Standardization, as one of the supporting activities for infrastructure development, has an important role in the utilization of resources and all development activities. Until now, 270 SNI documents and 143 road and bridge guidance documents have been published. Standards and guidelines that have been prepared needs to be evaluated for their application. The purpose of this study is to determinate the percentage of use of road dan bridge standards and guidelines, what the factors that influence the use of road and bridge standards and guidelines, and how to take the alternative strategies to improve the implementation standards and guidelines for road and bridge. The methodology used for determinate factors that influence the use of standards dan guidelines for road and bridges is logistic regression analysis, and to find alternative strategy to improve standards and guidelines is use SWOT analysis method. The result of this study is the use of standards and guidelines for road and bridges is still below 50%. There are 4 factors that influence the use of road and bridge standards and guidelines significantly. The result of SWOT analysis is, the implementation of standards dan guidelines for road and bridges is in quadrant I, which is an advantageous position but need some improvements implementations in the future.

Going Concern Opinion issued by auditor when there is doubt of a company’s ability to continue as going concern. This research have the objective to determine the relationship between Previous Audit Opinion, Audit Tenure and Liquidity with Going Concern Opinion in manufacturing companies listed in IDX form years 2015 until 2017. The population of this research is 156 with total of sample are 37 manufacturing companies. The research of data using descriptive statistic and logistic regression analysis method. The result shows that Previous Audit Opinion and Liquidity have significant influence toward Going Concern Opinion and Audit Tenure does not have significant influence toward Going Concern Opinion.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the income level of gillnet fishermen <10 GT, to analyze the factors that affect the level of income, and to formulate strategies and solutions to increase income. This research was conducted at the Fish Auction Place (TPI) Pabean Udik, Pabean Udik Village, Indramayu Regency. This location was chosen because the Udik Customs Fish Auction Place (TPI) is dominated by fishermen using gillnet fishing gear who have vessels <10 GT. The method used is the census method with samples taken as a whole. The analysis used in this research is the Logistic Regression Analysis and the SWOT Analysis. Research results obtained by using IBM SPSS, namely for the Sig Value Variable in the Equation is 100%, this value is interpreted by 8 (factors) Independent variables can affect income only educational factors that do not affect income and for the results obtained from SWOT analysis namely to increase the income of gillnet fishermen <10 GT at TPI Pabean Udik, namely the development of technology and fisheries business scale, development of access to capital for fishermen, development of marketing access, development of facilities and infrastructure at TPI Pabean Udik, Development of diversification of fish management and environmentally friendly fisheries management.

This study aims to examine the factors that determine the change of auditors in finance companies. Companiy growth, audit delay, firm size, managerial ownership, change in management, financial distress, KAP size, and audit opinion used to determine auditor switching. The sample used in this study consisted of 11 samples of finance companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The sample in this study used purposive sampling method. Data analysis method uses logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 23.0. The result shows company's growth, audit delay, company size, management financial distress  have effect on switching Auditors while audit opinion,KAP size and managerial ownership has no effect on auditor switching.

This study aimed at providing empirical evidence of the influence of corporate governance index on the punctuality of corporate internet reporting in companies registered in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) in 2015. Data collection technique used was secondary data in form of CG index (corporate governance) and emails from IICG's official website, www.iicg.org and punctuality data to figure out which companies are implementing corporate internet reporting. The sample in this research was 30 companies registered in CGPI 2015. The analysis method used was descriptive statistic and logistic regression with SPSS software version 21. The result of logistic regression analysis indicated that corporate governance index (CGI) had a significant influence on the punctuality of corporate internet reporting (CIR).Keywords: corporate governance index, corporate governance perception index, corporate internet reporting, punctuality.

Mango Day is small medium industry that echoes a healthy lifestyle as one of their visions with fruit strip as their product made from dried mangoes. The purpose of this research is to get the best marketing strategy for the Mango Day business. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques for instance, interviews, observations, and documentation with analytic descriptive results. The SWOT analysis technique is used to process data to obtain alternative strategies. There are four alternative strategies that can be used by companies as the company’s latest marketing strategy. Abstract - Bantul Regency is one of 5 (five) districts in Yogyakarta. Tourism located in Bantul is currently growing rapidly, one of the tourist destinations are much in demand by tourists when traveling to Bantul is a beach tour. However, many tourists who visit the beaches are famous only while a lot of beach tourism that has not been famous that basically has the same charm with the beaches. One of them is Pengklik Beach located in Bantul Regency. Therefore the researchers are interested to conduct research with the title "Strategy Development Pengklik Beach As Alternative Tourism Destination In Bantul". The research method used in this research is using qualitative method. The collecting technique used is interview, observation, and documentation, while in data analysis method the researcher uses data reduction, data display, conclusion and also using SWOT analysis method. The research results show that the Department of Tourism so far only acts as a companion, has not seen the efforts made by the Department of Tourism in terms of coastal development, especially for infrastructure development in Pengklik Beach, the existing infrastructure built there by the beach manager whose funds derived from tourism conscious from central government, development. From the results of socialization analysis of the government is very influential for the progress tourism conscious group existing there, the promotion made from the tourism conscious group can be one way for Pengklik Beach can be an alternative tourism destination in Bantul and increase tourist visits. In addition to optimizing the existing attractions in Pengklik Beach can be a special attraction so that the level of tourist visits can increase and become  alternative destination of tourism.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Pengklik Beach Abstrak - Kabupaten Bantul adalah satu dari 5 (lima) kabupaten di Yogyakarta. Pariwisata yang terletak di Bantul saat ini berkembang pesat, salah satu tujuan wisata yang banyak diminati oleh wisatawan ketika bepergian ke Bantul adalah wisata pantai. Namun, banyak wisatawan yang mengunjungi pantai hanya terkenal sementara banyak wisata pantai yang belum terkenal yang pada dasarnya memiliki pesona yang sama dengan pantai. Salah satunya adalah Pantai Pengklik yang terletak di Kabupaten Bantul. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul "Strategi Pengembangan Pantai Pengklik Sebagai Destinasi Wisata Alternatif Di Bantul". Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan dalam metode analisis data peneliti menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan juga menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Departemen Pariwisata sejauh ini hanya bertindak sebagai pendamping, belum melihat upaya yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Pariwisata dalam hal pengembangan pantai, terutama untuk pembangunan infrastruktur di Pantai Pengklik, infrastruktur yang ada dibangun di tepi pantai. Manajer yang dana berasal dari pariwisata sadar dari pemerintah pusat, pengembangan. Dari hasil analisis sosialisasi pemerintah sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan kelompok sadar pariwisata yang ada di sana, promosi yang dilakukan oleh kelompok sadar wisata dapat menjadi salah satu cara agar Pantai Pengklik dapat menjadi alternatif tujuan wisata di Bantul dan meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Selain mengoptimalkan objek wisata yang ada di Pantai Pengklik dapat menjadi daya tarik khusus sehingga tingkat kunjungan wisatawan dapat meningkat dan menjadi alternatif tujuan wisata.Kata kunci: Strategi, Pengembangan, Pantai Pengklik

Abstract Background. Telemonitoring(TM) has great potential in the management of chronically ill patients and could help to improve the quality of the patient's life while reducing healthcare costs and care providers' overload. It is important to assess the keenness level of care providers to use and maximize benefit of using technologies in chronic care. This survey aimed to assess the awareness and readiness of care providers to support diabetes patients through TM technology. Methods. An institution-based cross-sectional quantitative survey was conducted by using a pretested self-administered questionnaire on 423 study participants at teaching hospitals in northwest Ethiopia. Data entry and analysis were done using Epi-data version 4.6 and STATA version 14 software, respectively. The mean, percentage, and standard deviation were calculated to describe the characteristics of participants. A binary logistic regression analysis method was used to identify factors associated with awareness. The ordinal logistic regression analysis method was used to identify factors associated with readiness, however, the partial proportional odds model was fitted due to violation of the proportional assumption. Result. A total of 406 participants (69.7%, n= 283 nurses and 30.3%, n=123 physicians) were completed survey. A high proportion of respondents owned a computer (66%) or a smartphone (80%). Overall, 38.7% of Participants have heard about TM, when it came to readiness, the majority of the study participants, 321(25.1%) and 121(65.5%) have average and low readiness towards TM, respectively. The result of regression analysis show that the participant’s technical skills, access to basic technologies, and attitude were significantly associated with both outcome variables.Conclusion. The findings of this survey revealed low awareness and readiness of participant’s towards TM. However, this study suggests the need of improving participant's attitudes, access to smartphones and computers, and technical skills to fill this gap.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the demographic variables that affect the probability (chance) of divorce for women on the island of Sumatra. This research is a quantitative analysis, using secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) with logistic regression analysis method. The results showed that three variables that significantly influence the high and low chance of divorce for women are wife's education, number of children and wife's occupation. The wife's education has a significant effect on the chance of a woman's divorce, with the wife's education coefficient is positive, which means that the lower the wife's education, the higher the chance for a wife to be divorced. The exhibition is one of the promotional tools that increase company branding, product brand as well as awareness of direct sales. Exhibitions are considered investment activities carried out by companies. During pandemic Covid-19, offline exhibitions are impossible to be hosted. As alternative to hosted exhibitions by using virtual or online platforms. However, there is still a need to study to evaluate which factors have a stronger influence and relationship on the exhibition decision. The data analysis method used is multinomial logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of the exhibition, popularity, time, representation, and price determine the company's decision to join an exhibition. It concludes that the company's decision is influenced by these factors 65% and three factors are having a significant influence for joining the exhibition.
