Technological developments, as a result of globalization, indirectly affect human lifestyles, one of which is the Indonesian people. In a situation of change towards the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Pancasila has a role as a guide for the Indonesian people to be what by the noble values ​​of the nation. However, the role of the millennial generation in maintaining these noble values ​​is important considering that they are the spearhead of the country's development. From this statement, this study aims to identify and formulate steps to maintain the noble values ​​of Pancasila among the millennial generation so that it does not eliminate national identity and understand the urgency of implementing the Pancasila lifestyle in the era of globalization. By using the literature review method, it can be seen that "grounding" and strengthening the essence of Pancasila values ​​can be a solution so that the existence of Pancasila continues to shine. The Pancasila lifestyle deserves to be implemented because it regulates all behaviors of speech, thought, behavior, action, and good manners so that it must be expressed in the life of the nation and state as well as our everyday life.

The purpose of writing this review is to find out information from the book's contents and assess the weaknesses and strengths of the book. The author did this review because he saw the development of the generation in Indonesia and their ability to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge in relevant formal, non-formal, and informal education.The book entitled Generation Z & Industrial Revolution 4.0 was written by Hadion Wijoyo, one of the permanent lecturers at STMIK Dharmapala Riau. The purpose of writing books is because the millennial generation contributed a lot to drive the industrial revolution. The millennial generation can take advantage of increasingly developing technology. The millennial generation needs to be provided with knowledge in relevant formal, non-formal, and informal education.This book is intended for the millennial generation in Indonesia. The opportunity for the industrial revolution 4.0 to occur is tremendous if they can adapt well. So that the millennial generation is expected to make technology in Indonesia more advanced, as the millennial generation must be able to study all developments in the Industrial Revolution to bring the Indonesian nation forward. However, technological developments must also be by the Pancasila principles so that they do not conflict with the goals of the Indonesian government.The book Generation Z & the Industrial Revolution 4.0 provides information about the occurrence of the industrial revolution 4.0 in Indonesia. Industrial revolution 4.0 was implemented with the increase in machine technology, strategic policy frameworks, and others. Given the development of technology, the role of generation Z will also increase in achieving the benefits of the industrial revolution.The reader will interest in the book since it is fascinating. The book is interesting because it contains the role of the millennial generation in the industrial revolution. It is essential for the millennial generation so that they can keep up with existing technological developments. Therefore, this book by Hadion Wijoyo can be used as a guide in utilizing existing technology. The millennial generation must also have and practice the principles of Pancasila in everyday life so that they are not misguided when following technological developments.

ABSTRAK - Arus globalisasi yang mendunia sudah tidak dapat dibendung lagi keberadaannya di negara Indonesia. Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari berbagai negara yang telah dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi dan iptek yang semakin canggih, sehingga dunia kini telah memasuki era industri 4.0. Generasi milenial adalah salah satu kelompok yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang serba instan, bahkan peran penting generasi milenial sudah mulai surut tergantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Menghadapi tantangan tersebut diperlukan solusi yang solutif yaitu mengimplementasikan model pemuridan kontekstual sebagai panggilan pelayanan terhadap generasi milenial di era industri 4.0, sehingga membentuk generasi milenial supaya beridentitas Kristen dan bertumbuh menjadi dewasa dalam iman. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa model pemuridan kontekstual layak dijadikan pedoman dalam mengarahkan para generasi milenial di era indutri 4.0 agar mampu bertahan (survive) dalam perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih.Kata kunci : Pemuridan, Kontekstual, Panggilan Pelayanan, Generasi Milenial, Revolusi Industri 4.0ABSTRACT - The current global globalization can not be dammed anymore its existence in the country of Indonesia. Millennials have become one of those groups influenced by the development of instantaneous technology, even the important role of millennials has begun to subside replaced by technological advances. Facing these challenges requires a solution that is to implement a model of contextual discipleship as a service call to millennials in the industrial era 4.0, thus forming millennial generations so that Christian identity and growing into adulthood in the faith. The approach taken is a qualitative approach that involves the study of literature. ABSTRAK Revolusi Industri 4.0 memberikan dampak besar bagi kehidupan generasi milenal dan juga mempengaruhi keberfungsian sosialnya di kehidupan nyata, banyak generasi milenial berjuang untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya di media sosial maka artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Potret  kehidupan generasi milenial pada era revolusi industry 4.0. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif beradasar kepada analisis study literatur yang terkait Generasi Milenial  dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Hasil penelitian menejlaskan bahwa generasi milenial secara keberfungsian sosial  memiliki kekuatan di bidang teknologi penelitian ini menyebutnya C3  Creative, Confident, Connected. Akan tetapi dalam prosesnya tidak semua generasi milenial mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, krisis kepercayaan diri dan depresi menjadi masalah-masalah psikososial nya.  ABSTRACTThe Industrial Revolution 4.0 had a major impact on the life of the millennia generation and also affected its social functioning in real life, many millennial generations struggled to maintain their existence on social media so this article aims to analyze the portrait of millennial generations in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on an analysis of literature studies related to Millennial Generation and Industrial Revolution 4.0. The explanatory results of the study show that the millennial generation in social function has strength in the technological field of this research, calling it C3 Creative, Confident, Connected. But in the process not all millennials are able to adapt to technological developments, crises of self-confidence and depression become psychosocial problems.

Background: Currently, Indonesia is entering an era that is all digital and uses technology in all fields of activity. The internet has a lot to do with their behavior or character. Millennials are the nation's next generation. The emergence of the digital era caused by globalization has made the millennial generation less appreciative and practicing the values ​​of Pancasila. In this case, character education is something that must be applied to the millennial generation. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the millennial generation, the role of character education in realizing the values ​​of Pancasila in the daily life of the millennial generation, how to cultivate an attitude of patriotism and nationalism towards the nation by practicing Pancasila, and provide motivation for the millennial generation to realize these values. Pancasila values. Methods: This study uses a literature review method. The search for journals was carried out using the google scholar database with the keywords “Character Education”, “millenial generation”, and “Pancasila”. The journals selected are journals from 2019 to 2020. Results: By applying character education to the millennial generation, it will make it easier for them to practice the values ​​of Pancasila. Pancasila should be the way of life of the millennial generation. Recommendation and limitation: As millennials, we must protect the country from values ​​that are contrary to Pancasila. Character education must be applied following the nature of the millennial generation itself. Of course, the applied character education must prioritize and be based on the values ​​of Pancasila as well.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of devices in helping students' learning development.The research is library research, this research was conducted by conducting and examining in depth through an analytical description of the role of devices in helping students' learning development. The subjects of this study were students from various levels of education. Data sources come from books, journals, articles, previous theses, and websites. While data analysis was carried out by means of descriptive analysis.The results showed that devices played a very important role in helping students learning development. This is evidenced by the 4.0 industrial revolution which is usually called the digital age. The field of education is one aspect that must be sensitive to technological developments.

Introduction: It’s safe to say that Pancasila, as the moral compass of the people and the nation, is held as a foundation—in which, the stronger a foundation is, the sturdier the country ought to be. For the last couple years, the millennial generation has taken the reins concerning the future life of the people and the nation of Indonesia. With the effects of ceaseless tech development, an effort to properly implement Pancasila values in their everyday lives is needed, so that the negative repercussions of globalization would not heavily impact the behavioral shift of the millennials. Methods: This article is written using the method of literature review from publications regarding the corresponding topic, along with determined criteria. Results: The millennial generation has shown the withering of Pancasila values through their behavior in recent times. Seeing that the millennials currently play a major part in the success of the people and the land, it is compulsory that the cultivation of Pancasila is given in schools and higher education, to then help the society build the values in prospect for a more altruistic and stronger character. Conclusion: The efforts of implementing Pancasila values in everyday life should be practiced more frequently. Even if it starts with just one principle, gradual progress will show unwittingly, as the five principles all correspond to each other.

Background: In the current era of globalization, the Indonesian government's problem today is the weakening of nationalism and patriotism among the millennial generation. The large number of foreign cultures that have entered Indonesia has caused a sense of nationalism and patriotism. In addition, Indonesia is also facing the problem of spreading the Covid-19 virus. During the pandemic, various policies set by the government received protests from some circles because they felt their freedom was restricted. Therefore, the awareness of millennial generation nationalism is needed, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like today. This research aims to make millennials aware of nationalism sense, which mainly to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This research is used to answer the questions of what the problems that arise due to the waning of the spirit of nationalism during the pandemic are? and what efforts should be made to maintain the spirit of nationalism? Methods: This research is a qualitative study using the literature review method. The articles used are research published in 2019 to 2021 in Google Scholar, with keywords that match the topic of millennial generation nationalism in the Covid-19 pandemic. Results and Discussion: The results of the study found that the spirit of Indonesian nationalism during the Covid-19 pandemic was decreasing. The decline in the sense of nationalism is due to several government policies that impact the psychology of society and the Indonesian economy. As a result, society, particularly the millennial generation, must play a role in breaking the chain of the Covid-19 virus's propagation by following the government's health standards. Conclusion: The government and society need to work together to understand nationalism in the millennial generation, especially in dealing with problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this, various efforts need to be made to foster the spirit of nationalism and overcome the Covid-19 pandemic. So that later, it can produce a generation that upholds the value of nationalism in everyday life.

This chapter explores the role of sport in the construction of national identity. It focuses initially on sport as a cultural practice possessing the demonstrable capacity to generate events and experiences through which imagined communities are made real. The governments of nation-states or other political agencies might intervene directly in this process, using sport as a form of propaganda to achieve this effect. More often, however, the relationship between sport and national identity is reproduced in everyday life, flagged daily by the mass media as an expression of banal nationalism. Particular attention is given to the role of sports that are indigenous to particular nations and also to sports engaged in competitively between nations. These have contributed in different ways to the making of national identities.

Today technological developments in the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry provides opportunities to build huge and complex buildings and facilities. In order to operate these facilities and to meet the requirements of the occupants and also to manage energy, waste and to keep all facility services operational, several Facility Management (FM) solutions were developed. This paper starts by presenting a state of art review of research related to Indoor Facility Management Systems. Later, a textual analysis focused to identify the research trends in this field is presented in the paper. The result of the literature review and textual analysis indicates that current research in Indoor FM Systems is underestimating the role of Geoinformation, Geoinformation models and systems.

During the last few decades, there has been a greater understanding of the role of lean construction (LC) in achieving better management of construction projects and enabling the application of the fourth industrial revolution in the construction industry (Construction 4.0), which in turn, has the potential to improve the practices and outcomes in the construction industry. This paper aims to identify the barriers to adopt LC practices by taking a case of the Kingdom of Jordan. A questionnaire that included 30 barriers that were resulted from a comprehensive literature review was distributed and filled by 326 respondents from the Jordanian construction industry. The findings showed that the absence of support from the top management, low awareness toward LC, lack of training, and the absence of transparency are amongst the most serious factors that hinder the adoption of LC. The findings in this paper might be helpful to improve the knowledge about LC and support the adoption of new techniques that might improve the performance in the construction industry.
