O estudo objetivou investigar os casos de violência nas relações dos acadêmicos a fim de conhecer a prevalência de bullying dentro da Universidade Federal de Rondônia-Campus Porto Velho. Tratou-se de um estudo quantitativo no qual foi efetuado um inquérito epidemiológico que consistiu em um delineamento de pesquisa que possibilitou conhecer as vivências de violência apresentadas pelos alunos de ensino superior da cidade em evidência. Para coleta de dados foi utilizado um questionário validado que foi aplicado durante visitas à Universidade, com alunos dos diversos cursos selecionados pela amostra quantitativa. Foram realizadas 456 entrevistas. Os resultados comprovaram que as manifestações de bullying ocorrem, principalmente, nas salas de aula (6,1%). Também foi observado que 32% afirmaram já ter passado por uma situação que considerou humilhante ou constrangedora por parte dos docentes. Mediante aos achados desta pesquisa foi possível afirmar que as manifestações de bullying estão presentes nas relações sociais da universidade.Descritores: Violência, Bullying, Ensino Superior.Behavior of students in a university of the amazon region faced with bullyingThis study aimed to investigate cases of violence in the relationship of academics to ascertain the prevalence of bullying within the Federal University of Rondônia, Porto Velho Campus. This paper aims at investigating the relationship between the application of innovation and entrepreneurship system and the university competitive advantage in the Jordanian higher education sector.     To collect the required data, the number of some concerned individuals was surveyed through a carefully designed questionnaire that has become the main instrument to obtain the required data.A random sample of university managerial staff was withdrawn from five private Jordanian universities. The collected data was audited, reviewed and statically analyzed using the most relevant statistical test. The results of the statistical analysis have clearly pointed out that university adoption of innovation and entrepreneurship system has a significant effect on its competitive advantage.

This paper investigated the travel patterns of 1.7 million shared E-scooter trips from April 2018 to February 2019 in Austin, TX. There were more than 6000 active E-scooters in operation each month, generating over 150,000 trips and covered approximately 117,000 miles. During this period, the average travel distance and operation time of E-scooter trips were 0.77 miles and 7.55 min, respectively. We further identified two E-scooter usage hotspots in the city (Downtown Austin and the University of Texas campus). The spatial analysis showed that more trips originated from Downtown Austin than were completed, while the opposite was true for the UT campus. We also investigated the relationship between the number of E-scooter trips and the surrounding environments. The results show that areas with higher population density and more residents with higher education were correlated with more E-scooter trips. A shorter distance to the city center, the presence of transit stations, better street connectivity, and more compact land use were also associated with increased E scooter usage in Austin, TX. Surprisingly, the proportion of young residents within a neighborhood was negatively correlated with E-scooter usage.

<p>Ao considerar os desafios inerentes à educação, a formação docente apresenta-se enquanto tema em constante discussão. Assim sendo, refletir acerca da qualidade dos cursos oferecidos é essencial para a construção sólida das bases formativas dos profissionais atuantes no mercado de trabalho. Nesse contexto, o munícipio de Paço do Lumiar, devido ao desenvolvimento populacional e de infraestrutura, tem apresentado um aumento na demanda de vagas de cursos superiores. Desse modo, esta produção aborda a relação da oferta/demanda de vagas com a qualidade dos cursos voltados à formação docente, no munício luminense. Para tanto, os embasamentos teóricos, a partir da análise de dados e documentos, fixaram-se na legislação, na história da educação superior no Brasil e no panorama atual da educação básica de Paço Lumiar. A presente pesquisa concretizou-se no Instituto Superior Franciscano (IESF), instituição de referência na localidade, junto aos graduandos de pedagogia, a partir de entrevistas e questionários. Destarte, este estudo é oriundo das inquietações dos autores acerca da educação, a qual possui com um de seus pilares a formação de profissionais competentes e qualificados.</p><p><strong>Palavras-Chave</strong>: educação, desenvolvimento social, formação docente, qualidade.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Considering the challenges of education, teacher training is presented as a subject in constant discussion. Therefore, reflecting on the quality of the courses offered is essential to the solid construction of the training bases of professionals working in the job market. In this context, the city of Paço do Lumiar, due to population development and infrastructure, has shown an increase in demand for higher education places. Thus, this production approaches the relationship of supply / demand for vacancies with the quality of courses focused on teacher training, in this city. Therefore, the theoretical grounds, from the data and document analysis, were fixed in legislation in the history of higher education in Brazil and the current situation of basic education in Paço do Lumiar. This research has been made at the Franciscan Institute (IESF), a reference institution in the town, with pedagogy of graduate students, by interviews and questionnaires. Thus, this study arises from the concerns of the authors about education, which has one of its pillars with the formation of competent and qualified professionals.</p><p><strong>Keywords : </strong>education, social development, teacher training, quality.</p><p> </p>

A competitividade tem demandado das instituições ações voltadas para a valorização efetiva dos seus colaboradores, onde a satisfação pessoal e profissional se torne um fator motivacional que impulsione a produtividade das partes envolvidas. O endomarketing é uma ferramenta de gestão que proporciona a aplicação de ações para o melhoramento da comunicação interna, gerando melhorias nas relações interpessoais entre os nutricionistas, que atuam como gestores, e seus colaboradores. Neste sentindo, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo detectar o uso desta ferramenta em Unidades Produtoras de Refeição, bem como, descrever o relacionamento do nutricionista gestor com seus colaboradores. Como metodologia de investigação, utilizou-se a pesquisa de campo na forma quantitativa e exploratória, sendo possível delinear a coleta de dados, por meio de um questionário com 25 (vinte e cinco) questões, o qual se aplicou a (23) vinte e três profissionais em nutrição. Através da referida pesquisa, foi possível identificar que o endomarketing é essencial para a obtenção de resultados positivos. A ação do endomarketing na nutrição resulta diretamente na melhoria da produtividade e na qualidade do serviço do colaborador, contribuindo para fidelização dos consumidores externos. Nowadays, competitiveness has demanded, from the institutions, actions increasingly focused on the effective valorization of its employees, where personal and professional satisfaction become a motivational factor that drives the productivity of the parties involved. The endomarketing as a management tool being used in nutrition, brings this purpose, as it provides the application of actions for the improvement of internal communication, causing benefits in relations among nutritionists. Therefore, the objective of this research is to detect this tool in nutrition, in Meal Producing Units, as well as to describe how it should be the relationship of the nutritionist manager with his collaborators. As a research methodology, field research was used in quantitative and exploratory form, and it was possible to delineate the data collection through a questionnaire with 25 (twenty-five) questions, which applied to (23) twenty-three professionals in nutrition. Through this research, it was possible to identify that endomarketing is essential for obtaining positive results. The endomarketing action in nutrition results directly in improving the productivity and quality of the employee's service, contributing to the loyalty of external consumers.

   The research aims to identify the level of strategic leadership and quality of higher education, and testing the relationship of correlation and influence between strategic leadership and quality of higher education, The research problem was the role of strategic leadership in the quality of higher education of Diyala University. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, distributed to 30 forms as a sample for research, analyzed using the SPSS program, For the purpose of testing research hypotheses. The research found a correlation and an impact between strategic leadership and quality of higher education. The research ended with a set of recommendations that it is hoped will benefit the concerned.

The fact that there is still work in the field that can hamper the performance of human resources, such as contraproductive behavior. Behavioral contraproductive behavior is a serious problem that can also harm the organization as a whole. At Indomaret in Kota Bengkulu it self, some time ago there had been cases of price differences listed on the shelf of goods and on the scanner machine connected at the checkout counter. In addition, the cashier there is a mistake to record the goods purchased by consumers into two pieces causing a double payment. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior on Indomaret employees in the city of Bengkulu. The sample of research is Indomaret employee in Bengkulu city. Data collection technique in this research is hand delivery by using questionnaire. The data has been collected and then analyzed using qualitative analysis approach. The result of research shows that there is a negative correlation between distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior to Indomaret employees. The relationship between distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior which is a negative relationship means that if distributive justice is perceived by the employee, then the likelihood of employees engaging with contraproductive behavior will be small.Keywords: Distributive justice, contraproductive work Behavior, Store leader, Indomaret Employee.

The study is an empirical exploration into TQM practices in Pakistani higher education with a focus on determining relationship between the variables: Knowledge Management (KM) and Organizational Culture (OC) in the context of higher education in Pakistan. It employed a quantitative paradigm to the investigation with correlational design. All the university teachers comprised the population of this study. Six public sector universities of Punjab were randomly selected. The results of the analysis showed all the three variables summed mean as 3.41, 3.3, 3.5 respectively all indicating a minor level of the presence of the TQM practices. OC showed relatively higher favorable response. The inferential statistics revealed that the relationship between OC and KM was positive, moderate and statistically significant (r=.491, p<.05). Demographical variables included respondents� gender, qualification, experience. Gender and Qualification was found to have no influence on KM and OC, while experience showed significant effect on the two variables.

The current research sought to identify the intellectual capital and organizational creativity by analyzing the relationship and effect between these two variables within the framework of a random sample consisting of (76) faculty respondents in the faculties of (administration and economics, engineering, pharmacy, literature, agriculture, medicine) at the University of Duhok, The research provided a theoretical briefing on intellectual capital and organizational creativity, as well as identifying the nature of the relationship and impact that exist between these two variables, The model adopted correlation and one-way effect, and the research was based on a set of hypotheses that were surveyed on the research sample, as several statistical tools were used to analyze data, including description and diagnosis of the sample and Pearson correlation analysis, In addition to analyzing simple linear regression to determine the nature of the effect between the variables under study, the research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a positive significant correlation relationship between the components of intellectual capital separately and organizational creativity collectively, There is an influential relationship of moral significance for the components of intellectual capital separately in organizational creativity in a collective manner. It was also proposed to motivate managers in the researched colleges by providing opportunities to participate in courses at home and abroad in order to develop their creative skills.

Higher education institutes around the world are facing serious challenges in particular to strategic planning, accreditation, and deriving high-priority operations. Various studies declared that one of the main aspects that is causing higher education institutes a tremendous failure is leadership styles, specifically the random selection of leaders to run the operations to match with the recruitment cycle. In some countries such as the United Kingdom, leaders of the higher education institute or the school within the university must be changed after a specific year handling the position. This change normally impacts the change of leadership styles and strategies, including knowledge management and sharing strategies. This was found to be one of the important factors that could hinder the operations and may lead to failure in implementing the planned targets.
