<p><em>This study aims to analyze the cost, revenue, profits, profitability, analyze internal and external factors, alternative strategies and prioritize strategies for developing the home industry of soybean tempeh in Karanganyar Regency. The data analysis methods used are 1) business analysis to find out the cost, revenue, profit, profitability; 2) IFE Matrix; 3) EFE Matrix; 4) IE Matrix; 5) SWOT Matrix; 6) QSPM Matrix. The results showed that the average cost of the soybean tempeh home industry business in Karanganyar Regency was IDR14,058,002.96 and the average revenue was IDR15,675,000.00 with an average profit of IDR1,616,997.04 and profitability of 11,50 %. Analysis of the matrix of IFE home industry in soybean tempeh in Karanganyar is strong with value of 2,877. The results of the EFE matrix also show it is classified as strong with a value of 2,680. The position is in cell 5, namely in the division guarding and maintaining through market penetration strategies and product development strategies. Based on the SWOT matrix, there were eight alternative strategies which were then selected by the four appropriate strategies based on consideration of the IE matrix results, to assess their attractiveness in the QSPM matrix. The highest value of attraction (TAS) of 5,522 is forming institutions or organizations to facilitate access to market, capital, raw material and technology information. </em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong><em>: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal, alternatif strategi serta prioritas strategi pegembangan industri rumah tangga tempe kedelai di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah (1) analisis usaha untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas (2) Matriks IFE (3) Matriks EFE (4) Matriks IE (5) Matriks SWOT (6) Matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya selama sebulan pada usaha industri rumah tangga tempe kedelai di Kabupaten Karanganyar sebesar Rp14.058.002,96 dan rata-rata penerimaan Rp15.675.000,00 dengan rata-rata keuntungan adalah Rp1.616.997,04 serta profitabilitas 11,50%. Analisis matriks IFE industri rumah tangga tempe kedelai di Kabupaten Karanganyar tergolong kuat dengan nilai 2,877. Hasil dari matriks EFE juga menunjukan bahwa industri tersebut tergolong kuat dengan nilai 2,680. Posisi industri tersebut berada pada sel 5 yaitu pada divisi menjaga dan mempertahankan melalui strategi penetrasi pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk. Berdasarkan hasil matriks SWOT diperoleh delapan alternatif strategi yang selanjutnya terpilih empat strategi yang sesuai berdasarkan pertimbangan hasil matriks IE, untuk dinilai daya tariknya pada matriks QSPM. Nilai daya tarik (TAS) tertinggi sebesar 5,522 yaitu membentuk lembaga atau organisasi untuk mempermudah akses informasi pasar, permodalan, bahan baku dan teknologi. </em></p>

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan pada layanan Belanja Kriing di Pasar Anom Baru Sumenep dan merumuskan alternatif strategi baru dengan melihat faktor internal dan eksternal serta menentukan strategi alternatif prioritas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis menggunakan matriks IFAS-EFAS, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Layanan Belanja Kriing Pasar Anom Baru Sumenep berada pada posisi hold and mantain sehingga strategi yang sebaiknya dilakukan adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil analisis SWOT merekomendasikan strategi yang sebaiknya dilakukan adalah Strength-Oppotunity (SO) yang mencakup dua alternatif strategi yang kemudian diurutkan dengan matriks QSPM untuk mendapatkan strategi prioritas. Hasil matriks QSPM mengurutkan dua alternatif strategi yaitu strategi memanfaatkan harga yang sesuai dengan daya beli masyarakat saat pandemi covid-19 dengan skor TAS tertinggi sebesar 5,34 dan strategi menyediakan lebih banyak variasi kebutuhan masyarakat dengan skor TAS sebesar 4,73. Kedua strategi tersebut menjadi saran manajemen strategi yang bisa dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan Layanan Belanja Kriing. Namun rekomendasi strategi yang sebaiknya diprioritaskan adalah memanfaatkan harga yang sesuai dengan daya beli masyarakat saat pandemi covid-19.Kata kunci: Covid-19, Manajemen Strategi, SWOT, QSPMABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the strategies applied to the Kriing Shopping service at the Anom Baru Market in Sumenep and to formulate new alternative strategies by looking at internal and external factors and determining priority alternative strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with analysis techniques using the IFAS-EFAS matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The results showed that the Anom Baru Sumenep Market Kriing Shopping Service was in a hold and maintain position, so the best strategies to do were market penetration and product development. The results of the SWOT analysis recommend that the strategy that should be carried out is Strength-Oppotunity (SO) which includes two alternative strategies which are then sorted by the QSPM matrix to get a priority strategy. The results of the QSPM matrix rank two alternative strategies, namely the strategy of utilizing prices that are in accordance with the purchasing power of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic with the highest TAS score of 5.34 and the strategy of providing more variety of community needs with a TAS score of 4.73. The two strategies are strategic management suggestions that can be done in the implementation of Kriing Shopping Services. However, the recommended strategy that should be prioritized is to take advantage of prices that are in accordance with the purchasing power of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Covid-19, Strategic Management, SWOT, QSPM

<p>Andesite stone mining activities in Bogor area is now growing, one of the andesite stone processing business is PT Duta Keluarga Imfaco located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The economically valuable andesit stone is expected to be the mainstay of the income of the surrounding community, characterized by the increasing market demand and the growing interest of the community towards andesite stone. The purpose of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors of PT Imfaco Family Ambassador; (2) Developing appropriate market development strategies; and (3) Develop alternative strategies of andesite stone marketing development. The study used descriptive and analytic methods that are case studies. Determination of respondents with purposive sampling method, with consideration that mastered the problems to be asked. Data analysis with IFE and EFE matrix to identify internal and external factor of company, then mapping with IE matrix, to see company position. Preparation of strategy with SWOT matrix, yield several alternative strategies that can be implemented. The final stage with the QSP matrix, to determine the priority of the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrix analysis, indicates the company is in a stable position in responding to external situations. The result of analysis with IE matrix, company is in quadrant V, that is growth and stability, where strategy that can be done is market penetration and business development. Results of analysis with SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented and with the QSP matrix obtained the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in order to develop the company's marketing strategy is to expand the marketing network.</p>

This study aims to determine the potential of sorghum as compared to other food  commodities,  the  condition  of  internal  and  external  factors  of  sorghum,  and alternative  strategies  that  can  be  applied  in  Wonigiri.  This  study  uses  descriptive analytical  basis.  The  research  location  in  Wuryantoro,  Eromoko,  Pracimantoro, Giritontro,  and  Batuwarno  on  Wonogiri.  The  informants  are  choosen  intentionally (purposive). The data analysis that has been used is Exponential Comparative Method (ECM) and SWOT Matrix. ECM analytical result shows that sorghums currently ranks six compared with eight other food commodities with a value of ECM 14.535.912,505.SWOT matrix produced eight alternative strategies that can  be applied in Wonogiri. The  expansion  of  planting  area  and  guidance  from  goverment,  guidance  on  grain sorghum  processing  into  refined  products,  conduct  the  bussiness  meeting  with investors for large-scale processing of sorghum, counseling and regular coaching on how to make good cultivation of sorghum, provision of training and support of postharvest technology, cooperation with the food processing industry, the government’s role  in  determining  the  selling  price  and  the  promotion  of  sorghum,  increased  interaction between researchers, extension, marketers, policymakers and farmers.

Identification of internal and external factors was conducted to determine the factors that influence the business development of PT. Sumber Pangan Jaya by using analytical tools IFE matrix (Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix) and EFE matrix (External Factor Evaluation Matrix). Processing data using IFE matrix produced the factors that become a major strength in the business development of PT. Sumber Pangan Jaya, the variety of products offered with a total score of 0.350, and the factor that becomes weakness is the consumers not entirely from upper class society with a total score of 0.093. EFE matrix processing produce factors that are major opportunities in business development PT. Sumber Pangan Jaya, namely the continuity of raw materials from supplier with a total score of 0.300, and a factor that is the main threat, the rise in raw material prices with a total score of 0.106. IE matrix processing results illustrate the position PT. Sumber Pangan Jaya are in the division IV, which means a strategy aimed at Growth and Build. The result of the SWOT matrix obtained 9 alternative strategies developed by the company's position on the matrix IE, in this case the strategy might be implemented is intensive strategy (market penetration, market development, and product development) and integration strategy (forward integration, horizontal integration and backward integration). Based on the results of data processing with the matrix QSPM, there are nine strategic priorities that can be executed by PT. Sumber Pangan Jaya.

<p><em>This study aimed to identify internal and external factors and determine alternative strategies for improvement of communities’ adoption toga at crowded occupancy in Solo. Basic method of the research was descriptive qualitative. The technique of determining informants with the purposive sampling. The data was obtained through observation, deep interview, FGS, and document study. The research location was purposely determined by referring to active participation from communities in supporting the greening program in Solo, namely Serengan Urban Village. This urban village is quite active in supporting the greening program in Solo. The result showed that there were six strength and nine weaknesses as internal factors, seven opportunities and six threats as external factors. The result of IFE table showed that value of 3.058 meant strong and value in EFE of 2.915 meant medium. Based on the analysis of those two matrixes, it was found that the matrix result of IE was in category four, growing and building, so that in SWOT matrix, the researcher offered five strategies for improvement of urban farming TOGA adoption; (1) Improving experience and knowledge from communities to conduct urban farming TOGA, both in the cultivation and the utilization, 2) Improving communities’ awareness about the potential and opportunities of urban farming TOGA, 3) Improving communities’ ability to conduct the TOGA maintenance through assistance, 4) Improving communities’ knowledge and modal by building cooperation with other parties, 5) Encouraging farmers to build cooperation with government and other institutions for increasing experience in technology, maintenance, and sale.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the priority strategies of several alternative strategies in IndiHome which are formulated using SWOT analysis. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used are primary. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and get seven informants. Primary data generated from the interviews were analyzed using SAP and ETOP to diagnose factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After that, these factors are formulated in the SWOT matrix to determine alternative strategies. Strategy alternatives are then formulated in the QSPM matrix to obtain priority strategy results for IndiHome. The validity test in this study was carried out by triangulation of sources. The results showed that there were four alternative strategies for IndiHome Telkom Area of West Nusa Tenggara. Based on four alternative strategies, the priority strategy for IndiHome which is determined by QSPM matrix is to upgrade the quality of services provided to customers regularly with a total weight of 7,051. The results of this study are expected to be able to assist in the framework of thinking about strategic management knowledge in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry and also provide additional information and insights in the selection of alternative strategies as well as new insights about the condition of the company from an external perspective.

Abstract Tourism development in Indonesia is currently one of the alternatives in the national program as an effort to economic growth. The study’s objectives are (1) analyzing the perception and motivation values of the stakeholder community; (2) developing a strategy to optimize the development of sustainable peat ecosystem ecotourism. The research result shows that the polarization of perception and motivation of the community and stakeholders expressed a positive attitude towards the ecotourism development in the values of 6-7. The value shows a positive attitude between the community and stakeholders. The motivational value of both actors illustrates an optimistic attitude in the ecotourism development with a value between 6-7. The results of the matrix calculation of internal and external factors produce X coordinates of 0.50 and Y – 0.50 on the strategy quadrant diagram. The strategy is Weakness-Opportunity which is a strategy that minimizes weaknesses and takes advantage of existing opportunities. Strategic formulation, namely: (1) building and strengthening institutional systems; (2) improving the welfare of the community by opening business opportunities; (3) developing infrastructure and tourism support facilities; and (4) targeting marketing programs. The research benefit is that it can be used as one of the basis in drawing up a plan to optimize the utilization of peat ecosystems sustainably. It also can improve local communities’ attitudes of concern, awareness, and welfare.

Djuanda Forest Park as a conservation forest has great potential as a tourist destination because there are a lot of attractions in one area. Nevertheless, the number of domestic and foreign visitors in several months is still low. Therefore, this study was aimed at determining and analyzing the internal and external environment of Djuanda Forest Park as well as formulating the marketing strategies to increase the number of visitors. This study first set the internal and external factors and formulated the SWOT Matrix. The analysis results based on the internal-external analysis suggested that the strategic position of the forest park lies in cell V (five) by which the applied strategies are to hold and maintain through the market penetration and product development. The SWOT analysis generates several strategies that can be grouped into market penetration and product development

The Ministry of Transportation has instructed to Airport Management to improve public service. The instructions contained in the Circular of the Ministry of Transportasion No. HK.209/I/16PHB.2014 dated December 31, 2014 about Improvement of Public Service at the Airport in Indonesia. This research is aimed to evaluate development strategy of Soekarno Hattta Airport in improving public services based on a combination of internal and external factors. The method used SWOT analysis which is then formulated in the Cartesian diagram, External Internal matrix and SWOT matrix. Result of the analysis shows that the Cartesian Diagram of Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng currently resides in quadrant I that means the Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng on the competitive position of a very strong market in the business of airport with high competitiveness. There are four alternative strategies (SO, WO, ST, WT) which can be applied in the development of public services at Soekarno Hatta International Airport Cengkareng. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan Bandara Soekarno Hattta Cengkareng dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik di bandara berdasarkan kombinasi dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal bandar udara. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT yang kemudian dirumuskan pada Diagram Cartesius, Matrik Internal Eksternal dan Matrik Swot. Hasil analisis pada Diagram Cartesius menunjukkan bahwa posisi Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng terletak pada kuadran I berarti Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng pada posisi kompetitif pasar yang sangat kuat dalam bisnis kebandarudaraan dan berdaya saing tinggi. Terdapat empat alternatif strategi (SO, WO, ST, WT) yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan pelayanan publik di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta - Cengkareng. The main objective of this research is to analyze the strategy of developing the footwear business. Case studies were carried out at CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor. The initial analysis was carried out by identifying the business of the ongoing CV Hikmah Shoe model and analyzing the external and internal scope to identify problems that occurred in the company. The descriptive method used to identify CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor using, Internal Factor Matrix (IFE) and External Evaluation Factor (EFE) used to analyze internal and external factors at CV Hikmah Shoesr. SWOT matrix selected to determine the strategy to be implemented and Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used as a process to determine strategic priorities for the company. The results of the SWOT Matrix in this study produced six alternative strategies that were chosen as development strategies at CV Hikmah Shoes, Bogor. results The best strategy taken in developing the footwear business is to maximize promotion and marketing using social media or e-commerce and to continue with the improvement business.
