Bandung is one of the best tourist destinations in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Bandung has its own charm as a tourist spot with a variety of tourist attractions ranging from natural, culinary, heritage and cultural tourism. Tourism supports 40% of Bandung City's Regional Revenue and one of the tourist areas is Punclut. At first Punclut area was a green hills. Since the 1990s, there have been many travelers go to Punclut just to exercise in the morning. Now, there were more and more travelers with varied purposes, like for having meals or just hang out. Slowly, more and more commercial buildings were built in this area. Most of the designation is for restaurants. This conditions of course has an impact on the ecology of the area. Therefore, the authors conducted a study to determine an environmental sustainability in the Punclut area through the perceptions of tourists who have come to Punclut. The research was conducted using a qualitative method by conducting literature studies and distributing digital questionnaires through the Google Docs application. The results showed that environmental sustainability in the Punclut area was perceived by tourists who had visited there as "moderate" with a "good" tendency.

Baduy Tribe Village is one of the famous tourist destinations in the Lebak Regency. As a major tourist destination, the number of tourists visiting the Baduy Tribe Village is still far from expectations. That is because the tourism marketing strategy is still not optimal by the Regional Government of Lebak Regency. This research uses a qualitative method approach by utilizing the literature review and previous experience. One alternative strategy is through the creation of a Tourism Equation that utilizes tourist attractions visited by many tourists, such as Sawarna Beach tourism or other tourist attractions in other areas. The storefront of tourism can trigger public interest to further visit the Baduy Tribe Village. The results of this paper are expected to be used as an alternative that can be tried by the Regional Government of the Regency of Lebak to improve tourism development in the Regency of Lebak.

This study aims to identify geographical points of interest and tourism potential in Parner tehsil of Ahmednagar District of Maharashtra and to highlight the attractive tourist destinations and religious places in the region. To the introduced exact situation and importance of many wonderful, useful distinctive places and geographical point of interest in Parner tehsil. This paper is descriptive in nature and qualitative study based on empirical observations. This study based on primary and secondary data. All natural geographical, historical and cultural tourist centers were visited during study period. Parner tehsil is enriched of geographical, historical, and cultural tourism aspects. Suitable maps were prepared with the help of QGIS and ARC MAP software’s for the ease of tourists. Tourist attractions in the tehsil as is, natural beauty, potholes, caves, temples, ideal village, industries, festivals etc. Even though Nighoj potholes and Vadgaon Darya caves are famous geographical destinations but other places are neglected by tourism industry experts. This paper will also become much helpful for planner, tourists, historians, geographers and archeologists to access remote but well known destinations.

This study aims to present a new diagnosis model of Sun and beach destinations, we analyzed a set of explanatory theories about the tourism system, because current models do not reflect the real dynamics of an emerging tourist destination. We create a new predictive model so it served us to be used as a diagnostic method for the tourism system. Ancon district is a coastal town of Peru, it is the second-largest and oldest of Metropolitan Lima district. The study analyzed all tourist attractions and local resources including reserved zone Lomas de Ancón, with 10,962 hectares. It used a qualitative method and its design is grounded theory and phenomenological. The research covers the period from May 2018 to March 2019, where it was possible to appreciate the high tourist demand and wild flora and fauna of the Lomas de Ancón in its two seasons: winter season (2018) and summer 2019 (dry season). The study concludes that the new analysis model allows us identifying and understanding the dynamic and potential of sun and beach tourist destinations in the growth phase. The Ancón district has resources and attractions that would allow it to develop new tourist products and diversify the local tourist offer.

Abstract The novelty of this paper is the application of downstream innovation in the tourism concept into herbal tourism village as alternative form of tourism in the post-pandemic new normal era. It is based on a project as an implementation of previous research results related to tourism villages, in particular Catur Tourism Village, Kintamani, Bali. The results of the project can strengthen community-based tourism initiatives in Catur Tourism Village by strengthening homestay management so that the attraction of overnight tourism increases following the standards of hospitality, cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability in the adaptation to new and post-pandemic habits. Designing and marketing the potentials for natural, agro, herbal, and cultural tourism were done through co-development in exploring, packaging, and presenting tourist attractions as something to see. Empowering and instilling the values ​​of excellent service quality local tour guides in eco-tourism exploration as something to do. Empowering tourism village managers and villagers in developing tourism products based on the principles of Sapta Pesona, including developing and packaging Catur Village souvenir products as something to buy, so that tourists get a thorough tourism experience.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of preserving local culture to develop cultural tourism. This study is a form of strategic assessment effort to find solutions in the development of tourist destinations, especially cultural tourism. This study used the literature review method by collecting several references from previous research related to tourism development and preservation strategies. From the results of the analysis, it was found that one form of strategy that needs to be done is a marketing strategy to increase the number of tourist visits by creating a branding of cultural tourist attractions as a quality tourist attraction, maintaining the culture or customs and characteristics of local communities, conducting promotions via the internet or through the internet. brochures to introduce cultural tourist attractions to be better known by tourists, as well as build an image of tourist attractions to fix problems that result in a decreased number of visits

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe how optimalization management of tourist attraction during pandemic by Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kendal Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which means that researchers get data through observation and interviews and documents about Tourist Attractions by Disporapar. The data analysis used the theory of Miles & Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that Disporapar held tourism management training for tourism actors with the aim that tourism actors were able to make Kendal Regency tourist destinations known to tourists and the wider community during the pandemic. The optimization of the management of Tourist Attractions during the pandemic by Disporapar has gone well and effectively. Such as providing a place to wash hands, adjusting seating distances and requiring visitors to wear masks. Disporapar worried if this pandemic will be long over, because it affects the income of business actors.

Bali is one of the best tourism areas in Indonesia, as evidenced in 2016 Bali received a number of awards on the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Award in global and Asian scope. However, the Corona virus outbreak from 2019, caused the tourism sector in Bali to decline, thus a solution is needed to restore the tourism sector in Bali, where one solution is to increase cultural tourism to the maximum, as the main attraction of tourist destinations in Bali. Bali. So the author proposes a tourism recommendation system, which aims to recommend tourist attractions that are suitable for tourists, which in this recommendation system is also recommended cultural tourism destinations that are directly recommended by the community, and there is also a mapping of tourist attractions as part of a tourist recommendation system, mapping of tourist attractions public and cultural attractions. In this tourism recommendation system, using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm to recommend general tourist destinations based on the personal motivation of tourists, which is based on the attributes of age, gender, natural interest, artificial interest, cultural interest of tourists, using 200 training data consisting of 14 classes of tourist attractions. . In addition, this tourist recommendation system is equipped with recommendations for routing tourist attractions using the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic Algorithm, to arrange a list of tourist attractions. Tourism is one of the sectors most affected by the COVID-19 outbreak in in Kulon Progo regency. Efforts to restore tourism from COVID-19 must be comprehensive and sustainable. This article is intended to describe the new normal policy of COVID-19 on tourist destinations in Kulon Progo regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method analysis. The results revealed that the tourism sector during the pandemic and the new normal era must implement (1) health protocols for the tourist destinations by paying attention to cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability (CHSE) by providing hygiene facilities such as hand washing tools, soap, hand sanitizers, and temperature checks, (2) Applying ‘sambanggo’, (3) Limiting the number of visitors to prevent crowds and provide a safe distance to minimize spread, and (4) Tourist destinations  are opened step by step.

Indonesian cultural resources according to the World Economic Forum is ranked 38 of 140 countries. One of the tourist destinations in Indonesia that use cultural resources as tourist attraction is Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). Along with the modernization of tourist interest, TMII establish cooperation to develop new tourist attractions. However, activities of majority tourists during their visit to TMII is just walking around, take pictures, recreation, or sport.  Tourists cultural tourism experience are lack, whereas TMII have vision to be the leading of cultural tourism destination. This research aimed to identify the concept of cultural tourism products that can be applied in TMII based on tourists motivation, tourism attraction in TMII, and activities in demand by tourists. This research used  descriptive method with qualitative approach.  Results of data analysis show that the physical or physiological motivation is the highest motivation chosen by the respondents, tourism attraction that gets the highest score is the architecture, and the activity of interest is sightseeing activities. These three variables are matched with the criteria of socio-cultural tour and two things that forming total experience. Hence, this research proposed  a formula of tourism product that can be applied and promoted in TMII as a cultural tourism program, so that tourists can get physical activity in the spot that has architecture attraction, and provide more cultural tourism experience but still superficial.Indonesian cultural resources according to the World Economic Forum is ranked 38 of 140 countries. The purpose of this research was to study the importance of attractions for historical, cultural and natural resources U-thong district, Suphanburi Province. The population of the study consisted of experts and people involved with the attractions. Qualitative method was designed. Qualitative data was collected from 12 key informants and was analyzed by using content analysis. Results indicated that U-thong district had many attractions and can be divided into 3 groups as follows. 1) The historical tourism has been shown 3 sites in 2 sub-districts: 1.1) U-thong had Wat Khan ThamThiam, Wat Khao Phra Si Sanphetchayaram and U-thong National Museum. 1.2) Chorakae Sam Phan had Wat Khao ThamSua. 2) The cultural tourism has been shown 4 sites in 3 sub-districts. 2.1) U-thong has had Chao pho phrayachak shrine and Ban Khok. 2.2) Don Makuek had Ban Don Makuek weaving group. 2.3) Ban Don had an ancient black tai cultural restoration center. 3) Natural Resource Tourism has been shown 3 sites in 2 sub-districts. 3.1) U-thong has had Phu Hang Nak rock park and Phu Muang forest park. 3.2) Phapphachai had agricultural extension and development center. The suggestions of this study were 1) there should be more publicity for tourist attractions in U-thong district, and 2 coordinate various departments in supporting tourism in U-thong district.
