Information systems play a very important role in the world of education to convey academic and non-academic information. At SMPN 2 Sedati, information is conveyed to parents about academic and non-academic achievements at the end of the semester. There is no information system that can provide development for students with mobile devices. The purpose of this research is to make a student monitoring information system to make it easier for teachers and bk in providing information on grades, presence, achievement, violations to parents of students efficiently and quickly. System testing is carried out by the blackbox method with 100% results without any errors, while user testing using the User Aceptance Testing method gets results for teachers and bk according to the material needed, for parents the application is very easy to use and the information obtained is very useful. It can be concluded that the application of the Android-Based Student Monitoring Information System is very useful and makes it easy for teachers and Bk to provide information to parents of students about the development of their children.

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini membawa manusia ke dalam dunia baru. Dunia dimana komunikasi mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam setiap aspek kehidupan, salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai instansi pemerintah di bidang pendidikan banyak melakukan pengolahan data, baik data siswa, data guru maupun data staff sekolah. Data tersebut selain banyak juga bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu sehingga penyimpanan dan administrasi data harus dilakukan dengan baik dan update. SD Islam Luqmanul Hakim adalah sebuah yayasan pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di desa Suka Sejati, kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, kabupaten Bekasi. SD ini masih tergolong baru dan saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengolahan data akademik dimana pencatatan masih menggunakan microsoft office (word dan excel) dan disimpan dalam lemari buku. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memberikan sebuah informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web sangat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik kepada guru ataupun siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan model prototype. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mewujudkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Akademi, Website Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. The world where communication has a very important role in every aspect of life, one of them is in the world of education. Schools as government agencies in the field of education do a lot of data processing, both student data, teacher data and school staff data. The data in addition to much can also change at any time so that data storage and administration must be done well and updated. Luqmanul Hakim Islamic Elementary School is an Islamic education foundation located in Suka Sejati village, South Cikarang sub-district, Bekasi district. This elementary school is still relatively new and currently uses manual methods in processing academic data where the recording is still using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and stored in a bookshelf. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Web-based academic information systems are very useful in providing convenience to both teachers and students. The method used in the development of academic information systems uses a prototype model. In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

Sistem informasi pembayaran saat ini sudah menggunakan sistem berbasis modernisasi atau online, yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Peranan transaksi online menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat modern. Seperti E-Commerce yang menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran pada sistem pembayaran online perguruan tinggi, dari sistem yang sebelumnya masih berjalan manual atau tidak online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran online guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam hal memberikan informasi pembayaran yang tepat dan akurat kepada mahasiswa, serta memberikan akses mudah bagi mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dalam hal konfirmasi pembayaran. Selain dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa, sistem ini juga dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk bagian keuangan dalam pengecekan transaksi yang sudah masuk. Sistem yang diimplementasikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja untuk form menu konfirmasi pembayaran ini ialah website goplus. Website goplus ini dibangun dengan menggunakan yii2 framework, dimana sudah banyak diterapkan sebelumnya pada sistem informasi akademik lainnya di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Pada yii2 framework terdapat fitur CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) yang dapat mempermudah dalam membuat suatu form.The current payment information systems already use-based systems modernization or online, which is much needed in this era of globalization. The role of online transactions is becoming very important for modern society. Like the E-Commerce as a reference in the development of the payment confirmation menu form on the college online payment system, from a system that previously still runs manually or not online. The purpose of this research is to implement online payment confirmation menu form to enhance services to college students in terms of providing payment information which is precise and accurate to college students, as well as providing easy access for students College Raharja in terms of payment confirmation. In addition to providing convenience for students, the system is also able to provide convenience to the financial section in checking of transactions already entered. The system is implemented on College Raharja to form this payment confirmation menu is goplus website. Goplus website was built using the yii2 framework, which already implemented earlier in other academic information system in College Raharja. In the yii 2 framework there are features of the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) which can make it easier to create a form.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

Seeking to reduce a negative impact of unfavourable weather conditions on road traffic, many countries introduce modern technologies allowing to objectively assessing meteorological conditions of roads. The world over, data from the automated meteorological stations of Road Weather Information System have been long ago used on a significantly larger scale than only for the organization of road maintenance works. International experience of introducing Road Traffic Information Systems in European Union and other countries of the world shows that Road Weather Information Systems give good results for increasing road safety, improving the level of road user information and solving the road construction issues. Road Weather Information System is a system of technologies and decision-making using historical and real-time data of roads and weather conditions. The collected and processed multi-year data from meteorological stations is a great assistance in designing or reconstructing road pavement structures. Road pavement structure is highly affected by a negative air temperature and frozen ground. The impact of negative temperature is expressed by the thickness of frost blanket course. The thickness of frost blanket course depends on a frost susceptibility of soil. To determine the thickness of frost blanket course it is necessary to assess the frost impact, therefore it was up to the purpose − climatic distribution of regions the territory of Lithuania according to the distribution of frost impact and the depth of frozen ground. Based on climatic maps compiled, a correction of the thickness of road pavement structure was suggested.

Pertumbuhan akses informasi pada saat sekarang ini berjalan secara pesat. Masyarakat atau user untuk mendapatkan data atau informasi yang akurat, aktual, serta cepat dan mudah sekarang bukanlah hal sulit. Perkembangan internet pada saat ini semakin pesat dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari dunia pendidikan. Terdapatnya sistem informasi dan internet yang terus berkembang, maka diciptakan suatu cara penyampaian pendidikan secara elektronik dengan bantuan internet. Sistem informasi yang dimaksud pada saat sekarang lebih dikenal dengan istilah elektronik learning (e-learning). E-learning adalah suatu sistem informasi yang membantu pembelajaran manual menjadi pembelajaran secara elektronik. Pada dunia pendidikan untuk membantu dosen dan mahasiswa untuk memanajemen mata kuliah, saat sekarang ini terdapat Sistem Informasi Akademik yang lebih disingkat dengan SIA. SIA adalah suatu sistem informasi yang mengelola dan mengolah semua data-data akademik yang berada di bidang akademik. KRS online yang berada di SIA berhubungan erat dengan mata kuliah yang akan terisi pada e-learning. Dari pandangan kebutuhan tersebut, ada baiknya kedua sistem informasi tersebut digabungkan sehingga dengan user mengisi SIA, maka sistem e-learning yang berhubungan dengan mata kuliah yang diikuti akan terupdate dengan sendirinya dan perlu didesain sedemikian rupa agar kedua sistem informasi tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat digunakan oleh para user. Pendekatan ergonomis yang diperlukan untuk sistem tersebut adalah Human Computer Interaction (HCI) sehingga sistem yang dikembangkan akan nyaman, mudah dan aman digunakan oleh user atau dengan kata lain adalah user friendly. Jurnal ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem integrasi SIA dengan e-learning sehingga dapat membantu dan mempermudah aktifitas pembelajaran di Perguruan Tinggi.   ABSTRACT Growth of access to information at the present time is running fast. Public or the user to obtain data or information that is accurate, current, and a quick and easy right now is not difficult. The development of the Internet in today's increasingly rapidly and can not be separated from the world of education. Presence information systems and the Internet continues to grow, then created a way of delivering education electronically with the help of internet. The information system is at present better known as electronic learning (e-learning). E-learning is an information system that helps instructional manual to electronic learning. In the world of education to enable faculty and students to manage course, nowadays there are more Academic Information System shortened by SIA. SIA is an information system that manages and processes all the data of academic residing in the academic field. KRS SIA online that are closely related to the subjects that will be filled in e-learning. From the view of these needs, it helps both information systems are combined so that the user fills in SIA, the e-learning systems relating to subjects who follow will update itself and needs to be designed so that both the information system can run well and can used by the user. Ergonomic approach is needed for these systems is the Human Computer Interaction (HCI) so that the developed system will be convenient, easy and safe to use by the user, or in      other words is user friendly. These journals are intended to develop a system AIS integration with e-learning in order to assist and facilitate the activities of learning in Higher Education.

Academic information systems are designed to manage academic-related data using computer technology. The quality of the information system helps provide satisfaction for the organization and increases competitiveness, providing added value to STMIK Widuri. To measure the success of a system can apply the success model of Delone and McLean. By testing the system using DeLone and McLean it is known that the STMIK Widuri academic information system as a whole has a good quality system and scores 81.63%.

This study was conducted to determine maturity level of Delivery and Support process on the implementation of the Academic Information System Padang State University, according to the criteria in the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). Processes evaluated were (1) Ensure Continuous Service, (2) Manage Service Desk and Incidents, and (3) Manage Data. The method used in this study is a questionnaire with the appropriate research subjects RACI diagram mapping, and direct observation of Academic Information Systems, State University of Padang. The findings showed the maturity level of the process ensure continuous service, manage service desk and incidents, and manage data in the implementation of the Academic Information System Padang State University is located on level 3 (the process is defined). Results of evaluation of the maturity level is fundamental in determining the proposed improvements to the management of the State University of Padang in order to improve the service.

Abstrak--- Dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan atau sekolah sistem informasi akademik  sangat dibutuhkan guna membantu murid serta pendidik untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi,seperti informasi mengenai data diri siswa, jadwal akademik, dan info lainnya. Jarak dan Efisiensi waktu menjadi faktor utama bagi para siswa dalam mendapatkan informasi, sering kali informasi yang tidak sampai ke pihak siswa serta keterlambatan dalam meraih informasi akademik menjadi suatu keluhan dan seiring berkembangnya tekonologi, informasi harus mudah di capai dengan mengembangkan aplikasi perangkat mobile berbasis android sebagai sarana utama informasi, khususnya dibidang akademik. Aplikasi SMART DEWAN adalah aplikasi yang di peruntukan untuk siswa SMK Dewantara 2 Cikarang di mana digunakan untuk mempermudah absensi, ujian, pembayaran dan informasi bagi siswa SMK Dewantara 2 Cikarang.   Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi , Sistem Informasi Sekolah, Mobile system , Android.   Abstract--in an educational institution or school an academic information system is needed to help students and educators to obtain various information, such as information about student self-data, academic schedules, and other info. Distance and time efficiency are the main factors for students in getting information, often the information that does not reach the students and the delay in obtaining academic information becomes a complaint and as technology develops, information must be easily achieved by developing an Android-based mobile device application as main means of information, especially in the academic field. Academic Information Systems Prodi UNIKOM Information System is the primary system used in the Information Systems Prodi process data and information about lectures and students. But in this system still found a lack of control of physical and logical security. To find out how your system security in organizations, information systems need security audit to determine whether security information is in accordance with the security procedures of management. Standardization used here is ISO 27001, this standards have been an international standards organization that is structured on the management of information security systems. Implementation of academic information system security audit is done by using the Audit Checklist ISO 27001: 2005. Audit results found security controls are still less well as the roles and responsibilities of employee safety, physical protection from disasters and power failures, data validation, and data backup are less regular. So the academic information system security controls is still need to be repairs in accordance with the recommendation.
