Good learning media is the media that can make it easier for students to understand a teaching material. The selection of learning media must be in accordance with these characteristics. To simplify the explanation of the atomic structure which has abstract characteristic, a learning media that can realize this material is needed. This research aims to develop interactive animation learning media Chem is Fun based on quantum learning and to determine the quality of the resulting product. The development model used is adapting the ADDIE. This research involved a media expert, a material expert, three peer reviewers and five reviewers (chemistry teacher) to assess product quality. The research instruments consist of two types of instrument, i.e. suggestion sheet and product quality questionnaire. The result show that the product of Chem is Fun has a good quality, so that it can be used as a learning media to help students' learning process on atomic structure.

This study aimed at identifying and developing the quality of life skills-based student’s worksheet for minor chemical industries. This study was a research and development that referred to the developmental model proposed by Borg & Gall. The procedures in this study consisted of four stages namely introduction, planning, product design, and product validation. The product validation was conducted by the peer reviewers, the media and material experts and the Chemistry teachers in order to gather assessment and suggestions on the quality of student’s worksheet that had been implemented to the Chemistry teachers in SMK N 1 Panjatan. The data gathering instrument that the researchers used was the product validation sheet. The results of this study showed that the product that had been generated was in the form of life skills-based student’s worksheet for minor chemical industries. On the other hand, the results of an assessment by the Chemistry teachers showed that in average the student’s worksheet fell into the “Very Good” category; as a result, the life skills-based student’s worksheet for minor chemical industries is feasible for implementation in the learning process.

The author does the learning process by using the quantum teaching method. This study departs from the writer's anxiety about the condition of student mastery of the material being studied. Inadequate campus facilities and lack of student interest in learning. As a result, students can not fulfill the assignments that have been given. Another issue that makes writers work hard is the average student from a remote area, where the learning process using information technology is still far from their reach. So the authors apply one of the learning processes using quantum teaching. The researcher examines the learning process using classroom action research. Based on the study conducted by the author in this paper, there are two important things that need to be learned, namely being able to do something, and be able to think for doing something. Teaching is a very important task in this world. Teachers should be able to influence human behavior from generation to generation. This is evident from the activities of the students in applying learning outcomes in class. Therefore, this paper contributes to a good learning process.

Identity and corporate image is reflected in the design of the sign (display type), style aesthetic images, fonts and legibility messages to ensure excellence of products to consumers.<br />The elements of traditional decorative motifs on the nameplate can give an idea that has long operated company, has a strong experience in the field that they do. Modified display modern motifs often used to describe the new corporate image in the market following the latest developments. Both styles are distinated on imaging market expansion in the future. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi, the effect purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction smartphone Xiaomi, the effect of product quality and brand image to satisfaction consumers smartphones Xiaomi, and the effect of product quality and brand image together on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi and customer satisfaction. This research is classified in research exspost facto. Its population is a student at the Faculty of Economics University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa that are currently using or have used a smartphone Xiaomi and samples for the study of 100 people. Methods of data collection is done by using the media questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis were supported by detrminan coefficient F test and T, and classical assumption test consisting of multicoloniarity, heterocedasticity test, and test for normality and path analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product does not affect the purchase decision Xiaomi smartphone, brand image influence on purchase decisions Xiaomi smartphone. Product quality, brand image affects customer satisfaction while purchasing decisions do not affect the Xiaomi smartphone customer satisfaction. Taken together the product quality and brand image influence on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction Xiaomi smartphone. Talk about retail business can not be separated from the importance of service to consumers and good quality goods . But at the present time due to intense competition in the business world , the service and quality of goods is not enough to be able to increase revenue and attract customers loyal . This makes companies think hard to survive and stable in the business . One of them is by using a media campaign in this regard more toward print or visual media is indirectly felt the value of their effectiveness in communicating product marketing programs . PT . Times Prima Indonesia is a company engaged in the retail book with the name of the Times bookstores . Based on the analysis of the company’s problems requires additional media types supporting more varied and creatif promotion of existing ones, which will be used as a complement and a media campaign as well as to enrich the data renewal campaign design to capture the interest of consumers in which one form of the media campaign is shaped merchandise . Therefore , do Enriching ( enrich ) media campaign merchandise before it is less varied and has not formed a company image . The methodology used is the analysis, observation and design . Besides the new design has been tested with the implemented test duration for 6 months, and greatly increases the perceived contribution , this is evidenced by the chart sales increasing each month.

Perkembangan dunia perbankan syariah tidak lepas dari peran para nasabah yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap pihak perbankan untuk penyimpanan asset keuangannya. Faktanya banyak kelompok nasabah yang memutuskan untuk menjadi nasabah di perbankan syariah karena faktor religiusitasnya. Faktor lain yang dapat ikut mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah adalah kualitas produk. Di mana kualitas produk merupakan karakteristik yang melekat dari suatu produk. Kemungkinan yang terjadi bahwa kebanyakan nasabah pada perbankan syariah juga masih merupakan nasabah perbankan konvensional.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan tingkat religiusitas nasabah terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya atau tidak di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan jumlah sampel 100 nasabah. Diperoleh hasil Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Berdasarkan uji F yang sudah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan religiusitas secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Berdasarkan uji t yang sudah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa secara partial baik variabel kualitas produk maupun variabel religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. The progress of the Islamic bank cannot be separated from the role of its customers who give trust to the bank to deposit their financial assets. It is a fact many groups of customers decide to be the customers of the Islamic bank because of their religiosity. The other influences factor of a customer’s decision is the quality of the product. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and level of customers’ religiosity towards customers’ decision whether to keep their funds in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Branch of Purwokerto, or not. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 100 customers. The results indicate Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Based on F, it can be seen that both variables of product quality and religiosity simultanously affect the customers’ decision to keep theirfunds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto. Based on t test, it can be seen that independently, either variable of product quality or variables of religiosityinfluences the customers’ decision to keep their funds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto.

The focus of this research is to design geometry learning mediain junior high schools based on RME and integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) using 3D Pageflip Proffesional,and to explain quality of the learning media. In the process of design and development of this media used is the ADDIE development model which begins with the stages analysis, design, development, and  carried out an evaluation in each stages. Implementation stages will be continued in the following years research. This research resulted in a product in the form of geometry learning media in junior high schools especially eight grade according to purpose. Based on the validity test and practicality test the results obtained from the validation by material experts and media design experts were 4.09 namely 81.8% and 4.21 or 84.2%.Based on the criteria for the validity of the instrument, the criteria for "very valid" were obtained. And the practicality results, namely the results of teacher response questionnaire obtained an average of 4.26 or 85.19%, and the results of student questionnaire responses were 4.07 or 81.4%. Then based on the percentage criteria of practicality of the instrument, it is found that the criteria are very practical and the media can be implemented with minor revisions.

The accuracy in administering the diagnosis code was the important matter for medical recorder, quality of data was the most important thing for health information management of medical recorder. This study aims to know the coder competency for accuracy and precision of using ICD 10 at X Hospital in Pekanbaru. This study was a qualitative method with case study implementation from five informan. The result show that medical personnel (doctor) have never received a training about coding, doctors writing that hard and difficult to read, failure for making diagnoses code or procedures, doctor used an usual abbreviations that are not standard, theres still an officer who are not understand about the nomenclature and mastering anatomy phatology, facilities and infrastructure were supported for accuracy and precision of the existing code. The errors of coding always happen because there is a human error. The accuracy and precision in coding very influence against the cost of INA CBGs, medical and the committee did most of the work in the case of severity level III, while medical record had a role in monitoring or evaluation of coding implementation. If there are resumes that is not clearly case mix team check file needed medical record the result the diagnoses or coding for conformity.
