An application system is required by a company to meet the needs of enterprise business processes so as to provide information quickly and accurately. Therefore, it is necessary to study the feasibility status of plan of enterprise system implementation. SAP R/3 contains various modules which is deserved to be considered as a company's information system solution. Results of the feasibility study through the analysis of fit/ gap analysis state that the implementation of SAP R/3 sales module is feasible and able to meet all the needs of the system.Results of cost and benefit analysis state that the strategy implementation of SAP R/3 module is feasible. Based on the analysis and research using the two methods above, a decision can be taken whether the SAP R/3 is worth to be implemented or not.

Abstract—The need for information system development in a company is a basic requirement that must be met by each company in order to run its business processes properly. This is the basic key in a company in order to provide maximum results to find as many profits or profits. Application development or requirements in the application also provide speed for employees to carry out their activities to work properly and optimally. The development of the era requires that companies must be productive and have innovations so that the business wheel of the company can run well. This is based on the development of technology that is so fast that it requires special expertise in its application. This research is expected to be able to help some problems that exist in a company. Where its application can make it easier for employees to carry out their respective duties and roles in order to maximize their potential. The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

This research aims to explain more about problems that was in G.P.H (Ground Handling, Pax on Board and Hotel Crew) application system of Materials Management in PT Garuda Indonesia. Problems that was found in the respective company will be analysed through Fit/Gap Analysis as well as Risk Analysis. Research data will be processed through qualitative data which came from internship programme, interview, observation and evaluation. Result from Fit/Gap Analysis showed that majority of risk that occured could be categorized in High High level. Thus, it could be concluded that problems which had been found could be resolved by having reengineering the business process, provide training to the users involved and conduct periodic evaluations.

Zuper futsal field rental is a business entity engaged in the field of rental services that require the existence of an information system. Information systems in a company play an important role in the progress and management of a company as well as in the zuper rental system that is to be able to support and provide satisfactory services to each customer. The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Designing an application in the form of a program that functions to process and simplify business processes that occur on the Zuper futsal field, starting from the data processing of tenants, leasing transactions, to printing reports are expected to be the best solution to solve problems that exist in a business entity to support efficiency and the effectiveness of working on a field rental

CV. Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in the sale of building materials. This company in its business activities has not implemented information technology as a whole. One of the problems that need to be considered in the company's business processes is the inventory system. The inventory system is carried out using paper files which have a less effective and efficient impact and hinder company performance. Often there are errors in recording inventory. A reliable information system is needed so that the transaction process runs optimally and reduces errors made by employees. This research was conducted to solve the problem of inventory management at CV. Jaya Abadi. Based on these problems, the main objective of this study is how to improve inventory management in CV. PT. Medista Utama is a company engaged in the distribution of medical devices. We have implemented an information system in the inventory section that is used to control the movement of products in the company. The system used must be able to manage, convey and maintain information security properly. So it is necessary to carry out an audit that aims to evaluate the information system governance that is running and ensure that the existing procedures support the existing business processes in the company. The audits were conducted following the standards of the COBIT 4.1 Framework for IT governance. This study will focus on the Delivery Service and Support (DSS) domain to analyze several aspects of IT that are currently running in this company, from the level of system security used to the management carried out by the system. In this domain, the research is focused on the DS5, DS10, and DS11 sub-domains. From the research results it is known that DS5 is at the level of 1.3; DS10 and DS11 are at level 2 (Repetitive but Intuitive). The conclusion is the level of capability obtained from the inventory information system of PT. Medista Utama is still below the expected level. And many improvements are needed to maximize the company's performance to achieve the expected Maturity Level value.

<p class="Abstrak">Pengelolaan data perusahaan merupakan suatu hal utama dan krusial dalam memasuki persaingan industri era sekarang. Selain mudah dan aman, sistem manajemen yang telah terkomputerisasi dapat meminimalisir risiko <em>human error.</em> Dalam perancangan sistem informasi manajemen sendiri terdapat banyak metode yang dapat dipakai, salah satunya adalah metode <em>prototype</em>. Metode <em>prototype</em> memudahkan <em>client</em> untuk melihat dan mengevaluasi <em>prototype</em> secara bertahap seiring program dibangun. <em>Prototype</em> dapat ditambah maupun dikurangi sesuai berjalannya proses pengembangan. Metodologi <em>prototype</em> memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu, <em>communication</em>, <em>quick planning</em>, <em>quick Modelling</em>, <em>construction</em> hingga <em>deployment</em>. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ialah melakukan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen perusahaan untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis serta pengelolaan data perusahaan. Sistem informasi manajemen yang akan dibangun pada perusahaan ini meliputi komputerisasi seluruh proses bisnis, desain sistem pada setiap divisi, hingga perancangan <em>database</em> perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dimulai dari pengumpulan data-data yang diperlukan menggunakan metode diskusi dan wawancara, penerjemahan data kedalam UML diagram, implementasi kode sistem, hingga <em>testing.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Management of company data is a major and crucial thing in entering today's industrial competition. Apart from being easy and safe, a computerized management system can minimize the risk of human error. In designing the management information system itself, there are many methods that can be used, one of which is the prototype method. The prototype method makes it easy for clients to see and evaluate the prototype in stages as the program is built. Prototypes can be added or subtracted according to the development process. The stages in the prototype methodology include communication, quick planning, quick modelling, construction and deployment. The purpose of this research is to design a company management information system to support business activities and company data management. The management information system that will be built in this company includes computerization of all business processes, system design in each division, to designing company databases. The design of this information system starts from collecting the necessary data using discussion and interview methods, translating data into UML diagrams, implementing system code, to testing.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p>

E-Inventory Information System at PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera. PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera is a company engaged in  cleaning  services  that  serve  cleaning  at  apartments  /  hotels,  restaurants,  hospitals,  universities,  schools, supermarkets,  villas,  factories,  offices,  government  offices  or  national  private  and  other  places.  Constraints faced by PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera in carrying out existing projects is still using the manual process in inventorying / stocking of goods in and out of the warehouse so that it is difficult to find data and control the in and out of inventory / stock of goods in warehouses for ongoing projects or those that have been finished. Because of that the author proposes a intranet  web-based e-inventory application that is made to overcome and minimize the problem.  Broadly speaking, the application designed or developed consists of the process of recording data of goods, goods entering and leaving the warehouse, inventory of goods, and inventory reports. The results of this study produce an e-inventory application system  that  provides  convenience  for  warehouse  staff  and  administrators  to  manage  and  control  inventory  in  the warehouse

This study aims to to perform database application development system on purchasing, sales and inventory of PT. Speed Game, a company that applies manual database system. The company often faces difficulties in obtaining and processing data information about purchasing, sales and inventory that may affect the employee performance. Therefore, to facilitate the company in processing data and produce information quickly, precisely and accurately, a development of database application system is build using database lifecycle method. The result achieved is a database application system of purchasing, sales and inventory that will facilitate the company in running its business processes. It can be concluded that the development of database application system is necessary to help the company accelerate and simplify the obtaining information process and as well as store and retrieve any information needed.

Technological development that grows so rapidly and the mounting business competition force a company uses technology that can support the work activities quickly and precisely. At this time, the business processes run by XYZ Company is still done manually which hamper the running business processes. This research aims to analyze the company's current business processes, provide functional recommendations, and design an information system for sales, inventory, and purchasing goods that can support the company's operations. The research uses several methods such as literature study, analysis and design of information systems. The study produces an information system for sales, inventory, and purchases which is able to facilitate the transaction recording, up-to-date, and reliable. The results prove that the new system is able to help the company's performance in running several activities in sales, inventory records, and purchase monitoring to support business processes running more quickly and precisely.
