Practice of Public Relations have recently tended to blur the original concept launched by Public Relations founders. Even though a practice of a Public Relations take a crucial role in run management functions so that the relationship between the companies concerned with the public can be harmoniously intertwined. Hence, the purpose of this research is to determining how the form of deviations from duties and functions of Public Relations in build corporate image. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, descriptive analysis which describes the role of Operational Secretary (OPS) as Public Relations in enhancing the corporate image for a supplier company engaged in construction services business in Batam and the data analysis techniques used by investigators are components of the data analysis by Miles and Huberman Interactive Model. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the duties and functions of Public Relations as an effort to build corporate image. Implementation of Public Relations activities can not be said optimal because does not have a special section in handling the tasks and functions of Public Relations, but delegate tasks and functions of Public Relations is the Operational Secretary (OPS). The absence of a separate section of Public Relations, limited resources that can be used, and other administrative work that must be done by Operational Secretary (OPS) which takes time and focus is the obstacle faced by Operational Secretary (OPS) in performing duties and functions as Public Relations. The conclusion of this research shows that public relations is a very important to role in build a corporate image. Public Relations role maintaining good communication and relationship with internal and external public companies, to increase the company's existence. With emphasis on quality of service for consumers, establish good relationships with various public companies and tried to give a good impression in the community. So thus a positive corporate image will be formed in accordance with the expectations of the company. Keywords: Deviations, Public Relations, Corporate Image

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the shape of social capital that exist in the centers of craft bags and suitcases Tanggulangin. Identify the role of social capital in improve the effectiveness of employees in the center of bags and suitcases craft Tanggulangin. Identify the use of social capital by craftmen in their business development. Sampling method used in this study are done by purposive, decide the informant by selective informant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result showed that social capital is formed in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases Tanggulangin started from family, relatives, neighbors and their friends, and grow together with local habit. The role of social capital to form a network, a sense of trust, social norms, leadership, and solidarity among employees and craftsmen in Tanggulangin. The benefits of social capital in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases in Tanggulangin found to form a good mutual cooperation among them, the knowledge transfer, and maintained good communication. Efforts to increase social capital is done by sharing the workload and remuneration managed transparently and in accordance with the capabilities and contributions of employees.

This study focuses on the communications that was built by the Public Relations (PR) in East Jakarta Administration City Government with the Press community through their roles in the administrative activities of government. The purpose of this study was to determine the PR activities of East Jakarta Administration City Government in establishing good communication with the Press as the government's partner in promoting the various activities that are beneficial to society. The research method used in this study is a case study (case study). The results showed that the role of Public Relations of East Jakarta Administration City Government in establishing good communication with the press, is done through activities, such as press conferences, press releases, and press gathering. All activities are done well, so as to create a communication and a good relationship, in any cooperation between the Press and the Government of East Jakarta, making it easier for local governments in disseminating various work programs.

<pre><em>This study aims to determine the important role of psychology for Islamic education. The method used library research. Data collection uses documentation and data analysis with descriptive analysis. The results showed that psychology plays an important role in Islamic education as a religious consciousness associated with the values of the soul that is personality. In Islamic Psychology it is better known as term al-Syakhsiyah. The role of psychology in Islamic education is to bridge the delivery process of science to pay more attention to the psychology of each learner, this will  determine success of the transfer  process of values to students, becouse student and teacher have opened  psychology and ready to make good communication. . </em></pre><pre><em> </em></pre><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="Default">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penting psikologi bagi pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan library research. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan analisa data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psikologi berperan penting dalam pendidikan Islam yaitu sebagai penanaman kesadaran keagamaan yang berhubungan dengan nilai-nilai bathiniyah yang bersifat pribadi (<em>personality</em>). Dalam istilah psikolgi Islam lebih dikenal dengan term al-Syakhsiyah. Peran psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam adalah menjembatani proses penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan agar lebih memperhatikan psikologi masing-masing peserta didik,  hal ini akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan  proses <em>transfer of values </em>siswa.</p>

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to understand the role of Public Relations Management in activities Hospital Social Responsibility (HSR) to improve image of Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital. This study is also designed to understand the ability of Hospital Social Responsibility (HSR) in bringing benefits to the hospital Islam Sunan Kudus.Method – Primary data were obtained directly from observations and interviews with the Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital, in this case the Public Relations Management and the community involved in HSR activities. The data analysis technique used several analyzes, namely descriptive, sociological, hostoris, and data validity.Result – The role of Public Relations in HSR activities can improve image of the Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital, this is proven with the HSR activities carried out by RSI Sunan Kudus followed by all levels of society in the city Kudus so that through the HSR activity the name RSI Sunan Kudus is known to the wider community and ultimately society who is in the Kudus city to entrust his health to Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital.Implication – This study can motivate other hospitals to implement HSR (Hospital Social Responsibility), so that a mutual symbiotic relationship can be created between the hospital and the community.Originality – In other studies only discussing CSR in general, there are no findings regarding HSR, and there is no CSR or HSR aspect in it Islamic perspective, apart from that there are no other benefits seen due to the existence of CSR in the hospital

Public relations is a strategic approach towards the creation of goodwill and brand image through developing a cordial relationship between the organization and its target audience. Image is the reputation or perception of a person, group or corporate body, held by others, often as a result of what they (the corporate body) do or have done. The study is set to find out two major things: To find out if public relations plays a role in image building of an organization; and to determine if public relations plays a role in image sustenance of an organization. The methodology for the paper is the review of existing literatures in the field of public relations and image building and sustenance. Public relations is a veritable tool of corporate image building and sustenance as it helps shape the way publics of an organization see or perceive the organization. These publics can be internal or external. By internal we mean employees, and by external we mean customers/clients and the host community. In building or sustaining a corporate image of an organization by the Public Relations Officer (PRO), there are quite a number of tools very important. These tools include press/news release, press/news conference, sponsorships, house organs, Annual General Meeting (AGM), etc. Different types of public relations are presented.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena minat baca siswa dan pengaruh minat baca terhadap pertumbuhan kemampuan belajar siswa pada jenjang-jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Kepala sekolah sebagai lokomotif perkembangan mutu pendidikan memiliki peran strategi bagi pengumbuhan dan pengembangan minat baca peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala madrasah sebagai edukator, manajer, dan innovator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi, serta dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai edukator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik meliputi meliputi tiga pembinaan, yakni pembinaan mental dan moral, serta pembinaan artistik. 2) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai manajer dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam meliputi penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dengan didasarkan pada pada kerjasama dengan USAID dan UIN Walisongo Semarang. 3) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai innovator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam Kota Semarang meliputi inovasi strategi, pola pikir (mindset) dan struktur. Abstract This research is motivated by the phenomenon of reading interest of students and the influence of reading interest on the growth of students' learning ability in the next level of education. The principal as a locomotive of the development of the quality of education has a strategic role for the growth and development of reading interest of learners. This study aims to determine the role of principal as an educator, manager, and innovator in the development of reading interest of learners in MIT Nurul Islam Semarang City. This research is a qualitative field research, data collected through observation, interview, documentation and triangulation, and analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of principal as an educator in the development of reading interest of learners includes three activities are coaching, namely mental and moral coaching, and artistic coaching. 2) The role of principal as manager in the development of reading interest of learners at MIT Nurul Islam covers the application of management functions based on cooperation with USAID and UIN Walisongo Semarang. 3) The role of principal as innovator in the development of reading interest of learners at MIT Nurul Islam Semarang City includes innovation strategy, mindset, and structure.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

<span lang="IN">Social media is one type of new media that facilitates the process of communication among human. Social media makes it easy for users to communicate and share information in a wider range. At present, not only people use Instagram, but the government also needs to keep up with the time to participate in using Instagram as an online information media. Public Relations of the Salatiga Government is one of the public relations departments that uses Instagram as an online information media to provide information needed by the community.<br /> This research aimed to find out how the content of the information was<span>  </span>and how the role of instagram was as an information deliverance to the citizen by the public relations of Salatiga. Through qualitative methods research, data is collected by means of interviews and observations. The results showed that the Salatiga <span> </span>Government Public Relations Instagram account had a role to increase brand awareness, connect many people and as a source of information/ business promotion.Public Relations of the Salatiga Government considers that Instagram plays an active role in conveying information to the public. This is seen from the many positive responses received by the Salatiga City Government Public Relations during managing Instagram as a modern information deliverance.<span>     </span></span>

The rapid technology development and information made public (community) being so critical to the policies was taken by the government. This requires police institution to maintain of security guards, public order, enforce the law, provides protection, aegis and service to the community. Public Relations (PR) is an agency which have a duty to understand and evaluate a variety of public opinion in order to help to create harmony between particular agencies with the public. In order to increase quality of human resources in Police Department are required personnel with the ability in resolving problems the happens in society. In resolving these problems, that needed cooperation between police department, college and the community. The contribution of college to police department and the community with conducting the devotion to the community in cooperation Polresta Tangerang. The method in use in devotion community is by providing training of the role of public relations to Polresta Tangerang members through zoom cloud meeting. The role of public relations training aimed at giving public knowledge include similarity in communication, public relations function, basic principles of public relations, the management of the community and management of media relations may be good quality police. The evaluation of the training be concluded that the training that performed capable of increase understanding participants on the role of public relations.
