Abstract: The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of intellectual and spiritual intelligence on the performance through motivation and job satisfaction at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jember. This study included explanatory research with quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the KPP Pratama Jember number 102 employeesThe variables of this research were the intellectual, spiritual intelligence, motivation, job satisfaction and performance. The results showed that the Intelligence intellectual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction of employees KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual acumen has no significant effect on employee performance KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee performance KPP Jember. Motivation effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja dapat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Sarana dan prasarana memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kepuasan pegawai memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Bantaeng Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, facilities and infrastructure on employee satisfaction and performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, facilities and infrastructure on employee performance through job satisfaction. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques were used through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis and Sobel test. The results of the study found that work motivation had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction. Work discipline can have a significant effect in increasing employee job satisfaction. Facilities and infrastructure have a significant influence in increasing employee job satisfaction. Employee satisfaction has a significant effect in improving employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of facilities and infrastructure on employee performance at BKPSDM Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

Purpose: Influence of communication climate and job promotion on employee performance and motivation with discipline and job satisfaction as intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo. The aim of this study is to test and analyze the influence of communication and promotion on employee motivation and performance with discipline and job satisfaction as variabels intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo Research methodology: The samples of this study are 74 respondents consisting of employees permanent of the division warehouse and production. This research applies path analysis by using the program of analysis Smart PLS. Results: The relationship between variables in this study produced thirteen hypotheses with significant influence and five hypotheses with not significant influence. Relation testing between organizational job promotion and motivation variabels has the biggest significance. Meanwhile, the relation testing between communication climate variabels and employee performance variabels has the smallest significance. Limitation: The limitation in this research is one company where the number of samples taken is only permanent employees of the warehouse and production only. Contribution: Results of this study are expected to be able to give contribution to human resources management and to practical management. This analysis aims to define and evaluate the influence of work promotion and skills on results through employee satisfaction at the Soppeng Regency Regional Representative Council Secretariat (DPRD) either directly or indirectly, with the intermediate variable being job satisfaction. The tool used for this analysis is a quantitative methodology—study site at the Secretariat of the Central People's Representative Council (DPRD) Soppeng Regency. And the local workforce, with a total of 132 workers, was sampled. Statistical research is based on a route study. This analysis's findings are as follows: 1) work promotion and competence have a direct impact on job satisfaction and performance. 2) have an indirect effect on job promotion and performance skills by job satisfaction in this situation. More successful job promotion and a high degree of competence would further improve workers' satisfaction at the Re Secretariat, which would affect the improved output of employees.

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can increase employee performance which affects achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study to determine mediating role of organizational commitment on work satisfaction and performance of employees of Krisna by Typical Bali I. The population of this study were 55 people, with a saturated sample method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed by SEM - PLS. The test results shows job satisfaction has significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has negative significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has  positive significant effect in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that employee performance will increase. Purpose- This study aims to examine the relationship between leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- A total of 45 respondents were used as research samples through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach with the help of the LISREL program. Findings- The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance, and job satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant effect on performance. Implications-The results of this study suggest that managers put forward a democratic and supportive style to improve employee job satisfaction through providing opportunities to subordinates to provide ideas/suggestions in various decisions taken by the company, Keywords: performance, satisfaction, leadership style

COVID-19 era demanded that we became productive in improving performance, involvement of leaders, high motivation and someone's satisfaction at work are measures for business continuity and able to contribute to national economic recovery. The research objective was to confirm the theory with empirical evidence that focuses on leadership, employee motivation, employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The research used a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. The population were 45 employees of the D'Merlion Hotel Batam, the sample was taken using the census method. The significance value of leadership on job satisfaction is 0,082 > 0,05, it is concluded that direct leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The significance value of motivation on job satisfaction is 0,000 < 0,05, which implies that motivation has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. The significance value of leadership on performance is 0,000 < 0,05 which means that leadership has a significant direct effect on employee performance. The significance value of motivation on performance is 0,009 < 0,05 showing that motivation has a significant direct effect on employee performance. The significance value of job satisfaction on performance is 0,008 < 0,05, so job satisfaction directly has a significant effect on employee performance.

Organisational Communication, in today’s organizations has not only become far more complex and varied but has become an important factor for overall organizational functioning and success. The way the organization communicates with its employees is reflected in morale, motivation and performance of the employees. The objective of the present paper is to explore the interrelationship between communication and motivation and its overall impact on employee performance. The paper focuses on the fact that communication in the workplace can take many forms and has a lasting effect on employee motivation. If employees feel that communication from management is effective, it can lead to feelings of job satisfaction, commitment to the organisation and increased trust in the workplace. This study was conducted through a comprehensive review and critical analysis of the research and literature focused upon the objectives of the paper. It also enumerates the results of a study of organizational communication and motivational practices followed at a large manufacturing company, Vanaz Engineers Ltd., based at Pune, to support the hypothesis propounded in the paper.

Employee job satisfaction is a very crucial area formanager in this day and age as far as managing their employees is concerned. Employee job satisfaction is a term to determine whether employees are happy and fulfilling their needs and aspirations in the organization. Essentially employee satisfaction is a gauge of the degree of worker‘s happiness with their job and working environment.Many measures establish that employee satisfaction is necessary for employee motivation, higher performance andbetter employee self-esteem in the organization. In this paper different variables accountable for employee job satisfaction has been identified and an attempt has been made to shed some light on the differences in variables among the studies. This study reveals that commonly acknowledged antecedents to build employee job satisfaction are salary, relationship with coworkers, relationship with supervisor, training and development, working environment, motivation, appreciation etc. In the end, the conceptual framework of this research is also presented.

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, hal ini sesuai dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan karyawan mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pekerjaan, terutama di divisi pemasaran. Divisi marketing menjadi pilihan penulis karena merupakan garda terdepan perusahaan dalam mencapai profit dan memenuhi tujuan perusahaan, divisi marketing juga merupakan divisi yang berhubungan secara langsung dengan klien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan distributor elektronik terkemuka di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan cara memperoleh data melalui wawancara dengan sumber terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada banyak kendala dalam perusahaan yang menghambat kinerja karyawan, sehingga karyawan merasa kurang puas dan menyebabkan tingkat turnover yang tinggi dalam perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi kendala adalah masalah komunikasi topdown atau antara atasan dan bawahan yang tidak berjalan dengan lancar, sehingga seringkali menimbulkan miskomunuikasi yang berujung pada kinerja dan kepuasaan karyawan. Secara keseluruhan terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab dari kurangnya kepuasaan karyawan sehingga berdampak pada kinerja, yaitu: sistem reward, ketidakjelasan job desk, tingkat stress yang tinggi membuat karyawan tidak nyaman. Job satisfaction is one of the factors that influence job performance, this is in accordance with the results of previous research which also shows that employee satisfaction affects its performance. This research was conducted with the aim of describing job satisfaction in improving job performance, especially in the marketing division. The marketing division is the author's choice because it is the company's front guard in achieving profits and meeting company goals, the marketing division is also a division that deals directly with clients. This research was conducted at one of the leading electronics distributor companies in Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the case study method, by obtaining data through interviews with relevant sources. The results showed that there are many obstacles in the company that hinder employee performance, so employees feel less satisfied and cause a high turnover rate in the company. One factor that is an obstacle is the problem of top-down communication or between superiors and subordinates that do not run smoothly so that it often leads to miscommunication that results in employee satisfaction and performance. Overall several factors cause the lack of employee satisfaction so that it has an impact on performance, namely: reward systems, unclear job desk, high-stress levels make employees uncomfortable.
