Practice plays a role in explaining theory through the form of laboratory activities. Practice in the form of investigation, such as designing experiments, is a form of practice that focuses on the thought thinking process compared to the verification practice. Designing experiments in the form of the Vee diagram are a practice that develops the thought process and metacognition awareness, and it has been one of the factors associated with design experiments. This study aimed to analyze the correlation of metacognition awareness towards the ability to design experiments that are outlined in the form of a Vee Diagram. The method used was correlational research that measured the relationship between metacognition awareness indicators. It consisted of declarative knowledge, procedural knowledge, limited knowledge, and cognition regulation with the ability to design experiments. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with  28 students of the third semester of a private university in Kuningan. Instruments in this study consisted of the Vee Diagram rubric and the Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) for metacognition awareness. The results showed that there was a correlation between declarative knowledge, procedural knowledge, limited knowledge, and cognition regulation simultaneously with the ability to design experiments by 63.4%. The remaining 36.6% came from other factors.

This study aimed to explain the relationship between self-concept and mathematics procedural knowledge among undergraduate students of mathematics education. This study investigated the affective and cognitive aspect of students in the learning of mathematics. The method in this study surveyed with non-probability sampling technique. The subjects were 133 undergraduate students of mathematics education from public and private university in Palembang, Indonesia. 66 of them were undergraduate students in public university. The rest of them were undergraduate students in a private university. The instruments that were used are questionnaire of self-concept and essay test of mathematics procedural knowledge. The result from the Spearman Rank Correlation showed Sig. = 0.006 < 0.05. From that result, we conclude that there is a significant relationship between undergraduate students’ self-concept and their mathematics procedural knowledge.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between adversity quotient with entrepreneural intention in student of Jambi University. This study used a quantitative research method with a correlational research approach. Sampling used Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted at the University of Jambi. The subjects used in this study were 110 student of Jambi University. This study used the scale of adversity quotient and entrepreneurial intention, and the analytical method used is the Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. This study shows there is a significant positive relationship between the two variables. The contribution to the value of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.516 with p equal to 0.001 (p <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study, adversity quotient contributed as much as 26.6% to the intention of entrepreneurship, while 73.4% of the others were contributions from other factors that were not the focus of this study. This variable correlation has a positive direction indicating the higher the adversity quotient, the higher the intention of entrepreneurship will be. Student who have been known to have adversity uotient and high entrepreuneral intention, can be directed and facilitated by the university to take part in entrepeuneral programs. Keywords: adversity quotient, entrepreneurial intention

Studies suggest that serious games are useful tools for disaster preparedness training, but few have examined if instructional factors differentially affect the learning outcomes. This study investigated the effects of players' gaming frequency, prior knowledge, and in-game guidance received on their declarative and procedural knowledge in a disaster preparedness serious game. Findings showed that gaming frequency was not a significant predictor for learning outcomes. By contrast, players' prior knowledge, the types of in-game guidance received, and the interaction between the two were all significant predictors for the acquisition of declarative knowledge and development of procedural knowledge. The interaction term revealed a moderator effect, indicating that the relationship between a player's prior knowledge and learning outcomes was affected by the type of in-game (full or partial) guidance received.

This research is motivated by the importance of physical components to the results of the speed of the smash on table tennis including reaction time and arm power. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between reaction time and arm power with the speed of a smash ball in a table tennis game. This study uses a correlational research method. The sample in this study were active members of the Jabung Garut club. A total of 20 samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are the ruler drop test to measure the speed of reaction time and the softball throw test to measure arm power. Data analysis used Statistical Product for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between reaction time and the smash ball speed, which was p = 0.000 <0.05 with a value of r = -0.719, while the relationship between arm power and ball speed smash results p = 0.001 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship, and the relationship between reaction time and arm power together with the ball speed smash results produce a significant relationship with the significance of 0.001 <0.05 and r = 0.547. From these results it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between reaction time and arm power with the speed of the ball smash in table tennis. Women empowerment is one of the critical dimensions of a feminist perspective. In patriarchal societies, women are oppressed and suppressed; hence higher education is considered a remedy to equip them to deal with issues arising from undue oppression and suppression. This study aimed to find the relationship between the attainment of higher education among women and women empowerment. The study has been carried out in Central Punjab, Pakistan. The study was framed under a correlational research design. Data was collected from a sample of 200 respondents equally selected (50 from each) of four different universities, including the University of Gujrat, University of Management and Technology, Lahore, University of Minhaj, University of Lahore. A stratified random sampling technique has been utilized, whereby 200 samples were questioned through a structured questionnaire. The collected information was analyzed by using both descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings showed a strong correlation between the attainment of higher education and women empowerment. The correlation was determined among one independent variable (attainment of higher education) and four dependent variables, including the power of decision making, increased political participation, economic independence, respect, and self-esteem.All variables have been found significantly associated with each other, which provides evidence that higher education attainment leads to women empowerment. Based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that higher education plays a significant role in liberating women from oppression and suppression.
