The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the method of playing a role in student confidence in Indonesian subjects. The quasi-experimental method is used as a research method with the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design research design. The population of all students in the primary school state of Cilaku. Samples were taken as many as 48 students from the VA class of 24 students as the control class and the VB class of 24 as the experimental class. The data analysis technique used in determining the average, calculating the standard deviation, normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The results showed that the variable of students 'confidence using the role-playing method obtained an average posttest score of 78.33. In contrast, the results of students' confidence using conventional learning received an average posttest score of 66.17. Then the hypothesis test is performed, which shows the results of t count 4.09 and t table = 2.074 with n-2 = 24-2 = 22 and a significance level of 0.05. Based on the t count ˃ t-test criteria, Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that the role-playing method influences students' confidence in Indonesian subjects.

This study aims to determine how the influence of the 3C3R learning model (Content, Context, Connection, Reading, Reasoning, Reflecting) on students' literacy skills after learning in the concept of interaction between living things and the environment. The sample of this study was grade VII students in SMP Negeri 13 Kota Sukabumi which were taken using a pusposive sampling technique with 24 students in the experimental class and 25 students in the control class. The instrument of this research is a matter of testing scientific literacy skills. This type of research is Quasi Experimental with a non equivalent control group design research design. The data analysis technique uses the t test with a significance level of α 0.05. The results of the t test show (tcount 6.845> ttable 2.051) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there are significant differences in students' scientific literacy skills between the experimental class and the control group. So it can be concluded that the 3C3R learning model influences students' scientific literacy abilities.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of REACT strategy assisted by GeoGebra software on students' mathematical representation ability. This study was quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. The design used in this study was The Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design. Four posttest questions were given to 25 students of Class VIII A and 25 students of Class VIII B at SMP Negeri Arun Lhokseumawe (public middle school). The data obtained from the posttest results were analyzed by data normality test and data homogeneity test, then hypotheses were tested using a t-test to see the effect of REACT strategy assisted by GeoGebra software on students' mathematical representation ability. The results of the data analysis of the posttest score tested using the t-test, the sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 > 0.05. This showed that there was a significant effect of using the REACT strategy assisted by GeoGebra software on students' mathematical representation ability.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Jarimatika method on the ability of multiplication in fourth grade of elementary school students.  This research focused on the use of Jarimatika to assist students in solving numeracy multiplication problem questions. This is based on factual condition where students have not been able to work on the number multiplication and also the monotonous learning methods implemented made learning mathematics feels difficult. This research employed an experimental method with a quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. The experimental group treated by Jarimatika, while the control group used the conventional methods of expository, question and answer and rote method. Data collection techniques in this study used tests. Research data are presented using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The research shows that there is an increase in the average of pretest and posttest score of the experimental group. Based on the t-test results obtained, the t obtained value of 6.966 is greater than t table of 2,056 (6,966 2,056) and a significance value of 0,000 is less than 0.05 (0,000 0.05) at a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the t test, it showed a significant influence on the use of Jarimatika on multiplication learning outcomes in forth grade students of elementary schools.

This study aims to determine the effect of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) modeling method on the studnts’ learning outcome in civic education. This study is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group. The research was conducted in elementary school Number 13 Cingkariang Banuhampu Sub-district of Agam District with class VA as the experimental class and Class VB as the control class. Both classes have twenty five students. The data analysis technique employed was the normality test and homogeneity test, which was then followed by a t-test to see the effect of VCT. The results show that the average pretest score is 38,768 for the experimental class and 41,488 for the control class. The average posstest score is 90,68 for the experimental class and 86,32 for the control class. The result of the t-test shows that the tcount is 1,73 and the ttable on the significance level of 0,05 is 1,6772, which means that tcount>ttable. Therefore, it is concluded that the Value Clarification Technique modeling method affects the students’ learning outcome in civic education in Elementary School Number 13 Cingkariang

This study aims to determine the comparison of students 'mathematical representation ability through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model and the students' mathematical representation ability through the conventional model. The PjBL model is a student-centered, innovative, project-based learning model and positioned teachers as effective facilitators in the contextual learning related to real life situation. This research employed quasi-experimental design. The research applied the posttest only non-equivalent control group design through randomized cluster sampling. The data collection technique used was test. The instrument used to collect the data was the essay test. Data analysis was conducted using independent sample t-test. The result of the data calculation through the Independent-Sample T-Test test obtained the significance level of 0.913 means that the students’ mathematical representation ability was better after the learning through Project Based Learning (PjBL) model was conducted compared to the students' mathematical representation ability through a conventional model. This means that the PjBL model is more influential on students' mathematical representation ability.

This study aims to find out the influence of learning media of E-Learning based on Edmodo toward learning outcomes of biology students at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This type of research was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research was all students of fourth-semester where 45 students selected as the sample. The sample consisted of 22 students in experimental group and 23 students in control group.  The result showed that the Sig value was smaller than the level of significance (α). The hypothesis testing with t-test (independent-sample t-test) obtained a sig value was 0.006 with a significance level (α) was 0.0. It appears that there is an effect of E-Learning based on Edmodo toward student's learning outcomes of biology education at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar.

This study aims to determine effectiveness of Multiple Intelligences (MI) strategy to the skills of imitating mathematical reasoning fourth grade students of elementari school. The research design used is quasi experimental design with form none equivalent control group design. Data analysis technique in this reasearch include independet sample t test to determine whether there is difference effect in imitating mathematical reasoning skills between the control calss and experiment class. Then, one sample t-test to determine the effectiveness of MI strategy to students’ imitating mathematical reasoning skills. Based on the result of the hypothesis test using independent sample t test, the values of treuslt is 3,351 (ttable2,032) by significance values 0,002. Next, the result of one sample t test showed the value of tresultis 7,880 (ttable 2,110) by value of significance is 0,000. Refer from the result obtained, It can be concluded 1) there are differences of students; imitating mathematical reasoning skill among the students who use the MI strategy with students who use the conventional strategy; 2) the MI strategy is effective to increase of students’ imitating mathematical reasoning skill.

<p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract: </strong>STEM-based learning can help students to use technology and compile an experiment that can prove a postulate or concept. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Smartphone Microscopes as STEM-based physics learning media to improve understanding of optical concepts. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a Post-Test Only Control Group Design research design, which involved 84 Physic Education students as research samples. Determination of the sample using a cluster Random sampling technique. The research instrument used was an observation sheet and an optical concept understanding test sheet. The data analysis technique used is .the Paired Sample T-test. The results showed that 1) smartphone microscope is one of the most effective learning media in STEM learning, and 2) The understanding of student intelligence concepts increases through STEM learning.</p><p class="AbstrakIndonesia"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Pembelajaran berbasis STEM dapat membantu peserta didik untuk menggunakan teknologi dan merangkai sebuah percobaan yang dapat membuktikan sebuah hukum atau konsep sains. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peranan <em>Microscope Smartphone</em> sebagai media pembelajaran Fisika dalam implementasi pembelajaran berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep optik.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian <em>The Pretest </em><em>Post</em><em>t</em><em>est Only Control Group Design</em>, yang melibatkan 84 mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika sebagai sampel penelitian. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik <em>cluster </em><em>rundom </em><em>sampling</em>. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan lembar tes pemahaman konsep optik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan <em>Paired Sample T-test</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) <em>microscope smartphone</em> merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang cukup efektif dalam pembelajaran STEM, dan 2) Pemahaman konsep optik mahasiswa meningkatkan melalui pembelajaran STEM</p>

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar matematika siswa menggunakan model role playing lebih dari hasil belajar matematika siswa menggunakan pembelajaran ekspositori di SMPN 21 Kota Bengkulu pada pokok bahasan aritmetika sosial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment (Eksperimen semu) dengan desain penelitian yaitu The Nonequivalent Posttest-only  Control Group Design. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar berupa tes akhir (posttest) yang berbentuk tes essay. Analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t untuk sampel independen, diperoleh bahwa  dan , maka yang berarti  diterima. Hal ini didukung oleh perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 23 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,159 dengan taraf signifikan ( ) = 0,05, sehingga Sig. (2-tailed) > ( ). The analysis hypotesis test used t-test for independent samples, hence obtained that  and , thus,  which means  is granted. SPSS version 23 program showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,159 with significance level ( ) = 0,05, thus Sig. (2-tailed) > ( ). Berkembangnya kemampuan berpikir siswa dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki tentang pengaruh model treffinger terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah pada siswa. Design quasi experimental diterapkan dengan menggunakan post-test only control group design. Studi ini melibatkan 62 siswa dari total 144 siswa. Instrument berupa soal tes sebanyak 35 soal pilihan ganda. Uji parametrik dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t digunakan untuk menganalisis data hasil nilai post-test. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol (63,41>54,27). Perhitungan dari uji t menunjukkan bahwa model treffinger berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa. Sintak pada model treffinger berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa pada materi ekosistem dan perubahan lingkungan. Tahap I (Basic Tools) dapat meningkatkan dua indikator kemampuan memecahkan masalah yaitu merumuskan masalah dan hipotesis.Kata kunci: Kemampuan merumuskan masalah, kemampuan berhipotesis, perubahan lingkungan, ekosistem Treffinger creative learning model towards problem-solving ability in environmental and ecosystem change material. The growing ability of student thinking can affect students ' ability to solve problems. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of treffinger's learning models towards the ability to solve problems in students. The quasi-experimental design is applied using the post-test only control group design. The study involved 62 students from a total of 144 students. The Instrument uses 35 questions of multiple-choice. The post-test value Data is analyzed using the normality test, homogeneity test, and T-test. The results of this study indicate that the experiment class has a higher value compared to the control class (63.41 > 54.27). Calculations from the T-test show that treffinger's model affects the ability to solve students' problems. The syntax of treffinger's models was able to improve the ability to answer students' issues in environmental and ecosystem change materials. Stage I (Basic Tools) can increase two indicators of problem-solving capability that is formulating issues and hypotheses.Keywords: Ability to formulate problems, ability to hypothesize, environmental changes, ecosystem
