Writing Training of Class Action Research Proposal (TOD/PTK) was held for the MGMP teachers in Sidoarjo Regency which is located at SMANOR Sidoarjo. The Community Service Activities aims to (1) provide information to the trainees about the basic concept of classrooms action research, the essence of class action research (2) to assign the arranging proposal to all participants; (3) giving guidance to all participants about the review of Class Action Research (PTK). This community service activities research using communicative or speech method at the time of giving materials to the participants, discussion and frequently asked questions and the practice of directly compiling a class action research proposal (PTK) and done by the guidance from PKM team. The results obtained community service activities on the classroom action research proposal writing training give benefit to the MGMP economics teacher at Sidoarno Regency. It is because of all participants now are able to arrange their own proposal of class action research, and it is also procide benefits for teachers to continue on making class action research that can be useful for a teacher's promotion

Education has the core of the interaction between educators and students in helping students master educational goals. Educational interactions can take place in the family, school, and community environment, which will support students to develop their educational experience.  Classroom action research is described as an effort to examine the learning activities of students by carrying out a planned action by the teacher and analyzing the effect of actions to improve and improve the quality of learning.     The activity method used in community service activities is (1) lectures, used by the service team to convey the principles of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, implementation of classroom action research, and procedures for writing classroom action research reports. The lecture was supported by the use of laptops and LCDs to display service materials for a limited time. (2) Demonstration, used by the service team in the hope that participants can start practicing problem formulation in the learning process that can be solved through classroom action research, class action research proposal design, to writing class action research reports.   The conclusion of this community service, namely (1) the community service activities carried out by the Research Team for the Primary School Teacher Education Department with the lecture and demonstration method have been able to improve the understanding of teachers of SDN Cibitung Kulon 01 Bogor about classroom action research and it is hoped that the teacher can simultaneously write the report, (2) writing reports Classroom action research is expected as an effort to develop the profession and at the same time assist teachers in achieving the credit score required for promotion.

Training Objectives in Community Service is to (1) provide teachers understanding about TOD; (2) provide mentoring of Classroom Action Research proposal formulation; (3) provide teacher assistance on study of Classroom Action Research proposal made by teacher. Subject in this Community Service is SMP teacher who are incorporated in the Economic Teacher in Surabaya. The object of this Community Service is training preparation of Classroom Action Research proposal. Community Service implementation method is broadly divided into 2 activities, namely training of Classroom Action Research proposal preparation with varied lecture method and Practice preparation of Classroom Action Research proposal with simulation and presentation method. The results obtained in Community Service are quite effective (1) participants have enthusiasm in listening to material explanation as much as 92%; (2) Participants who attended Classroom Action Research Proposal Writing Training from start to end of training as much as 98%; (3) Participants who are able to Practice Classroom Action Research Proposal Writing in accordance with the available time of 85%; (4) Participants who have interest in doing Classroom Action Research when in school as much as 100%. Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

Classroom Action Research is one effort that can be done by professional teachers in improving the quality of learning. The purpose of community service is to improve teachers' understanding in understanding PTK and can carry out PTK. This activity is intended for math teachers who are members of MGMP in High School. The form of service activities carried out in this activity is in the form of material delivery, practice of making proposals and consulting tasks. The workshop activity was attended by 30 high school mathematics teachers in Solok City. The results of this activity manifested 30 class Action research proposals.Keywords: PTK, MGMP, Mathematics Teachers.�AbstrakPenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru profesional dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Abstract: This community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of writing scientific papers in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. Training The methods used in community service activities are the lecture, discussion and question, and answer method. Results of community service activities overall it can be considered quite good, seen from the presence of trainees reaching 90% of the number of MA Manbaul Bayan East Lombok teachers. The implementation procedure in the classroom action research training was rated as well based on positive responses from the participants and the level of mastery of the participants reached 75% of all stages of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Training and Assistance

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tentang PTK. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertempat di SMPN 10 Barabai yang dihadiri oleh 36 orang guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) IPA. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan pendampingan pada saat penyusunan proposal. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan proposal PTK bagi guru IPA di kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta. Pelatihan ini telah memberikan informasi bagi guru tentang penyusunan proposal PTK. Dengan demikian, para guru mampu memahami dan menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Setelah pelatihan ini, guru diharapkan mampu membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas serta  melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada dikelasnya.  This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and ability of natural science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency about Classroom Action Research (CAR). This training activity took place at SMPN 10 Barabai, which was attended by 36 science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency who were members of the Science Teachers' Conference (MGMP). Activities were carried out using lecture, question and answer, discussion, and assistance methods when preparing proposals. The conclusion from the results of this community service activity was the training and mentoring for the preparation of CAR proposals for science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district, which had been carried out smoothly and received positive responses from the participants. This training has provided information for teachers about the preparation of CAR proposals. Thus, the teachers are able to understand and prepare class action research proposals. After this training, teachers are expected to be able to make class action research proposals and carry out classroom action research to overcome various problems in their class.

<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>One of the requirements that must be met is to improve the quality of education by creating professional teachers. Based on the results of observations made from 9 (nine) teachers, only 1 (one) teacher has the ability to compile CAR, while 8 (eight) people do not have the ability to compile CAR. This is due to the lack of teachers getting information about the technique of preparing the CAR and the teachers are not accustomed to compiling research, so that the teachers are less able to prepare CAR In this regard, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the ability of teachers in preparing CAR. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase teacher professionalism through classroom action research and writing of environmental scientific papers at SMA Perjuangan Terpadu. The method of activities carried out in this community service is training / counseling, guidance and mentoring which is integrated in classroom action research workshops (PTK). The form of activities to be carried out is training in the form of: designing and implementing models, methods, media, and learning approaches as outlined in the classroom action research proposal; implementation of classroom action research; interpreting implementation results through classroom action research reports; and writing scientific papers. The outputs that will be produced in this activity include: classroom action research proposals, classroom action research reports, and journals published by the teacher. All participants will be accompanied and guided in the process of making proposals, reports, and copying articles in accredited or not accredited national journals.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> <em>Salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menciptakan guru yang professional. </em><em>Berdasarkan hasil observasi </em><em>yang dilakukan </em><em> dari 9 (sembilan) orang guru, hanya 1</em><em> (satu)</em><em> orang guru memiliki kemampuan menyusun PTK, sedangkan 8 </em><em>(delapan) </em><em>orang belum memiliki kemampuan menyusun PTK. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya guru mendapatkan informasi tentang teknik penyusunan PTK dan guru tidak terbiasa menyusun penelitian, sehingga para guru kurang mampu dalam menyusun PTK. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun PTK.</em><em> Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui penelitian tindakan kelas dan penulisan karya ilmiah </em><em>lingkungan</em><em> SMA Perjuangan Terpadu. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan/penyuluhan, pembimbingan dan pendampingan yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan workshop penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu pelatihan berupa: perancangan dan penerapan model, metode, media, maupun pendekatan pembelajaran yang dituangkan dalam proposal penelitian tindakan kelas; pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas; menginterpretasikan hasil pelaksanaan melalui laporan penelitian tindakan kelas; dan penulisan karya ilmiah.Luaran yang akan dihasilkan pada kegiatan ini antara lain: proposal penelitian tindakan kelas, laporan penelitian tindakan kelas, dan jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh guru. Seluruh peserta akan didampingi dan dibimbing dalam proses pembuatan proposal, laporan, hingga mensumbit artikel pada jurnal nasional yang terakreditasi atau tidak terakreditasi.</em></p>

This activity is a community service activity that aims to increase the understanding of elementary school teachers in cluster 3 of South Ende sub-district. This activity was carried out in one of the schools in the cluster, namely SDI Bhoanawa 2 and involved 25 teachers from the three clusters. This mentoring activity is carried out using the lecture, question and answer method and drill which is carried out for one day regarding the preparation of a classroom action research proposal. After the activity was carried out, the teachers' understanding of the PTK proposal had increased between before being given assistance and after being given assistance.

The purpose of implementing Community Service is to provide knowledge to teachers which includes: Strategy for writing classroom action research. The material for writing classroom action research strategies begins with introducing the activities that must be carried out by the teacher before classroom action research, explaining to the teacher to find problems that can be raised as research material, solutions that can be used as alternative learning improvements, classroom action research concepts, research designs class action, compiling a proposal for classroom action research proposal, assessing classroom action research reports, student value data is valuable data that can be analyzed and described as main data and describes how to search references from various sources. Participants also received guidance on writing classroom action research on classroom action research tutorials and practice activities. The trainees were 15 teachers from SDN 001 Rimba Sekampung. After training, the results obtained are: Increased teacher's ability to seek effective learning, Understanding Classroom Action Research Concepts, Understanding Classroom Action Research Design Arrangements, Compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals, Can provide assessment of Classroom Action Research reports.

The problem experienced by service partners is the lack of knowledge of teachers related to CAR (Class Action Research) and its implementation so that teachers at Tamansari 1 and 2 Elementary Schools do not carry out CAR. In addition, the existing CAR trainings are not carried out continuously so that they do not bring results and motivate teachers to do CAR. The purpose of this community service is to strengthen CAR material to improve CAR-related knowledge, namely the basic concept of CAR, problem identification and problem solving in CAR, development of CAR Instruments, preparation of CAR proposals, CAR implementation and writing of CAR reports. In addition, the purpose of this PKM is to provide assistance in the preparation and implementation of CAR by guiding CAR 1 and 2 Yogyakarta elementary school teachers.The method used in the implementation of this service was the Workshop carried out with the lecture method (face to face), demonstration (practice), and the distribution of modules for strengthening CAR material and assistance was carried out with the method of coaching and implementing CAR together.community service results are that teachers in SDN Tamansari 1 and 2 can better understand the importance of CAR concepts, implementation of CAR, and CAR reporting.Keywords: Workshop, CAR, Collaborative.
