The 2013 Curriculum Implementation assistance activity is an essential first step to accelerate understanding and skills in implementing the curriculum. To maintain and improve the continuity, performance, and implementation of the 2013 curriculum in each education unit, a study was carried out to implement the 2013 curriculum through "Sulastri" at SMPN 15 Banjarmasin. This mentoring program was carried out as a strengthening in understanding the concept of the 2013 curriculum.Cycle I Planning consists of a) determining teacher data to be given Sulatri, b) preparing observation sheets in the form of Sulastri instruments, namely teaching and learning administrative supervision instruments and classroom supervision instruments, c) holding initial meetings with teachers who would be given Sulastri for information and scheduling for each teacher, d) delivering the supervision instrument to each teacher who would be supervised, e) explaining the assessment that the teacher needs to know contained in the supervision instrument, f) explaining the main components of learning administration tools collected before the implementation of classroom supervision. In cycle II, it was carried out if the results of cycle I were considered unsuccessful or the indicators of research success had not reached the predetermined target.From the implementation of the first cycle, which was applied where Sulastri was carried out on 14 teachers, there had been an increase in the quality of performance even though it was still in the early stages, and the results were as follows: 1) The results of the supervision of learning administration (teaching and learning administration), the achievement of good and very good performance quality were 41.67%, 2) The results of classroom supervision, the achievement of good and excellent performance quality were 58.33%. Implementation of cycle II, which was re-implemented, was carried out by Sulastri activities. Against 14 teachers as research subjects, there has been a very significant increase in the quality of performance, namely: 1) The results of the supervision of the learning administration (lesson planning) have achieved a good and very good quality of performance by 100%. 2) The results of classroom supervision (implementation of learning), the achievement of good and excellent quality performance was 92.85%.With continuous supervision that is applied to all teachers at least once a year, teachers in carrying out their duties properly because they feel that there is supervision/control as well as coaching, so that it can be used to measure the quality of teacher performance on professional competencies both in the aspects of learning planning and implementation of learning. Implementing an integrated classroom supervision strategy abbreviated as Sulastri, and through Sulastri, it turns out to motivate the growth of willingness and ability to change, which leads to changes in improving the quality of teacher performance in learning. ABSTRAKKegiatan pendampingan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 menjadi langkah awal yang sangat penting untuk mempercepat pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum tersebut. Untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesinambungan, pemahaman dan implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada di masing-masing satuan pendidikan, dilaksanakan penelitian tentang pendampingan implementasi kurikulum 2013 melalui “Sulastri” pada SMPN 15 Banjarmasin. Program pendampingan ini dilakukan sebagai penguatan dalam memahami konsep kurikulum 2013.                Siklus I Perencanaan terdiri dari: a) Menetapkkan data guru yang akan diSulastri, b) Menyiapkan lembar observasi dalam bentuk instrumen Sulastri, yaitu instrumen supervisi administrasi KBM dan instrumen supervisi kelas, c) Mengadakan temu awal dengan para guru yang akan di Sulastri dalam rangka informasi dan penyusunan jadwal pada masing-masing Guru, d). Menyampaikan instrumen supervisi kepada masing-masing guru yang akan disupervisi, e) Menjelaskan penilaian yang perlu diketahui oleh guru yang terdapat dalam instrumen supervisi, f) Menjelaskan komponen perangkat utama administrasi pembelajaran yang dikumpulkan pada saat sebelum pelaksanaan supervisi kelas. Pada siklus II dilakukan apabila hasil siklus I dianggap belum berhasil atau indikator keberhasilan penelitian belum mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan.                 Dari pelaksanaan siklus I yang diterapkan dimana dilakukan Sulastri terhadap 14 orang guru telah terdapat peningkatan kualitas kinerja walaupun masih dalam tahaf awal, yang hasilnya adalah sebagai berikut:Hasil supervisi administrasi pembelajaran (administrasi KBM) pencapaian kualitas kinerja baik dan sangat baik sebesar 41,67%.Hasil supervisi kelas, pencapaian kualitas kinerja baik dan sangat baik sebesar 58,33%. Pelaksanaan siklus II yang diterapkan kembali dilakukan kegiatan Sulastri terhadap 14 orang guru sebagai subyek penelitian telah terdapat peningkatan kualitas kinerja yang sangat berarti, yaitu: 1) Hasil supervisi administrasi pembelajaran (perencanaan pembelajaran) pencapaian kualitas kinerja baik dan sangat baik sebesar 100%. 2) Hasil supervisi kelas (pelaksanaan pembelajaran), pencapaian kualitas kinerja baik dan sangat baik sebesar 92,85%.                Dengan supervisi berkesinambungan yang diterapkan pada semua guru minimal setahun sekali, maka guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, karena mereka merasa adanya pengawasan/kontrol sekaligus pembinaan, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas kinerja guru pada kompetensi profesional baik aspek perencanaan pembelajaran maupun pelaksanaan pembelajarannya adalah dengan menerapkan strategi supervisi kelas terintegrasi disingkat Sulastri, dan dengan Melalui Sulastri ternyata dapat memotivasi tumbuhnya kemauan dan kemampuan untuk berubah yang berujung pada perubahan peningkatan kualitas kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, Melalui Sulastri.

ABSTRAKSI: Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, guru mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam melaksanakan pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Kemampuan guru untuk dapat menciptakan suasana kondusif di dalam kelas sangat ditentukan oleh kondisi lingkungan setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi mengajar dan persepsi atas lingkungan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian survey. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 120 siswa, yang diambil secara acak di SMA (Sekolah Menengah Atas) Negeri 1 Tambun, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia, pada tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan semua data memiliki distribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi mengajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Begitu juga persepsi atas lingkungan sekolah memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukan bahwa motivasi mengajar dan persepsi atas lingkungan sekolah mempunyai hubungan kuat terhadap kinerja guru.KATA KUNCI: Motivasi Mengajar; Persepsi; Lingkungan Sekolah; Kinerja Guru; Mutu Pendidikan. ABSTRACT: “The Influence of Teaching Motivation and Perception of the Environment on the Performance of School Teachers”. In order to increase the quality of education, teachers have a very important role in implementing the teaching and learning. The ability of teachers to create conducive atmosphere in the classroom is determined by the local environmental conditions. This study is aimed to determine the effect of teaching motivation and perception of the school environment on teacher performance. It adopted a survey research method. The subjects were 120 students drawn randomly from SMAN (Public Senior High School) 1 Tambun, Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia, in the academic year of 2015/2016. Data were collected by questionnaires using Likert scale. The data were tested for the validity and reliability; all data were normally distributed. The results show that the motivation of teaching had a significant influence on the performance of the teachers. The perception of the school environment also had a significant influence on the performance of the teachers. The problem that arises in schools when carrying out student learning in the social sciences field is the lack of motivation from students in participating in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to provide input or information to improve the quality of the process or learning outcomes in the classroom by appealing to teachers to do CAR. This study uses a qualitative methodology, namely classroom action research. The place used to carry out this research is SD Negeri Pondok Kacang Timur 04 Pondok Aren District. The time used by researchers in carrying out this classroom action research was for 2 cycles, namely on October 15, 2019 (Cycle 1) and October 22, 2019 (Cycle 2). The research subjects were students of Pondok Kacang Timur 04 Elementary School Class IVB, totaling 23 students. Based on the description of the discussion and the results of the research, it can be concluded that from Cycle 1 to cycle 2 regarding the use of interactive learning models, the authors can conclude that by using interactive learning, it is able to improve the learning achievement of fourth grade students of SD N Pondok Kacang Timur 04 on material about natural appearances. Through interactive learning, students can be more active in learning activities, especially in social studies subjects.

This article discusses about role of leadership and motivation of school headmaster in improving teacher performance. By using literature review in education, this article found that teacher is a professional profession where he is required to make every effort to carry out his activities as best he can. The task of the teacher as an educator, teacher and trainer should be able to impact the students. The teacher as one component in teaching and learning activities, has a position that greatly determines the success of learning. The role of the school headmaster is very important and dominant in improving teacher performance, both in increasing competence and work motivation and in building effective work systems and creating a harmonious, safe and pleasant working atmosphere. The efforts of improving the quality of teachers must be continuously carried out by school headmaster in order to improve the performance of teachers into reliable individuals who will advance the school organization. Therefore, we need the ability of the leadership role and motivation of the principal to explore, disseminate, foster and develop the potential of the teacher in order to improve teacher performance in order to achieve educational goals

Natural Sciences learning laboratory activities are an integral part of teaching and learning activities, This shows how important the role of laboratory activities to achieve the goals of science education. Through laboratory activities, students will be given the opportunity to encourage curiosity and the desire to try, test and reason the theories obtained. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of a science laboratory in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol. The research method uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. The research subjects were the head of the laboratory and the science subject teacher and the students at SMP Negeri 4 Sojol. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and student learning outcomes.  Based on the results of the study, the availability of natural science practicum tools in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol, the average availability of practical tools and materials 68.33% classified as complete categories, the average presentation of the feasibility of practical tools and materials 90.67% included in the excellent category based on the Ministry of Education number 24 of 2007. the effectiveness of practicum implementation in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol is classified as effective category with an average presentation of practicum at 85%. Coupled with an average increase in cognitive competencies average preetest 58 increase in posttest by as much as 87 in addition to the average value of competence in the areas of psychomotor average preetest obtained 60 and posttest 90 showed a significant increase competency knowledge and skills of learners. Success in the cognitive domain will also have a positive impact on the development of the psychomotor domain (skills) of students. Management of laboratory facilities and infrastructure planning in improving the quality of learning in schools must be planned by the head of the laboratory, planning science teachers by preparing learning tools and identifying the subject matter to be practiced in the laboratory, laboratory administration governance supported by good organization from the leadership of policy makers in school. Implementation of laboratory facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of learning in schools including procurement, inventory, storage, structuring, use, and maintenance. Supervision carried out by the principal is in accordance with the provisions, to be more efficient the school should make a program or schedule of supervision processes to be more controlled and run well and smoothly.

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teacher performance in the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) through the guidance and supervision of School Principals at MIS Meunasah Teungoh Academic Year 2018/2019. The research was conducted at MIS Meunasah Teungoh. The School Action Research Subjects (PTS) are all teachers at MIS Meunasah Teungoh in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The number of teachers is 10 teachers with 1 male teacher and 6 female teachers. This School Action Research (PTS) was conducted in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The School Action Research (PTS) was conducted in a period of 3 months from August 2018 to October 2018 in Odd Semester. The methodology of this research is the School Action Research (PTS) consisting of two Cycles. In each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research procedure consisted of, planning Cycle one, implementing Cycle one action, observing Cycle one, reflecting Cycle one, planning Cycle two, implementing Cycle two actions, observing Cycle two and reflecting Cycle two. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation. Data were analyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher performance in teaching and learning from 72.50% in Cycle I and increased to 87.50% in Cycle II. Teacher performance activities increased from 65.00% in Cycle I and increased to 90.00%. The application of the guidance and supervision techniques of the School Principal can improve the activities and results of teacher performance in the teaching and learning process at MIS Meunasah Teungoh 2018/2019 Academic Year.

Building the quality of education continues to be done, both by the government and the school as education providers. In an effort to meet the needs and demands of society on the quality of education and simultaneously as a response to the changes of life very quickly in the era of globalization. For that reason researchers need research on improving the quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in the integrated quality management in the District Kepengawasan Cluster 05 District Magersari Mojokerto City. This research uses action research for three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting each of which consists of four stages: design, activity and observation of reflection and revision. The target of this research is Master of Kepengawasan District School Cluster 05 Magersari Subdistrict Mojokerto City 15 people. The data obtained in the form of the results of supervision assessment of teaching and learning process. The success of the learning process in cycle III shows that the cycle can be stopped because it has met the target of> 70%. This is evident from the average increase in teacher performance per cycle. The conclusions of this research are: The quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in integrated quality management in Kepengawasan Area School Cluster 05 Magersari Sub-district Mojokerto City has increased, it can be seen from the average of teacher performance improvement from 65,87 percent in cycle I, to 76.67 in Cycle II and increased to 82.86 percent in Cycle III.

Teacher’s quality has a great influence on the success of achieving educational goals. Therefore, the teacher’s quality must be improved through an appropriate supervisory strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision strategy in improving the quality of teachers at Universitas Islam As-Syafi’iyah. The method used descriptive qualitative. Data collecting techniques were interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed by using three stages: data reduction, data exposure and analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the supervisory strategy undertaken was the procurement of Mendeley training activities, training in the use of sisters and syllables, teaching and learning seminars, further studies, scholarships, evaluating teacher’s performance and auditing activities in stages and regularly. It had implications for the performance of teachers so that the learning process and teaching become more quality. Thus, educational goals that have been set can be achieved. This paper discusses the importance of implementing quality management in student’s field in strengthening Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. The quality of education is one of the benchmarks of the success of an educational process in school. This process starts from the input (input), the process (teaching and learning activities), to the output (graduates). The quality of education can be interpreted as the ability of a school to manage operationally the components related to school, to produce added value to these components according to standard norms or general standard. The student sector is one of the important components in the management of education quality. This research is qualitative-descriptive research, which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Sources of data in this study include the principal, student vice-principal, Al-Islam teacher, and Kemuhammadiyahan teacher. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation, as for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of the study include (a) quality management in the field of student implemented based on the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. (b) Islamic and Kemuhammdiyahan values are the quality standards of the student field.

The management of a contemporary lesson is a topical issue for every school, teacher and student. The quality of education services, studentsۥ learning motivation and their achievements depend on a lesson and its good planning. Lesson planning is a teacherۥs concern and responsibility. A teacher has to know the main components and functions of a lesson and to use them ingeniously and creatively in a lesson. This article deals with the requirements for a contemporary lesson. A lot of attention is paid to studentsۥ teaching and learning styles, the significance and ascertainment of their abilities, lesson objectives and their formulation, the structure of a lesson, stdentsۥ learning motivation. The article discusses the importance of homework, differentiation of teaching, various methods, assessment in the teaching and learning process. This article presents the generalized material of scientists, education management specialists, and teachersۥ experience of the management of a contemporary lesson. Background of the problem in this research is the lack of student understanding of the material and the lack of involvement of the student in the learning so that student learning outcomes in physics low. Therefore, it needs to be an application of learning models by using Learning Stars with a Question as an alternative to be applied.The purpose of the research is to know about the improvement of learning result IPA using the model of Learning Stars with a Question on the subject of measurement in SMP 2 Sayung. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this research were students of class VII F SMP N 2 Sayung academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 22 learners.This is supported by the teachers performance during learning. Based on observations of teacher performance, quality of teacher performance increased from 66.25% to 71.75% and increased to 86.36%. This research consisted of three cycles, and each cycle consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the test results of students cycle I, cycle II and cycle III showed increasing in cognitive ability class VII F from 54,5% to 77,27% and increased to 86,36%. It can be concluded that the learning model LSQ (Learning Stars with a Question) can improve student learning outcomes on the subject of class VII F Measurement of SMP N 2 Sayung academic year 2013/2014. Model pembelajaran kooperatif merupakan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara berkelompok, yang mana membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan pemahaman dan sikapnya sesuai dengan kehidupan nyata sehingga dalam
