Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (DJPL) memiliki media sosial twitter untuk menyebarkan informasi publik dengan nama pengguna @djplkemenhub151. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan jejaring sosial twitter sebagai media penyebaran informasi publik oleh Humas DJPL. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah The Circular Model of SoMe, terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu Share (berbagi), Optimize (optimisasi), Manage (mengelola), dan Engage (melibatkan) yang dikemukakan oleh Regina Luttrell. Keempat tahapan model komunikasi di media sosial tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan jejaring sosial twitter sebagai media penyebaran informasi publik oleh Humas DJPL sudah berjalan secara optimal atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian etnometodologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan satu orang key informan dan dua orang informan. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber karena membandingkan data atau informasi melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada tahap share, media sosial twitter yang dipilih Humas DJPL sudah tepat. Pada tahap optimize, pemanfaatan twitter DJPL belum dilakukan secara maksimal karena Humas DJPL tidak memiliki strategi khusus dalam mengembangkan akun twitternya. Pada tahap manage, Humas DJPL melakukan media monitoring secara manual dan terdapat kendala keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sehingga pengelolaan twitter DJPL masih sama dengan media sosial DJPL lain, artinya tidak memiliki admin pengelola khusus. Pada tahap engage, Humas DJPL belum menggunakan influencer pada akun media sosial twitternya dan belum memiliki cara efektif untuk menarik minat followers melakukan interaksi pada akun twitter @djplkemenhub151. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan twitter sebagai media penyebaran informasi publik oleh Humas DJPL belum berjalan secara optimal. Humas DJPL tidak melakukan tahapan-tahapan model komunikasi di media sosial secara lengkap dan masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam pengelolaan twitter @djplkemenhub151. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan mengenai tahap membagikan, mengoptimalkan, mengelola serta mengikutsertakan pada  pengelolaan cyber  public  relations  dalam  membentuk  corporate  branding  di PT  Len Industri (Persero). Konsep  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep  model melingkar  untuk  sosial  media  menurut Regina  Luttrell . Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitiatif. Pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  yaitu dengan wawancara, dan observasi.  Hasil  penelitian dilapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktisi  humas  PT Len Industri (Persero) dalam pengelolaan cyber public relations guna membentuk corporate branding memiliki  empat  tahapan  yakni : 1) tahap  membagikan  konten terdiri dari: a) berpartisipasi  menggunakan  media  sosial , b) saling terhubung dengan publik, c) membangun  kepercayaan publik . 2) tahap pengoptimalan pesan  yang dilakukan  yakni  dengan : a) melakukan  pengecekan hashtag, b) melakukan postingan lima kali sehari, dan c) melakukan  postingan yang memiliki unsur teknologi. 3) mengelola dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu : a) media monitoring, b) interaksi dalam waktu yang sebenarnya, dan c) memberikan respon cepat. 4) mengikutsertakan publik dengan tiga unsure yaitu : a) menjalin hubungan dengan para influencer, b) mengetahui dimana dan siapa audiens, serta c)  meraih target audiens. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan; Cyber Public Relations; Corporate Branding. ABSTRACT The  purpose  of  to  find  out and describe the sharingstage,optimize,manage  and engage in cyber public relations management in forming a corporate branding in PT Len Industri (Persero). The concept  used  in  this research is the concept of  The Circular model of Some to Regina Luttrell. The research method using  an  adaptive  method  with  a  qualitative  approach. Data collection used in this study is by interview,and observation. The results of the research in the field can be concluded that PT Len Industri (Persero) public  relations  practitioners  in  the management  of  cyber  public  relations  to  form  corporate  branding  has  four  stages : 1) The share stage consists of: a) participating  in  social  media  (participate), b) connect with public (connect), c) build  public  trust (build trust). 2) optimize phase messages that are carried out by: a) checking hashtag, b) posting  five time a day, c) do posts that have technological elements. 3) The  manage  divided  into: a) media  monitoring, b) interaction  in  real  time, c)  provide quick response. 4) engage  the  public  : a) establish  a  relationship  with  influencer, b) where and  who  is  the  audience, c)  reach  the target  audience. The use of social media continues to increase until now, one of is Instagram that commonly used at the corporate level. As in the type of shopping center company (Mall) that has a visitor with characteristics to find out all information related to the mall that he wants to visit through the mall's social media, Instagram. Therefore it requires the management of social media content to help the company's audience in getting information and become the communication media between the company and their audience. The theory used in this research is The Circular Model of Some by Regina Luttrell in his book Social Media How to Engage, Share, and Connect. From the results of the research note that in managing content on corporate social media instagram, the aspect of sharing begins with understanding the purpose of the use of social media platforms for corporates. Next to the optimize aspect, which is to make a posting schedule and use the features available on Instagram. The process of controlling or aspects of managing is also carried out by making media monitoring reports as a form of evaluation and accountability to company management. In the aspect of engaging, establishing good relations with the online community to get Instagram exposure on the content produced. Keywords: Social Media Management, Content, Instagram.

Abstract Koalisi Pemuda Hijau Indonesia (KOPHI), a community engaged in the environment, often discusses issues and phenomena that occur at that time. In carrying out their activities, Media and Communication (MedCom) team utilized instagram social media as a media publication activity, descriptive study: on the instagram account @_kophi. However, the low instagram engagement is an obstacle in gaining feedback from followers. The purpose of this study is to find out how to use instagram @_kophi social media throught several stages of share, manage, optimize, and manage. This research uses the main theory of social media namely The Circular Model of SoMe from Regina Luttrell. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and this study contained 3 key informats and 5 informants in this study. The results showed that at the share stage, the instagram social media chosen by KOPHI community was appropriate. In the optimize stage, the use of instagram @_kophi is quite optimal but KOPHI does not have a spacific strategy in developing its instagram account. At the manage stage, to carry out media monitoring KOPHI community uses Insight Instagram Analytics. At the engage stage, it is known that KOPHI Instagram followers do not always actively follow KOPHI Instagram developments and rarely respond to KOPHI Instagram posts. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) routinely rotate ground forces in and out of the Occupied Territories in the West Bank. While these troops are trained for soldiering in high-intensity wars, in the Territories they have long had to carry out a variety of policing activities. These activities often exist in tension with their soldierly training and ethos, both of which center on violent encounters. IDF ground forces have adapted to this situation by maintaining a hierarchy of ‘logics of action’, in which handling potentially hostile encounters takes precedence over other forms of policing. Over time, this hierarchy has been adapted to the changed nature of contemporary conflict, in which soldiering is increasingly exposed to multiple forms of media, monitoring, and juridification. To maintain its public legitimacy and institutional autonomy, the IDF has had to adapt to the changes imposed on it by creating multiple mechanisms of force generation and control of soldierly action.

The present study explores gendered representations in Belgian electoral news coverage. Compared to other Western countries, Belgium has consistently reported a small share of female politicians in the news, offering limited insights into the ways they are portrayed. Starting from the observation that the (mainly Anglo-Saxon) body of work on women politicians’ representation has reported mixed findings, the study intends to provide a more comprehensive analysis by taking political and contextual factors into account. By means of a quantitative content analysis, we monitored news content prior to the 2019 Belgian elections, resulting in a sample of 981 television, newspaper, radio and web-based news items. The findings confirm the persistence of gendered patterns in Belgian news content, regardless of a candidate’s political characteristics. Women were less often represented and their gender, appearance and family life were more often highlighted. Whereas a candidate’s political power provided additional insights into gendering, some differences in coverage between candidates could not be explained by either sex or political characteristics. Lastly, differences between media were limited, though web-based news was more negative in tone.

A complete solution is obtained for elastohydrodynamically lubricated conjunctions in line contacts considering the effects of temperature and the non-Newtonian characteristics of lubricants with limiting shear strength. The complete fast approach is used to solve the thermal Reynolds equation by using the complete circular non-Newtonian fluid model and considering both velocity and stress boundary conditions. The reason and the occasion to incorporate stress boundary conditions for the circular model are discussed. A conservative form of the energy equation is developed by using the finite control volume approach. Analytical solutions for solid surface temperatures that consider two-dimensional heat flow within the solids are used. A straightforward finite difference method, successive over-relaxation by lines, is employed to solve the energy equation. Results of thermal effects on film shape, pressure profile, streamlines, and friction coefficient are presented.
