Kata kunci: tingkat kerusakan; kejadian serangan; lokasi kerusakan; tipe kerusakan.TNWK This research was conducted to obtain information about the level of damage stands in the area of  PPG TNWK. The high incidence of the spread of the covid-19 virus has caused very high fear for the entire world community, especially those of us who live in Indonesia, the Corona Virus, which we know as Covid-19, was first discovered in Wuhan China, at the end of December 2019. Covid disease -19 is most contagious when the person suffering from it has symptoms, although the spread may occur before symptoms appear (Rothan, 2020). Covid-19 cases in Indonesia have increased every day based on data obtained from Deti Mega Purnamasari through kompas.com until April 15, 2020, there were 5,136 positive cases of covid-19. The positive number of Covid-19 in East Java, especially Magetan Regency, continues to increase. Magetan Regency is in 30th place compared to other districts / cities in East Java with an upward trend in the epidemic. Almost all areas in Magetan Regency have contracted this virus, one of which is Desa Mangunrejo, Kawedanan District, Magetan Regency. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge about how to prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus for the general public, especially in Mangunrejo Village. Orofacial clefts (OFC) are one of the most common congenital problems seen with a very high incidence. It imparts a negative effect on the overall health of the child by hindering in his feeding practices, normal facial growth, development of dentition and hence speech. Infants born with orofacial clefts have oronasal communication which creates a problem with the creation of negative pressure inside the oral cavity required for suckling. The treatment for such patients is with the multidisciplinary approach but the preliminary  concern for the neonate is to help with the feeding for which a feeding appliance is given. This case report presents a case of a 3-day old infant to whom a feeding appliance was given to aid in suckling.

IN THE COURSE of a review of all features of the disease, the following points were particularly noteworthy: Incidence This disease accounts for almost all cases of pancreatic insufficiency in children. The incidence in the population of the United States is between 1 in 600 and 1 in 10,000 live births, with a probable average incidence of 1 in 2,500. There is no sex predominance. There is, however, a difference in racial predilection, being rarely seen in the Negro and never in Mongolians. It is a familial disease, displaying the characteristics of a mendelian recessive gene. This means that in an affected family the disease may occur in approximately 25% of the offspring, that both parents must be carriers of the trait and that two-thirds of the non-affected children are also carriers. Birth order has no effect on the inheritance of this disease. The fact that it is usually a lethal disease indicates that the mutation rate for this gene must be very high; the frequency of the single gene in the population has been calculated to be approximately 1 in 50. Pancreatic Insufficiency Clinical evidence of poor digestion and absorption of protein and fat is seen in the increased quantities of these substances in the feces, which causes the feces to be bulky, foul smelling, foamy and greasy. Another clinical effect of malabsorption is seen in the failure of the newborn infant with cystic fibrosis of the pancreas to regain birth weight in the first 10 days of life. In the absence of other evidence of disease, this is a sign suggestive of pancreatic failure.

AbstractCOVID-19 is a serious problem that faced by almost all countries in the world. Since announced as a pandemic by WHO on March, the number of positive COVID-19 cases in Indonesia has reached 287,008 patients until the end of September 2020. COVID-19 cases dispersion depends on the local government policies and the awareness of the public to obey. About 60 percent of positive cases and 65 percent of death cases were in Java. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the growth of the COVID-19 case in Java from March to September 2020 in relation to the local government policies. The results showed that six provinces in Java had the same pattern. The large-scale social restriction (PSBB), which was implemented since April 10 2020, seen to be able to contain the dispersion of cases because from April to June the positive cases did not increase significantly. A very high increase occurred in August and September, this was probably due to the easing of the PSBB become new-normal where various public places and facilities have been reopened. Meanwhile, death cases, the number is very high in mid-April and June and late July to September 2020. For cured cases, there was a significant increase in late August to September 2020. The importance of information about the growth of the COVID-19 cases can help government to formulate strategies and policies to prevent the dispersion of COVID-19.Keyword: COVID-19, Pandemic, Java, cases growth AbstrakCOVID-19 merupakan suatu masalah serius yang sedang dihadapi oleh hampir seluruh negara.

Abstract Vitality is the vigor value of the trees in responding to environmental conditions. Determined vitality value was by calculating tree damage and crown condition. The Agathis dammara tree is a native Indonesian plant in the Situ Gunung Resort, Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park (TNGGP). This study aims to determine the vitality and value of the health status of Agathis dammara trees at Situ Gunung Resort, TNGGP. The research location is in the utilization zone at the Situ Gunung Resort, TNGGP, covering an area of 700 haBuilt observation plots based on the Forest Health Monitoring (FHM) cluster plot design as many as nine cluster plots. They have calculated tree damage based on the location where found the damage was in the FHM method. Calculated condition canopy based on five parameters visual crown. Assessment of tree health status uses a forest health assessment information system. The results showed that the location where found the most damage was at the root and lower stem (code 2) as many as 67 trees, dominated by liana damage (code 20) as many as 43 trees, with an average damage level of 35%. The live crown ratio 20-35%, crown density 25-50%, foliage transparency 50-70%, crown diameter 2.5-10 m, and dieback 0-5%. The value of the health status of the Agathis dammara tree has a value of 1.69-2.44. Thus, these conditions illustrate that the vitality and value of the health status of Agathis dammara trees at Situ Gunung Resort, TNGGP are in the medium criteria and category.

Pineapple sunburn (SB) occurs mostly in regions with a high incidence of sunlight and temperature, causing damage to the fruits and financial losses for the producer. The objective of this study was to evaluate natural and artificial protection in the reduction of physical and physiological damage in pineapple, submitted to high temperature and sunlight. The experimental design was in randomized blocks with seven treatments: single planting of pineapple (cv. Pérola), with and without the protection of fruits with woven fabrics (TNT) and intercropping with cassava (cv. Amazonas) in different spacing in the row (0.40; 0. 60; 0.80; 1.00; and1.20 m), and three replications. For the study, a scale of damage level (DL) to the pineapple by SB was established, ranging from 0 to 4 (DL0 - 4). Chlorophyll content, mass of fruits and crown, percentage of fruits with SB, and commercial fruits were evaluated. The TNT uses showed maximum protection for the fruits, being all suitable for fresh consumption no damage (DL0). In intercropping, the spacing of 0.80 and 1.20 m is indicated to maximize fruit production and protection. The absence of fruit protection caused damage up to N4, with fruits strictly suitable for industry (70%) and disposal (13%). In an environment with high temperature and irradiation, the adoption of fruit protection is necessary. The planning of floral induction allows the fruiting to not coincide with the critical period of high solar incidence and temperature and can avoid the use of protection strategies. The intercropping of pineapple and cassava protects pineapple fruits against sunburn; moreover, its use does not leave inorganic residues in the environment; therefore, it is strongly recommended as a strategy to reduce sunburn in pineapple fruits.

Introduction: Pipeline embolization devices (PED) have become an essential tool in the endovascular treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms. A high-density stent like device, the PED functions to redirect blood flow and facilitate the growth and remodeling of the artery. Postoperative ischemic stroke proves to be the most common neurological complication associated with treatment, ranging from about 3-6% with most occurring within 30 days. Transcranial Doppler (TCD) monitoring has been used in the past to evaluate similar procedures by measuring the occurrence of microembolic signals (MES). Due to the delivery and manipulation of the PED and its thrombotic nature, microembolic events have been postulated to form during device placement and contribute to thromboembolism. Our initial study is the first to detect and measure MES during a PED procedure. Methods: Patients undergoing endovascular PED treatment were simultaneously monitored with TCD. MES were detected, separated from artifacts, and counted for each step. Results: Embolic signals were detected in all patients and were highest during deployment. With 3 PED deployments in the paraophthalmic ICA of 2 patients, the mean MES during PED deployment was 515 +/- 46. Average emboli per second during deployment was 1.62 +/- 0.59 verses 0.30 +/- 0.12 emboli per second observed prior to microcatheter insertion and manipulation. Conclusion: A very high incidence of MES was observed during the procedure and PED deployment. The little success thus far in elucidating a possible mechanism to account for PED’s associated complications warrants more investigation. Determining the occurrence of MES might reveal insight into the relative safety of each step and on the formation of distal thromboembolisms.

Abstract Objectives Macrotroponin is due to cardiac troponin (cTn) binding to endogenous cTn autoantibodies. While previous studies showed a high incidence of macrotroponin affecting cTnI assays, reports of macrotroponin T, particularly without cTnI reactivity, have been rare. Although the clinical significance of macrotroponin is not fully understood, macroenzymes and complexes are recognised to cause confusion in interpretation of laboratory results. The potential for adverse clinical consequences due to misinterpretation of affected results is very high. Methods We describe four cases of macrotroponin T with persistently low high sensitivity cTnT (hs-cTnT) by the 9 min compared to the 18 min variant of the assay. Three cases were serendipitously identified due to the use of a lot number of Roche hs-cTnT affected by non-reproducible results, necessitating measurement of cTnT in duplicate. We identified and characterised these macrotroponin specimens by immunoglobulin depletion (Protein A and PEG precipitation), mixing studies with EDTA and recombinant cTnT. Results In cases of macro-cTnT, a lower result occurred on the hs-cTnT using the 9 min compared to 18 min variant assay (ratio of 9–18 min hs-cTnT <0.80). Mixing studies with recombinant cTnT or EDTA demonstrated a difference in recovery vs. controls. One of these patients demonstrated a high molecular weight complex for cTnI and cTnT demonstrating a macrocomplex involving both cTn. This patient demonstrated a rise and fall in cTn when measured by several commercial assays consistent with genuine acute cardiac injury. Conclusions We identified several cases of macro-cTnT and described associated clinical and biochemical features.
