Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. The training is planned to be held on October to December 2020.   Keywords: Judo, Physical Condition, Training   Abstrak   Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kondisi fisik kepada para atlet pemula, program latihan kepada para pelatih fisik di Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya proses latihan yang masih minim. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Materi yang dibahas adalah program latihan judo. Pelatihan direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal Oketober hingga Desember 2020.   Kata kunci: Judo, Kondisi fisik, Pelatihan

Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

Jamu (herbal medicine) is included in traditional health drinks that its processing is often less hygienic. The purpose of this community service program is to improve the cleanliness of the herbal medicine-making process in the herbal medicine group in Malang through the provision of hygienic herbal medicine processing machines. Community service activities were carried out in 2018 by involving herbal medicine groups in Tegalgondo and Jetis Villages, Malang. The community service activities included analyzing the conditions and needs of partners, designing herbal medicine machines as needed, as well as assisting the use of machines. The implementation methods in this service program were discussion and training. The result of this service activity was an increase in partner knowledge regarding the importance of hygiene and the use of appropriate technology in herbal medicine processing. After the training was carried out, service partners began to be moved to process jamu more hygienically. Furthermore, assistance and technology-based marketing training activities also need to be carried out.

ST. Kertha Budi Luhur is the youth organization of the Kayumas Kelod traditional banjar which was founded around 1995. One of the social activities of the Sekaa Teruna is to focus on environmental and waste issues. Related to the issue of waste ST. Kertha Budi Luhur plans to establish a waste bank. The waste bank is an alternative solution that can be done by the community in terms of waste management or management. Waste banks can increase public participation to care more about the waste they produce daily, besides that, with the existence of waste banks, the community can get economic value feedback. Therefore, in this community service, socialization and training were carried out on how to form a waste bank. This community service activity is broadly divided into initial socialization activities aimed at providing initial information about waste banks and technical training activities aimed at providing a more detailed explanation of the waste bank operations, from sorting waste to working with garbage collectors. Increased awareness of waste management by 85% of ST members Kertha Budi Luhur after the training.

Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on Indonesian economy, corona impact is also experienced by people who work as shoes and sandal tailors around Mojokerto city. Their income has decreased because there are no buyers to buy their products. The purpose of this community service activity is to sharing knowledge to the community to be able to make 2 –layers fabric masks, drive the community's economy and support the demand of mask commodities in the prevention of Covid-19. The method is to provide education and training in sewing 2-layer fabric masks. Their sewing skills that they have before make education and training process getting easy, they are previously sewed shoes and sandals now turn to sew cloth masks, cloth masks made from cotton fabrics consists of 2 layers. The supply of medical masks is quite rare and is intended for medical personnel so 2-layers fabric masks are considered capable of suppressing the spread of corona virus. From the results of education and training in sewing and producing masks, data and information were obtained that the people of Mojokerto were able to produce 2-layer fabric masks and run of their economy so that they did not experience significant losses.

This training needs to be done because there are exercises that are not too maximal, planning, and maturity in conducting training activities both in terms of training material and from the integration and recovery provided. Higher Education as an institution that produces training and educators, while institutions that conduct community service activities have more tasks to conduct coaching. For this reason, the FIP Ubhara Jaya Sports Coaching Education Program has a community service program to provide athlete training to overcome these problems. The target of this activity is the final result of an athlete's achievement. The stage that participants go through is to take part in the training provided by the devotee starting from basic training to training in accordance with the athlete's physical excellence. Abstract : The purpose of the community service programs undertaken in the area of RT. 03, RW. 04, Kelurahan Klampis Ngasem, Surabaya was to provide training in hydroponics in order to introduce hydroponic plants, to beautify the environment to look beautiful, and to support the partners’ economic needs. The program used the method of mentoring partners by means of counseling and training in hydroponic plants. The stages of community service activities included counseling on hydroponics, training in vegetable cultivation of hydroponic system, implementation of activities and evaluations. Assistance to the community by means of hydroponics was capable of beautifying the environment and supporting the Surabaya Government’s  Green and Clean program and producing healthy and more widely marketable hydroponic plants, thus improving the citizens’ welfare.Abstrak : Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di daerah RT. 03 – RW. 04, Kelurahan Klampis Ngasem, Surabaya, bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang tanaman hidroponik untuk memperkenalkan tentang tanaman hidroponik, memperindah lingkungan agar tampak asri, serta menunjang kebutuhan ekonomi mitra. Metode yang dipakai pada program ini adalah pendampingan mitra melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan tanaman hidroponik.  Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui penyuluhan tentang hidroponik; pelatihan budidaya sayuran sistem hidroponik, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi.  Pendampingan kepada masyarakat melalui hidroponik ini, dapat memperindah lingkungan dan mendukung program Pemerintah tentang Surabaya Green and Clean, serta dapat menghasilkan tanaman hidroponik yang sehat dan dapat dipasarkan secara lebih luas, sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga.

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi Indonesia terhadap masalah kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah masalah gizi. Masalah gizi yang dihadapi salah satunya adalah masih tinggi jumlah anak diindonesia yang tinggi badannya di bawah standart atau pendek (stunting). Stunting merupakakan salah masalah multisektoral baik dari bidang kesehatan, pertanian, ekonomi maupun sosial. Salah satu intervensi yang bisa diberikan adalah pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, penatalaksanaan gizi kurang/buruk, promosi kesehatan dan lain sebagainya. Intervensi yang diberikan pada pengabdian masyarakat in adalah pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan stunting dan bahayanya, juga sosialisasi guna meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan stunting Stunting is one of the main multisector problems in the health, agriculture, economy and social sectors. One of the interventions that can be given is management of malnutrition and health improvement. The interventions provided in this community service are education and training involving the role of the family in nutrition gardening activities around the house to provide healthy food with the nutrition awareness family program (KADARZI). This community service activity aims to increase the role and empowerment of families in efforts to prevent stunting through a nutrition garden. This family empowerment method is carried out by providing health education and socialization, land use training and making complementary foods for breast milk. This training activity was attended by 30 people. The results of the evaluation of activities from the first meeting to the last obtained the results before the training activities were that the level of knowledge was mostly lacking  namely 73% and after participating in activities and training the level of knowledge increased to good knowledge of  81%. This KADARZI training is an effort to help mothers save on shopping expenses for purchasing vegetables, this is because it has been fulfilled by planting vegetables around their home land.

Purpose: This community service activity aimed to improve the skills or knowledge of lecturers in writing scientific papers as an urgent need in the academic world. Method: The coaching and training were conducted to lecturers/partners of the Kadesi Yogyakarta Theological College. The method used was coaching and training in scientific article writing. Results: The results of this activity showed that there was an increase of about 70% after coaching and training were carried out using the lecture, question, and answer, discussion, and simulation methods. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the partners when making the article outline. Conclusion: Coaching and training activities for writing scientific articles have a very positive impact on partners in fostering interest in writing scientific papers in online journals. The purpose of this community service program is 1) Providing new insights to youth in youth organizations about plant propagation 2) Providing insight to youth in youth organizations about garden development 3) Youth in youth organizations can provide seeds for ornamental plants and fruit plants independent. The stages in the implementation of community service programs are divided into pre-implementation and implementation. The pre-implementation stages include: 1) Field observations. 2) Stages of preparation of tools and materials. Is the preparation phase to prepare all the preparation tools and materials as training material for partners. The implementation stages include 1) Practice of making verticulture 2) Material about Propagation of ornamental plants with vegetative propagation 3) Propagation practices of fruit plants with cuttings and grafts. From the results of field observations, it is known that the problems of youth are 1) Lack of skills in park management and maintenance. The conclusion of this community service activity is that it has been able to solve the problem 1) the youth in the youth cadets are skilled in providing ornamental plant material and fruit for planting in the environment 2) the youth in the youth cadets are skilled in making a vertical garden.

Abstract.Tourism today has become a primary need for some people. The high demand for tourism is a challenge for the management of a tourist place. Even so in the tourist area of Jumiang. The need for a study and at the same time service in the tourist area of Jumiang is a breath of fresh air in the development of the tourist area of Jumiang. This dedication activity was the result of collaboration between the Beginning Lecturer Research Team (PDP) and the Tematic KKN Bakti Bangsa Pamekasan College of Economics program team. The Tematic KKN Program of STIE Bakti Bangsa Pamekasan was able to have a real impact on the changing conditions of the tourist area of Jumiang. Various Community Service Programs have been offered to tour operators and have been successfully carried out. By utilizing the opportunities and available resources, this service activity turned out to be received enthusiastically by various parties, both managers and visitors.Abstrak.Pariwisata saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi sebagian orang. Tingginya permintaan pariwisata menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pihak pengelola sebuah tempat wisata. Pun demikian di kawasan wisata Jumiang. Perlunya sebuah penelitian dan sekaligus pengabdian di kawasan wisata Jumiang menjadi angin segar dalam pengembangan kawasan wisata Jumiang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi Tim Peneliti Penelitian Dosen Pemula (PDP) dengan tim program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bakti Bangsa Pamekasan. Program KKN Tematik STIE Bakti Bangsa Pamekasan ternyata mampu memberikan dampak yang nyata terhadap perubahan kondisi kawasan wisata Jumiang. Berbagai program KKN telah ditawarkan kepada pihak pengelola wisata dan telah berhasil dilakukan. Dengan memanfaatkan kesempatan dan sumberdaya yang tersedia, kegiatan pengabdian ini ternyata dapat diterima dengan antusias oleh berbagai pihak, baik pengelola, maupun pengunjung.
