<pre><em>This study aims to determine the important role of psychology for Islamic education. The method used library research. Data collection uses documentation and data analysis with descriptive analysis. The results showed that psychology plays an important role in Islamic education as a religious consciousness associated with the values of the soul that is personality. In Islamic Psychology it is better known as term al-Syakhsiyah. The role of psychology in Islamic education is to bridge the delivery process of science to pay more attention to the psychology of each learner, this will  determine success of the transfer  process of values to students, becouse student and teacher have opened  psychology and ready to make good communication. . </em></pre><pre><em> </em></pre><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="Default">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penting psikologi bagi pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan library research. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan analisa data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psikologi berperan penting dalam pendidikan Islam yaitu sebagai penanaman kesadaran keagamaan yang berhubungan dengan nilai-nilai bathiniyah yang bersifat pribadi (<em>personality</em>). Dalam istilah psikolgi Islam lebih dikenal dengan term al-Syakhsiyah. Peran psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam adalah menjembatani proses penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan agar lebih memperhatikan psikologi masing-masing peserta didik,  hal ini akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan  proses <em>transfer of values </em>siswa.</p>

This research aims to describe and analyze various aspects of children's education and find the concept of children's education in the perspective of psychology and Islamic education. This type of library research research, data collection techniques using documentation, after the data collected and then analyzed with descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results show the first: the conception of children's education in a psychological perspective has four main dimensions namely, physical, psychological, spiritual, and social-cultural. Parenting education of children must be in accordance with the psychological condition of children with authoritative style. Second: educating with the perspective of Islamic education, will make children more healthy souls namely those who have excellent physical requirements, higher intellectual mental intelligence (IQ), mental health conditions / personality that develops and is stable in their emotional emotional mentality (EQ) is high (mental-social) and have the strength of faith and Islam. Third: The important role of psychology in Islamic education is to bridge the process of delivering knowledge so that it pays more attention to the psychology of each individual or student, because this will determine the parents or educators in transferring knowledge given to children.

ABSTRAK: Kajian semantik adalah kajian yang berperan menyelidiki makna dan arti dalam suatu bahasa pada umumnya. Penamaan adalah proses pelabelan terhadap suatu benda, orang, atau peristiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk nama julukan orang dan (2) mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi nama julukan orang di Dermo Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa aspek semantik meliputi bentuk, makna leksikal, serta faktor yang melatarbelakangi pembentukan nama julukan orang di Dermo Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan di Dermo Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu simak dan catat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa (1) bentuk-bentuk nama julukan orang didasarkan pada jumlah kata, kelas kata, serta sumber bahasa dan (2) faktor yang melatarbelakangi nama julukan orang di Dermo Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang terdiri atas pemendekan, peniruan bunyi, dan sifat khas.Kata Kunci: Nama julukan; penamaan; semantik> NICKNAMES OF PEOPLE IN DERMO MULYOAGUNG DAU DISTRICT MALANG REGENCY (STUDY OF SEMANTIC) ABSTRACT: Semantic is a study that has the role of investigating the meaning and meaning in a language in general. The research data is in the form of semantic aspects including form, lexical meaning, and the factors behind the formation of people's nicknames in Dermo Mulyoagung, Dau District, Malang Regency. Sources of data in this study were informants at Dermo Mulyoagung, Dau District, Malang Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were listening and taking notes. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that (1) the forms of people's nicknames are based on the number of words, word classes, and language sources and (2) factors behind people's nicknames in Dermo Mulyoagung, Dau District, Malang Regency consisting of shortening, sound imitation, and distinctive characteristics.Keywords: Naming; nicknames; semantics

The study in this manuscript discusses the impact on the educational equalization system of Pesantren Salafiyah and designs how Pesantren Salafiyah has always existed in the world of modern education. This research belongs to the type of qualitative study using the document analysis method. The form of data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research approach method in this paper is library research. This study is divided into four methods, namely, the method of determining the subject, the form of the study, the method of data collection, and the method of data analysis. The result is the ability of Pesantren Salafiyah to make certain accommodations and concessions to find a pattern that they consider appropriate enough to face modernization and changes that are increasingly fast and have a broad impact without sacrificing the essence and other basic things in the existence of the pesantren, so that Pesantren Salafiyah still exists in the midst of the hustle and bustle of modernizing Islamic education

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the shape of social capital that exist in the centers of craft bags and suitcases Tanggulangin. Identify the role of social capital in improve the effectiveness of employees in the center of bags and suitcases craft Tanggulangin. Identify the use of social capital by craftmen in their business development. Sampling method used in this study are done by purposive, decide the informant by selective informant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result showed that social capital is formed in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases Tanggulangin started from family, relatives, neighbors and their friends, and grow together with local habit. The role of social capital to form a network, a sense of trust, social norms, leadership, and solidarity among employees and craftsmen in Tanggulangin. The benefits of social capital in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases in Tanggulangin found to form a good mutual cooperation among them, the knowledge transfer, and maintained good communication. Efforts to increase social capital is done by sharing the workload and remuneration managed transparently and in accordance with the capabilities and contributions of employees.

This study aims to describe the values of the Tandhang dance, explain the role of the Tarara Studio, obstacles, and solutions to obstacles in the preservation of the Tandhang dance in Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. Tandhang dance has good values which are used as life guidelines for the Madurese, the role of the Tarara Studio is very good in preserving the Tandhang dance with training and staging, the obstacles faced are, delays, differences in ability, laziness, outside culture, differences in public opinion. The solutions taken were reminding, dividing groups, motivating oneself, attracting interest, and accepting differences of opinion. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai tari Tandhang, menjelaskan peranan Sanggar Tarara, hambatan, dan solusi dari hambatan dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif milik Miles dan Huberman. Tari Tandhang memiliki nilai-nilai baik yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup orang Madura, peranan Sanggar Tarara sangat baik dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang dengan pelatihan dan pementasan, hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu, keterlambatan, perbedaan kemanpuan, malas, budaya luar, perbedaan pendapat masyarakat. Solusi yang diambil yaitu, mengingatkan, membagi kelompok, memotivasi diri, menarik minat, dan menerima perbedaan pendapat.

This study aims to (1) determine the meaning of Sufism education; (2) knowing the values ​​of Sufism education contained in the film "99 Kali Rindu"; (3) to determine the relevance of the values ​​of Sufism education in the film "99 Kali Rindu" with Islamic education today. The method used in this data analysis is descriptive analysis method, while the data collection techniques used in this data collection are documentation techniques and library research. The collected data were then analyzed by unit processing. In the film 99 Kali Rindu, after doing the research it can be concluded that: (1) the definition of sufism is the teaching or belief that knowledge of truth and Allah can be achieved by means of mental vision of reflection, (2) the film has sufism educational values ​​that can be applied to students. these values ​​are: (a) divine value (deity), (b) insaniyah (human) values, (c) natural value (nature), (3) the relevance of sufism education in islamic education is that it has a relevant relationship, which is applied to schools and educational institutions. The dialogue excerpt made by Azhari Zain in his film 99 Kali Rindu, contains the values ​​of Sufism education which are in accordance with the material taught at schools and educational institutions such as Akidah Akhlak, Al-Quran Hadith, and other Islamic education. The values ​​in it are very important to be instilled in students, so that they can become a generation that fights for and advances this nation with knowledge and morals

The Family

  Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the role of fathers in family Islamic education. The purpose of the research is to increase the treasury of knowledge for educational researchers, especially the education of girls in the family. The research used is qualitative research with case studies aimed at obtaining a complete and in-depth description. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with the concept of data triangulation. Qualitative research data analysis techniques through data triangulation are analyzing the results of interviews by checking the validity of the data which includes sources, methods, investigators, and theories. Data analysis shows that fathers as research subjects are willing to be directly involved in education and childcare. The willingness of subjects to provide Islamic education to their daughters is motivated by factors of psychological well-being, personality, attitudes and diversity (religiosity). Planting the faith, sharia and morals of fathers in daughters since their daughters are small. Even since the child is still in the womb of his wife. They use educational methods such as educating by example, habits, advice, attention, and punishment. Certainly the father established good cooperation with his wife in providing Islamic education to his daughter. So that girls will form Islamic individuals and are accustomed to carrying out daily activities according to Islamic teachings.

The research aims to describe the functions of humor used in an American comedy movie The Boss. The subject of the research was American comedy movie The Boss. Descriptive qualitative method was used to conduct the research. Data collection was done through library research and documentation. Data analysis was done through identification, coding, classification and description. The researcher found several findings. Supported by Meyers theory of joke, there are 6 functions of jokes found in the movie such as to insult someone, to express anger, to tease someone, to relieve tension, to get attention, and to amuse others. The dominant function was differentiation particularly to insult and to express anger 21 times, the second was clarification particularly to relieve tension humorous lines and amuse others 15 times, the third was enforcement particularly to tease 18 times, and the last was identification particularly to relieve tension and to get attention 27 times. These functions were also analyzed and discriminated by different setting and participant based on formality and participants distance. According to the analysis, most jokes occurred in informal situation with intimate relationship among the participants and functioned to tease someone and to relieve tension. This finding also proves that American humor is expressed with more slapstick and vulgarity as the characteristic of American humor used in daily communication. Practice of Public Relations have recently tended to blur the original concept launched by Public Relations founders. Even though a practice of a Public Relations take a crucial role in run management functions so that the relationship between the companies concerned with the public can be harmoniously intertwined. Hence, the purpose of this research is to determining how the form of deviations from duties and functions of Public Relations in build corporate image. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, descriptive analysis which describes the role of Operational Secretary (OPS) as Public Relations in enhancing the corporate image for a supplier company engaged in construction services business in Batam and the data analysis techniques used by investigators are components of the data analysis by Miles and Huberman Interactive Model. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the duties and functions of Public Relations as an effort to build corporate image. Implementation of Public Relations activities can not be said optimal because does not have a special section in handling the tasks and functions of Public Relations, but delegate tasks and functions of Public Relations is the Operational Secretary (OPS). The absence of a separate section of Public Relations, limited resources that can be used, and other administrative work that must be done by Operational Secretary (OPS) which takes time and focus is the obstacle faced by Operational Secretary (OPS) in performing duties and functions as Public Relations. The conclusion of this research shows that public relations is a very important to role in build a corporate image. Public Relations role maintaining good communication and relationship with internal and external public companies, to increase the company's existence. With emphasis on quality of service for consumers, establish good relationships with various public companies and tried to give a good impression in the community.
