  This study aimed to determine the relationship between adversity quotient with entrepreneural intention in student of Jambi University. This study used a quantitative research method with a correlational research approach. Sampling used Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted at the University of Jambi. The subjects used in this study were 110 student of Jambi University. This study used the scale of adversity quotient and entrepreneurial intention, and the analytical method used is the Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. This study shows there is a significant positive relationship between the two variables. The contribution to the value of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.516 with p equal to 0.001 (p <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study, adversity quotient contributed as much as 26.6% to the intention of entrepreneurship, while 73.4% of the others were contributions from other factors that were not the focus of this study.This variable correlation has a positive direction indicating the higher the adversity quotient, the higher the intention of entrepreneurship will be. Student who have been known to have adversity uotient and high entrepreuneral intention, can be directed and facilitated by the university to take part in entrepeuneral programs. This research aims to determine the relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble, the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble, and the relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability todribble in futsal game Karsa Utama Putri Wajo’s club. The research was correlational research, with the independent variable was balanced and eye-foot coordination, while the dependent variable was the ability to dribble. The population of theresearch was Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the total sample was 25 players. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that 1)There was a significant relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,738. 2) There was asignificant relationship between eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,553. 3) There was asignificant relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club player swith a correlation value (r)=0.823,and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.677 or equal to 67,7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balanced and coordination of the ankle son the ability to dribble in futsal game of Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club.

Abstract This study investigates the link between the different service characteristics that have an influence on customer satisfaction in university cafeteria food services. A conceptual model comprising of different variables like food and beverage quality, service quality, food choice, price and value equality, and ambience were studied for customer satisfaction to explore the relationship among them. This study examined how dining experiences influence the satisfaction and loyalty of both non-mature (students) and mature (staff) customers, in order to find their similarities and differences within the context of university cafeteria services. The study was conducted at Taylor’s University in Malaysia by using a quantitative research approach, and 231 students and 63 staff members of the university participated in the study. The findings reveal that the various quality factors considered in the study are positively correlated with customer satisfaction and have a significant impact on the satisfaction level of both students and staff who dined at the university cafeteria. It could be concluded from the results that the influence of price offered at the university cafeteria had a significant effect on respondents’ loyalty. The result of this study offers a direction towards better the services and facilities, which lead to an increase of the competitive influence of the restaurant business in the marketplace.

This study analysed the relationship between credit risk and bank financial performance of selected commercial banks in Ghana for the period 2010 - 2014, using the banks respective financial statements. The study employed the quantitative research approach. The sample was Ghana Commercial Bank Limited, Zenith Bank Limited, UT Bank and Ecobank Plc. These four banks were selected using stratified random sampling technique. The data were primarily secondary and quantitative in nature. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyse the data. When the banks were compared, Ghana Commercial Bank Limited was found to be more liquid than Zenith Bank Limited. That of Zenith bank was also higher than UT bank and Ecobank Plc .However, profitability indicators showed that Zenith Bank Limited and Ecobank Plc utilised its assets better than Ghana Commercial Bank Limited and UT bank resulting in the two banks higher scores over the period. The findings show further that Ghana Commercial Bank Limited showed higher ratios for investment in the future while Zenith Bank Limited showed higher ratios of higher dividend immediately. However, Zenith Bank Limited capital adequacy level was far higher than the legal requirement of Banking sector while its counterparts fell slightly below it in terms of average. Based on the main findings and conclusions, it is recommended that Ghana Commercial Bank Limited should find a means of reducing its expenditure, introducing prudent assets management, should be cautious when assisting government in time of economic difficulty, and operate as an independent entity.

Research purposes This study aims to determine the effect of go-pay promotion on the decisions of users of online transportation applications within the scope of the University of Pamulang. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the 7th semester of the Pamulang University management study program. The sample in this study were 200 respondents in the population. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Partially Go-pay promotion variable (x) has a tcount of 11.966 > ttable 1.65259 with a significant value of 0.00, it can be concluded that Go-pay promotion has a positive and significant effect on user decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R square) shows the number 0.420 which means that the relationship between Go-pay promotion and user decision is 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Go-pay users' decisions to use online transportation at Pamulang University. This means that the higher and more varied the promotions offered by the company, the greater the chance for users to decide to use online transportation services, especially at Pamulang University. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi Go-pay terhadap keputusan pengguna aplikasi transportasi online di ruang lingkup Universitas Pamulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/mahasiswi semester 7 prodi manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Secara parsial promosi Go-pay (x) memiliki thitung sebesar 11,966y > ttabel 1,65259 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 maka dapat disimpulkan promosi Go-pay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R square) menunjukkan angka 0,420 artinya hubungan promosi Go-pay dengan keputusan pengguna sebesar 42%, sedangkan sisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna Go-pay dalam menggunakan trasnportasi online di Universitas Pamulang. Artinya semakin tinggi dan semakin bervariasi promosi yang ditawarkan oleh pihak perusahaan, maka semakin besar peluang pengguna memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa transportasi online khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. This study aims to determine whether or not the relationship between interest in writing with the mastery of tools of cohesion and coherence in learning Indonesian language in the students of class X SMK Se-Kota Sukabumi. Interest is a great desire for something. Interests can affect the quality of student learning outcomes in accordance with the particular field of study. This makes researchers interested in conducting research on the relationship between interest in writing with the mastery of tools of cohesion and coherence considering the tools of cohesion and coherence is an important part in the formation of discourse. This study is devoted to the interest in writing and mastery of cohesion and coherence tools in Indonesian language learning, because in Indonesian language learning writing skills and tools of cohesion and coherence are widely studied. This research uses quantitative research method with correlational approach. The researcher collected data with questionnaire instruments for interest data of menuls and multiple choice test instruments for cohesion and coherency tool mastery data. Determination of the sample using random sampling technique because the sampling was chosen randomly without considering the strata in the population. Data analysis technique used product moment correlation technique with 5% significance level. Based on the results of data analysis revealed that interest in writing students average-average 74.8% and well-categorized. Mastery of cohesion tools and student coherence averaging 70% of good categorized. Based on the results of data analysis of each variable stated that there is a positive relationship between the interest of writing with the mastery of tools of cohesion and coherence in students of class X SMK Se-Kota Sukabumi in learning Indonesian language lesson 2016/2017. From the calculation results there is a correlation of 0.290 and included in the correlation coefficient of low category. From the results of t-test significance, there is a score of t count of 3.248> from the table t score of 1.980. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the interest of writing with the mastery of tools of cohesion and coherence in the students of class X SMK Se-Kota Sukabumi academic year 2016/2017.

ABSTRACT   his research has a purpose to know and test the influence between Competency Assistant Program of Family of Hope (PKH) and UMKM together to increase education of children of PKH participant in District of Ciruas Regency of Serang. While the research method using quantitative research approach. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of simple correlation analysis (r) using SPSS program version 22 obtained value of 0.144, meaning that the closeness of the relationship between variables Competency Assistant PKH and SMEs on Education Children Participant PKH is strong because the value of 0.144> 0.5 and are in the low range ie (0.00 - 0.20). The amount of independent variable contribution is determined by the coefficient of determination and obtained calculation of 14.4%, meaning that the Competency Assistance variable of PKH and UMKM affects the Education of Child Participant PKH 14.4%, and the rest 85.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research model. While the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS program version 22 obtained Fcount value of 12.969 greater than Ftabel of 3.10 and Sig F value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 then there is a significant influence between Competency Assistance PKH and UMKM simultaneously to the Education of Participant Children PKH in Kecamatan Ciruas, Serang regency.   Keywords: Competence, UMKM and Education

The study examined the relationship between Government Secondary head teachers’ instructional supervisory practices and teachers’ motivation in teaching. Quantitative research approach and survey technique was used in the study. The main objective of the study was to determine the relationship between head teachers’ instructional supervisory practices and teachers’ motivation. The population of the study was all the male and female head teachers and teachers working in the Government high schools of District Sargodha. Multistage sampling technique was used to select the research participants from 75 randomly selected Government high schools of tehsil Sargodha, 75 head teachers and 225 teachers were selected on availability basis. Two self-developed questionnaires; one for head teachers and one for teachers were used as research instruments. Descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Pearson r correlation were used in analyzing data and reporting the study findings. The conclusion of the study was that there was positive and moderate relationship between head teachers’ supervisory practices and teachers’ motivation. On the basis of conclusion, it was recommended that DSD should arrange trainings for the head teachers to improve their inspection skills.

Women empowerment is one of the critical dimensions of a feminist perspective. In patriarchal societies, women are oppressed and suppressed; hence higher education is considered a remedy to equip them to deal with issues arising from undue oppression and suppression. This study aimed to find the relationship between the attainment of higher education among women and women empowerment. The study has been carried out in Central Punjab, Pakistan. The study was framed under a correlational research design. Data was collected from a sample of 200 respondents equally selected (50 from each) of four different universities, including the University of Gujrat, University of Management and Technology, Lahore, University of Minhaj, University of Lahore. A stratified random sampling technique has been utilized, whereby 200 samples were questioned through a structured questionnaire. The collected information was analyzed by using both descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings showed a strong correlation between the attainment of higher education and women empowerment. The correlation was determined among one independent variable (attainment of higher education) and four dependent variables, including the power of decision making, increased political participation, economic independence, respect, and self-esteem.All variables have been found significantly associated with each other, which provides evidence that higher education attainment leads to women empowerment. Based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that higher education plays a significant role in liberating women from oppression and suppression.

The purpose of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 72 students of class XI and XII majoring TKJ SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling with the number of respondents as many as 72 students. Data analysis used validity and reliability testing, descriptive analysis test, contribution test, and classical assumption test, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the entrepreneurial character had an effect on the life skills of the students of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang, with the results of the t test, it was obtained that the t-count value was 1.981 which was greater (>) t-table 1.660 and the result of the Sig. 0.002 <0.05. The closeness of the relationship between the X and Y variables is 0.600. Based on the results of data analysis, it means that the level of closeness of the relationship between the variables of business character and life skills is moderate or sufficient. The coefficient of determination is 0.360, that 36% of the life skills of the students of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang are influenced by entrepreneurial characters and the remaining 64% is influenced by other variables

Marketing is an activity that is very important for a company to achieve its goals. Now that many competitors have similar products, companies must be able to determine the right strategy so that the company can continue to develop along with time. This study aims to determine how much are the impact of Samyang halal certificate products brand image on consumer attitudes. The concepts or theories that are relevant in this study include Stimulus-Organism-Response, Brand Image, and Consumer Attitudes. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach. The research method used was a survey. The population of this research is ARMY ELS Medan, North Sumatra with 114 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the correlation of variable X with variable Y is 0.754, this value means that it has a strong relationship because it is located between 0.600 - 0.799. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it is found that the effect of variable X on variable Y is 56.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the brand images of the Samyang halal certificate on consumer attitudes.
