E-learning has become a necessity for all elements of the communication process in today's world. Education, in all its many shapes and forms from dialogue to dialogic, is dependent upon that communication process. Manifestations of technology, including networks, devices and applications, contributed to the global spread of e-learning. The concept and application of continuing education at any time and place has emerged with individual differentiation and efficient performance gaining more momentum. The global labour market and modern technology has had a mutual effect as it has become necessary for people to acquire e-learning competencies to access the labor market with the required performance levels. Therefore, the related research problem addressed by this paper is articulated in this question: "To what extent do the students at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University possess e-learning competencies to qualify them for the labour market?”This research reached results indicating, for instance, that the subjects’ possession of competencies in dealing with the computer was medium. However, the subjects’ possession of the skills necessary to deal with the Internet was high. Further, the subjects’ possession of e-learning culture was medium. The researcher recommended using a standardised set of e-learning skills in the development of IT educational courses and developing an educational training program for the students to enhance their competencies. It is also recommended that the students' pre-University programs need evaluation to determine the extent to which they cover the content that leads to these competencies.

Nowadays, the network traffic has increased exponentially due to amount of information and number of users which are connected to Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets) in this case we focus on LTE-WiFi technologies. This is an important issue that need to solve for an efficient network communication process end to end. The aim of this article is to present the-state-of-theart about performance models for LTE-WiFi HetNets and a classification of key performance metrics which help to analyze HetNets behaviour. The article concludes with a methodology that will be applied later for this research problem, as well as opened research questions. We believe, that apply our methodology using accurate and suitable models in HetNets the transmission process will have a fairness traffic when both networks coexist.

The research problem at Junior High School 20 Padang  is that the learning model used has not varied, the low competency of students from the aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills as well as the implementation of learning models with science literacy. The efforts that can be done are applying the talking chips model with science literacy to the students at Junior High School 20 Padang on the material of climate change and its impact for the ecosystem. The purpose of this research is to find out The Effect of Talking Chips model containing science literacy on students’ learning competencies in the material of climate change and its impact on ecosystems at Junior High School 20 Padang. This research is quasi-experimental research with design randomized control-group posttest only design. The population used was all class VII students’ of Junior High School 20  Padang 2018/2019. Sampling was done using the cluster sampling technique, we selected VII.2 as experimental class and class VII.7 as control class. Based on the results of the students' competency knowledge research  tcount 2.85 > ttable 1.67, the competency attitudes tcount 1.78 > ttable 1.67, and the skills competency tcount 1.78 > ttable 1.67. It showed the hypothesis is accepted. Application of the talking chips model containing science literacy can improve the competencies of class VII students of Junior High School 20 Padang.

Dual Vocational Training was introduced in Spain in 2012 with the purpose to reinforce training based on employment requirements and to promote youth employment within the labour market. Since its implementation, there has been continuous growth of the presence of this modality across every Autonomous Community, with Andalusia being one of the latest regions to dualize the Vocational Educational Training (hereinafter VET) educational scheme. From the outset however, this modality has faced a number of obstacles that question its sustainability. Without losing sight of these obstacles, and with the purpose of providing arguments that justify the suitability of this model in Andalusia, this study aims to identify—from the unique perspective of three Andalusian educational institutions—the strengths of this modality and the opportunities that the Andalusian context offers. To this end, we have used the SWOT technique to analyse the opinion of a group of teachers regarding their thoughts on the Andalusian Dual VET system, from both an internal and external perspective. Workforce insertion and the quality of skills gained through training are some of the strengths that characterize this model, with the greatest opportunities derived from the needs of the Andalusian business and productive sectors. Based on the scenarios drawn, we have suggested a number of guidelines to capitalize on some of the identified strengths and take advantage of the opportunities observed.

One of the environmental changes that have successfully influenced the world of education universally is the pace of digital technology. In the context of education, the emergence of the concept of developing modern technology based on Internet of Things (IoT) and distance learning, certainly demands the optimization of technological utilization. Islamic Education is a catalyst for cross-generation spiritual literacy developers who should not be ignorant of any changes that occur. Responding to the increasingly unpredictable rate of digital technology, an attitude of awareness needs to be done, one of which is through mainstreaming digital inclusion in learning so that the advancement of digital technology can be restored to its role as a medium to increase the effectiveness of knowledge not as a barrier to the learning process. This study tries to identify several domains from digital inclusion into Islamic Education for higher education through a literature review. Some of the digital inclusion domains detected in this study are social networking, entertainment applications, information search engines, websites, and e-learning. This research is a preliminary analysis of the utilization and involvement of digital technology in the learning of Islamic Education and has produced several information regarding the identification of several digital inclusion domains, accompanied by strategies and techniques of implementation in learning activities. The study also includes academic advice for future studies.
