<p>Education is very important for us, the country can go forward because the people are educated. The success of education is determined by the quality of education itself. To know the quality of education required a result or achievement. One of the factors affecting achievement is the facility. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of learning facilities on student achievement. Sampling using simple random sampling system as much as 58 people from the total population as much as 70 people at the level of formal education. The method used in data collection that is using quisioner, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used is using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing it is known that the two variables of learning facilities (X) and student learning achievement (Y) have a positive influence, this is evidenced by r = 0.277 where the guidelines used to provide interpretation proposed by Sugiyono are at intervals 0.20 - 0.399 which fall into the low category[18]. Based on the results of research that has been put forward by the authors which there is influence between learning facilities on learning achievement with low categories, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of the use of learning facilities and conducted other research on other factors that affect student achievement in addition to learning facilities.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of learning quality, tutor quality and motivation both jointly and partially on student achievement at the Palembang Open University (Pokjar Pangkalan Lampam - Tulung Selapan. The research approach is quantitative research with associative research type. The population of this study is 186. students. The sampling method for probability with the Stratified Random Sampling method. The sample of this study was calculated using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples was 65 students as respondents. The first sample was tested using the Instrument Validity Test and the Instrument Reliability Test. The analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The regression calculation can be Y = -1.649 + 0.567X1 + 0.351X2 + 0.457X3. Interpretation of the multiple regression equation regarding the influence of the Learning Quality Variables (X1), Tutor Quality (X2) and Learning Motivation (X3), on Student Learning Achievement (Y). The results of the calculation of the three coefficients of the independent variable are positive, this indicates a positive linear relationship (unidirectional), meaning that the quality of learning, quality of tutors and learning motivation, the better, the better the student achievement. Obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.712, with a level of closeness between variables of 0.712 which is in the interpretation of the correlation value (0.60-0.799) means that the relationship between the two variables is significant and the level of closeness is strong. The coefficient of determination value R2 = 0.507, which means that the variables of Learning Quality, Tutor Quality, and Learning Motivation are able to explain the Student Learning Achievement Variables of 0.507 or 50.7%, while the remaining 49.3% is explained by other factors not examined.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between classroom management and student achievement in the Building Engineering Education Department, The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado, and look for obstacles or obstacles that inhibit the success of student learning while looking for efforts to overcome these problems. This research method is correlational research. The results of a simple linear regression analysis of the variables of classroom management and student achievement in the Building Egineering Education Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado obtained the equation of the regression line ỷ = 34.80 + 0.42 X, which illustrates that if class management increases by one unit, student achievement will increase amounting to 0.361 units. Similarly, the results obtained that the regression model is good enough, because based on the model deviation test shows that the deviation is not significant at the 5% test level in this case F (Calculate) = 0.73 <F (Table) = 2.43. Thus, the regression equation above can be used to estimate or predict learning achievement (Y) if class management (X) is known. The results of testing the hypothesis, it is evident that the classroom management variables (X) have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement at the Building Egineering Education at Universitas Negeri Manado. Based on these results, there is a significant and positive relationship between classroom management and student achievement in the Building Egineering Education Department students at Universitas Negeri Manado.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan yang berjumlah 126 siswa dan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 siswa yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan, wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian (1) motivasi belajar siswa memiliki nilai 4,088 > 1,986 artinya variabel motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan sebesar 40,88%. (2) pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar memiliki nilai 2,543 > 1,986 artinya variabel pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan sebesar 25,43%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan tahun ajaran 2018/2019, dengan nilai 9,957 > 3,09. Kata kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar, dan Prestasi Belajar. ABSTRACT This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of student learning motivation and utilization of student learning facilities on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan, totaling 126 students and with a total sample of 96 students selected by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using, interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the study (1) student motivation has a value of t count 4.088> t table 1.986 means that the variable of student motivation has an influence on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan by 40.88%. (2) the utilization of learning facilities has a value of t count 2.543> t table 1.986 meaning that the variable utilization of learning facilities has an influence on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan by 25.43%. (3) There is a joint effect between the variables of learning motivation and the use of learning facilities on the learning achievement of students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan in the academic year 2018/2019, with a value of F count 9,957> F table 3.09 . This study aims to describe the increase in student learning achievement using the integration of the NHT model with the Jigsaw on geometry topic. The subjects were students of class V elementary school 2 Seren, Purworejo, Central Java. The research variables used were student achievement and the integration of the NHT model with the Jigsaw. Meanwhile, the research instrument used teacher observation sheets and evaluation of student achievement. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that in the first cycle there were 60% of students had finished learning. Meanwhile, as many as 40% of students have not finished learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that the average score of students in the first cycle was 64, 1. Then in the second cycle, 80% of the students who had to achieve the passing score were obtained. Meanwhile, as many as 20% of students have not finished studying. Therefore, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in student achievement, namely as much as 80% of students have achieved the success indicator, namely 75%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the integration of the NHT model with Jigsaw can improve student achievement in building material for semester 2 in class V elementary school 2 Seren Academic Year 2019/2020.

The study aimed to determine the effect of participating in the exact student association organization (HIMEKS) and the intensity of learning on student achievement in mathematics education at FKIP-UMPRI. The activity in question was the involvement and an essential role in the organization's activities to foster and develop talents and increase student motivation. The intensity of learning included motivation, time or duration, discipline, concentration, frequency, activity, and presentation. This type of research used ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The population was all students of mathematics education FKIP-UMPRI. The research sample was Himeks administrators who were taken using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 43 people. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used simple regression analysis technique and multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis: (1) there was an effect of activities following the HIMEKS organization with a contribution of 9.1% on student learning achievement. A positive effect with a correlation coefficient (r_x1y) of 0.302 with a low category; (2) there was an effect of learning intensity on student achievement with a contribution of 28.7%. The positive effect showed by the correlation coefficient (r_x2y) of 0.536, including the medium category; (3) there was an effect of participating in the HIMEKS organization and the intensity of learning together on student learning achievement 32.0%. A positive effect with a correlation coefficient of r_x1x2y=0.566 in the medium category.

The study was conducted to analyze the relationship between the learning environment and the learning process in an effort to improve student achievement in school, analysis using qualitative methods. Research conducted on madrasa ibtidaiyah teachers NURUL HIKMAH. From this study it can be seen that the learning environment has a positive relationship with student learning achievement, as well as the learning process that has a positive and significant relationship to student learning achievement, this shows that good student achievement can be done in an effort to improve the quality of the learning environment at school and the existence of a quality learning process, thus efforts to improve student achievement can be done by improving and improving the quality of the learning process as well as an increase in the quality of teaching staff in schools so that they are more professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as a teacher.

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.

Teacher Quality is one factor that determines student achievement, the research to find out the relationship and contribution to the quality of teachers to student achievement in subjects Housekeeping. This Reseach is expected to expective to be useful for teachers to improve performance. To measure student achievement are used Pearson Product Moment analysis method. Of test data analysis can be seen that there is asignificant relationship with the teacher quality anatara student achiement, which toount (7.09423) is greater than ttable (2.021). Whereas the contribution of teacher quality on student achiement is the amount of KP 46.64% while the remaining 53.36% is determinedby other variables is one of the largest employment practices in the industry.

The research objective was to monitored the implementation of home guidance in improving student achievement in class VIII at State Junior High School 3 Tondano. This research was a counseling action research with four stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were seven people who had low learning achievement. Data were collected by using two methods of observation and interviews. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis, data reduction, data display, and data collection. The results showed that the homeroom method could improve student achievement with two cycles of application time.
