Abstract The emergence of 5G has promoted the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IOT), the dramatic increasing of mobile equipment has led to the increasing shortage of spectrum resources, D2D(Device-to-Device) communication technology is widely concerned for its ability to improve the utilization of spectrum resources. In order to expand the communication scope, relay nodes are introduced into D2D communications, as the third party of D2D relay communication, the quality of relay nodes directly affects the quality of communication process. In order to make more users willing to participate in relay communication, social relationship is introduced into D2D relay communication, However, as an explicit relationship between people, the function of social relationship in D2D communication is limited by the mobility of users and the variability of communication scenarios. In order to find a more reliable relay node and upgrade the connection success rate of D2D relay communication, implicit social relationship between the users need to be mined. Aiming at that, user trust degree (UTD) is established in this paper. By combining the explicit relationship which is called the social connectivity degree with the implicit social relationship called the interest similarity degree, and considering the user’s movement, a relay selection algorithm is presented to help sender find a relay node with a deeper user trust, which can increase the user’s willingness to participate in D2D relay communication and upgrade the success rate of communication connection, so this algorithm can ensure the security of the relay node and can improve the throughput performance. Simulation results show that this algorithm can increase the success rate of connection, improve the overall throughput of the system and improve the user's communication experience.

Relay-assisted Device-to-Device (D2D) communication, one of the important transmission modes in mobile health systems, can provide high transmission quality for servicing users at the edge of system coverage. However, the quality of the D2D relay communication is largely limited by the relay nodes. When a poor node is selected to assist the source node in the data transmission, it is likely to result in the loss of medical data and inaccurate transmission. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to select relay modes and relay nodes to improve the reliability of medical data transmission. Firstly, in order to eliminate the relay nodes with low energy or poor willingness, the acceptable energy consumption metric of relay nodes is proposed in this paper. The relay mode of each relay node is determined by the acceptable energy consumption metric, which can ensure the physical reliability of the relay communication links. Then a trust metric is proposed to measure the social reliability of each relay link, further excluding the malicious relay nodes. Finally, this paper proposes a relay selection algorithm based on compromise factors (RSCF). With the help of the proposed algorithm, the reliability of the relay communication can be guaranteed, and the spectrum efficiency can be promoted greatly. The simulation results show that the relay nodes selected by RSCF algorithm can greatly improve transmission rate and reliability compared with the traditional relay-assisted D2D communication schemes.

Proposed a relay routing method for Radio and TV services, the method through obtaining the nodes time-delay and power information, obtained the value of the system interrupt decisions, and as a decision threshold to select the relay node. While in consideration of link priorities and fairness, designed a relay routing protocol that can dynamically change the route when the network changed. Simulation results show that this protocol can be expanded coverage, reduced communication blind spots, increase system throughput and enhance the quality of service.

When some links or nodes on the path break down, a rerouting path should be found in trustworthy network. In this paper, a fallback based k-hop backtracking trustworthy QoS (Quality of Service) rerouting mechanism is proposed. First, the network model and user trust evaluation model are constructed. Then the description of users requirements, the calculation methods of users satisfaction and the criterion of path judgments are presented. Considering users QoS requirements, trustworthy requirements and decrease of the algorithm cost, fallback is used for backtracking rerouting at the previous node of the failure node (or link) in the proposed mechanism. It reuses original links of the path as much as possible to reduce the time of rerouting. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism is both feasible and effective. In contrast to existing mechanisms, both the rerouting success rate and user satisfaction degree are increased and the rerouting time is reduced under uses requirements.

With the vigorous development of big data and the 5G era, in the process of communication, the number of information that needs to be forwarded is increasing. The traditional end-to-end communication mode has long been unable to meet the communication needs of modern people. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the success rate of information forwarding under limited network resources. One method to improve the success rate of information forwarding in opportunistic social networks is to select appropriate relay nodes so as to reduce the number of hops and save network resources. However, the existing routing algorithms only consider how to select a more suitable relay node, but do not exclude untrusted nodes before choosing a suitable relay node. To select a more suitable relay node under the premise of saving network resources, a routing algorithm based on intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making model is proposed. By analyzing the real social scene, the algorithm innovatively proposes two universal measurement indexes of node attributes and quantifies the support degree and opposition degree of node social attributes to help node forward by constructing intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making matrix. The relay nodes are determined more accurately by using the multi-attribute decision-making method. Simulation results show that, in the best case, the forwarding success rate of IFMD algorithm is 0.93, and the average end-to-end delay, network load, and energy consumption are the lowest compared with Epidemic algorithm, Spray and Wait algorithm, NSFRE algorithm, and FCNS algorithm.

A standard Ksharasutra is practiced in treatment of Bhagandara (fistula-in-ano) with high success rate and minimum recurrence rate. In previous research it was noted that Pittaja Prakruti patients sometime might cause more perianal irritation due to Apamarga Ksharasutra. So in this study Palasha Ksharasutra prepared in Arkaksheera was prepared by Palasha Kshara (Ash of Butea monosperma), Arka Ksheera (Calotropis gigantic) and turmeric powder (Curcuma longa). This Ksharasutra was prepared as per the API guidelines and preserved in air tight tube. A patient of Pittaja predominant Prakruti with fistula-in ano having two external opening at 6 and 7 O’ clock position of anus was treated with application of Ksharasutra. The Palasha Ksharasutra prepared in Arkaksheera was applied in these two opening under spinal anesthesia. Then Ksharasutra was changed by weekly interval under local xylocaine jelly 2%. The length of thread was measured weekly and noted in the case to assess the unit cutting time (UCT). The unit cutting time (UCT) of first thread was 7.5 days/cm and second one had UCT 6.8 days/cm. During the treatment patient was doing his job regularly without hampering the quality of life. After 2 months patient was free from all symptoms of fistula with normal scar and without any complications. This case study demonstrated the utility of Palasha Ksharasutra prepared in Arkaksheera in multiple fistula-in ano.

Dietitians as healthcare professionals could decrease their quality of life during the SARS-COV-2 pandemic period; therefore, this study aimed to compare Brazilian dietitians’ perceptions of quality of life before and during the pandemic. This nationwide cross-sectional research aimed to evaluate Brazilian dietitians’ quality of life before and in the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, using a previously validated self-administered instrument WHO-QOL-BREF in Brazilian-Portuguese. The questionnaire was composed of 26 items (four domains) to evaluate life quality (physical, psychological, social relationship, and environment). The questionnaire also presented some sociodemographic variables and three questions about the COVID-19 pandemic. It was applied using GoogleForms® platform (Google LLC, Mountain View, CA, USA). For the statistical analysis of data, Paired T-test, Chi-squared test, and Analysis of Variance were used. A total of 1290 Brazilian dietitians replied to the instrument. Comparing quality of life (QoL) before SARS-COV-2 (3.83 ± 0.59) and during the pandemic (3.36 ± 0.66), data was statistically different. Comparing prior and in the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, all variables and domains presented statistical differences (better before the pandemic period). Among Brazilian dietitians, the psychological health domain was the most affected. The Sars-Cov-2 pandemic negatively impacted the QoL of Brazilian dietitians since health professionals face changes in their lives because of work.

This study investigates the link between social relationship and subjective well-being in the context of social stratification. The authors examine how perceived quality of social relationships and subjective social class are linked to self-reported happiness among men and women in South Korea. The study finds that one’s perception of relative social standing is positively associated with happiness independently of objective indicators of socioeconomic status, while social relationship quality strongly predicts the happiness among both men and women. However, the mediation pathway and moderating effects vary by gender. For men, the nexus between subjective social class and happiness is partially mediated by the quality of interpersonal relationships. No similar mediating effect is found among women. The study also finds gender difference in whether the link between social relationship quality and happiness varies by subjective social class. The happiness return to positive social relationships increases as men’s subjective social status becomes higher, which is consistent with the resource multiplication hypothesis. No similar moderation effect is found among women. Combined, these results reveal potentially different pathways to happiness across gender in Korea, where social status competition, collectivistic culture, and patriarchal gender relations are salient in daily life.
