers according to their fields of expertise and in collaboration with the FOGIPSI organization. This event seeks to provide understanding, guidance, and experience for teachers in Pelalawan Regency related to 21st century learning tools based on “merdeka belajar” that are relevant to the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 7 Malang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada mitra dalam rangka pengembangan kualitas pendidikan dan pengajaran praktikum. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengenalkan media pembelajaran kimia menggunakan video tutorial tentang penggunaan test kit kadmium yang menarik bagi guru SMK Negeri 7 Malang, memanfaatkan teknologi multimedia berbasis aplikasi powtoon dalam proses pembelajaran praktikum bagi guru SMK Negeri 7 Malang, meningkatkan minat dan ketrampilan para siswa SMK Negeri 7 Malang pada praktkum kimia analisis. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan guru Kimia SMK Negeri 7 Malang. This activity was carried out by involving chemistry teachers from SMKN 7 Malang. Strengthening STEM-oriented learning is necessary for 21st century, so the development of appropriate learning models must be carried out. The aimed to of this study were analized validity, effectiveness, and practicality of STEM-based Team Games and Tournament (TGT) learning model towards the students' science process skills. This research was research and development (R&D) with a 4-D development namely; Defining, Designing, Developing, and Disseminating. The study involved 2 experts as validators, 2 teachers as user, and 112 students in small-scale tests, large-scale tests, and distribution tests in SMA. The research was done until the stage of disseminating and produced. The results showed the validity value of 83% was categorized as very valid, the effectiveness score of 83.9% was categorized as good, and the practicality score was 87.5%, so that it was declared valid, effective, and practical to improve the science process skills. Therefore, it is recommended to be applied in schools.

The application of character values through classroom learning has not been maximal because teachers have difficulty choosing the right learning model. The OIDDE (Orientation, Identify, Discussion, Decision, and Engage in Behavior) learning model is appropriate to implement. This article aims to describe the implementation of teacher assistance activities in developing character values through learning by applying the OIDDE learning model. The subjects of the service were 12 teachers at SD / MI levels, 12 teachers from SMP / MTs, and 15 teachers at SMA / SMK / MA levels from 39 schools in Batu City, East Java. The activity was carried out for 6 months using the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) method, workshops, hands-on practice, outreach, and evaluation. The evaluation of community service is carried out thoroughly, from the process to the output, especially the seriousness of the teacher in participating in the activities to the skills in applying the model. The results of the process evaluation show that, the service activity is carried out well, the average attendance is 85%, and as many as 100% of the teachers become the Master Teacher model. OIDDE learning, and has the right to provide tutors with OIDDE learning models.

This development research aims to develop a learning model that has been used by teachers to become a new learning model that is able to create a learning process that is fun, no burden, and not boring. The research procedure follows the 4-D development phase (four D) Thiagarajan namely: (1) defining; (2) design; (3) development; (4) distribution. The product trial was carried out on two high school and city school category categories (high level) established Padangpanjang SMPN 1 and low-level and peripheral group schools (low level) determined by Padangpanjang SMPN 3. The instruments used were interviews, observations, questionnaires, questionnaires, and tests. Development of descriptive writing learning models using audio visual media produces the main syntax of the side, namely: (1) orientation, (2) observing audio-visual media, (3) descriptive writing, (4) presenting descriptive content reports, and (5) reflecting the process learning that has been done. Learning tools developed consisted of 1) Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), 2) descriptive writing learning models, and 3) audiovisual media. The quality of learning devices is tested from three aspects, namely: validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The validity of the learning model is based on the results of the descriptive writing test of the students.

The need for learning innovation is indispensable as a result of the development of the 21st century. In the 21st century learning there is a shift in student-centered learning from teacher-centered learning including physics learning. Physics learning requires innovation by not only doing learning activities in the classroom. Learning that is always done in class will make students become bored. Innovation of learning activities can be done in the laboratory as an appropriate alternative compared to conventional learning in the classroom. On the other hand in learning physics the skills that students must possess are skills in verbal, graphic and mathematical representations (R-VGM). Meaningful Investigation Laboratory (MIL) Learning Model is a 21st century learning innovation. The 21st century learning model has precondition, investigation, report, and reinforcement syntactic. In the first syntax, precondition, the R-VGM skill is developed from the opening question of physical phenomena. In the second syntax, namely investigation, R-VGM skills can be developed from scientific inquiry. In the third syntactic report, R-VGM skills can be developed from reporting the results of scientific investigations in and group discussions. In the fourth syntax, namely reinforcement, R-VGM skills can be developed from the matter of reinforcement. And in the fifth syntactic, reflection, R-VGM skills can be developed from the connection and reinforcement of the learning completed.

Vocational education building and development must consider the needs of the industry and the demands of 21st-century skills graduates. For these two requirements, it is necessary to innovate the learning model to improve the students’ learning experience and graduates’ performance. This study aims to develop a production-based learning model that is integrated with 21st-century learning skills to improve skills in mechanical engineering. The study employed focus group discussion and experts’ judgment. This study involved the mechanical engineering lecturers, the head of laboratory at the mechanical engineering department, the head of the department of mechanical engineering, the head of mechanical engineering vocational education, the head of the mechanical laboratory at the vocational schools, mechanical engineering teachers, vocational technology education experts, and curriculum specialists. The results show that the utility, feasibility, propriety, and accuracy of the production-based learning model integrated with 21st-century learning skills met the expected criteria and could be used to improve mechanical engineering skills.

This study aims to produce an innovative learning model based on Microblogging Edmodo.  This research was conducted through the application of Research and Development (R&amp;D) methods which included several stages of research, it is started from designing SCL learning models based on microblogging edmodo, validation, and trials (small and large scale). The results of the study showed that the innovation of student-centered learning models based on edmodo e-learning microblogging was feasible to be applied in the learning process. It can be seen from the validation reaches 79.16%. The feasibility of the application is also strengthened by the increasing of the average percentage from audience validation. It results of 77.33% in small-scale trials and 91.30% in large-scale trials. This percentage shows that SCL learning models based on e-learning microblogging edmodo can be applied to students
