COVID-19 era demanded that we became productive in improving performance, involvement of leaders, high motivation and someone's satisfaction at work are measures for business continuity and able to contribute to national economic recovery. The research objective was to confirm the theory with empirical evidence that focuses on leadership, employee motivation, employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The research used a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. The population were 45 employees of the D'Merlion Hotel Batam, the sample was taken using the census method. The significance value of leadership on job satisfaction is 0,082 > 0,05, it is concluded that direct leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The significance value of motivation on job satisfaction is 0,000 < 0,05, which implies that motivation has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. The significance value of leadership on performance is 0,000 < 0,05 which means that leadership has a significant direct effect on employee performance. The significance value of motivation on performance is 0,009 < 0,05 showing that motivation has a significant direct effect on employee performance. The significance value of job satisfaction on performance is 0,008 < 0,05, so job satisfaction directly has a significant effect on employee performance.

Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Self-Efficacy, Work Motivation, and Mediated by Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office. The method of this research uses quantitative research with SMART PLS analysis tools. In this study the entire population is also sample because the population are 57 employees, consisting of 34 male and 23 female employees. The results of this study indicate that:There is a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of work motivation on employee Job Satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. <p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Human resources are the main capital to achieve company’s goals in hospitality industry. One important thing that company should consider in maintaining employee performance is a job satisfaction. Employee that does not have a job satisfaction while working will gradually decrease the employee performance. Many factors influence job satisfaction one of them is work life balance. The low work life balance resulted a low job satisfaction. This research aims at investigating the influence of work life balance on employee job satisfaction to housekeeping employee at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa. Respondents in this research were 35 housekeeping employees with saturated sampling. The data collection was done by distributing the questionnaire using a Likert scale that use 5 points to measure 30 item statements. The data analysis techniques used was simple linear regression, t-test, and determination coefficient test which was assisted by SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of this research indicated that work life balance (X) partially has a positive and significant effect on housekeeping employee job satisfaction (Y) at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa with a value of tcount > ttable = 9,840 > 2,032. Work life balance contributes to influence Employee job satisfaction of 74,6% in strong catagories, while the remaining 25,4% is influenced by other factors outside of this research. This research is expected to be used as a consideration to pay more attention of employee work life balance to increase employee job satisfaction.

Introduction: Division of research and development to produce performance played a central role in the form of technological innovation cultivation of sugar cane and innovation performance of the global industrial competition. Required organizational climate that support performance improvement and business development research staff. Mutual support and encouragement in every settlement between management and employees work will provide a comfortable atmosphere in the performance of employees. High motivation for staff to be able to grow a maximum potential and competence of employees wants to work hard to realize the company's strategic objectives.Methods: To examine these issues, a questionnaire distributed to 35 staff in research and development of PTPNXI (Persero). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS analysis techniques. Results: The results showed that the significant effect of organizational climate on employee performance. Thus a good organizational climate will cause the employee improve performance. Good organizational climate and always oriented employment relationship in shaping the behavior of employees can motivate employees that will result in optimal performance of employees at work.Conclusion and suggestion: Managerial advice to do is apply organizational climate in PTPN XI (Persero) staff research and development efforts should be made clear again that the work climate that is able to adapt to the situation and condition of the employee. The next suggestion, leaders continue to increase employee motivation by not ignoring the rights and interests of employees as provide promotional opportunities, improved employee supervision system, increase confidence in the leadership, and maintain harmonious relationships between colleagues.

In this globalization era, every corporation works hard to increase and develop to boost their employee performance. There are lot of factors corporation has to take care to increase their employee performance. This research probes employee well-being and job satisfaction as independent variables to employee performance as dependent variables. The selection method of the sample is using purposive sampling and obtained 95 samples from the population of the whole employee of the corporation using a questionnaire to collect the samples.SPSS 26 from IBM is being used for the multiple linear regression analysis techniques. A significant and positive effect is discovered from job satisfaction to employee performance, while employee well-being has a non-significant effect. The company should consider their employee job satisfaction in order to increase company's performance.

Abstract: The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of intellectual and spiritual intelligence on the performance through motivation and job satisfaction at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jember. This study included explanatory research with quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the KPP Pratama Jember number 102 employeesThe variables of this research were the intellectual, spiritual intelligence, motivation, job satisfaction and performance. The results showed that the Intelligence intellectual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction of employees KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual acumen has no significant effect on employee performance KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee performance KPP Jember. Motivation effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a case study at the SME PT PMS Company in Surabaya, Indonesia by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Smart PLS 3 programs. The results showed that in fact the respondents thought that organizational culture and work motivation had no direct significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation could not mediate organizational culture on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction and work motivation and job satisfaction has a significant direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, job satisfaction can mediate organizational culture on employee performance where all relationships lead in a positive direction. There has been no research that examines the relationship model of those 4 variables which is intended to determine the wider relationship between these variables and this study provides an overview of employee behavior in SME companies and is useful as input in determining strategies, especially for companies to improve their performance.

Human resources are assets that are very important for the organization or company so the company must be able to develop human resources properly to assist the company in achieving its objectives in accordance with the specified targets. With good human resources, it is expected that companies will be able to optimize and improve the performance of employees. To improve and optimize the performance of employees, companies need to make efforts, such as providing work motivation and employee job satisfaction. This study wants to prove the effect of each variable, namely motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Tour & Travel employees in Pontianak. Based on previous research and linked to supporting theories put forward by experts using the SPSS 21 program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is associative research. The population in the study was 112 employees taken from 21 Tour & Travel companies in Pontianak City and the entire population was sampled with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance.

This study used the quantitative data with an explanatory research method, while the samples were 44 employees with the status of the Civil Apparatus of Nation at the UKPBJ Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto City with details: 7 employees of the Election Working Group, 29 Procurement Officers, 8 employees of the Secretariat Section. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) was chosen to analyze the hypothesis. The results of this study indicated that: "i) compensation didn’t has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction at the UKPBJ Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto City"; ii) workload didn’t has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat UKPBJ Mojokerto City; iii) compensation didn’t has a direct effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat UKPBJ Mojokerto City; iv) workload has a direct influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat UKPBJ Mojokerto City; v) job satisfaction didn’t have a direct effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat UKPBJ Mojokerto City; vi) compensation didn’t have an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the UKPBJ Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto City; vii) workload didn’t have an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the UKPBJ Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto City.
