The  purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of web quality, fulfillment, and satisfaction and its impact on repurchase intention of e-commerce customers. This type of research used survey methods, the population in this study were all Tokopedia consumers in Pontianak city-Indonesia. The sample in this study used 100 respondents using purposive  sampling technique and the data analysis carried out with path analysis. Results of the first substructure was fulfillment and web quality had positive effect to satisfaction. The second substructure was the fulfillment did not effect the repurchase intention while the web quality and satisfaction variables had positive effect on repurchase intention. Satisfaction mediated the effect of fullfillment and web quality on repurchase intention.

The problems that occurred in the employee portion of sales LG Indonesia Semarang is adecline in performance is indicated by not achieving the target for 2015. The employeeperformance and motivation is also thought to be influenced by factors of organizationalculture and also compensation deemed not feasible by most employees. This study aimedto analyze the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and compensationand employee performance parts sales LG Indonesia Semarang. The population used inthis study were all employees of LG Indonesia Semarang. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the salesdepartment LG Indonesia Semarang who have worked more than two years are 71nurses. The method of collecting the data in this study using questionnaires andinterviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on the research,organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on motivation andperformance, while motivation is also a positive effect on performance. Based on theresults Sobel Test to determine whether there is mediating the relationship between theindependent and dependent variables, it is known that motivation mediates the effect ofcompensation and organizational culture on performance.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence, organizational culture on performance of the financial report's authors work unit ministry/institutions through organizational commitment. The research was conducted at the working unit ministries / agencies in the area of ??payment KPPN Denpasar. Samples used as many as 144 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data is collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that competence of a positive effect on the performance of financial report's authors, organizational culture of positive effect on performance financial report's authors, organizational commitment of a positive effect on the performance of financial report's authors, competency of positive effect on organizational commitment of financial report's authors, organizational culture had no effect on organizational commitment of financial report's authors, competence of positive effect on the performance of the financial report's authors through organizational commitment and organizational culture of positive effect on the performance of the financial report's authors through organizational commitment.

The aims of this study were to analyze the significant and positive effect of technology acceptance factor, website service quality, specific holdup cost on customers’ loyalty partially and simultaneously. The population were Polytechnic of Kotabaru students with 95 people as the samples by purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) there was no significant effect technology acceptance factors on customers’ loyalty partially but has a positive effect, 2) there was negative and no significant effect website service quality on customers’ loyalty partially, 3) there was positive and significant effect specific holdup cost on customers’ loyalty partially, 4) there were positive and significant effect on technology acceptance factors, website service quality, specific holdup cost simultaneously.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. The growth of coffee consumption in the community has a negative impact on the increase in the amount of plastic waste from coffee drinks. This condition is the focus of Starbuck's attention to produce green product reusable Color changing cups. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence buying interest in green product reusable color changing cups. The research method used is survey and the data analysis technique used is path analysis. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents who are Instagram followers @starbucksindonesia who use reusable color changing cups at the Sahid Sudirman Center. The results showed that Green Product had a positive effect on repurchase intention through green advertising. This research also shows that the innovation of reusable color changing cups as a green product launched by Starbucks, was received positively and in accordance with the needs of people who have started to care about environmentally friendly products. Starbucks consumers will reuse reusable color changing cups as containers or glasses when purchasing drinks.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of knowladge taxation on the willingness to pay taxes with the awareness of paying taxes as an intervening variabel. The population in this study is the UMKM taxpayer who has an NPWP and is registered with the Semarang Coperation and UMKM Office. Thi study used a nonprobabilitas sampling technique with purpopsive sampling method of 100 respondents. Data analysis of this study using multiple linear analysis and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that the variabel knowledge of tax have a significant positive effect the awareness of paying taxes. Awareness of paying taxes have a significant positive effect the willingness to pay taxes. Knowledge of tax have a significant positive effect on the willingness of pay taxes.

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest through motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 186 students of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta both from Accounting and Management Study Programs. The sampling technique used in this study was snowball sampling while the data analysis used in this study was path analysis. The classical assumption test used in this research are normality test, multicollinerarity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study prove that self-efficacy has a positive effect on motivation. The results of data processing shows that motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest while self-efficacy has no effect on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest through motivation as an intervening variable.

This research was conducted with the aim of measuring and testing the effect of brand image on brand loyalty with brand trust as a mediator. One hundred badminton players using Shuttlecock Pastra were used as samples, the method used was purposive sampling. The study was conducted in Denpasar City and distributed questionnaires to prospective respondents as many as 100 people selected through a purposive sampling technique. Path analysis techniques and sobel tests are used to analyze data. After investigating, it was found that brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on brand trust variables, brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty variables, brand trust variables had a positive effect that was also significant for brand loyalty variables and brand trust variables were able to mediate the influence of brand image on brand loyalty shuttlecock Pastra.   This study aims to identify the effect of own capital and financing to net income (SHU), and how its effect when mediated by total assets. The population in this research are all Sharia Cooperative which operates in Semarang regency, there are 25 cooperatives. Sampling technique using is purposive sampling technique, which finally obtained 13 cooperatives with a period of observation 5 years. The method of analysis used to answer the hypothesis in this research is Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that partially own capital and financing have a significant positive effect on total asset, own capital has a significant positive effect on net income, financing has no significant effect on net income, total asset has an insignificant positive effect on net income, total asset did not succeed in mediating the effect of own capital on net income, and total asset succeed in mediating the effect of financing on net income.
