The present article seeks to analyze the monitors' understanding of EFAM Interdisciplinarity from their role as educators, and to understand the importance expressed by EFAM monitors about interdisciplinarity. It uses as data collection instruments the bibliographic, documentary and empirical research (with the use of questionnaires). In the set of data analyzed we found that the challenges for interdisciplinary work in the study experience are related to the education and practice of the educator. However, there are several possibilities for the realization of this pedagogical practice according to the pedagogical instruments themselves, contributing to the theory-practice relationship. In our analysis, we show that interdisciplinarity in school is under construction. We know that, to act in an interdisciplinary way, it is fundamental to recognize the role of the disciplines and / or areas of knowledge in the student's formation, being one of the functions of interdisciplinarity to make the articulation between the different scientific and / or popular knowledge.

The didactics is configured as a broad field of investigation and has as object of study the teaching process. It encompasses several actions on pedagogical practice, but also involves the conception of education that the teacher possesses, since to human and integral formation it is necessary to consider the political, social, cultural and economic scenario in which the subjects are inserted. In the light of the above, the objective of this article is to analyze from the productions in the field, specifically the Working Group on Didactics (GT04) of the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED), which reveal about the role of didactics in teacher training. It is based on the qualitative research, of the bibliographic type; the data collection took place in the ANPED database between 2007-2017 and data analysis was performed from a descriptiveanalytical perspective. The results reveal mainly the research focus in the researched area.

In the last decades, in our society, the experiences of alternating training are expanding and the most recent phenomenon of this pedagogical practice is found in the scope of Higher Education. Studies in the specific context of the training experiences of educators in the field reveal that the alternation in these courses is a process under construction and point out the need for new academic works that can contribute to a better understanding of the course of different degrees in Rural Education. It is in this context that the present article is inserted, whose purpose is to describe and analyze the construction of alternation in the Degree in Rural Education at the Federal University of Viçosa. In methodological terms, the data were obtained from the combination of documentary research, participant observation and interviews with eight professors of the course. In our analyzes, we seek to present some reflections on teaching practice that could contribute both to subsidize actions and strategies of the course and to advance in the understanding of the possibilities of alternating training in Higher Education, analyzing the challenges experienced in the consolidation of this educational experience.

In the last several years the role of overgeneral autobiographical memory (OGM) has been widely discussed in scientific articles as a factor in the appearance and chronification of depressive disorders. The present article describes the phenomenon of OGM as the difficulty in remembering episodes of specific events. Areas of research of OGM are discussed: its modern conceptualization, psychological mechanisms, as well as the role of genetic and psychosocial factors in its development. Methodological issues and directions of further research are discussed.

The problem of pedagogical practice is investigated in the aspect of competence approach. The article determines its aims, content and the main principles of organization. The author clearly highlighted the competencies that are formed thanks to the pedagogical practice, and defined the criteria for assessing the activities of students, which determine the level of competence formation.

The article contains operationalisation of the concepts of “volunteerismˮ and “volunteeringˮ, as a result of which it is determined that it is inappropriate to consider the concepts of “volunteerismˮ and “volunteeringˮ as synonyms. The systematisation and generalisation of various methodological approaches in their application to the study of motivation for volunteering have been carried out. The article presents the results of a study aimed at studying the motivation of mutual assistance in society. The object of the study was people engaged in volunteer activities. The research was carried out by the method of personal interview. The study involved 232 volunteers aged 14 to 57. The number of women is 181 (78 %), of men, 51 (22 %). The data collection was carried out by sending a questionnaire in Google form (attachment) to volunteer organisations in Yaroslavl. Using the results of empirical research, it has been shown that the role of empathy in motivation for prosocial behaviour is significant only within the limits of spontaneous behaviour. Volunteering can be seen as a form of pro-social behaviour. It has been established and proven that motivation to engage in volunteer activities does not always depend on the altruistic orientation of the individual. Selfish interests can also motivate people to volunteer. The role of empathy in motivating prosocial behaviour depends on the context in which the decision to provide assistance is made.

In 2009, when the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program was introduced, there was a specific modality contained within its portfolio, which was to be executed by non-profit entities. However, because it was known from the very start that this program had been proposed and structured by those from within the civil construction industry, we decided to undertake an investigation, which could explain the emergence of a modality called Entidades, together with its scope. The present article analyzes and discusses the importance of the advent of this modality, seeking to problematize it from the viewpoint of the insertion and access of a specific group: the social housing movements. The analysis has been based on the literature, legislation and documentation regarding the program, as well as interviews with leaders and empirical research into projects under construction in the city of São Paulo and the metropolitan region.

One manifestation of the important role of banking in a region, as implemented by PT Bank Sumut, Gunungsitoli Branch, is to distribute loans for investment, consumption and working capital for the people in the area. The purpose of providing credit for banks is the return of credit that earns interest and can increase income to finance activities and business continuity. From the results of research conducted with this data collection technique, it shows that PT Bank Sumut has a number of loans from 2009 to 2014 which each year rises. From this study, it is also known that the rate of credit repayment has a positive influence on the level of profitability.

As participant recruitment and data collection over the Internet have become more common, numerous observers have expressed concern regarding the validity of research conducted in this fashion. One growing method of conducting research over the Internet involves recruiting participants and administering questionnaires over Facebook, the world’s largest social networking service. If Facebook is to be considered a viable platform for social research, it is necessary to demonstrate that Facebook users are sufficiently heterogeneous and that research conducted through Facebook is likely to produce results that can be generalized to a larger population. The present study examines these questions by comparing demographic and personality data collected over Facebook with data collected through a standalone website, and data collected from college undergraduates at two universities. Results indicate that statistically significant differences exist between Facebook data and the comparison data-sets, but since 80% of analyses exhibited partial η2 < .05, such differences are small or practically nonsignificant in magnitude. We conclude that Facebook is a viable research platform, and that recruiting Facebook users for research purposes is a promising avenue that offers numerous advantages over traditional samples.
