PT PLN (Persero) is a state owned which manages the biggest electricity businesses that cover the entire territory of Indonesia. His position is very potential for the Indonesian public life requires that PLN is able to manage the investment means the supply of electricity to customers. This is done with the information systems that support business processes in the body of PLN. PT PLN (Persero) has some application systems, infrastructure, service, and management used to increase the ability of the company. In PLN, there is an application that is capable of supporting PLN to conduct the procurement process is procurement information system (e-procurement). PSI Sub-party service providers as e-procurement to see investment information system (SI) and Information Technology (IT) which is proportional to the amount issued benefits and bottom-line impact for companies and can find out the level of funds / investment budgets and alignment of Information Technology there is a project in accordance with company requirements. Those needs based on business needs and applications currently running in the intersection so as to project better. Based on this, the author proposes to analyze the benefits of information technology investments by using the method of New Information Economics (NIE) that combines the two approaches both financial and non-financial. In the method NIE (New Information Economics) will be used four of the five practices that NIE Strategic Demand / Supply Planning, Innovation, Prioritization, and Alignment. The results are expected to help the company to allocate investments SI / IT is more appropriate and supports the company's performance, especially in providing added value to the parties concerned.

Abstract: In this growing era of globalization, information systems are very important and important in helping business processes, in the near future that will make the competition in the business process will be more violent and strict. Therefore, the use of information technology and the design of application programming using PHP as server side programing and MySQl as its database especially regarding bus departure and bus ticket reservation at PO.NPM company of bukittinggi city. Problems faced by this company is the problem of data redundancy ticket booking is a lot of data booking tickets are not available, and not presented in sequence and repeatedly resulting in difficulties when manipulating, altering, and delete data.     In the end the authors hope with the creation of a new information system, can help the process of booking tickets and done more easily, without the passengers concerned must come directly to P0.NPM with the new system design will facilitate the company and bus visitors.Keywords: Technology, Information, PHP Programming Language And MySQL.Abstrak : Di era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang ini sistem informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam membantu proses bisnis, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses bisnis akan semakin keras dan ketat. Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai server side programing  dan MySQl  sebagai Databasenya khususnya mengenai jadwal keberangkatan bus dan pemesanan tiket bus pada perusahaan PO.NPM kota bukittinggi. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data pemesanan tiket yaitu banyak data pemesanan tiket yang tidak tersedia,dan tidak tersaji secara berurutan dan berulang-ulang sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data.  Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang baru, dapat membantu Proses pemesanan tiket dan dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, tanpa penumpang yang bersangkutan harus datang langsung ke P0.NPM dengan adanya desain sistem yang baru akan mempermudah pihak perusahaan dan pengunjung bus.Kata kunci : Teknologi, Informasi, Bahasa Pemograman PHP  Dan MySQL

PFI is a financing institution (multifinance) that since 2004, focusing on consumer finance who want to own a motorcycle. PFI has been utilizing the information system and technology (IS/IT) in the overall business processes both on the system application is currently running (lights on), infrastructure, services, management and application projects planning. The research objective was to give a clear picture to the management about benefits and impacts that can be obtained from the IS/ IT investment both lights on and appplication projects. Researchers propose to analyze the lights on and the application projects is using the New Information Economics (NIE) and uses four of the NIE five practices that are Demand/Supply Planning, Innovation, Prioritization, and Alignment. The research result is an IS/IT strategy investment in the lights on, fulfilling the needs of the IS/IT, the creation of new innovations, as well as priority application projects based on the company’s strategic direction. Conclusions obtained are the company can find out where the lights on should be developed, improved, or even ignored. And to knowing which application projects should take precedence, so the company can allocate future resources to the lights on and the right application projects that supports corporate strategic direction.Keywords: lights on, application projects, New Information Economics (NIE)

The Impact

PT. TIFICO, Tbk., Tangerang is a company engaged in the textile industry that produces fiber and yarn. It has several application systems, infrastructure, services, ongoing management and application projects to be developed to improve its business processes. The company’s management wants to discern the interest and suitability level of each applications upon the company needs and want to know whether the issued investments matches up the impact and benefits to the company. The author proposes to analyze the running application system and IS/IT project plans using only 4 tools of the New Information Economics method: strategic demand/supply planning, innovation, prioritization and alignment. The results obtained is information about investment strategy of the ERP system Oracle E-Business Suite implementation and project plans to discern which IS/IT is more important to be developed and which one should be ignored, so that the company can allocate the investments to the IS/ IT projects that best support the company's operation.

Charoen Pokphand Indonesia company was a big cattle food company and the distribution spread all overIndonesia. Enterprise Architecture (EA) has gained importance in recent years, mainly for its concept of “alignment” between the strategic and operational levels of organizations. Such alignment occurs when Information Technology (IT) is applied correctly and timely, working in synergy and harmony with strategy and the operation to achieve mutually their own goals and satisfy the organizational needs.Both the strategic and operational levels have standards that help model elements necessary to obtain desired results. In this sense, BMM and BPMN were selected because both have the support of OMG and they are fairly well known for modelling the strategic level and operational level, respectively. In addition, i* modeling goal can be used for reducing the gap between these two standards. This proposal may help both the high-level design of the information system and to the appropriate identification of the business processes that will support it.This paper presents a methodology for aligning strategy and the operation based on standards and heuristics. We have made a classification for elements of the models and, for some specific cases, an extension of the heuristics associated between them. This allows us to propose methodology, which uses above-mentioned standards and combines mappings, transformations and actions to be considered in the alignment process.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, information systems are now increasingly developing and are very important and main things in helping the process of corporate performance, in the near future that will make competition in the performance process will be more updated and faster. Because of that the use of information technology and the design of making application programs using Visual Basic 6.0 as programing and MySQL as its database, regarding the analysis and design of information systems for inpatients in anal azimar maternity homes.
