<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>Issues related to emotions and low emotional intelligence, such as lack of emotions, and unstable and excessive negative emotions happened in many adolescents living in orphanages. One factor that may influence emotional intelligence is the non-family environment such as peer-attachment. This research aimed to explore the relationship between peer-attachment and emotional intelligence in adolescents living in orphanages. This research used quantitative research method, with questionnaires as measuring scales. Participants in this research were 104 adolescents living in orphanages in DKI Jakarta with the age range of 12-18 years old and collected using incidental sampling. Spearman’s results showed that value r = 0,221 (ρ = 0,024 &lt; 0,05) and could be interpreted as a significantly positive relationship existing between peer-attachment and emotional intelligence in adolescents living in orphanages.</p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Masalah yang berkaitan dengan emosi dan kecerdasan emosi yang rendah seperti keadaan haus emosi serta emosi negatif yang tidak seimbang dan berlebihan banyak dijumpai pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan emosi adalah faktor lingkungan non-keluarga seperti kelekatan dengan teman sebaya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelekatan dengan teman sebaya dan kecerdasan emosi pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Penelitian dijalankan  menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat ukur. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 104 remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan rentang usia 12-18 tahun diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik <em>incidental sampling. </em>Penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi <em>Spearman</em> dengan r = 0,221 (ρ = 0,024; ρ &lt; 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kelekatan dengan teman sebaya dengan kecerdasan emosi pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan.<br /><strong></strong></p>

Despite the fact that numerous studies have been conducted on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Transformational Leadership (TL), the relationship between EI and TL is yet to be identified. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between EI and TL skills among managers in manufacturing companies in Batu Pahat. In this research, a survey questionnaire was administered to fifty managers. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was employed to test the correlation among variables, including Perceiving Emotion, Facilitating Thought, Understanding Emotion, and Managing Emotion with TL skills. The outcome was that a positive relationship was found between EI and TL skills. This quantitative research is important in providing management with better information regarding the relationship between EI and TL skills among managers so that managers can learn and improve their functions.

Kelas khusus olahraga adalah kelas yang dikuhuskan untuk mengembangkan prestasi olahraga tanpa mengesampingkan prestasi belajar. Prestasi belajar merupakan pencapaian hasil dari pembelajaran yang telah dilalui. Namun sampai saat ini belum adanya hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan mengenai faktor yang mendorong prestasi belajar siswa khususnya kelas olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas khusus olahraga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa kelas khusus olaharga di SMAN 1 Ciparay. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket serta dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dihitung dengan bantuan microsoft excel 2007. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengarauh dan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas khusus olaharaga.  The relationship of learning achievement special students with emotional intelligence AbstractSpecial sports class classes are classes that are taught to develop sporting achievements without compromising learning achievement. Learning achievement is the result of learning that has been passed. Until now there has been no research results that reveal about the factors that drive learning achievement specially for sport class. The purpose of this study was to study whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence on student achievement in sports class. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research. The sample in this study was 40 students of special sports class at SMAN 1 Ciparay. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study was calculated with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence and positive relationship between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes of students in special sports classes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perfeksionisme dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa akselerasi di SMAN 1 dan 7 Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dalam pengambilan sampel. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa akselerasi di SMAN 1 dan SMAN 7 Banjarmasin sebanyak 35 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Skala Perfeksionisme dan Skala Kesejahteraan Psikologis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment diketahui r = 0, 587, yang berarti bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara perfeksionisme dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa akselerasi di SMAN 1 dan 7 Banjarmasin. Sumbangan efektif perfeksionisme terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa akselerasi sebesar 34,5%, sedangkan 65,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar perfeksionisme. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi perfeksionisme maka akan semakin baik kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa akselerasi, sehingga hasil penelitian ini kurang sesuai dengan asumsi awal penelitian yang mengajukan bahwa kemungkinan terdapat hubungan negatif antara perfeksionisme dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa akselerasi di SMAN 1 dan 7 Banjarmasin. Kata Kunci: Perfeksionisme, Kesejahteraan Psikologis, Siswa Akselerasi The objective of this study was to find out the relationship between perfectionism and psychological well-being of accelerated students at SMAN 1 and 7 Banjarmasin. The study used a quantitative research method, using saturation sampling techniques. The subjects were 35 accelerated students of SMAN 1 and 7 Banjarmasin while the instruments were Perfectionism Scale and Psychological Wellbeing Scale. The results of Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis showed that r = 0.587, which indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between perfectionism and psychological well-being of accelerated student at SMAN 1 and 7 Banjarmasin. The effective contribution of perfectionism to the accelerated students' psychological well being was 34.5 %, while 65.5 % was influenced by other factors other than perfectionism. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the higher the perfectionism, the better the psychological well-being of the accelerated students; therefore, the results were less consistent with the initial assumption suggesting that there might be a negative relationship between perfectionism and psychological well-being of the accelerated students at SMAN 1 and 7 Banjarmasin. Keywords: Perfectionism, Psychological Well-being, Accelerated Student

There are numerous studies about the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping stress. However, there’s still a few studies that examined the relationship of those two in gamer. Hence, the aimed of this study is to empirically examined the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping stress in gamer. The hypothesis of this study stated that there was a relationship between emotional intelligence and coping stress. Participants of the study were 101 college students who is played video game with age range from 17 to 25. Product moment technique was used to analyze the data. The result of the study showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between emotional intelligence and coping stress (p < 0,001; r = 0,586). Based on this result, the hypothesis was accepted.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was identifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment with job satisfaction of staff of Ebne Sina Hospital. Method: For this purpose, NEO personality inventory and Minnesota job satisfaction questionnaires were used and after assuring of reliability and validity, Measuring tool were distributed among 125 sample of staffs of the Ebne Sina hospital. The research method is survey-correlation. Results: The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment with job satisfaction of staff of Ebne Sina hospital.

This study examined the relationship between selected factors of motivation, employee engagement and employee performance among nurses at Adventist Hospital. The quantitative research method of collecting data was used. The questionnaire was distributed nurses at Adventist Hospitals using cluster sampling. And Taro Yamane formula. A sample of 435 nurses was selected to fill the questionnaire. The findings showed that [1] the need for achievement significantly and positively influenced by satisfaction (β=0. 29), [2] need for achievement significantly and positively influenced by performance (β=0.15), [3] satisfaction significantly and positively influenced by advocacy (β=0.84) and [4] advocacy significantly and positively influenced by performance (β=0.60).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan hardiness pada atlet mahasiswa di Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet mahasiswa pada cabang olahraga baseball dan softball sebanyak 47 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala regulasi emosi dan skala hardiness. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis korelasi product moment Pearson diketahui r = 0,397, yang berarti ada hubungan positif antara regulasi emosi dan hardiness pada atlet mahasiswa di banjarbaru. Sumbangan efektif regulasi emosi terhadap hardiness pada atlet mahasiswa di Banjarbaru sebesar 15,7%, sedangkan 84,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar regulasi emosi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang positif antara regulasi emosi dengan hardiness, sehingga semakin tinggi regulasi emosi maka semakin tinggi pula hardiness pada atlet mahasiswa di Banjarbaru. Kata kunci : Regulasi Emosi, Hardiness, Atlet Mahasiswa The purpose of the study was to find out the relationship between emotion regulation and hardiness in student athletes in Banjarbaru. The results of Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis indicated that r = 0.397, which meant that there was a positive relationship between emotion regulation and hardiness in student athletes in Banjarbaru. The effective contribution of hardiness to emotion regulation in student athletes in Banjarbaru was 15.7%, while 84.3% of it was influenced by other factors out of emotion regulation. Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ personality and environment with their Indonesian Language ability. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. The Implications of the study identified that Indonesian Language ability of the students can be influenced by their personality and environment.

This study aimed to test the association between peer attachment and aggressive behavior, as well as the mediating effect of regulatory emotional self-efficacy on this relationship. A total of 1171 (582 male, 589 female) Chinese adolescents completed self-reported questionnaires that assessed peer attachment, regulatory emotional self-efficacy, and aggressive behavior. Path analysis showed that the negative association between peer attachment and adolescent aggressive behavior was mediated by self-efficacy in managing negative emotions. However, the mediating effect of self-efficacy in expressing positive emotions was nonsignificant. Moreover, there was no significant difference in the indirect paths mentioned above between male and female respondents. These findings highlight self-efficacy in managing negative emotions as a potential mechanism linking peer attachment to adolescent aggressive behavior.
