In this paper the author presents the overview of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the global economic trends with the focus on the economic inequalities. The Covid-19 pandemic that has caused the global recession, has also brought to the surface the issue of global inequalities, particularly exposing the economic inequalities. The Kuznets curve, a scientific achievement in the field of economics, as originally formulated suggests that the level of inequality is low when an economy’s income is at low level, that is, the income inequality increases with economic development and then tends to decline when the country attains a higher income level. However, the sustainability of Kuznets curve is questioned today in the current circumstances of global information society struck by pandemic. Modern economic literature views the contemporary growth of inequality in wealthy countries, as well as in developing countries, through the prism of Kuznets cycles or waves. The growing trend in global inequalities may threaten the attained level of economic growth and scientific and technological progress.

AOIR 2021 conference theme “independence” of the internet provides an opportunity for researchers to reevaluate internet development in the global south by applying theories of “informational capitalism” (Castells, 2000; Schiller, 2000) and “surveillance capitalism” (Suboff, 2019). This paper aims to trace the development of informational society in Mongolia, a 30-year-old democracy in the Central Asian steppe. With a nomadic culture, a Buddhist tradition, and a communist past, Mongolia’s information society has unique encounters with global corporations such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon and Microsoft (GAFAM). The paper focuses on juxtapositions of information society with traditional, cultural, political, and social aspects of Mongolian life. I establish how Mongolia is positioned in various global information society perspectives, by investigating tensions that have not been addressed in this nation’s context of a communist past and an ongoing nomadic lifestyle. I also trace the historic development of information and communication technology (ICT) initiatives during the socialist and post-communist eras. Online speech controversies, misinformation, and commercial speech on social media all tested Mongolia’s new Constitution of 1992. The constitution promulgates a free press and the freedom of speech in the zeitgeist of the 1990s to prioritize the eradication of communist-era political censorship and communist party control. One cannot help but notice the gap in the legal frameworks of Mongolian institutions between the current and the “aspired to” states of democratization and protection of human rights and cultural experiences.

In modern conditions, the rapid development of the global information society is being formed and taking place. The colossal level of development of network technologies allows users to earn money on the Internet in different ways. So today, earnings from traffic arbitrage is just one of the most profitable types on the Internet. You can make money on advertising on the Internet, if you can attract visitors to a particular site and consistently redirect them to another network portal. The work of an arbitrator is a daily hard work, you need to be constantly looking for new ideas, analyze successful cases and failures. The first large-scale example of the traffic business was the launch of an affiliate program by Amazon in July 1996. At that time, it was not the first, but certainly the most popular on the Internet. For a long time, this program was considered one of the most convenient “entry points” in the field for beginners. But in April 2020, Amazon reduced its commission payments immediately by 80%, making it much less attractive to webmasters. Today, traffic arbitrage is a very promising area in terms of earnings. This is a risky business, because without a competent approach to the case, without analyzing the market situation and without observing the statistics, you can lose a lot of time and money. Buying traffic is already an expense, and whether there will be income and what size is unknown. Even experienced professionals do not immediately make a profit. The article highlights the specifics of traffic arbitrage, webmaster work, CPA network. The essence of the arbitrator’s work, methods of profit and basic principles of work are revealed. The pros and cons, advantages and risks of arbitration in the field of digital marketing are considered. The main steps from which to start a robot in the traffic business are highlighted step by step. Features of work of the arbitrator and CPA-networks are revealed. The answers of the work for the last years according to the scientometric databases Google Scholar and ResearchGate are analyzed. It is determined that traffic arbitrage is a unique and risky field that requires technical skills and analytical skills from specialists. The main components for successful work with traffic are generalized. Various sources of income and the main search engines from traffic arbitrage are described. Traffic sources are analyzed. the corresponding conclusions are made. Insufficient number of scientific works on current trends in traffic arbitrage has been proved.

The article raises the role of the minority national language within a global information society. The Hebrew language is a unique case of the revival of a classic language. In the early twentieth century a project was carried out to establish a technical university in what was then called Palestine The founders preferred to teach in Gem an, the dominant international scientific language technology. They daimed that Hebrew was unsuitable for scientific discourse. The opposition succeeded in defeating the founders and thus guaranteed the use of Hebrew in the fields of science and technology. The changing relationships and tension between the local language and the international lingua franca is still subject to debate today and the events of the so-called language war have much to teach us.

The current stage of civilization development is characterized by fundamental transformations in almost all spheres of human existence, mainly economic, social, political, and cultural. All of them take place under a huge influence of the global information society. With the undoubted success of modern technology, which has achieved the most impressive results in the field of information technology, the philosophical community is growing a genuine and justified anxiety about the moral and ethical threats to human existence, which tend to be a result of scientific and technological development. As a result, false communication, alienation and loneliness define the moral flaws of the modern information society. In this situation, the revival of basic ethical principles and ethical bedrocks of human existence and culture becomes especially acute and necessary.
