The article deals with the history and current state of methodological activities of the Tomsk regional universal scientific library named after A. S. Pushkin – the methodological center for open to general use public libraries – from 1930 to 2019. It observes the matter and peculiarities of the regional library scientific- methodological system during this period. It is noted, that a transition from the directive style of library management to the interaction of regional and municipal levels of management has taken place. In modern conditions, innovative forms have been introduced into the work of the methodological service, which is an important factor for the further development of the regional library business. Innovations have affected the system of professional development. An educational and methodological center has been created within the methodological department, which activity demonstrates new approaches to the educational function. For the effective work with young librarians, the club of online communication “#Profichat” has been organized. The website “Professionals” is also in demand, created to inform library workers of the region about events in the library activities of the country and the region. The most important achievement of TOUNB methodological service is its participation in the national project “Culture”, which is highly effective: a new generation of libraries has appeared in the region, and about 40 employees of regional libraries have improved their skills in Federal libraries. The restraining factors in the methodological activities development are lack of methodologists in a number of central library systems and insufficiency of publications that address issues of development and organization of scientific and methodological support for libraries.

The article describes the work of the 7th All-Russian Forum of Public Libraries “Municipal Libraries of New Generation: The Regional View”, which was held on November 15—16, 2019 in St. Petersburg. It became the main library platform of the 8th St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. The organizers of the Forum were the National Library of Russia (NLR) and the Russian State Library (RSL) with the participation of the Russian Library Association (RLA). The Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg and the Mayakovsky Central City Public Library, Leningrad Regional Universal Scientific Library and St. Petersburg Library Society made significant contribution to the organization of the Forum.The Forum of public libraries considered the first results of implementation of the National project “Culture” in the field of creating the model libraries of the new generation. The author reveals the content of the main events of the Forum — the plenary session and round tables devoted to the specific features of working with readers and book collections: “Municipal libraries of new generation: exchange of experience and ideas”, “The Year of Daniil Granin in public libraries in Russia”, “Public library in civil society”. The article reflects the main ideas of presentations by specialists of various levels — from federal to municipal. The author shows the place of model libraries in the system of public municipal libraries, summarizes the first results of competitions among the municipal libraries of the country, as well as describes the characteristics of unresolved issues and identifies the main problems and directions of modernization of libraries. The article raises the question on the place of model libraries in the network of municipal libraries in the country. The article presents the final document of the Forum with appeal to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, to the RSL, the NLR and the RLA, as well as to the state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local authorities, central libraries of the subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal libraries together with project offices of the subjects of the Russian Federation and model libraries of new generation.

In the article "Determining the factors affecting the productivity of specialists of a new generation", questions of the effectiveness of the work of the representatives of the generation Z, the features of the management of the young cadres, the need to develop a management methodology that takes into account the diverse composition of the work collectives are discussed. The author of the article is a student of the Master's Degree 1 course of University ITMO, Pomogaeva K.Yu. The article is devoted to the study of the factors influencing the efficiency of the work of young specialists, and is a description and analysis of the results of the experiment conducted on the team of the case studies "Marketorium". In the introduction, the goal of the experiment is stated: verification of the reliability of the stated hypothesis for representatives of the Z generation. The structure of the experiment is described below: in the first stage, a hidden experiment was conducted with the division of participants into an autonomous and supervised team; at the second, a survey of the manager and questioning of the remaining participants, , that autonomy negatively affects the productivity of representatives of the generation Z, the third - interviewing, which made it possible to determine possible factors reducing Effective work: violation of the circulation of ideas, the presence of personal conflicts. In conclusion the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to further study the characteristics of young cadres with the further development of a methodology for managing employees that takes into account the similarities and differences of all generations.

Purpose: This paper is a thematic literature review to examine the current state of research about Culturally Responsive Pedagogy in mathematics. The main themes are students’ perception, teacher education for pre-service teacher and professional development for teachers. Research methods/ approach: Literature was collected from Eric, which is a research engine of the education field. Also, Google Scholar is used to find articles of major scholars introduced by Dr. Rich Milner, who is the instructor of this course. Findings: Students faced microaggressions in mathematics class, which discouraged them to learn mathematics. The effect of teacher education was inconsistent in terms of the awareness of culturally responsive pedagogy and lesson plans. Research of professional development mentioned that mathematics was cultural. Implications for research and practice: It is more interesting to conduct long term or follow-up research to find the teacher’s practice after a taking professional development program. Also, it is critical to expand research scope besides African American and Latino students. Finally, evidence-based research is needed to change the political situation. The article considers the essence of blockchain technology and the possibility of its application in the banking sector. The current state of development and application of blockchain technologies in various industries is analyzed. The pros and cons of using blockchain technologies for the banking sector are identified. Emphasis is placed on the role of blockchain technologies in the further development of the banking sector. The most promising directions of development of this technology are considered. Particular attention is paid to examples of the use of blockchain technology by global banking institutions.

The article notes that the growing popularity of healthy lifestyles contributes to the increase in consumption of fruits and berries. At the same time, the analysis of the dynamics of the gardening industry for 2000-2018 shows that the problem of providing fresh fruits and berries to the population remains one of the most important. Based on actual data, linear and logarithmic models of time series of key industry indicators for the period 2010 – 2019 have been compiled. Calculations showed that in the Russian Federation as a whole the trend of reduction of sown areas of perennial fruit plantations will continue with growth of yield and gross fees. In this regard, the issues of distribution and introduction of gardens of intensive type are updated. An overview of the views of domestic scientists-gardeners on the concept of “intensive garden” is given. It has been established that the distribution of intensive gardens is possible only if there are favorable natural and climatic conditions and a developed scientific and production base of nursery management. The current state and problems of gardening in one of the leading regions – the Republic of Dagestan - are considered. A significant technological lag of region in the further development of intensive horticulture has been identified. Various directions of intensification process in horticulture as the main and necessary condition of growth of efficient and sustainable production are summarized.

Studying the current state of cartography and ways of further developing the industry, the role of the map in the future of the society, new methods of promoting cartographic products is impossible without a deep scientific analyzing all the paths, events and factors influencing its formation and development throughout all the historic steps of cartographic production in Russia. In the article, the history of cartographic production in Russia is considered together with the development of private, state and military cartography, since, despite some differences, they have a common technical, technological and production basis. The author describes the stages of originating, formation and growth of industrial cartographic production from the beginning of the XVIII century until now. The connection between the change of political formations and technological structures with the mentioned stages of maps and atlases production is considered. Each stage is studied in detail, a step-by-step analysis was carried out, and the characteristics of each stage are described. All the events and facts are given in chronological order, highlighting especially significant moments influencing the evolution of cartographic production. The data on the volumes of printing and sales of atlases and maps by commercial and state enterprises are presented. The main trends and lines of further development of cartographic production in Russia are studied.
