Halal Tourism is one indicator of success in bringing in foreign exchange, especially in the tourism sector. In addition, halal tourism can provide security and comfort for Muslim tourists visiting the country. This study aims to find out the potential of the halal tourism industry in Uzbekistan, a country located in Central Asia, while developing halal tourism. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach using secondary data sources. This study shows that Uzbekistan has managed to rank 16 according to the Global Muslim Travel Index in 2021, up 4 places from the previous year. This is something good for the development of halal tourism in Uzbekistan. So that Uzbekistan can maintain the advantages of halal tourism with unique historical tourist attractions, visa exemptions, and delicious culinary tours. So, Uzbekistan can also improve its shortcomings in the communication sector and access connectivity and transportation infrastructure.

Kakao is one of important estate commodity for the national economy, since kakao plantation provide a significant number of employment which is support national income and foreign exchange. This study aims to determine  farm  incomes of kakao farmers in  Hinekombein Village,  Waibu Subistrict of Jayapura District. Primary data was collected by used of interview and observation guided by a questionnaire. The primary data obtained through interviews with farmers using a questionnaire. Secondary data has been obtained from secondary data sources associated with the research. Sampling was done by simple random sampling for cocoa farmers in Hinekombe Village, number of respondents was 30 farmers cocoa farmers This study showed that annual revenue of cocoa of farmers which has 0.5 of cultivated area  was Rp 1,150,556. The revenue of farmer which has 1 ha of cultivated area was Rp. 2.662.500.

<p>Indonesia is a pluralistic country. This plurality is indicated by the existence of ethnicities, races, customs, languages, and religions. Plurality does not only breed cooperation, but also conflict. The fact shows that religious plurality is one of the biggest challenges in Indonesia. This study aimed to explore the concept of value in the Īśā Upaniṣad verses which correlate with the plurality of religions in Indonesia. This research used a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out through document studies on primary and secondary data sources. The primary data sources in this study are Īśā Upaniṣad by Sri Aurobinda, The Principal Upanishads by S. Radhakrishnan, and The Upanisads: A Complete Guide by Cohen Signe, while secondary data sources include documents relevant to the object of the research material. The data analysis in this study used methodical steps of descriptive, interpretative, and holistic analysis, while the theory used is Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutic theory. The results of this study indicate that the verses in the Īśā Upaniṣad have a concept of value that is correlated with the plurality of religions in Indonesia: kinship, tolerance, and harmony; divinity, holiness, and glory; equality, justice, and non-discrimination; unity and oneness; brotherhood, empathy, love, and mutual respect.</p>

Indonesia is a plurality country which is indicated by the diversity of ethnicities, races, customs, languages, and religions. Plurality, including religion, can have implications for cooperation but also conflict. The facts show that the plurality of religions in Indonesia is in trouble. But inherently, all religions, including Hinduism, also have values that can overcome the problem of plurality, which is hidden in its theological concepts. This study aims to explore the Brahman and Ātman in the Īṣāvasya Upaniṣad ontologically and its relevance to the plurality of religions in Indonesia. This research is library research using a qualitative approach. The material objects of the research are Brahman and Ātman in the Īśāvasya Upaniṣad. Data collection in this study was carried out through document studies on primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis in this study used methodical steps of descriptive, interpretative, and holistic analysis. The results showed that the study of Brahman and Atman was ontologically described in several categories, including substance, quantity, quality, place, time, position, ownership, and action. In addition, this study contains value concepts relevant to religious plurality, including kinship, tolerance, harmony, divinity, holiness, nobility, brotherhood, empathy, love, and mutual respect.

<p>Extracurricular activities are one of the containers in coaching and developing students' potential. This study aims to find out the management of extracurricular activities in improving the non-academic achievement of students in Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Barat. The method used is descriptive analysis using qualitative approach. This research conducts data collection techniques by observation, interviews, literature studies, and internet media. This study used primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that several steps in the management of extracurricular activities, such as planning, organizing, direction / implementation and evaluation as well as evaluation. Planning is carried out by investigating the number of extracurricular activities. Organizing is carried out by coordinating all components involved in the management of extracurricular activities. The implementation is carried out by arranging and arranging in writing so that the activities carried out can be directed and run smoothly in accordance with the guidelines. And the evaluation is done through member meetings and final assessments.</p>

Good employee performance will be achieved if you pay attention to what factors can influence it. The case that occurred at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Kuningan was that employees complained about work facilities and the compensation system. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. With two data sources, namely primary data sources consisting of leaders and all employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass and secondary data sources consisting of documents both in writing and photos at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument in the research, observation guide and interview guide. The results showed that the facilities provided by Bank BJB KCP. Kuningan is inadequate, the internet network is often disturbed, the lack of operational vehicles, the parking area is not large enough, thus disrupting employee performance. As for compensation, the institution has given it fairly and fairly well in accordance with existing regulations. Both of these things certainly have an impact on employee performance, so that it can be said that the failure of the BJB Syariah Bank, Kuningan Sub-Branch Office, has not been able to meet the needs to improve employee performance.

One of the phenomena of social crisis that occurs in society is marked by a trance. Unfortunately, this incident is often associated with mystical aspects. In fact, trance can be explained scientifically and it can be cured through therapeutic communication with religious nuances. This paper attempts to show that the stages of therapeutic communication and speech representation that is performed by Ustadz Danu in the healing process of a possessed person. The main purpose of this study is to develop an understanding of the stages of therapeutic communication and speech representation. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach taking a primary and secondary data sources by observing, documenting, and analysing. The result of this study indicate that: first, there are four stages religious therapeutic communication that can improve the mental peace of trance patients by counsellor through religious activities such as reading salawat, prayers, and dhikr. Second, after getting religious guidance, patients with mental disorders feel more inner peace than before, this can be seen from the patient's independence, and the way of communication of patients who began to gradually improve. Third, utterances of advice that show supporting factors in healing a possessed patient include adequate facilities, infrastructure, and family support

In learning Arabic, one of the important and interesting rules to study is the Ibdal rule: namely the replacement of letters in a word, which is not only studied from the aspect of morphology, but also in Arabic orthography and rasm al-Mushaf.This study uses a qualitative approach to literature study. The primary data source is studied in Surah Al-Imran which consists of 200 verses, 3508 words, and 14984 letters. While the secondary data sources are books, articles, and research results related to the problem of Ibdal.The results of this study indicate that the Ibdal in Surah al-Imran is 32 words (0.91%) and some of them are repeated several times. The Ibdal phenomenon consists of Ibdal pronoun (dhamir), Ibdal tsumma with fa, and the sentence Ibdal.

This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive type of research, with the aim to provide a snapshot of a particular symptom. Techniques of data collection through observation, interviews, documentation and snowballing sampling. To analyze the data used descriptive qualitative methods and triangulation, the description is based on the symptoms that appear while the triangulation, ie, data checking technique that uses something other than the data for checking purposes or as a comparison to the data. The source of the data used in this research is the source of primary data and secondary data sources. This research used theory which is a method Glann calistung Doman. From the results ofthis study indicate that individuals Village Jati Probolinggo qiroati considers that this method is a method that is appropriate to in crease the reading and writing of the Qur'an as it is a method of reading the Qur’an that directly incorporate and practice reading Tartil accordance with qoidah tajwid. Effectiveuse of methods qiroati, qiroati method can be implemented by way of grouping students according to the level of its volumes since this method does not see the age of the child but the child's ability malihat. Cooperation between the agencies and parents to develop and increase interest in reading and writing of the Qur'an to his son. Ustadz/ustdzah trying to improve the reading and writing of the Qur'an by using classical methods of individual and under stand each students individual differences.

This study is an Analysis of the Cash Management of the Baing Yusuf Great Mosque in Purwakarta Regency (Judging from the Management Aspect and Its Allocation). researchers are interested in conducting this research because there are still many problems in the management of mosque cash funds such as the construction of mosques that have not been completed for years, mosque administrators do not have more money to pay priests, preachers or muezzins, even mosques do not have janitors because of the lack of mosque cash funds. In addition, many mosque facilities are still lacking such as a broken fan, only a few ablutions, no mosque management rooms, and so on. Plus there are still many mosques that lack funds and even deficits. The purpose of this study is to find out about the source of receipt of the Great Mosque Baing Yusuf Purwakarta cash fund, the cash management system of the Great Mosque of Baing Yusuf Purwakarta, and to find out about the cash allocation system in the Great Mosque of Baing Yusuf Purwakarta. The method of collecting data in this study is by interview, observation and documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis used a Descriptive Qualitative approach by reviewing the cash management system of the Great Mosque of Baing Yusuf Purwakarta. The results of this study can be concluded that the source of cash receipts of the Great Mosque of Baing Yusuf comes from the charity box of the pilgrims. The management of cash funds is already good because the financial circulation is clear and transparent and the allocation of funds is clear to pay the wages of priests, preachers, marbots, muezzins and so forth.

This study aims to find out how the origins of the Mantu Kucing tradition and its implementation process. As well as describing the symbolic meaning and potential in the Curhajati Hamlet, Grajagan Village, Bnayuwangi Regency.The m ethod used is a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, and documented / archived.From the research that has been carried out it is mentioned that the Cat-in-Law Tradition in the village of Ekstrajati Grajagan Village began in 1930. The tradition is still carried out until now once a year during the long dry season. The tradition of the Cat Aunt has symbolic meaning in terms of the procession and equipment used during the Cat Aunt ritual. The mediation is a form of mediation or a way of saying prayers to ask for rain from God Almighty so that rain will soon be reduced. As well as expressions of gratitude for the blessings of God Almighty, and preservation of ancestral culture. The tradition of Mantu Kucing has the potential to unite Dagjati dusun community to maintain mutual friendship and work together in building the culture that is owned by Dagjati Dagjati Village Grajagan Village.
