Various rules are formulated to repress the drug abuser and trafficking, one of which is through integrated assessment. The paper explains the philosophy of integrated assessment and implementation of the integrated assessment in Purbalingga Regency. This research is empirical by applying methods of survey, observation, interview and literature review. Data were collected and analyzed qualitatively by descriptive analysis. Based on the research result, integrated assessment is a mechanism designed to differentiate drug abusers and addicts from drug traffickers and also to make treatment plan for the drug addicts and drug abusers. In Purbalingga, integrated assessment has been implemented since 2015. Yet practically several obstacles are identified including assessment request and assessment result is overdue issued, lack of coordination among Integrated Assessment Team, secretary facilities of Integrated Assessment Team is not adequate, infrastructure of rehabilitation place is limited and the programs of rehabilitation do not procedurally run.Key words: Integrated Assessment, Drugs Crime, Penal Meditation

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The role of a forest sector in the transition to a circular economy (CE) is critical. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to summarize the main findings of the most important published articles and to provide insights on the interdisciplinary space at the interface of concepts related to a forest-based CE. Moreover, it attempts to assess the challenges raised from adopting the CE in forest sector. Through a systematic literature review, 69 scientific publications were selected and evaluated by two sights: (i) a descriptive analysis and (ii) a cluster analysis of the keywords related to the forest-based CE. The study highlights the need for additional survey on optimizing the interaction between forest ecosystem services and circular economy. Further discussion is also needed about the relations of the key factors associated with the forest-based circular economy, as they emerged from the cluster analysis and the co-occurrence network map.

PurposeThe paper aims at enriching the knowledge of the application of lean management (LM) in emergency department (ED), structuring the methodology for implementing LM projects and summarizing the relevant dimensions of LM adoption in ED.Design/methodology/approachIn accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement, a systematic literature review has been performed, extracting a database of 34 papers. To answer the research purpose, a descriptive and content analyses have been carried out.FindingsThe descriptive analysis demonstrates that the dealt topic is worldwide emerging and multidisciplinary as it arouses interest by medical and engineering communities. Despite the heterogeneity in the adopted methodology, a framework can be grasped from the literature review. It points out the phases and activities, the tools and techniques and the enablers to be considered for guiding the developing of LM project in ED.Originality/valueThis paper provides a comprehensive overview on how to adopt LM in ED, contributing to fill in the gap emerged in the literature. From a practical perspective, this paper provides healthcare managers with a synthesis of the best managerial practices and guidelines in developing a LM project in ED.

ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. Sekolah harus melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat sebagai partner dalam pembinaan dan pembiasaan karakter siswa. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Nilai Karakter, Lisa, Libra Patujar

Tax is a source of revenue to finance all State expenditures including expenditures for development and expenditure in improving the welfare and quality of Human Resources (HR). The tax contribution in funding State expenditures continues to increase and requires support in the form of raising public awareness to meet its tax obligations. This research was conducted in Manado City, where this study aims to examine the return of overpayment. The research method used is descriptive analysis research. Result of research indicate that KPP Pratama manado give good service for taxpayer individual who apply for restitution of amount of tax debt paid by public also must know that even if money have entered to treasury state if proved there is more pay then State treasury also willing to reverse or compensate for other types of taxes. The refund of the tax payment is a refund of tax overpayment that has been assumed is really a tax that is more paid.Keyword : Refund of overpayments, restitution, and compensation of individual taxpayers

O trabalho propõe uma análise comparativa dos formatos impresso e online do Jornal do Brasil (JB), a fim de investigar as transformações no perfil editorial do periódico a partir de sua transição definitiva para a plataforma digital, que ocorreu em 2010. Ao todo, foram analisadas 14 publicações do JB, entre impressas e digitais, buscando uma análise comparativa das edições nas duas mídias. O presente artigo apresenta um resgate da história do JB. Além disso, expõe a análise descritiva, com base nos indicadores de identidade levantados em revisão bibliográfica específica e, posteriormente, apresenta os resultados obtidos, tecendo comparações entre os formatos. Palavras-chave: Jornal do Brasil; Jornalismo Digital; Jornalismo Impresso; Imprensa; História do Jornalismo.  Abstract: The paper proposes a comparative analysis of printed and online formats of Jornal do Brazil (JB) in order to investigate the changes in the journal's editorial profile from its final transition to the digital platform, which took place in 2010. Altogether, 14 JB issues were analyzed, both printed and digital ones. This article presents a bailout in the history of JB. In addition, it presents the descriptive analysis, based on the identity indicators raised in specific literature review and subsequently presents the results obtained, weaving comparisons between formats. Key-words: Jornal do Brasil; Digital Journalism, Journalism Printed; Press; History of Journalism.  Resumen:El documento propone un análisis comparativo de los formatos impresa y electrónica de Jornal do Brasil (JB) con el fin de investigar los cambios en el perfil editorial del diario de su transición final a la plataforma digital, que tuvo lugar en 2010. En total, el estudio analizó 14 publicaciones de JB entre impresos y digitales, para esbozar un análisis comparativo de los temas en los dos medios. En este artículo se presenta un plan de rescate en la historia de JB. This paper seeks to examine the evolution of determinants under scrutiny by academics publishing on performance of ethnic companies in Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries. Using the systematic literature review method, we first provide a descriptive analysis of articles gathered, and then make an in-depth examination of the determinants focused on. A database of 40 papers published between 2002 and 2011 was collected the topic was precise enough to yield only a few articles from a wide range of journals. We provide a systemized summary of the current status of this body of work, examine areas where research is lacking, and explain why further study of the role of cultural and ethical values as determinants of ethnic entrepreneurship is critical.

A beleza pode ser definida como uma combinação de qualidades que dão prazer aos sentidos ou a mente. Cirurgiões plásticos acreditam que o volume da bochecha é um importante determinante da beleza facial e aparência jovem. Na Ortodontia, não é suficiente apenas perceber o que interfere no sorriso, é necessário diagnosticar o que se encontra fora da normalidade, para que se possa estabelecer um plano de tratamento. Assim como nos problemas funcionais seguimos condutas que nos levam ao diagnóstico das anomalias, os problemas estéticos também necessitam de parâmetros para que encontremos os defeitos. Nesse âmbito, as investigações científicas sobre os critérios utilizados pelo ortodontista e pacientes para definir um sorriso ou uma face como esteticamente agradável poderiam edificar uma sólida escada para o entendimento das diferenças entre a percepção do profissional e a do paciente. Durante a execução do tratamento, a consulta de pesquisas cientificas que norteiem a situação favorece seu decurso. Nortear a identificação e manejo no diagnóstico e indicação adequada da bichectomia foi o objetivo desta revisão de literatura realizada nas bases de dados científicas National Library of Medicine, Washington, DC (MEDLINE: Pubmed) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Foram recuperados 1710 artigos científicos, que após seleção resultaram em 48 artigos relacionados à descrição e manejo no diagnóstico e indicação adequada da Bichectomia, escolhidos para elaboração desta revisão de literatura. A existência de materiais de fácil consulta com embasamento científico adequado para orientação aos pacientes na tomada de decisões enquanto a Bichectomia favorece manejo do tratamento.   Palavras-chave: Bichectomia. Ortodontia.   Abstract Beauty can be defined as a combination of qualities that give pleasure to the senses or the mind.  Plastic surgeons believe that cheek volume is an important determinant of facial beauty and youthful appearance.  In orthodontics, it is not enough to just understand what interferes with the smile, it is necessary to diagnose what is out of the ordinary, so that a treatment plan can be established.  Just as in functional problems we follow conducts that lead us to the diagnosis of anomalies, aesthetic problems also need parameters in order to find the defects. In this context, scientific investigations on the criteria used by orthodontists and patients to define a smile or face as aesthetically pleasing could build a solid ladder for understanding the differences between the professional's and the patient's perception.  During the execution of the treatment, the consultation of scientific research that guides the situation favors its course.  To guide the identification and management in the diagnosis and adequate indication of bichectomy was the objective of this literature review carried out in the scientific databases National Library of Medicine, Washington, DC (MEDLINE: Pubmed) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO).  1710 scientific articles were retrieved, which after selection resulted in 48 articles related to the description and management in the diagnosis and adequate indication of Bichectomy, chosen for the elaboration of this literature review. The existence of easy-to-consult materials with an adequate scientific basis to guide patients in making decisions while Bichectomy favors treatment management.   Keywords: Bichectomy. Differences in the characteritics of children with special needs will require the ability of teachers to combine various abilities and talents of each child, such as mentally retarded children who need communication like children in general. His developmental delays are often excluded from his playing enviranment, thus the need for good social interaction with mentally retarded children. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to describe the findings of social interaction in mentally retarded children in extraordinary school Mentari Kita. The research is a descriptive analysis with qualitative research approach. Technique of data analysis was performed with data reduction stage, the presentation of data, and verification (conclusions). Researchers used the test of credibility, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, and konfirmabilitas to obtain the validity of the data. The result showed that the way social interaction with mental retardation children how do social contacts and communication as being able to respond when invited to communicate but it should be repeated over and over,the subject has a weakness in the concentration of so when invited to talk hard staring at your opponents interlocutor. When did the subject communication using language that sounds stilted. Social contact subject well againts his peers is characterized by sensitivity to her friends when in distress, want to help his friend like get a pencil, and divide the food per day taken by subject. Based on the above research result it can be concluded that the way the social interactions of the child with mental retardation how do social contacts and communication in accordance with the terms of the occurrence of social interaction.
