Hubungan Kepribadian dan Lingkungan dengan Kemampuan Bahasa Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ personality and environment with their Indonesian Language ability. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. The Implications of the study identified that Indonesian Language ability of the students can be influenced by their personality and environment.

This study aims to find out: The relationship between parental attention and the intensity of smartphone use with economic learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population in this study amounted to 186 while the sample amounted to 125 students. The results of this study show there is a positive relationship between the attention of parents with the learning outcomes of economic students where the value of r count > r table or 0.900> 0.176, so Ho is rejected, There is a positive relationship between the intensity of smartphone use with learning outcomes, r count > r table or 0.355 > 0.176 , so Ho is rejected. There is a positive relationship between parental attention and the intensity of smartphone use with students' economic learning outcomes, r count > r table or 0.901> 0.176, so Ho is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that this study resulted in a significant relationship between parental attention and the intensity of smartphone use with the learning outcomes of economic students

Abstract. This article analyzes the leadership style of the headmaster of madrasah and its relationship with professional competence and teacher performance in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. This research aims to find a positive relationship between the leadership style of the madrasah headmaster and professional competence; to know the positive relationship  between the leadership style of madrasah headmaster and teacher performance; and, to know the  positive relationship between the leadership style of the madrasah headmaster and professional competence and teacher performance in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. The approach in this research was non-experimental quantitative approach with a correlational method. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a strong or high correlation between the leadership style of the madrasah headmaster and professional competence and teacher performance in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. Abstrak. Artikel ini menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala madrasah serta hubungannya dengan kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru di madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kabupaten Bogor. Upaya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan yang positif antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi profesional; mengetahui adanya hubungan yang positif antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru; dan mengetahui adanya hubungan yang positif secara bersama-sama antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru di madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kabupaten Bogor. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimental dengan metode korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat atau tinggi, maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan terdapat  hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara kuat atau tinggi  antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor.

ABSTRACT Excellent service is part of the target PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) to maximize efforts in innovation services, one of which implementation is the existence of Bogor Station, This study uses a quantitative approach, according to the basic assumptions axiology quantitative approach seeks explanation of the relationship between the variables studied, while the research method used is descriptive analysis, which aims to explain or describe further the pattern of correlation, the relationship between two or more variables studied, technique of analysis by analyzing the performance of services with Servqual Service, methods of science and CSI and utility station facilities in terms of user services based on standards Minimum service station where respondents are users of services in Bogor Station. Based on the analysis we can conclude CSI scores of this study is 62%, which indicates the overall service of Bogor Station are included in the category quite satisfied and there are five attributes that a top priority for immediate improved performance, among others, the availability of the number of toilets, availability and comfort of the lounge (waiting room) passengers, cleanliness and comfort toilet, comfort and ease up/down passenger (Peron) and the availability of information and the announcement of train travel. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) untuk memaksimalkan upaya dalam inovasi pelayanannya, dimana salah satunya implementasinya adalah dengan keberadaan Stasiun Bogor, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menurut asumsi dasar aksiologi pendekatan kuantitatif berusaha mencari penjelasan hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan atau mendiskripsikan lebih jauh pola hubungan korelasi, keterkaitan antara dua atau lebih variabel yang diteliti, teknik analisis dengan menganalisa kinerja pelayanan dengan Servqual Service, metode IPA lalu CSI dan utilitas fasilitas stasiun ditinjau dari pengguna jasa berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimum Stasiun dimana respondennya yaitu pengguna jasa di Stasiun Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan nilai CSI dari penelitian ini yaitu 62 % yang mengindikasikan secara keseluruhan pelayanan Stasiun Bogor termasuk dalam kategori cukup puas dan terdapat 5 atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk segera ditingkatkan kinerjanya antara lain, ketersediaan jumlah toilet, ketersediaan dan kenyamanan ruang tunggu (waiting room) penumpang, kebersihan dan kenyamanan toilet, kenyamanan dan kemudahan naik/turun penumpang (Peron) dan ketersediaan informasi dan pengumuman perjalanan kereta api. This study aimed to know the relationship between hedonic lifestyle with consumptive behavior among adolescents. The hypothesis in this study there was a positive relationship between hedonic lifestyle with consumptive behavior among adolescents. The subjects of this study were 141 Psychology students who were 18-21 years old. The data were collected using the hedonic lifestyle and consumptive behavior scale.The data analysis of this study using Product Moment correlation technique. The result of this study showed that there was a positive correlation between hedonic lifestyle with consumer behavior of adolescence (rxy = 0,595 dengan p = 0,000 ( p < 0,05). Based on the result, the hypotesis in this study can be accepted.

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>Issues related to emotions and low emotional intelligence, such as lack of emotions, and unstable and excessive negative emotions happened in many adolescents living in orphanages. One factor that may influence emotional intelligence is the non-family environment such as peer-attachment. This research aimed to explore the relationship between peer-attachment and emotional intelligence in adolescents living in orphanages. This research used quantitative research method, with questionnaires as measuring scales. Participants in this research were 104 adolescents living in orphanages in DKI Jakarta with the age range of 12-18 years old and collected using incidental sampling. Spearman’s results showed that value r = 0,221 (ρ = 0,024 &lt; 0,05) and could be interpreted as a significantly positive relationship existing between peer-attachment and emotional intelligence in adolescents living in orphanages.</p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Masalah yang berkaitan dengan emosi dan kecerdasan emosi yang rendah seperti keadaan haus emosi serta emosi negatif yang tidak seimbang dan berlebihan banyak dijumpai pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan emosi adalah faktor lingkungan non-keluarga seperti kelekatan dengan teman sebaya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelekatan dengan teman sebaya dan kecerdasan emosi pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Penelitian dijalankan  menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat ukur. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 104 remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan rentang usia 12-18 tahun diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik <em>incidental sampling. </em>Penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi <em>Spearman</em> dengan r = 0,221 (ρ = 0,024; ρ &lt; 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kelekatan dengan teman sebaya dengan kecerdasan emosi pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan.<br /><strong></strong></p>

This study aims to determine the relationship of interest and level of parents with social studies learning outcomes of students in Palangka Raya 6 Public Middle School. The research method used in this study is a correlational method. In this study the population of class VIII students was 252 people. So the researchers took a sample of 152 students. MANY in this study are called sample research. The variables in this study there are 3 (three) variables, namely the interest-free variables and the level of parents, while the variables are the results of social studies learning. Data writing techniques use questionnaire and test techniques, and analysis techniques are used multiple. From the data analysis, the results of the study were obtained. (1) There was a positive relationship between interest in learning and the results of social studies learning of students, with an explicit coefficient of rX1Y = 0.521. This correlation is significant in the population. (2) There is a positive relationship between parents with social studies learning outcomes of students, with a secret coefficient of rX2Y = 0.496. This correlation is significant in the population. (3) There is a positive relationship between interest and parents with social studies learning outcomes of students, with an explicit coefficient of R = 0.52 Fhit (27.04)> Ftab (3.07). This correlation is significant in the population.

Verbal aggressiveness is a behavior that has a purpose to hurt other people’s feeling by saying harsh words, insulting, mocking, and threatening someone. Factor that underlie the emergence of verbal aggressiveness in street children, one of them is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is ability to control oneself, have endurance when faced with a problem,self motivated, able to set the meed, ability to empathize and build relationships with others. The research mainly happen to understand relation between emotional intelligence and verbal aggressiveness in street children. This research method using quantitative approach. Subjects are picked by Incidental sampling techniques and involving 40 street children. Emotional intelligence scale is picked as collecting tool and also verbal aggressiveness scale. Data analysis uses Shpearman’s Rho technique. The result on Shpearman’s Rho correlation technique shows correlation (r) = -0,721 at a significant level (p) = 0,000 (p<0,05). The conclusion is there is a negative and significant correlation of the relationship between emotional intelligence with verbal aggressiveness in street children. So, if someone has low emotional intelligence, then verbal aggressiveness will be high.

Islamic education has many objectives. It also includes the construction of students’ noble character. Students should be able to understand and be able to build a noble character with the dhuha prayer habituation. This study aims to determine how is the relationship between dhuha prayer habituation and the students’ morals in SMA Negeri 2 Kota Bogor. The method in this research used a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires.  The results of this research were with df in the amount of 77, with the value of r table at a significant level of 5%, these were known that r table 5% = 0.221.  Therefore the research hypothesis stated that the Pearson Correlation (0.667)> r table (0.221). So that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted by stating that there was a positive relationship between the practice of dhuha prayer and student morals, which is 44.5%.

Abstract. This study aims to know the relationship between social dominance orientation with dating violence in adolescents. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between social dominance orientation with dating violence in adolescents. Participants in this study were 400 adolescents in Kupang City (200 girls dan 200 boys) using convenience sampling. This research uses the quantitative approach with  Social Dominanca Orientation7 (ODS7) adaptation scale and Conflict in Adolescent Dating Relationships Inventory (CADRI) adaptation scale as data collection methods. The hypotesys’s result using Spearman correlation technique obtained that correlation coefficient in this study is 0,102 with a significance level is 0,042 (p < 0,05). The data shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the social dominance orientation with dating violence in adolescents in Kupang city. It means that the higher social dominance orientation of adolescent, the higher tendency to commit violence in dating relationship, and vice versa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif korelasional, Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dari Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan jumlah responden dalam deskriptif statistik, uji normalitas data variabel, hasil dari uji koefisien korelasi pengaruh variabel X (perhatian orangtua pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Rajadesa Kecamatan Rajadesa Kabupaten Ciamis) terhadap variabel Y (prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Rajadesa Kecamatan Rajadesa Kabupaten Ciamis) merupakan korelasi sangat lemah, artinya bahwa orang tua yang sangat sibuk dengan pekerjaannya sehingga kurang perhatian terhadap anak berdampak buruk terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dibandingan dengan mereka para orang tua yang memberikan perhatian penuh terhadap anaknya dan memiliki prestasi yang baik.  Kata Kunci: Perhatian Orang Tua; Prestasi Belajar Siswa.
