The article is devoted to the main problems related to the formation of the national worldview and the legal consciousness of the individual in the information society. The relationship between the education of the legal consciousness and the creation of conditions for raising the level of the legal culture of the population are also raised. The research reflects on the contribution of the humanitarization of education in solving the problems of fairness in contemporary Russian society. The authors reveal the concepts of humanitarization of education and fairness, as well as analyze the relationship between the humanitarization of education and the crisis of value system, justifying the importance of creating conditions for the development of a humanitarian personality who has the competencies needed for orientation, and who is capable of self-actualization in the contemporary socio-cultural space. The authors attempt to explain the relationship between the process of humanitarization of education and the mechanism of achieving social fairness in Russian society. The research presents the attitude of individual stakeholders of educational services to the humanities in the university curricula. At the end of the research, the conclusion is made about the need for making joint managerial decisions by the federal executive authorities and educational institutions of Russia to enhance the role of higher education institutions in forming the population’s value system, as well as moral qualities of the individual.

The edge of chaos has been constantly viewed as a metaphor for the current state our world: a constant coexistence of order and disorder. [...] Several authors working within education and organizational environments have highlighted that creators must perform at the ‘edge of chaos’ in order to produce creative and adaptive solutions. [...] This paper aims to discuss the dichotomy between order and disorder in the creative environment (socio- physics aspects) of architecture students from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. Particularly, this paper focuses on students who are working on their Final Graduation Work (FGW), because, unlike other tasks, this activity is completed away from the classroom, in a space 'in-between' – in-betweenwork and home spaces, in-between the collective and the individual, in-between order and chaos.

In a pandemic, the child-parent relationship is facing new challenges. Social isolation affects people differently, but a sustainable internal psychological resource allows the individual to get out of the critical period with as little damage as possible. Healthy emotionality is a basic prerequisite for the formation and development of emotional intelligence. The identification of the emotion, the control over the impulse and its expression in a socially acceptable way by the parent - all this is inextricably linked with the process of upbringing in the family and marks the nature of the relationship between parents and children. The study focuses on the study of the emotional style of the modern parent in the context of his interaction with the children in the family. The emotional style questionnaire used by a team from the University of Wisconsin-Madison was used. The survey was conducted among parents of children and students from 3 to 18 years. Conclusions were made regarding the specifics of the emotional style of the parents in the context of the established state of emergency and in connection with pedagogical activities aimed at creating conditions for increasing the emotional intelligence of the respondents with the support of the school.

The learning process at the faculty requires not only attending lectures and active participation in the tutorials, but also intensive individual work of a student, which is often presented in the form of a seminar paper. However, the most important individual work of a student is definitely a final paper - a diploma or a master's thesis. In order to present and facilitate the preparation of written works for the students of the Faculty of Tourism of the University of Maribor, we have prepared this handbook for writing and editing texts at the faculty. The professional monograph covers the chapters that lead the student through the whole process of research and writing their paper. From the initial search of the research idea and the basics of scientific writing and research in tourism, to the individual steps of the research process and research methods. The professional monograph also includes a chapter on personal relationships, which in particular addresses the relationship between a student and a mentor in the process of preparing the paper or thesis. The handbook also provides practical advice on language and text designing, as well as instructions for citing references. The professional monograph, thus, combines basic information that both students of tourism and their lecturers will use in their study and work processes, as they will follow the uniform guidelines for writing texts in tourism at the Faculty of Tourism.

The article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of subjective interactions in education, which form a set of subjective factors of educational reforms from the standpoint of ensuring the security of the individual in education and the security of the country. The author aims to identify the subjective factors of modernization of the Russian education system that determine both the risk of degradation of the education system,and ways to strengthen and improve development. Modern social realities require that the system of Russian education, which has reliance on their own cultural traditions, not losing touch with the best achievements of education in the Russian Empire, the Soviet education system, but also incorporates the best of modern world experience of development of education and is based on the realities of education transformation in the global information society.

The aim of this study was to investigate the meanings of creation and the possibilities of authorship for students from two public universities. Reading and writing workshops with students, which were recorded via audio recordings and fieldnotes constituted the field of study. The analyses were based on the theoretical perspectives of Bakhtin and Vygotski and focused, from the students’ point of view, on the social places institutionally occupied by professors and students and the meanings about the academic practices and their consequences for the possibilities of authorship and creation. The results indicate places of inequality in the relationship between peers from public and private education, the individual responsibilization of the students for their trajectories within the university and the signification of academic authorship as responsive to the productivist logic guided by the commodification of scientific production.

This article aims to study the relationship between personal reflection and the intensity of motivation for learning in a university.In order to achieve this goal, the following techniques were employed: A.V.Karpov and V.V.Ponomaryova’s technique for identifying the individual level of reflectivity, and T.I.Ilyina’s technique for assessing learning motivation in university students.The empirical study involved 143 subjects.The obtained data indicate that for the first-year students the meaning of the ‘mastering the profession’ motive is directly connected with their reflections on the present and future activities, while the meaning of the ‘getting a diploma’ motive is inversely correlated with the reflection of communication.In the second year, the intensity of the ‘gaining knowledge’ motive correlates with the reflection of communication, and the meaning of the ‘mastering the profession’ motive has an inverse relationship with the reflection of future activity.In the third year, the values of the motive for acquiring knowledge correlate with the integral indicator of reflection, whereas in the fourth year none of the reflection components are interconnected with the components of the motivation for learning in the university.

Аннотация. В статье дается характеристика содержания понятий «правовая культура» и «правовое государство», выделяются особенности взаимоотношения этих понятий между собой. Констатируется отсутствие единого мнения исследователей по вопросу содержания и функций правовой культуры, рассматриваются ряд ее определений. Явление правовой культуры характеризуется с точки зрения деятельностного, качественного, аксиологического, социологического, структурно-функционального подходов. Выделяются и характеризуются сопутствующие правовой культуре явления как правосознание и правовое поведение. В статье рассматриваются уровни правовой культуры личности и общества, их показатели и факторы. Отражается уровень овладения правовой культурой гражданами нашего государства, а также обоснована необходимость формирования высокого уровня правовой культуры населения и методы стимулирования ее повышения. Отражены функции правовой культуры в государстве. Annotation. The article describes the content of the concepts "legal culture" and "legal state", highlights the features of the relationship between these concepts. The lack of consensus among researchers on the content and functions of legal culture is stated, and a number of its definitions are considered. The phenomenon of legal culture is characterized from the point of view of activity, qualitative, axiological, sociological, structural and functional approaches. The phenomena accompanying the legal culture are distinguished and characterized as legal consciousness and legal behavior.

In Indian literature, English literature demonstrates its peculiarities by productivity, variety of creative directions and originality of the creative style, the relevance of the issues raised. In this article, we will focus on the work of Sunita Jain, a prominent representative of English literature in India, and the immortal works created by the writer. The current part of our article has not studied the works of the author we have chosen, and her works have not been translated and learned by uzbek and russian literator. Sunita Jain’s works were distinguished by originality and sincerity. Sunita Jane has focused on important topics such as women, love, gender equality and caste. Her novels are distinguished by pure and delicate feminine taste. A realistic depiction of reality in his works is characterized by the fact that there is not much romantic flavor and the disclosure of the relationship between the individual and society through meaning, and society as a whole is oriented toward comprehensibility. Her Hindi novels Bindu and Boju were widely criticized as in both novels the author portrayed the plight of young girls and women in India as two families, openly blaming the environment and society at the time. At a scientific conference at the Women's Department of the University of Delhi, a journalist asked why you accuse the open society in both novels, to which he replied: "I am also a woman in the society embodied in this novel." It is clear that Sunita Jain reflected the realities of life in her works. The novels presented in the article are a vivid example of this.
