The purpose of this research and development was to produce a product in the form of an authentic assessment instrument on cognitive and psychomotor aspects based on performance assessment in productive learning of business plan subject that was valid and feasible to be implemented in Vocational High School or SMK. The model of the research adopted Borg & Gall's Research and Development (R&D) model. The model used six-stages model of ten stages which were performed, namely: (1) potential and problems; (2) data collection; (3) development of product drafts; (4) limited trials; (5) revision of the trial results; and (6) final products. In producing a research product, it was necessary to perform the content validation and limited trial tests. The validation test was carried out by 3 lecturers and 1 Business Plan teacher who met the criteria as a validator. Exercises in Students’ Worksheets (LKS) were analyzed with the level of difficulty and the discrimination power level. The results of the study were the instrument products in the form of Student Worksheets (LKS) on cognitive and psychomotor assessment based on performance assessment for the business plan subjects were considered valid and feasible, in form of test and non-test questions, performance assessment sheets which were used to assess student performance when practicing business plan learning materials. Meanwhile, the quality of the questions used have also met the level of difficulty and the discrimination power level.

  This research aims to produce a final product in the form of a performance-assessment instrument on Cell Structure and Function experiment. The development model is ADDIE. Based on expert's judgment, the instrument was valid and can be tested in the field. Field-test results shown that the product performs high validity and reliability value on measuring student performance on Cell Structure and Function experiment. Therefore, it is concluded that this performance-assessment instrument theoretically and practically has a good quality for measuring student performance in both process and product performance on Cell Structure and Function experiment. The purposes of this study were: 1) to obtain evaluation instrument of vocational high school history certified teacher’s performance, and 2) to know the level performance of vocational high school certified teacher. This study used descriptive quantitative method. Validator of this study were 6 evaluation experts where in the operational trial consists of 3 vocational school teachers, 3 principals, and 60 students of SMK I Yogyakarta, SMK 1 Sewon Bantul, and SMK 2 Sewon Bantul. The result of the study shows that (1) the performance assessment instrument of certified history teachers is declared eligible by the experts with a mean score of 4.23 and have a good readability with a score of 4.12 (assessed by three principals, three teachers and six students); (2) the performance level of vocational history teacher who has been certified educator in Yogyakarta showed the average score of 4.20, which categorized as excellent. Based on the assessment, the score was 4.28 assessed by teachers or categorized as excellent; 4.26 assessed by principals or categorized as excellent; and 4.12 assessed by students or categorized as good. While, the teacher’s performance level in: planning component showed a score of 4.22 or categorized as excellent; teaching and learning implementation component showed 4.20 or categorized as excellent; and learning evaluation component showed a score of 4.19 or categorized as good.Keywords: instrument, historical teacher performance, vocational, certified teacher profession PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU SEJARAH SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN BERSERTIFIKAT PENDIDIKAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) memperoleh instrumen penilaian kinerja guru sejarah SMK yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik yang layak, dan (2) mengetahui tingkat kinerja guru sejarah SMK yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Validator dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 orang pakar evaluasi, dan dalam uji operasional lapangan terdiri dari 3 guru SMK, 3 kepala sekolah, dan 60 siswa yang diambil dari SMK I Yogyakarta, SMK 1 Sewon Bantul, dan SMK 2 Sewon Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) instrumen penilaian kinerja guru sejarah SMK yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik di nyatakan layak oleh para ahli dengan rerata skor sebesar 4.23 dan memiliki keterbacaan yang baik skor 4.12 berdasarkan penilaian 3 kepala sekolah, 3 guru dan 6 siswa, (2) tingkat kinerja guru sejarah SMK yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta menunjukkan rerata skor 4.20 yang berarti kinerja guru sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian guru rerata skor menunjukkan 4.28 atau sangat baik, kepala sekolah 4.26 sangat baik, dan hasil penilaian siswa 4.12 atau kriteria baik. Sedangkan secara keseluruhan kinerja guru komponen perencanaan memperoleh skor 4.22 kategori sangat baik, komponen pelaksanaan pembelajaran 4.20 kategori sangat baik, dan komponen evaluasi pembelajaran sebesar 4.19 atau kategori baik.Kata kunci: instrumen, kinerja guru sejarah, SMK, profesi pendidik

This study aims to get information and the problem which is face by teacher about applied of authentic assessment base on curriculum 2013 in The Drawing of Buildings Engineering Program Expertise at 1 Vocational High School of Jakarta, 26 Vocational High School of Jakarta, and 35 Vocational High School of Jakarta.This study used survey method with data collection using structures interview techniques to get the information and the problem which is face by teacher about applied of authentic assessment base on curriculum 2013.The results of this study shown that the applied of authentic assessment base on curriculum 2013 in The Drawing of Buildings Engineering Program Expertise at Vocational High School Area of DKI Jakarta not going well. Because, just 29% respondents who have understanding the true of authentic assessment. RPP preparation only performed by 71% respondents and 100% respondents not preparation instruments realm of attitudes and skill but only preparation instrument of knowledge. However, almost all the teacher 95% respondents not conduction an analysis of the quality assessment instrument realm of knowledge that has been made. The follow up program given by 86% respondents for the students in the form of remedial activities. For the results of this study shown too that 86% respondents states find the problem in the applied of authentic assessment

Abstract, The problem of this research is developing a performance assessment instrument for dressmaking skills at Vocational High School to be used as a highly valid and reliable test to measure students’ skills. The research was conducted between February and May 2015 and the subjects were 40 students from Dressmaking Skills Study Program. The validity and reliability tests were conducted in two stages: 1)The theoretical test on five panelists; 2) Once developed into a temporary rubric, the rubric was tested for validity and reliability by using Content Validity Ration (CVR) and the results were analyzed quantitatively. It was found that the construct validity are met and reliability analysis generated Kappa coefficient of r11 = 0.892, which was a very good value. Therefore, it can be concluded that the instrument developed had good validity and reliability.Keywords: performance assessment, dressmaking skills, validity dan reliability Abstrak, Permasalahan yang hendak diteliti dalam penelitian pengembangan penilaian kinerja ketrampilan tata busana di SMK yaitu apakah pengembangan instrument penilaian kinerja keterampilan tata busana di SMK dapat dijadikan tes untuk mengukur keterampilan peserta didik yang dapat menghasilkan nilai validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-Mei  2015. Subjek ujicoba adalah peserta didik Program Studi Keterampilan Tata Busana yang jumlahnya 40 siswa. Ujicoba untuk melihat validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu; 1). Ujicoba teoretik pada 5 orang panelis; 2) Setelah dikembangkan menjadi rubrik sementara, rubrik diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan CVR (Content Validity Rasio) dan hasilnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukan validitas konstruk terpenuhi, kemudian analisis reliabilitas menghasilkan Koefisien Kappa sebesar r11= 0,892, angka tersebut memiliki nilai yang sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang baikKata kunci : penilaian kinerja, keterampilan tata busana, validitas dan reliabilitas

This study dealt with the development of English Reading Materials of vocational school, Al-WashliyahTeladan Medan, majoring Software Engineering. The objectives of this study were to: 1) find out language skill and materials are needed by the students of Software Engineering, 2) develop the English materials for the majoring in software engineering students at the vocational high school grade XII. This study was conducted by Educational Research and Development R&D (Borg & Gall, 1989). The data of this research were from existing documents and the result of interview with teacher and student. The results of the research conveyed that the existing reading materials were mostly irrelevant because the title and content of the material was not appropriate and was not required for the students majoring in software engineering. The new English reading materials and syllabus were developed based on the students need related to the workplace. The materials and syllabus were developed from the existing materials from teacher. The developing materials were validated by two experts.

The lecturer's performance assessment by students in the form of an online Lecturer Performance Assessment Instrument Questionnaire (KIPKD) is in line with the work concepts of Green Computing by utilizing computer hardware and software better, more efficiently and more useful. KIPKD online POLSUB uses Google Forms, because it has an attractive and responsive look, provides a fairly complete choice of stuffing model, free, the results are neatly arranged and can be analyzed easily. This research method uses literature review in the form of books, journals that discuss about topics related to the use of Google Forms as a medium in the manufacture of questionnaires for surveys and data collection, as well as related to the concept of Green Computing. While data collection methods used in field research by way of observation of the system running in the academic POLSUB. The use of KIPKD online illustrates that POLSUB participates in preserving the environment, with no 12 paper/year rims, equivalent to 12 tree trunks.

Practical performance assessment is an important part of the learning process, but several obstacles are found in its implementation. The objectives of this study are (1) to develop constructivism-based performance assessment instruments for class VII Yunior High School in  Life Organization subject,  (2) to describe aspects that need to be made in constructivism-based practical performance assessment instruments, and (3) to describe teacher responses in using constructivism-based practical performance assessment instruments. This research is a development research using a 4D model, the stages are defining, design, development and distribution. The trial subjects in this study consisted of 10 students for small group trials and 40 students for large group trials. The indicators used in the study include aspects related to the development of constructivist life-based practicum assessment instruments. Instrument used was a questionnaire to reveal the response of teachers and students to practical performance assessment instruments. The results of the data analysis showed that the content feasibility value is 86.31% at the intervals of 48.33 which means it is feasible to use. Most students gave a positive response to the assessment sheet given (96.67%), a small portion gave a negative response (33.3%). Because the average positive response of students is more than 75%, the performance assessment instrument is considered feasible to be applied.

When technology is used for assessment in music, certain considerations can affect the validity, reliability, and depth of analysis. This chapter explores factors that are present in the three phases of the assessment process: recognition, analysis, and display of assessment of a musical performance. Each phase has inherent challenges embedded within internal and external factors. The goal here is not to provide an exhaustive analysis of any or all aspects of assessment but, rather, to present the rationale for and history of using technology in music assessment and to examine the philosophical and practical considerations. A discussion of possible future directions of product research and development concludes the chapter.
