In the era of the transition processes associated with the change of technological structures, the growth of the intensity of information support for new products, and the growing threats of unauthorized copying of the results of intellectual activity, the problem of assessing the technical and consumer novelty of experimental products remains relevant. Solving the problems of assessing the significant changes (drift) of requirements to the consumer parameters of new products or the introduction of new functional capabilities into the technological processes of innovative enterprises creates a core competitive advantage - technical and consumer novelty. In order to complement existing methods and approaches to the problem posed, in this article we present models of functionally necessary and functionally sufficient structures that differ on the basis of the basic structures represented by the point of a multidimensional space of functionally significant parameters that take into account existing limitations imposed by the level of development of scientific and technological progress and the evolution of the social environment, allow to exert control effects on the drift functionally significant parameters at any stage of the life cycle of innovation, subject to the use of specialized Total Quality Management tools.

This descripto-analytical paper on ensuring quality in survey research discusses the management of errors in administering survey. This paper aims to help the social science researchers to ensure the quality in the process and outcomes of survey research. It begins with the brief conceptual underpinnings of survey research, discusses about reliability and validity tests in survey, elaborates the notion of total survey error approach, and suggests some measures on handling survey errors. Given the wider applications and substantial costs associated with survey research, the issues of sampling and non-sampling errors have always been major concerns in the quality of survey research. Survey research can be instrumental in generating knowledge provided survey errors are handled properly. Though a variety of measures are in practices to ensure quality of survey data, this paper gives importance on total survey approach that gives emphasis on total quality management in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data. Dealing survey data from the perspective of total survey approach would yield fruitful results from survey research.

In his analysis of the social and economic conditions of intellectual activity in ancient Greece, Gentili argues that the value of poetry underwent a notable change in the late archaic period. Poetry came to be produced within a contractual relationship between patrons and poets, it became a commercial good available to the one who could pay for it and its value was expressed no longer by honouring the poet but by paying for his product. At the time of Solon and Theognis the producers of poetry had been aristocratic members of the polis giving political advice to their peers and gaining renown by the quality of their advice. Yet Simonides and Pindar wrote under different social conditions. Gentili writes:Fully conscious by now of the dignity and importance of his role, the poet also becomes aware of its [i.e. poetry's] ‘commercial’ value. He puts his own sophia at the disposal of the highest bidder, thereby creating a basis for the tendency to regard wealth and poetic ‘wisdom’ as interchangeable moral equivalents.

The statement of the problem of this research is conditioned by the results of the monitoring conducted by the author of the article on the quality of provision of educational services in the field of tax education and tax education to Ukrainian citizens, “the state of which does not satisfy the requirements that it faces in terms of building Ukrainian statehood, cultural and spiritual revival of the Ukrainian people. This is manifested primarily in the inadequacy of education to the needs of the individual, the social needs and worldly achievements of mankind; in the devaluation of the social prestige of education and intellectual activity; in distorting the goals and functions of education; bureaucratization of all links in the educational system. The dynamism inherent in modern civilization, the growth of the social role of the individual, the humanization and democratization of society, the intellectualization of labor, the rapid change of technology and technology all over the world, all require the creation of such conditions under which the people of Ukraine would become a constantly learning nation.”. The fundamental relevance of the investigated issues is, first of all, directly related to the official recognition that the directions of education development conducted during the 29 years of our country were not sufficiently systematic and complex in nature and therefore did not contribute to the formation of a comprehensive state policy in the field of education. Therefore, the relevance of the problem of improving the quality of tax, tax education and education of Ukrainian citizens is extremely important. The study is conditioned by the results of the monitoring conducted by the author of this article on the quality of provision of educational services in the field of tax education and tax education to Ukrainian citizens. Creating an actionable, real-life, small, compact and effective Tax Code of Ukraine will become a major source of tax knowledge and tax culture.

In the article the creativity as an important factor of achieving success in human life in various socionomic, industrial and managerial spheres of activity is substantiated, as it is due to the creativity the cultural progress and scientific and technological progress of society has been becoming. The conceptual definitions of creativity as similar and at the same time different phenomena of historical and psychological discourse are analyzed. It is proved that the term “creativity” is characterized by a specific content and essence, which has four main invariants: as a creative intellectual activity of a person who produces ideas and brings them to the practical implementation (a person’s ability to generate unusual ideas; to avoid traditional thinking patterns; to solve problem situations in the best and emergent way), which is objectified in life situations as something unique and original; as a personal significant feature-quality of a person; as the creative opportunities that potentially manifest themselves both in exploratory work and in applied aspects of everyday life; as the ability to generate the original ideas, non-traditional ways and means of solving problems; as the ability to actualize their mental potential of author’s decisions. At the same time the creativity is substantiated as a psychological phenomenon and its conceptual reinterpretation is carried out, which includes ideas, knowledge, meanings, concepts, intellectual products that are unique and new, reveal the creative potential of a man, both in cognitive and practice-oriented affairs. The model of creative personality is outlined, which includes the cognitive-creative, motivational-creative, inventive-target, verbal-productive and emotional-creative components, which in dialectical psycho-content allow it to introduce a creative product.

There is a demand to evaluate the quality of dental clinics for improving the healthcare of dentistry sector. The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) presented the quality factors in a dental career which are technical skills, ethics, expertise and cost in the light of the international criterions of dental instruments. There is the low possibility that is still untapped in the aspect of the quality program for dental clinics because of lack of awareness, unapplied of total quality management (TQM) principles and fabrication of a mismatch between the patient needs and the services provided. Therefore, this study described a framework of TQM application for Egyptian dental clinics in the view of clinical engineer that based on random questionnaires from doctors, patients and quality control supervisors at different medical entities under study. All blinding data that obtained from statistical measurements are analyzed by Statistical Package for the Social Science program (SPSS) to provide some recommendations that related to risk management, infection control and thus reduce the spread of diseases in the clinics. The findings of this study elucidated the methodology of clinical engineering in development the quality program among dental clinics through the design of clinic, equipment maintenance and dissemination of quality standard guidelines. This work is considered as the first survey of dental clinics quality in Egypt that will represent a preliminary step in the application of quality standards to promote the level of patient safety.

In realizing the social demand in this turbulent environment and fulfilling the social needs of higher education, the management should consider the quality of education. Therefore, this study intends to adopt the theory of Total Quality Management (TQM), which has been developed and only understood by the managers of business institutions, to be applied in higher education institutions that are responsible for improving the quality of human resources. Although the TQM concept in higher education is still in controversy, this study is expected to give contribution to the creative thought. The realization of total quality, indeed, is easier to discuss than to implement. The implementation of TQM is interesting and binding as well because it insists fundamental change and reform of the culture of traditional organization. Besides, it also insists commitment and totality that must be realized seriously. Human resources as the vital components in higher education must be paid attention and treatment as insisted by TQM requirements, that is, cross-functional cooperation, empowerment and involvement of all staffs, participative management style, availability of effective media of communication and others.

The Far North is of great importance to the country’s economy but social problems appear faster than the authorities have time to solve them. As a result, the macro-region faces a strong permanent migration outflow, which impedes its socio-economic development. One of such problems is the low quality of education. The indicators characterizing the development of the education system in the Far North regions are worse and often the gap with the rest of the country increases. The article considers some problems of education system development in these regions and proposes measures to solve them. Three areas of modernization of the education system can be distinguished. The first is the need for greater attention to demographic trends. Despite the decline in the number of young people it occurs in a wave-like manner and it is necessary to take into account such dynamics. The educational system as a whole, and not just particular levels, should be developed in order to reduce migration outflows. The second direction implies improving the information support of the policy (including the gathering and publication of more statistical data), improving the financing of the education system and libraries, as well as repairing buildings and providing access to high-speed Internet. In this context, special attention should be paid to improving the quality of planning for the development of the education system. The third direction concerns balancing the graduation from educational institutions and the demand for labor in the labor market, reducing the number of graduates who work outside their specialty, as well as increasing the social status and prestige of pedagogical employees.

There is no doubt that the potential for innovation in enterprises and / or social and economic systems of individual territories affects the social progress and economic growth. The effectiveness of social and economic systems and their competitiveness in the market in many respects are dependent on the introduction of products on the market, with new consumer qualities, or the growth of the efficiency of production systems. Such methods of increasing the competitiveness of the company is called innovation or innovations. In the literature, «innovation» is interpreted as the reincarnation of the results of scientific and technological progress, new products and services. We can say that commercialized innovation - is the result of mental work, which has the highest efficiency, which is considered to be the end result of human mental work, the creative process, discoveries, inventions and rationalization.

ABSTRACT Objective: to assess the quality of life of nurse practitioners during the COVID-19 pandemic and analyze related factors. Methods: cross-sectional and analytical study carried out with nurse practitioners. A questionnaire on sociodemographic characterization, work activities and changes perceived with the pandemic and WHOQOL-bref were used. To compare the groups of interest, analysis of covariance was used. Results: 572 professionals participated, who had a mean total quality of life score of 56.79 (SD=13.56). In the relationship of variables with WHOQOL-bref, having two or more jobs and being a nurse were associated with better quality of life, but being a woman and working more than 50 hours a week was associated with a worse perception of the construct. Conclusions: the factors analyzed indicate a lower perception of quality of life associated with the social domain, requiring interventions that reduce the damage to professionals’ health and contribute to quality of care provided.
