A method of risk analysis in information systems is being developed. The ways of ensuring the efficiency of control systems in the conditions of information confrontation with the use of the game theory apparatus are investigated. The desire to ensure high efficiency of modern management information systems, minimize financial costs, provide energy and information protection of the management system, highlights the creation of a system of analysis and risk management in information systems. It is assumed that the control system can implement the following behavioral strategies in a conflict situation: the control system does not change the algorithm, but changes the class of algorithms used to achieve the maximum value of the average quality by choosing the probability Pij for a given set of countermeasures, the control system changes the algorithm operation, the class of operating algorithms used to maximize the average quality of fixed countermeasures, the control system changes the operating algorithm and the class of operating algorithms used depending on the countermeasure strategy in order to achieve maximum quality. Using the apparatus of game theory, an analysis was performed and a method for estimating the average value of the quality of the communication system with different strategies of the conflicting parties was developed. The technique of estimation of average value of an indicator of quality of functioning of a control system is developed and expressions for an estimation of average value of an indicator at various strategies of behavior are received. It is shown that the solution to the problem of improving the quality of the control system is possible through the use of a mixed strategy of system behavior and the choice of structure and parameters of the control system that increase the partial quality of its operation.

Firstly, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the quality signal of the products in B2C e-commerce enterprise based on a large number of documents. And then, according to the game theory, it proposed a risky avoidance model of the quality signal selection of the products of e-commerce enterprises under asymmetry information. Lastly, it summarized several strategies about the quality of the products of signal selection in B2C e-commerce enterprises based on this model.

The research entitled "The Influence Of The Implementation Of Regional Financial ManagementInformation Systems, The Quality Of Human Resources, The Application Of Accounting StandardsAnd Government’s Internal Control System On The Quality Of Regional Financial Reports" aims toidentify to study how the quality of human resources, the implementation of regional financialmanagement information systems, the application of accounting standards, and the government’sinternal control system whether simultaneously or partially affecting the quality of regionalfinancial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. The causal approaches were used to analyze theconnection between independent and dependent variables or others. While the Multiple LinearRegression Analysis as an analysis tool in this study was used to measure the effect of independentvariables on the dependent variable. The result of this study indicates that the implementation ofregional financial management information systems (X1) has 2,845 with a significant level of 0,006,which means the implementation of regional financial management information systems has asignificant influence on the quality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency.Meanwhile, the independent variable of the quality of human resources (X2) has 3,084 with 0,003significance level, it explains that the quality of human resources has impacted significantly on thequality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. As long as, the applications ofaccounting standard (X3) have a significant effect on the quality of regional financial reports ofPegunungan Bintang regency with 3,454 and 0,001 significance level. Furthermore, theGovernment’s Internal Control System variable (X4) with a value of 2,487 and a significant level of0,015, that indicates, the Government’s Internal Control System variable has significantly affected thequality of financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. While the value of F measurement hasgreater than the value of F table (29,165>5,921), which explains that the quality of humanresources, the implementation of regional financial management information systems, theapplication of accounting standards and government’s internal control system simultaneously havea significant effect on the quality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency.

The paper pays attention to the consideration of the structure of user's information support of the airspace control system at the stage of primary information processing by the joined radar system. This system includes a primary and identification surveillance system, which allows considering the overall structure as a single synchronous network of surveillance information systems. Such a structure can be characterized by an overall integrated quality indicator of the information support of the airspace control system. Such a quality indicator can be the probability of information support, which is the product of the probabilities of correct detection of an air object by the primary radar and identification system on the basis of "friend-foe" and the probability of comparing the coordinate information of primary radar systems and identification systems. This approach allows changing the model of combining information for primary radar systems and identification systems so as to take into account the estimated coordinates of the air object by both information systems due to the weight combination of coordinates of air objects. The calculation of the coordinates of air objects according to the information of the primary radar systems and identification systems allows improving the quality of information support for decision makers in the air traffic control system.

The article presents the results of the study of the current development direction of applied aspects of the game theory tools application in order to improve the quality of substantiation of selecting managerial decisions by participants in construction activities in relation to the situation of uncertainty in changing the external environment. The authors consider some methodological and applied aspects of modeling the process of substantiating the selection of innovative solutions in the activities of construction organizations using statistical games taking into account the situation of insufficient information for making managerial decisions that affect the efficiency of economic activities of construction participants and generate economic risks. A methodological example of applying game-theoretic modeling is considered in substantiating the selection of priority innovative solutions in the field of industrial-civil and transport construction using the “games with nature” class in a situation of partial uncertainty in changes in the external environment. There have been identified some potential applications of statistical games in combination with probability theory that expand the scope of game-theoretic modeling in order to improve the substantiation quality of selecting priority innovative solutions and reducing economic risks in the activities of construction participants.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government internal control systems, regional financial management information systems and good governance on the quality of regional financial reports. This research was conducted in Jembrana Regency Government. The number of samples taken was 50 employees using a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done through questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the government's internal control system, regional financial management information systems and good governance have a positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports in Jembrana Regency. This means that the better the government's internal control system, the regional financial management information system and good governance implemented in regional government, the higher the quality of the regional financial reports produced. In the ad hoc network, the unfairness of the system will affect the quality of service seriously. This paper proposed a new algorithm---FBGT, the algorithm use successfully send rate as measurement parameter, and use the Nash equilibrium of game theory as each flow transmission probability. The algorithm calculate every flow’s successfully send rate, and then exchange with the neighbor nodes, combing with the node's own information and neighbor node information to determine the backoff time to improve the system fairness. Due to FBGT algorithm taking into account the system’s local and global fairness and throughput, experimental analysis and data simulation showed the system's fairness index has been increased by 10% - 15%, the throughput of the system has also been improved to a certain degree.

Sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik atau e-Government ditujukan untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel, serta pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dan terpercaya. ISO/IEC 25010 merupakan standar internasional dalam mengevaluasi sistem informasi. Penggunaan ISO/IEC 25010 untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi dengan menggunakan product quality, dimana prosesnya mengacu pada karakteristik dari sebuah produk sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas Sistem Informasi Pengukuran Prestasi Kerja berdasarkan ISO/IEC 25010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kualitas SIRANSIJA berada pada kategori Berkualitas dengan nilai rata–rata 73. Karakteristik Portability memiliki persentase tertinggi dengan nilai 76%, Usability 75%, Reliability 74% Security 73%, Maintainability 73%, dan Performance Efficiency 73%. Karakteristik dengan nilai terendah yaitu: Functional Suitability 71%, dan Compatibility 71%. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan atau rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas SIRANSIJA dengan melihat karakteristik yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna atau sebaliknya. The electronic-based government system or e-Government is aimed at actualizing clean, effective, transparent, and accountable governance as well as quality and reliable public services. ISO/IEC 25010 is an international standard in evaluating information systems. It is used to evaluate the quality of information systems by using product quality, where the process refers to the characteristics of an information system product. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Work Performance Measurement Information System based on the ISO/IEC 25010. However, this study employs a descriptive quantitative method. The results show that the SIRANSIJA quality level is in the excellence category with an average value of 73. Portability characteristic has the highest percentage with a value of 76%, Usability is 75%, Reliability is 74%, Security is 73%, Maintainability is 73%, Performance Efficiency is 73%, the lowest score is Functional Suitability of 71%, and Compatibility is 71%. These results can also be used as considerations or recommendations to improve the quality of SIRANSIJA by considering the characteristics that have a significant effect on user satisfaction or vice versa.

The main purpose of this article is sustainability evaluation of Vilnius development by comparing the selected city's neighbourhoods. Firstly, all neighbourhoods of Vilnius are being grouped according to particular features. For a comprehensive comparative analysis the group of ten neighbourhoods has been chosen. They are “Fabijoniškes”, “Justiniškes”, “Karoliniškes”, “Lazdynai”, “Pašilaičiai”, “Pilaite”, “Šeškine”, “Verkiai, “Viršuliškes” and “Žirmūnai”. A thorough literature analysis was carried out and the system of twelve indicators has been developed. This system characterises business environment (economic indicators), quality of life (social indicators) and infrastructure (engineering‐technical indicators). Values and weights of indicators were set up by questioning experts and analysing various information sources. Due to the complexity of the problem under consideration the game theory has been applied, specifically, Hurwicz, Laplace, Hodges and Lehmen rules. Calculations according to these rules by LEVI 3.0 software have been performed. It is estimated that Virsuliskes neighbourhood is developing in the most sustainable way. and the best opportunities for business and residential property development are there.

The increasing popularity of store brands is resulting in greater cannibalization of national brands. Thus, national-brand manufacturers are trying their best to confront this trend. At the same time, however, many leading national-brand manufacturers have become involved in the store-brand production of their counterpart retailers. We construct a game-theory-based framework to model the strategic interaction between a leading national-brand manufacturer and a retailer. Besides the national brand, the retailer also has an option for its own store brand to compete with the national brand head to head. There are two choices for the store-brand production available to the retailer: a fringe manufacturer with low production efficiency or alternatively the national-brand manufacturer with high efficiency. It is shown that, under certain conditions, there is a win-win situation for both the store-brand retailer and the national-brand manufacturer with the latter supplying the store brand. More interestingly, it is found that the national-brand manufacturer supplying the store brand may lead to a higher likelihood of the store brand introduction. Our study offers an explanation for why more and more national-brand manufacturers supply store brands.

In wireless multi-hop networks, the quality of service provided by the system heavily depends on the cooperation between nodes. However, nodes are reluctant to cooperate with each other to save their limited resources. This tendency will put a limit on the application of the current wireless multi-hop networks. Therefore, game theory, which can analyze the strategic interactions among autonomous decision makers, becomes an ideal candidate to solve the above problem. In this paper, we first introduce the basic concept of game theory. Then, the game-theory-based routing algorithms for wireless multi-hop networks are investigated in detail and their characteristics are compared. Finally, we give the future research directions and concluding remarks.
