Introduction The amount of capital that individual, corporate and institutional investors are willing to invest in certain assets is increasing every year. This leads to a revitalization of entrepreneurial activity and growth of the economy as a whole. It is also very active in creating certain disparities in the distribution of investment flows at the cross-sectoral level. There are industries that perceive investors more positively, and other industries perceive less positively. Among these industries, and even more types of businesses, are diversified companies or conglomerates that are perceived by investors as a chaotic set of assets that management is unable to manage effectively. Purpose The purpose of this article is to study the global trends in managing strategies for competitive advantage in the capital market by diversified enterprises. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical aspects of management and planning the choice of growth strategy for diversified enterprises; to analyze the systems of strategic management of investment marketing for diversified companies; develop solutions to improve the marketing management system for various companies in the context of attracting investment. Method (methodology) In the course of the research, the following general scientific methods are used: analysis and synthesis, grouping and systematization of revealing the essence of investment marketing, its structure, principles of its formation, development of the concept of diagnostics of efficiency of investor attraction systems and control of this process; induction and deduction - to summarize the theoretical aspects of the peculiarities of the formation of the structure of investment marketing; statistical and economic - to evaluate the investment attractiveness of a diversified enterprise. Results It was suggested to the conglomerate companies to distance their company brand from its subsidiaries as much as possible so that there was no problem in identifying the main focus of the conglomerate's business activity. For the analysis of companies that should be considered for placement of their own and borrowed funds by conglomerates and to demonstrate this investment policy, investors can distinguish the following areas of analysis of potential companies: whether the leadership of a company in a particular segment can lead to the possibility of controlling the pricing of goods or / or company services; whether it is possible to create a competitive business through the attraction of additional investment opportunities. Thus, solving the problem of finances, and more precisely the ability to run a business for a certain time, can bring to positive indicators of profit and return on invested capital; the impact on the aggregate industry reserve of profits, which makes it possible to receive more profit from the industry of related fields from consumers than competitors can, thus ensuring long-term competitiveness. Also regarding the display of client base of goods and services that we can distinguish for investors is: demonstrating the presence of privileged clients; the existence of diversified profit strategies; availability of special copy - protected goods and business models; the presence of unique and difficult to copy distribution and communication channels; the presence of barriers to competitors (patents. Brand, licensing, large investments in market entry, etc.).

The article analyzes the achievements, stages of the formation of Eurasian integration and shows the nature of the impact of integration processes on the economic situation of the participating countries. Eurasian integration processes from the moment of the creation of the Customs Union and before its reformatting into the Eurasian Economic Union and the common market of goods and services had a direct impact on the state and dynamics of the main macroeconomic indicators of the member states. The common economic space has led to the rapid transfer of macroeconomic effects, which makes it possible to consider the EAEU as a powerful factor in macroeconomic stabilization during crisis recessions. At the same time, the expectations of positive effects from the functioning of the EAEU were justified only in the initial stages of the formation of a common commodity market due to the effect of trade liberalization. The structure and geography of commodity flows in the EAEU developed inertia, due to the sectoral structure of the national economies of the Union member states. The trade interaction of the countries that make up the integration block is characterized by monocentricity and a higher level of differentiation, which makes it possible to compensate part of the losses while lowering the intensity of foreign trade to stimulate the development of the real sector. Investment cooperation in the EAEU is limited to traditional sectors of the commodity sector and trade finance. The buildup of synergistic effects between the countries of the EAEU has an extensive nature, while a transition to an intensification strategy is needed through the formation of production cooperation platform.

The limited available resources make it difficult for the Kediri City Government to improve overall street lighting services. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the priority of improving street lighting services in Kediri City. This research use mix method, namely use the qualitative and quantitative approachment, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and weighted overlay as analytical tools. AHP is used to determine the weight of each variable for priority setting. Weighted overlay analysis is used to determine the priority of road lights improvement by combining the weight variables of AHP results and variable values on each road segment. The AHP produced the highest weight in planning for increasing street lighting was the accident hazard rate (16%) and the number of intersections (12.49%). The final analysis produces four priority levels. The main priorities are on the Kapten Tendean and K.H.Ahmad Dahlan road sections

Findings It was found that majority of the respondents developed their own classification and cataloguing methods for the organization of information resources and did not have a proper retrieval system. Majority of the respondents were providing lending services to readers. Teachers and final-year students were the key users of the libraries. They mostly referred to books, theses and serials written in Urdu and Arabic language. The situation of library computerization was very weak; only 19 libraries had computers and 11 of them have partially automated the library activities. Library automation and catalogue put positive effects on the use of library resources. Originality/value The exploration of the literature showed that libraries of Madaris in Pakistan have always been a priority, but these libraries did not get a position in the library literature as they deserve. Within today’s global economy countries now trade more intensively and frequently than in the past. Trade has become an increasingly important global economic activity, with annual trade volumes increasing sixteen fold over the last fifty years and the ratio of world exports to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) now approaching twenty percent. With this recent acceleration of global trade, countries throughout the world have benefited from more investment, industrial development, and employment and income growth. Other positive effects include increased mobility of capital, increased ease of movement of goods and services (and information) across national borders as well as the diffusion of global norms and values, the spread of democracy and international environmental and human rights agreements. Critics of trade liberalisation argue that these much-acclaimed advantages of trade liberalisation (and globalisation) often underrate the impact of globalisation on widening the economic gap between the North and the South. Over the years, attention has been given to the advantages of trade liberalisation and globalisation to the detriment of the disadvantages. The major disadvantage that is always swept under the rug is the environmental problem. Recently, however, there has been an increasing concern over the potential negative impacts of trade liberalisation, particularly on the environmental and natural resources of developing countries.

This situation causes an increase in the economic activities of businesses in the trading area. One of the main objectives of the cost system applied in businesses is to be able to monitor the competitors and the changes that can be occured as a result of the developments in the sector. Thus, making cost accounting that is proper according to IAS / IFRS and tax legislation has become one of the strategic targets of the companies in most countries. In this respect, businesses should form their cost and pricing systems according to new regulations. Transfer pricing practice is usefull in setting the most proper price for goods that are subject to the transaction, in evaluating the performance of the responsibility centers of business, and in determining if the inter-departmental pricing system is consistent with targets of the business.
