IntisariPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis stra-tegi pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler musik rebana di RA Nahdlatus Shibyan Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui tiga teknik yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dan uji keabsahan data dilaku-kan dengan derajad kepercayaan dan triangulasi. Komponen-komponen pembelajaran yang diteliti adalah kompinen proses, materi, metode, media dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh pelatih musik rebana. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa strategi pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler musik rebana di RA Nahdla-tus Shibyan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran langsung dan strategi penerapan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan metode drill.Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, musik rebana AbstractThis study aims to identify and analyze the extracurricular learning strategies of rebana music in RA Nahdlatus Shibyan, Jepara Regency. The research was conducted descriptively through a qualitative approach. Research data collection was carried out through three techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques and data validity tests were carried out by means of degree of confidence and triangula-tion. The learning components studied were process components, materials, methods, media, and learning evaluations carried out by the rebana music trainer. The results of this study explain that the extracurricular learning strategy of reban music at RA Nahdlatus Shibyan uses direct learning strategies and teaching strategies of lecture, demonstration, and drill methods.Keywords: learning strategy, learning methods, reban music

This research aims to find out the management of public services and how to improve public services in the Regional Library and Archival Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation of public services in the Regional Library and Archival Office of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. Data analysis techniques are performed with data reduction measures, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In this research, data validity check techniques using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results show that: (1) public service management ranging from planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation is still fully not running smoothly. Public services provided have been very maximal, although, in its implementation, there are still perceived shortcomings ranging from lack of reading collection materials, inadequate infrastructure, minimal funds, and the need for building procurement to support the implementation of existing services so that services to the community are still felt less; (2) Efforts of NTB Provincial Library and Archival Office to improve and improve public services conducted by always improving human resources and improving infrastructure facilities to support the implementation of public services.

Speech acts are actions that are displayed through speech. This means that something like that contains an assumption that the utterances we speak are not really empty speeches without any action content in them, or empty of the current context. Speech acts are divided into three types, namely speech acts of locus, illocution and perlocution. The problems discussed in this research are 1) What are the forms of speech acts between the seller and the buyer at Sumberayu Market, Muncar Banyuwangi? 2) It is included in the category of speech acts whether the utterances uttered by sellers and buyers at Sumberayu Muncar Banyuwangi Market. This study aims to determine the forms of speech acts between sellers and buyers at Sumberayu Muncar Banyuwangi Market, and to find out the meaning contained in the the form of speech acts and including the category of speech acts whether the utterances spoken by the seller and the buyer at Sumberayu Market Muncar Banyuwangi. Researchers here use a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is an approach based on a natural or naturalist background. Research data collection techniques using observation techniques and note-taking techniques, data analysis techniques flow analysis methods which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions / verification. The results of the study were speech acts which consisted of 19 forms of conversation consisting of 86 locusive speech acts, 20 illocutionary speech acts, and 14 perlocutionary speech acts which were spoken between sellers and buyers consisting of vegetable sellers, fruit-fruit sellers, ampok rice sellers, traditional hawker sellers, soybean sellers and others.

This study aims to describe the learning planning applied at SMA 1 Painan. Students' high enthusiasm for music arts lessons and the many achievements in the field of music is proof that teachers have successfully implemented learning strategies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of this study were music art teachers, principals and some students of SMA 1 Painan. The object of this research is the learning strategy implemented at SMA 1 Painan. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview and documentation. To test the validity of data in this study used source triangulation techniques, namely comparing between data sources with each other as material for data analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this research use interactive analysis techniques. There are four components, namely: 1) data collection techniques 2) data reduction 3) data presentation and 4) conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research obtained conclusions that some musical arts learning strategies applied in SMA 1 Painan namely, 1) learning preparation; 2) learning management; 3) use of learning media; 4) application of learning methods, models and approaches; 5) approach to motivate students; 6) evaluation of learning.

Sumber belajar merupakan aspek penting dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menumbuhkan jiwa kebangsaan bagi generasi muda melalui pembelajaran sejarah tentang keberadaan monumen sejarah. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah (1) pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pemanfaatan Monumen Sejarah sebagai sumber belajar sejarah bagi generasi muda di Kota Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis, tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) menentukan rancangan penelitian, (2) menentukan tempat/ lokasi penelitian, (3) penentuan informan sebagai sumber primer, (4) pengumpulan data, (5) melakukan tindakan validitas data yang terdiri dari triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode, (6) analisis data akhir. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan manfaat bangunan monumen sejarah yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar sejarah. Konsep pemanfaatannya adalah dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran berbasis Kearifan Lokal. Dimana dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode field trip.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran Sejarah, Monumen Sejarah, karakter BangsaLearning resources are an important aspect of learning history .The formulation of the problem in this research is how to grow the national spirit for the younger generation through historical learning about the existence of historical monumens. The importance of the younger generation to better understand history in order to continue the struggle of the Indonesian nation in the future. The purpose of this research is related to (1) the development of learning strategies used in the use of Historical Monumens as a source of historical learning for young people in Malang. This research is a qualitative research with a historical approach, the stages carried out in this study are (1) determining the research design, (2) determining the place / location of the study, (3) determining the informant as the primary source, (4) collecting data, (5) perform data validity measures consisting of data triangulation and method triangulation, (6) final data analysis. The results of the study can show the benefits of building historical monumens that can be used as a source of historical learning. The concept of utilization is to use a learning strategy based on Local Wisdom. This study aims to describe the implementation of the school literacy movement through the GICA intracuricular (morning reading) and GITA (morning storytelling) at the habituation stage and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the school literacy movement through the GICA intracuricular movement (morning reading) and GITA (morning storytelling) habituation at SD Muhammadiyah Karangkajen Yogyakarta. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are the principal, teachers, students, data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Miles and Huberman models. The data validity technique in this study uses the triangulation of techniques and sources. Based on observations, interviews, and documentation, it is known that the implementation of the school literacy movement through the GICA intracuricular (morning reading) and GITA (morning storytelling) at the habituation stage at SD Muhammadiyah Karangkajen Yogyakarta has been carried out. Supporting factors include school community awareness about the importance of literacy culture, students' awareness, availability of literacy facilities and infrastructures such as school libraries and reading angles, posters and bulletin boards in the school environment, library visit activities, active participation of school residents, program socialization school literacy movements, and parent participation of students. The inhibiting factors include book collection not complete, some reading corners have not used bookshelves, the implementation of the GITA program (morning storytelling) has not been maximized, and the new library staff has not optimally run library visits.

The research objective is to increase the wealth of mufrodat through hypnoteaching methods. The research subjects were all fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observation formats, question sheets, field notes, and interview guidelines. The research method is classroom action research. Data analysis techniques are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results of the study are: 1) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the pre cycle before receiving hypnoteaching learning method treatment gets an average of 65.38. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who get a score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 23% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 77%. 2) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the first cycle after applying hypnoteaching learning method got an average of 72.3. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 61.5% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 38.5%. 3) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the second cycle gets an average of 90. The smallest value is 75 and the highest score is 100. With a Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 92.3% while students who have not yet reached Minimal Completeness Criteria is 7.7%. 4) The use of hypnoteaching method can increase the wealth of mufrodat of fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in 2016/2017 Academic Year.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study discusses the empowerment of productive zakat aimed at fostering the welfare of mustahik. This research is a programme on the implementation of the Zakat Amil Agency in the distribution of zakat. This research uses qualitative method in order for it be relevant to the results achieved. The sources of the data in this study are relevant literature both in the form of books, journals and articles used to compile theories about problems that are the objects of the research. Based on our findings, the mustahik receive zakat from the Zakat Amil Agency with the scheme of productive zakat. In relation to the data compilation in this study, the techniques used include the activities and the development of the Zakat Amil Agency in daily activities to manage zakat and mustahik’s productive zakat in organizing the programmes. Data analysis was conducted by structuring data in the form of compiling, classifying and testing data during the research. Data analysis was carried out to describe the processes and results of examinations from transcripts and notes and other materials. In relation to the qualitative approach, the data analysis is conducted in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and reduction of conclusions.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), simultaneously on Return on Assets (ROA) on BUMN Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study uses an associative approach. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) specifically Bank BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study was state-owned Bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which amounted to 4 companies. Based on the sample withdrawal criteria above, a research sample of 4 BUMN bank companies was obtained. The type of data used is documentary data, which are research data in the form of financial statements owned by state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques are used to test the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA) either partially or simultaneously is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a negative and not significant effect on Return on Assets. Partially, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. And simultaneously, Non Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) at State-Owned Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
