<p>Abstract<br />This articles examine about Restrictions on Head Village Candidate In The Head Village Election (Pilkades) Simultaneously in the Human Rights Context. This research was doctrinal law. Form of the study is exploratory. Analysis of data using qualitative analysis approach to law and case and using primary data source, secondary and tertiary.The technique of data collection using literature and observation to strengthen analysis qualitatively. Based on research carried out produced a conclusion that reason Restrictions on Head Village Candidate In The Head Village Election (Pilkades) Simultaneously was central government took aims to effective goal using by systemic of utilities. The villages chief candidates also citizens  which  given  protection of  his  political  rights  where  political  rights  can  only  limited by constitution. So restrictions village head candidate should not be applied because it law No. 6 of 2014 about village not directly contain restriction regulation village head candidates. The restriction of the village head candidate there is only on the implementation arrangements.</p><p>Key words : Restrictions village head candidate, Human rights, Head Village Election.<br /> <br />Abstrak<br />Artikel ini mengkaji tentang Pembatasan Calon Kepala Desa Pada Pemilihan Kepala Desa ( Pilkades ) Serentak Dalam Konteks Hak Asasi Manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum doktrinal <br />dan bentuk  penelitiannya eksploratif.  Pendekatan  yang  digunakan  adalah pendekatan  perundang  – undangan  dan  pendekatan  kasus  dengan menggunakan  sumber  data primer, sekunder  dan  tersier. Teknik Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan literatur dan observasi untuk memperkuat analisa secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa alasan <br />pilkades.  Kedua  alasan tersebut  diambil  pemerintah  pusat  dengan  maksud untuk  mencapai tujuan yang efektif dengan menggunakan sarana – sarana yang sistemik sehingga kebijakan sentral dapat terlaksana. Calon kepala desa juga warga Negara yang diberi perlindungan terhadap hak politiknya dimana hak politik hanya dapat dibatasi dengan Undang – Undang saja. Jadi pembatasan calon kepala desa hendaknya tidak diberlakukan karena Undang – Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2016 tentang desa tidak secara langsung memuat aturan pembatasan calon kepala desa. Pembatasan calon kepala desa hanya ada pada aturan pelaksanannya.</p><p>Kata kunci : Pembatasan Calon Kepala Desa, Hak Asasi Manusia, Pemilihan   Kepala Desa.</p>

<p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>

This research is about what learning strategies were used during the Covid-19 pandemic at MTS Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. With that, this research was conducted to determine the learning strategies carried out at the school. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The purpose of the research was to obtain an overview of the implementation of online learning at MTS Muhammadiyah 1 Taman as an effort to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The data source used is the primary data source. he informant in this is the Principal of Madrasah Mts Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the learning strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic uses the Blendid Learning strategy which is carried out face-to-face and online. With this strategy, students can enter school on a predetermined schedule in turn. This strategy is very efficient because in addition to students being able to do face-to-face learning with the teacher in the classroom, they can also access the material provided online wherever they are. When students do not understand the material provided, they can discuss it in person in class or online. Of course, this is very beneficial for both educators and students, because learning will be very comfortable and more effective.

The fasalatan book is a form of Kiai Asnawi's concern for Muslims, especially for early childhood, in the context of forming a Muslim personality who always obeys and worships Allah, especially in terms of prayer. This study aims to reveal the contents of the book Fasalatan in the perspective of worship education for early childhood. This research is a library research with data collection methods through interviews and documentation and an interpretive descriptive approach. The primary data source is the book of Fasalatan, the secondary is related works. According to Kiai Asnawi, religious education in the form of prayer is important for children. He reminded the Muslims and their children to always pray five times a day because without doing the five prayers the Muslims and their children would suffer losses.

Abstract Batak people speak a variety of closely related languages. The reason why the writers analyze Batak language is because the language is unique. The purpose is to find out the phonological similarities and differences between English and Batak Toba language also to conduct the premises of analyzing Batak Toba language to find out the existing and non-existing consonant and vowel sounds. The subject of the research is Netha AM Silalahi. The subject acts as the primary data source. Secondary data is gained from books and internet articles. Batak Toba language is unique. The writers found out that for words with two syllables, if the end of the first syllable is a consonant, and the beginning of the second syllable is a consonant, the sound of the last consonant in the first syllable will be dropped; first second syllable will get more pressure in its pronunciation. Key words: batak toba, pronunciation, phonological similarities, consonant and vowel sounds.

In the leadership of an organization, the lead role that determines the effort to achieve the goals of the organization he leads. This implies that the progress of the journey of the life of the organization depends on the extent of the ability of the leader in carrying out his leadership duties. This study uses qualitative methods, which are intended to develop concepts, gather facts by being supported by existing data and used to show and answer whether the problem is true. The data source consists of primary data (1) while the primary data source is the employee of the Regional Personnel Agency of Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that (1) Leadership of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Katingan Regency was able to influence organizational goals, motivate subordinate behavior to achieve goals, influence to improve the group so that the desired goals through vision and mission can be achieved. (2) Head of BKD Regional Personnel Agency, Katingan Regency obtains support and cooperation from people outside the organization to achieve organizational goals that have been previously planned. (3) The success of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of the Katingan district depends on the leadership of the head of the Katingan regency agency itself whether it is able to influence, motivate subordinate behavior and to improve the group

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between good governance and siri 'napacce in guarding the realization of village funds and to know the application of culture and local wisdom of siri' napacce in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as village officials in Pacellekang Village, Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency.This research is a qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The data source of this study is primary data in the form of direct interviews to several informants and subjects in the form of data from the research location. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, documentation and recording. Then, data processing and analysis techniques are qualitative analysis by building conclusions with the stages of data collection, triangulation data analysis and final conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the supervision of ADD management in Pacellekang Village is already good, in accordance with the principles of good governance. Starting at the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the accountability stage, the administration and financial management processes have been implemented in accordance with the principles of good governance, although there are still a few shortcomings. In addition, accountability and reporting are also direct to interested parties based on the cultural values of siri 'na pacce which can increase supervision of village fund allocation management (ADD) because as it is known that those who can participate in monitoring other than the community, the central government, are ourselves.Keywords: Supervision , Honesty, Village Fund Allocation, Siri 'na Pacce

Iddah is a period of waiting for a woman not to carry out a marriage after the death or divorce of her husband until the time limit determined by syara '. As for the iddah period for a woman who is pregnant until she gives birth. However, the problem that arises in this life is what if the woman has an abortion. In this matter, there is a difference of opinion in the books of Mughni al-Muhtaj and Mukhtashar Khalil about the end of the iddah period of a woman who has an abortion. This research aims to find out how the opinions of the two books about iddah women who experience abortion and what causes differences of opinion, and which opinion is chosen. This research is a type of library research, which is descriptive with qualitative analysis, and the primary data source used is the book of Mughni al-Muhtaj and Mukhtashar Khalil. This study indicates that the difference in opinion is due to differences in the book's writers in interpreting the word al-haml and the rules of ushul fiqih used. Moreover, from the two opinions, Muhammad Khatib asy-Syarbaini in the book Mughni al-Muhtaj which was chosen because it followed the wisdom of determining iddah.

Folklore is part of the community. So that there is no extinction then done as documentation such as folklore Candung Kawik who came from Lampung. Folklore is currently less desirable and does not have a place from the community; therefore, the research is done so that the story still exists. The purpose of this study is to describe the values of Islamic teachings contained in Candung Kawik folklore. The method used to find the values of Islamic teachings is a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis. The primary data source in this study is Lampung folklore. The technique of data collection is done by literature study and recording. The result showed that there were eight values of Islamic teachings, namely faith, Islam, ihsan, taqwa, sincerity, trust, gratitude, and patience. All the values of Islamic education are obtained from the learning and actions of the characters in the story and can be used as learning material.Cerita rakyat merupakan bagian dari kebudayaan masyarakat. Agar kebudayaan tidak punah maka dilakuakn suatu pendokumentasian seperti cerita rakyat Candung Kawik yang berasal dari Lampung. Cerita rakyat sekarang ini kurang diminati dan tidak mendapatkan tempat dari masyarakat, oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian agar ceritanya masih ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat Candung Kawik. Metode yang digunakan untuk menemukan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis isi. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah cerita rakyat Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada delapan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam yaitu iman, islam, ihsan, taqwa, ikhlas, tawakal, syukur, dan sabar. Semua nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam didapat dari perilaku dan perbuatan para tokoh di dalam cerita dan dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran.

This research aims to analyse the values of education contained in the movie "Spare Parts" which can be used as a source in the aspect of education in everyday life. This type of research is the study of libraries, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data source on this study was to observe directly the movie "Spare Parts". Data collection techniques by watching, recording and studying literature. The results showed that there were character education values contained in the film Spare Parts. The values of character education in the movie Spare Parts can be understood from the dialogue and scenes played by the players. Spare Parts Movie has many meanings about the character education in it, which the author of the Raangkum include the values of discipline, hard work, creative, curiosity, appreciating achievement, friendly/communicative. The meaning of the FIM will be very relevant in education, especially in Indonesia, that is a character education. This Film can be used as a learning medium aimed at character building.

This research aims to determine the effect of accrual-based application, internal control, IT utilization and HR competency on the quality of financial statement information. The research is a quantitative approach with primary data source. The population in this research was 29 Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) of Sleman Regency. The sample in this research amounted to 107 respondents taken using a purposive sampling. Data collection in this research using a questionnare. The data analysis using a multiple regression. The result of this research show that the accrual-based application, IT utilization and HR competency have a positive effect on the quality of financial statement information, while internal control has no significant affect on the quality of financial statement information.
