The problem with this research is that the students' low shooting results are caused by their passing and shooting abilities that are still not optimal. This can be seen when students throw and catch, passing the ball often does not reach the given friend, deep passing is the key to the basketball game. The purpose of this study is to examine the significance of different samples with the formulation of the problem posed is to find out whether there is an effect of bench dip training on basketball passing abilities at SMAN 1 Narmada in 2020". The research method for taking subjects in this study is cluster random sampling, which is a sampling technique that selects an area or group as the sample. The samples used were male students who took part in basketball extracurricular with a total of 20 people. To obtain data in this study, the test method and the method of documentation were used. The data analysis method used is the t-test (t-test). The results of the study based on the results of the t-test (t-test) showed the calculated value of the t-test was 26.29, so the significance level was 5% and N was 20, it turned out that the number of rejection of the null hypothesis stated in the table was 2.069. This fact indicates that the value of t arithmetic from the results of data analysis of 26.29 is above the number of rejection of the null hypothesis which is 2.069. (T value = 26.29 > r table 2.069) it can be concluded that "There is an effect of bench dip training on basketball passing skills at SMAN 1 Narmada in 2020.

The highest achievement ever inscribed by the West Nusa Tenggara Football sport was participating in the Riau National Sports Week (PON) in 2012. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of 3 Cone Wall Passing and "V" Roll To Gated Pass Exercises on Bottom Passing Accuracy. SSB Neo Selaparang KU 12 Players in 2021. This research uses the Experimental Design method with a one-group pretest-posttest design model. The population in this study was matched with the A-B-B-A pattern in two groups with 10 athletes each consisting of 20 players. The sampling technique used is ordinal pairing. The instrument in this study was a test of basic soccer skills. The data analysis of this research used t-test. The results showed that: the 3 cone wall passing exercise group obtained t count 6,167, the "V" roll to gated pass exercise group t calculated 4,311 and t table (df 11) 2,201 "The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect of 3 cone wall exercises passing on the passing accuracy of the 12-year-old SSB Neo Selaparang KU player and There is a significant effect of the “V” roll to gated pass exercise on the accuracy of the underhand passing of the 12-year-old SSB Neo Selaparang KU player

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of turbo throwing through a tail ball game. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were grade IV students of SDN 2 Gunung Rajak for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 12 boys, 6 people and 6 girls. Data collection techniques through turbo throwing ability tests and observation of the learning process. The validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis using descriptive techniques using percentage techniques to see trends that occur in learning activities. The initial condition before the PTK was carried out, there were only 3 students who had finished learning to throw the turbo. In the first cycle increased to 8 students. Cycle II increased to 10 students. The game of tail ball made a significant contribution to the increase in turbo throwing results. The conclusions of this study are as follows: The game of tail ball can improve the learning outcomes of turbo throwing in grade IV SDN 2 Gunung Rajak students for the 2019/2020 academic year. The achievement of the learning outcomes of turbo throwing from the initial conditions to the first cycle is 42%. From cycle I to cycle II amounted to 16%. The increase in completeness of learning outcomes as a whole from the initial conditions to cycle II was 58%.
