Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan produk e-learning berbasis pendekatan ilmiah pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam bagi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Yogyakarta dengan spesifikasi model dan isi yang ditetapkan, (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk e-learning, (3) mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan e-learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dan diadaptasi dari model Alessi dan Trollip. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, dan pengembangan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan sebagai berikut:  (1) produk e-learning berbasis pendekatan ilmiah berhasil dikembangkan dengan sebuah sistem manajemen pembelajaran (LMS) online yang dibuat dengan software aplikasi moodle. E-learning berbasis pendekatan ilmiah dikembangkan untuk pokok bahasan sistem tata surya dan kehidupan di bumi; (2) produk e-learning berbasis pendekatan ilmiah pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam telah memenuhi kriteria dan dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan validasi ahli media, ahli materi, dan siswa, kelayakannya mencapai rerata skor 4,15 dengan kategori baik; (3) keefektifan pembelajaran IPA lebih baik setelah menggunakan e-learning dibuktikan melalui peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Yogyakarta mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan e-learning.Kata kunci: e-learning, pendekatan ilmiah, ilmu pengetahuan alam. DEVELOPING OF E-LEARNING BASED ON SCIENTIFIC APPROACH ON NATURAL SCIENCES LESSON AT SMPN 5 YOGYAKARTAAbstractThis study aims to: (1) develop e-learning based on scientific approaches on natural science subjects for students grade VIII of SMPN 5 Yogyakarta with model specifications and specified contents, (2) determine the feasibility of e-learningproduct (3) determine student learning achievement after using e-learning. This research was a research and development (R&D) adapted from models of Alessi &Trollip. The development procedure included the planning, design, and development. This study shows the following results. (1) E-learning-based on scientificapproaches was developed with a learning management system (LMS) online software applications created with Moodle. E-learning is developed based on a scientific approach for the subject of the solar system and life on Earth; (2) e-learning based on scientific approaches for natural science subjects is appropriate as a medium of learning based on the judgement from media expert, materials experts, and students, with the feasibility with mean score of 4.15 with both categories; (3) the learning achievement of class VIII student of SMPN 5 Yogyakarta increases after using e-learning.Keywords: e-learning, scientific approach, natural sciences

The purpose of the use of problem-based learning model with the scientific approach is to improve student learning outcomes. This study uses a class action research design. The subject of this research is all class VIII-C SMP Wahid Hasyim Karanggeneng Methods of data collection is done by observation, tests, and questionnaires. The results showed that the management of teachers in this study increased in every meeting with both, as well as student activity also increased good. The use of problem-based learning model with this scientific approach can help to improve student learning outcomes. And students responded positively to the use of problem-based learning model with this scientific approach.Keywords: problem-based learning, scientific approach, learning outcomes

The Regulatory Universal Educational Activities (RUEA) are crucial to forming the learners’ abilities for self-organization of their educational activities, and thus are core to the successful training outcomes. RUEA can be formed not only based on the subject contents, but also through the organizational forms of education. One of such models is the training based on the individualized curriculum (IC), because in the process of drawing and implementing the IC the learner has to master all the stages of the RUEA development. In the course of arranging the set of conditions, needed for the IC-based training model, the eff ect of these conditions on forming the RUEA in upperclassmen, trained in natural sciences in terms of subject-oriented education, has been identifi ed. It was found, that in students, specializing in natural sciences, all types of universal educational activities are better developed. Due to mastering the very methodology of educational activities, this educational model allows to maintain and enhance learning outcomes not only in the groups of subject-oriented study of natural-science disciplines, but also in the basic education groups.

Abstract<title> Abstract </title>Technology has taken on a life of its own and it now seems impossible to work out who manages it. Humans have created a technoscientific environment that has surpassed the guidelines of their wisdom. The question: what is it to be human? can no longer be isolated from the question: what is it to possess technology? The renewed search for wisdom is regarded as a metaphor for expressing different sentiments, such as the attempt to link values to technology; the search for unity between the different sciences, and between science and the life world; the restoration of values, especially in the realm of the natural sciences; the best way to cope in a technoscientific culture; and, finally, decisions about research policies. in this article some of the main factors responsible for the exclusivity of the natural sciences and for the division of the sciences, and the detachment of science from the life world are discussed. the detachment of natural science from values, ethics and the human sciences are traced back to the scientific revolution and the establishment by Galileo and Kepler of mathematics as the language of the natural sciences. The subject of scientific research has shifted from the scientific community to the political and economic realm. the realm of power and the prerequisites for academic accomplishment compromise the integrity of science and the wellbeing of society. The democratisation of technoscience requires some progress in the concilience of the sciences.

The focus of the problem in this study is student's low learning achievement and scientific attitude on the subject of Respiratory System. To anticipate these problems, it is necessary some effort to improve the student's learning achievement and scientific attitudes, by implementing the Guided Inquiry-Based Practicum. The research method used a combination methods of research (mixed methods), which uses the design of Exploratory Design. This study used two treatment groups, experimental class (class VIII-E, 34 students) implementing guided inquiry-based practicum, and control class (class VIII-A, 34 students) using ordinary practicum. Instrument used in this research are observation sheet of learning implementation, learning result test, student performance test, and student response questionnaire to implementation of guided inquiry based practicum. The result of descriptive analysis shows that the mean score of the student's learning achievement of experimental class is 75,59 and the control class is 61,18. The result of research data used t-test Paired Sample. Based on hypothesis test results obtained sig.0.000 <α (0,05) then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of guided inquiry-based practicum can improve learning achievement and scientific attitudes of students of SMPN 2 Plered on the subject of human respiratory systemKeywords: Guided Inquiry;�Based Practicum;�Learning Achievements; Scientific Attitudes

Modern economic science studies the behavior of an individual making choice in conditions of limited resources, and seeking to satisfy his own interests as a result of this choice. Economics is a social science as it studies the behavior of an individual which involves the interests of other people and communities. Economics is close to natural sciences as it considers the behavior of an individual in a material world of limited resources. Besides, a human being may be considered as a material system in which there are certain biological processes influencing its behavior. The question of how fully can economics use methodological assumptions of natural sciences, is sharply debatable. The author's position is that the cooperation between economics and natural sciences has both objective grounds and objective problems. In any case, economics is not a natural science, and the natural sciences shouldn't have a priority in this dialogue. It is only a new stage in self-reflection of different sciences. The importance of this research is defined by the need of studying the scientific status of economics and the prospects of its development in terms of the subject and methodology.

The purpose of this study is to find out which gives better mathematics learning achievement in the TPS type cooperative learning model with a scientific approach, students with high, medium, or low levels of social interaction on the subject matter of function. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The population is all eighth grade students of state junior high schools in Ngawi Regency 2016/2017 school year. The sampling technique uses stratified cluster random sampling, so that students are obtained at SMP Ngrambe 3, SMP Negeri 2 Paron, and SMP Negeri 2 Widodaren as a research sample of 90 students. Data collection instruments used achievement tests and student social interaction questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using analysis of variance (anava) one cell path is not the same. The conclusion of this study is the type of TPS cooperative learning model with a scientific approach to students with high levels of social interaction provides better mathematics learning achievement compared to students with moderate and low levels of social interaction, and mathematics learning achievement of students with moderate levels of social interaction as well compared to students with levels of interaction socially low in providing mathematics learning achievement on the subject matter of function.

Salah satu masalah pembelajaran yang dihadapi siswa SMP Negeri 3 Jonggat khususnya kelas VIIIC semester II adalah pembelajaran yang masih didominasi oleh guru. Siswa hanya mendengakan materi yang disampaikan sehingga siswa kurang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan suatu model pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong siswa berperan aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based instruction (pbi). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam II (dua) siklus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada 35 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Jonggat. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan pemberian tes pada akhir siklus menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi kegiatan guru, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, dan tes prestasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa pada setiap siklus. Penjelasan terkait peningkatan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa dijelaskan lebih rinci pada artikel ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based instruction (pbi) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII semester II SMP Negeri 3 Jonggat pada materi pokok lingkaran.The implementation of problem based instruction (PBI) learning model to increase student activity and learning achievementAbstractOne of the learning problems faced by students of SMP Negeri 3 Jonggat, especially class VIIIC semester II, is that learning is still dominated by teachers. Students only listen to the material presented so that students do not participate in learning activities, so a learning model is needed that is able to encourage students to take an active role in learning activities. This study aims to increase student activity and learning achievement through the application of problem-based instruction (PBI) learning models. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in II (two) cycles with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research was conducted on 35 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Jonggat. The research data were collected through observation and giving tests at the end of the cycle using the instrument teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and learning achievement tests. The results showed an increase in student activity and achievement in each cycle. An explanation related to increasing student activity and learning achievement is described in more detail in this article. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of the problem based instruction (pbi) learning model can increase the activity and learning achievement of students of class VIII semester II SMP Negeri 3 Jonggat on the subject matter of the circle.

The problem found at SMA Negeri 1 Semarapura was that the learning achievement in Biology was not yet satisfactory. This study was aimed at (1) describing the design of E-learning development, (2) describing the E-learning design quality validation result according to the expert judges and the product try out result, (3) finding out the effectiveness of E-learning developed. This study was research and development. It used Hannafin and Peck’s model. The data which were collected in this study were qualitative and quantitative data. The data were collected through document recording, questionnaire and test. The results were as follows, (1) the E-learning design for Biology subject using Hannafin and Peck’s model which covered three stages, (2) the E-learning for Biology subject that was developed was valid; (a) the result of content experts’ judgment about the content of the subject shows that the E-learning falls into very good qualification (91.4%), (b) the result of the E-learning experts’ judgment of the E-learning design shows that E-learning falls into good qualification (90.06%), (c) the result of instructional design experts’ judgment about the E-learning falls into good qualification (89.02%), (d) the result of individual try out, small group try out, and field try out show that E-learning falls into good qualification (89.93%), (89.34%), and (83.03%), (3) the effectiveness of the development shows that E-learning that was developed was effective in enhancing Biology learning achievement (tobs. = 25.89 > tc.v. = 2.390, at the 5% level of significance). That means that E-learning has proven to be effective in enhancing Biology learning achievement significantly.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan produk e-learning bahasa Inggris berbasis Moodle  yang layak dalam peningkatan listening skill pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris untuk SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta (2) mengetahui seberapa efektif e-learning berbasis Moodle terhadap listening skill pembelajaran bahasa Inggris siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R & D atau research and development menggunakan model Alessi & Trollip melalui tiga langkah berikut: planning, design, dan development. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. Tenik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, angket, dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Produk e-learning dikembangkan dengan sebuah Learning Management System (LMS) online yang dibuat dengan software aplikasi Moodle versi 3.1.  (2) Produk e-learning berbasis Moodle telah memenuhi kriteria dan dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan validasi ahli media dengan skor 3,70 dengan kriteria “Baik”, berdasarkan validasi ahli materi dengan rerata skor 4,34 dengan kriteria “Sangat baik”, dan berdasarkan respon pengguna dengan skor 4,30 dengan kriteria “Sangat baik”. (3) Hasil belajar siswa kelas X UPW 2 SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan e-learning. Keefektifan produk terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Inggris pada kompetensi listening dibuktikan melalui peningkatan hasil belajar yang diketahui dari persentase hasil evaluasi pretest dan posttest yakni sebesar 17,19%.Kata kunci: e-learning, listening, bahasa Inggris DEVELOPING  AN E-LEARNING PRODUCT BASED ON MOODLE FOR INCREASING  SONG COMPREHENSION IN TEACHING ENGLISHAbstractThis study aims to: (1) produce e-learning based on Moodle English viable in increasing listening skills in Teaching English for SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta (2) determine how effective E-learning based Moodle on listening skills in Teaching English for students class X SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. The result are as follows. (1) The E-learning product was developed with a learning management system (LMS) online software applications created with Moodle version 3.1. (2) The e-learning based on Moodle is appropriate as a medium of learning based on the judgement from media experts with the feasibility mean score of 3.70 (good category), judgement from material experts with the feasibility mean score of 4.34 (very good category) and  judgement from user  with the feasibility mean score of 4.30 (very good category). (3) The learning achievement of class X UPW 2 students of SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta increases after the use of the e-learning product. The effectiveness of the product to learning English in listening competence demonstrated through learning outcome is known of the percentage of pretest and posttest evaluation results which amounted to 17.19%.Keywords: e-learning, listening, English

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan produk e-learning pada mata pelajaran Geografi bagi peserta didik kelas X SMA, (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk e-learning menurut ahli materi dan ahli media, (3) mengetahui respon peserta didik sebagai pengguna e-learning, (4) mengetahui keefektifan e-learning mata pelajaran Geografi terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas X SMA, dan (5) mengetahui keefektifan e-learning mata pelajaran Geografi terhadap hasil belajar afektif khususnya kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Alessi & Trollip. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, dan pengembangan. Tes beta yang dilakukan terhadap 32 peserta didik kelas X1 sebagai calon pengguna sekaligus sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan sebagai kelas kontrol X2 sebanyak 21 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket kemandirian belajar, angket respon peserta didik, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Kelayakan produk e-learning masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah pembelajaran. Rerata N-gain kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Terdapat perbedaan kemandirian belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah pembelajaran. This research is a research and development (R & D) and adapted from the model of Alessi & Trollip. The procedure includes the development of the planning, design, and development. Beta test which was conducted to 32 students class X1 as prospective users, as well as the experimental class and control class X2 as many as 21 students. Collecting data used validation sheet, questionnaire self-regulated learning, the questionnaire of student’s responses, and achievement test. The results of the study are: The feasibility of e-learning products is included in very good criteria. There are differences in learning achievement between the experimental class and control class after learning. The mean N-gain of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class. There are differences in self-regulated learning between the experimental class and control class after learning. The mean N-gain experimental class is higher than that of the control class.Keywords: e-learning, geography, learning achievement, self-regulated learning.
