Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap hasil difusi model dan mengukur kriteria model  sebagai inovasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian difusi, model perumusan kebijakan sekolah  ramah anak di tingkat satuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed qualitrative-quantitative method. Partisipan penelitian ini 10 Sekolah Dasar, total 53 orang.Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuisioner, dokumen, dan diskusi terfokus. Teknik analisis data statistic deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  model perumusan kebijakan sekolah ramah anak  memenuhi  kriteria  bagus  sebagai  inonasi  karena  sesuai  dengan  lima  kriteria  inovasi  yakni  keunggulan relatif  (relative advantage), kompatibilitas (compatibility),kerumitan  (complexity), kemampuan  diujicobakan (trialability), dan kemampuan diamati (observability). Hasil difusi juga menunjukkan bahwa sekolah mengadopsi model analisis perumusan kebijakan pendidikan sebagai inovasi. Model ini  efektif untuk diterapkan di  sekolah untuk menginterpretasi kebijakan dari tingkat makro dan meso ke dalam kebijakan mikro (satuan Pendidikan). Keefektifan tercapai karena adanya kolaborasi yang sinergis antara Tri Pusat Pendidikan (sekolah, masyarakat, dan keluarga) pada  tahap intepretasi kebijakan dan program, serta pada tahap pengorganisian dan aplikasi kebijakan  sekolah ramah anak.THE DIFFUSION OF CHILD-FRIENDLY SCHOOL POLICY FORMULATION MODELS AT THE EDUCATION UNIT LEVELThis study aimed to reveal the results of the diffusion models and measure the criteria of the models as an innovation. This study is diffusion research, a model for formulating child-friendly school policies at the education unit level. This study used a mixed qualitative-quantitative method. The participants of this study were 10 elementary schools, a total of 53 people. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, documents, and focused discussions. The data analysis techniques were descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis. The results show that the model for formulating child-friendly school policies met the good criteria as an innovation since it complied with five innovation criteria, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The results of the diffusion also show that schools adopt an analytical model of education policy as an innovation. This model is effective to be applied in schools to interpret policies from the macro and meso levels into micro policies (Education units). Effectiveness is achieved due to synergistic collaboration between the Three Education Centers (schools, communities, and families) at the policy and program interpretation stage, as well as at the stage of organizing and applying child-friendly school policies.

This study aims to describe the cycle of child-friendly school policies in MTsN 6 Sleman. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Source triangulation is carried out to obtain data validity. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results of the study include: the child-friendly school policy cycle in MTsN 6 Sleman including after passing through the stages of agenda preparation, policy formulation, and policy adoption, four policy packages were born to strengthen the Child Friendly School Policy (SRA) so that it can be implemented in the regions, one of which is at MTsN 6 Sleman involving all parties involved. The results of the study include: the child-friendly school policy cycle in MTsN 6 Sleman including after passing through the stages of agenda preparation, policy formulation, and policy adoption, four policy packages were born to strengthen the Child Friendly School Policy (SRA) so that it can be implemented in the regions, one of which is at MTsN 6 Sleman involving all parties involved. Then, the stages of implementing child-friendly school policies in MTsN 6 Sleman, namely: Bureaucratic Structure, Communication of Human Resources, infrastructure, and finance, and Disposition. The learning model used in MTsN 6 Sleman is sufficient to apply the principles of child-friendly schools, namely provision, protection, and participation. Supporting factors are human resources, infrastructure, and financial while the inhibiting factor is the lack of maximum infrastructure and financial resources in creating facilities that are friendly for children with disabilities. Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of friendly school programs in MTsN 6 Sleman is carried out by the SRA Development Team and involves the KLA task force and other agencies.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting understanding level, cost perceptions ofintentions to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification with motivation as a moderatingvariable. This study uses a quantitative method of associative and verification approaches. The object of thisresearch is the S1 Accounting Study Program students at Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The studypopulation was 406 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so as to obtain a sample of102 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests,moderated regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Data were analyzedusing SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The accounting understanding level did notsignificantly influence the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 2) Perceptionof cost had a significant effect on the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification, 3) Motivation was able to moderate the relationship between the level of accounting understanding of intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 4) Motivation was able to moderate the relationshipof perceived cost to intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification.

Abstrak: This research aimed to describe the child-friendly school policy in two child-friendly pilot primary schools. This research concern: “How does the implementation of child-friendly school policy based child rights at primary school?” The method that used in this research was a qualitative type of phenomenology. The data were collected by observation method, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique that used was phenomenology research data analysis of Burke Johnson and Larry Christensen. The results showed that there were 3 discoveries related to child-friendly school policies in primary schools. First, the child-friendly school policies were designed and implemented to ensure children's rights were fulfilled. Second, the child-friendly school policies were implemented in learning area, the school social environments, the school’s physical environment, and infrastructure facilities. Third, the child-friendly school policies were applied to create condition conducive and fun in school.

Empowering students’ metacognitive awareness is among the 21st century learning strategies. This research aims to determine the profile of students’ metacognitive awareness in Biology subject through the implementation of Cooperative Script (CS) modification strategy combined with Hybrid-PjBl. It employed quantitative method with the participants of students from XI IPA SMA 5 Malang. The instrument for data collection was Metacognitive Awareness Inventory, with descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment as data analysis techniques. Results show that 20% of students’ metacognitive awareness was in the “very good” category; 40% of students in the “good” category; while the remaining 40% were in the “fair” category. Based on more detailed analyses, one component of metacognition is classified as “fair”, six components are classified as “good”, while the rest is classified as “very good”. Most metacognition components are correlated with each other. These findings indicate that Biology learning with CS modification combined with Hybrid-PjBL potentially empowers students’ metacognitive awareness.

This study aimed to determine the effect of positive emotions and brand equity on impulsive buying on female consumers. The research used the quantitative method with 414 female consumers. The instruments were the Dispositional Positive Emotion Scale, Brand Equity Scale, and The Impulse Buying Tendency Scale. The data analysis techniques which is used in this research is multiple regression. The results show that positive emotions had no effect on impulsive buying. Furthermore this study also show that brand equity has a direct effect on impulsive buying

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate dan seberapa besar peningkatan kecerdasan inter-personal anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate yang berjumlah 25 orang. Kolabolator dalam penelitian adalah guru kelas B, sebagai pelaksana tindakan, peneliti sebagai observer dan guru pendamping sebagai pembantu observer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Observasi meliputi proses pembelajaran sosial emosional dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Catatan lapangan digunakan untuk melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi selama pembelajaran. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang berbentuk foto. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia dini dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode bermain peran. Peningkatan tersebut sebesar 76%.Kata Kunci: metode bermain peran (role playing), kecerdasan interpersonal, anak usia dini. The Implementation of Role Playing Method to Improve Interpersonal Intelligence of Children Aged 5-6 Years in Kindergarten Barunawati AbstractThe study aims to increase interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Barunawati Ternate City and how much the increase in interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years using role playing methods. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects in this study are students in kindergarten group B Barunawati Ternate City amounting to 25 people. The collaborators in this research were the B-grade teachers acting as the executor, while the researcher was an observer and as a teacher assistant in the observation. The data were collected through observation, notes field and documentation. Observations included the process of learning social emotional and childrens interpersonal intelligence. Field notes were used to see the problems faced during the learning. Documentation used to obtain data in the form of photos. The data analysis techniques used simple descriptive statistics. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study shows that early childhood interpersonal intelligence can be improved through the role playing methods. The increase in the amout of 76%.Keywords: role playing method, interpersonal intelligence, early childhood

This study aims to determine whether the application of the method of finger play can develop cognitive abilities in class A children in Raudhatul Athfal Ma’arif 01 Metro. This study used a qualitative approach, with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses a design according to the Kemmis model and Taggart MC which consists of four stages, namely: 1. Planning, 2. Action, 3. Observation, and 4. Reflection ". The subjects of this study were class A children in Raudhatul Athfal Ma’arif 01 Metro 2018/2019 academic year as many as 15 children. The research instrument uses the method of documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of the first cycle, indicators of success in cognitive abilities are 60% increased to 80% in cycle II.

The data collection techniques of this study were tests, direct interviews, observations. Data analysis techniques with descriptive statistics to describe the level of student understanding. The results of the study are the use of the process skills approach in the fourth grade students of SD Inpres Maralleng can improve understanding in natural science subjects especially sound energy concept material.

The Covid-19 pandemic is the largest disease outbreak that occurred from 2019 to 2020, therefore the government itself issued policies related to policies. one of which is related to congregational prayer activities during the pandemic. The emergence of policies related to congregational activities inevitably raises pros and cons among the community. When a region carries out large-scale social activities (PSBB), it disturbs every activity related to religion. <p><em>The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in </em><em>the office of </em><em>Gunung Kerinci regency with </em><em>performance </em><em>of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a </em><em>full sampling</em><em> as many as 17 people. </em><em>Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method.
