This study aims to know the factors that impact stock return with Market Price as the moderating variable of the banking company listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2020. The data is retrieved from idx.co.id. The population of this article is 43 banking companies, and to select the sample for this article has used purposive sampling and has selected 11 companies. The analysis method of this article has used descriptive statistics. The data has gone through BLUE (best linear unbiased estimator) test, such as normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test before doing the hypothesis test. Further, the analysis data has used F-test, t-test, the equation of multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, and moderation. The study's findings are that, partially, LDR does not affect SR, ROA does not affect SR, and BOPO does not affect SR. PBV can not moderate the effect of LDR, ROA, and BOPO on stock return. The determination coefficient is 0.048 (4.8%), which means that the LDR, ROA, and BOPO have impacted SR as much as 4.8%, and the remaining is affected by other factors. The contribution of the research is to help the investors select the right stock.

This study aims to determine whether production sharing financing and fianancing to deposit ratio affect profitability. Data collection used secondary data and sample in the study using purposive sampling technique. The population is all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, amounting to 14 Islamic commercial banks, while the sample taken is 5 Islamic commercial banks. The number of samples has been tested using the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first hypothesis proposed was rejected because it showed the results of the hypothesis test of profit-sharing financing which did not have a significant effect on profitability (ROA), while the second hypothesis is rejected because the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the financing to deposit ratio has no significant effect on profitability (ROA).

In particular brokerage stocks, the information has a dominant role  Investors who make investments in capital market activities need different kinds of informations consists of fundamental and technical. Both this of information could be used as a basis for investors to predict the return. Information on in the financial statements consist of several financial ratios such as liquidity ratios, activity ratios, the market ratio, profitability ratios. One of the tools for predicting the stock return is the Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). The population used in the study were manufacturing companies listed on in the BEI. The is year observation period is from 2006 to 2009. The analytical method used is descriptive techniques, the classic assumption test (test of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality test data), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination and hypothesis test. From this study, it is concluded that a simultaneously exist between the EPS and PER effects on stock returns of manufacturing firms in the BEI. Partially, influenced EPS aend PER while the stock return has effect on stock returns. Thus the only variable influencing EPS eand PER are variables that influencing to stock return. Furthermore, beside , but other than EPS aend PER,  investors also need to consider other fundamental factors which are not examined in this study such as ROE, CR, PBV and others

The purpose of this study was to identify problems in performing the functions of the investigating judge related to the protection of human rights and freedoms during detention and to offer solutions to them. The study is based on the use of methods of sampling and prognosis; system approach; descriptive statistics; comparison and collation; descriptive analysis method. We found out that the restriction of certain rights and freedoms of a person, detained on suspicion of having committed a crime, is quite legitimate, but some rights are violated due to abuse of police authority. The right to liberty and the right to security of person, the right to effective remedy and fair trial, and the right to respect for private and family life are most often violated during detention. Judicial control should be carried out in compliance with the following principles: immediacy, automaticity, conducting trial proceedings within a reasonable time. In order to universalize judicial control over the protection of human rights and freedoms during detention, we propose to develop an international legal document, regulating the conduct of judicial control.
