The data has gone through BLUE (best linear unbiased estimator) test, such as normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test before doing the hypothesis test. Further, the analysis data has used F-test, t-test, the equation of multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, and moderation. The study's findings are that, partially, LDR does not affect SR, ROA does not affect SR, and BOPO does not affect SR. PBV can not moderate the effect of LDR, ROA, and BOPO on stock return. The determination coefficient is 0.048 (4.8%), which means that the LDR, ROA, and BOPO have impacted SR as much as 4.8%, and the remaining is affected by other factors. Scholars argued that destination image had a significant relationship with behavioral intentions. Destination image influence not only the decision-making process but also conditions after-decision-making behaviors of tourists. In the current study context, the future destination choice behavior referred to the intention to revisit the previous destination and the intention to spread the positive word-of-mouth to others. For this study, inbound medical tourists from private hospitals registered with Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) in Penang, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor in Malaysia will be approached quantitatively by survey questionnaires. This study will contribute to an understanding of the significant factors influencing medical tourists’ intention for future destination choice.© 2016. The Authors. Decisions usually involve the getting the best solution, selecting the suitable experiments, most appropriate judgments, taking the quality results etc., using some techniques.  Every decision making can be considered as the choice from the set of alternatives based on a set of criteria.  The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is a multi-criteria decision making and is dealing with decision making problems through pairwise comparisons mode [10].  The weight vectors from this comparison model are obtained by using extent analysis method.  This paper concern with an alternate method of finding the weight vectors from the original fuzzy AHP decision model (moderate fuzzy AHP model), that has the same rank as obtained in original fuzzy AHP and ideal fuzzy AHP decision models.
