Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Asynchronous Learning dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Administrasi Pajak peserta didik kelas XII Akuntansi Sekolah Menengan Kejuruan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post-facto dengan pendekatan kuatitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Jurusan Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga sejumlah 162 peserta didik dan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 64 siswa.  Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Uji prasyarat analisis data meliputi uji Normalitas, linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penerapan Asynchronous learning terhadap hasil belajar administrasi pajak. Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar administrasi pajak. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara penerapan Asynchronous learning dan motivasi belajar terhadap terhadap hasil belajar administrasi pajak. THE EFFECT OF ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING IMPLEMENTATION AND LEARNING MOTIVATION TOWARD LEARNING OUTCOMES  AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of the application of Asynchronous Learning and Learning Motivation on Tax Administration Learning Outcomes for Class XII Accounting Vocational High School students. This research was an ex-post-facto research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class XII of the Department of Financial Accounting and Institutions with a total of 162 students and the number of samples taken as many as 64 students. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire. Prerequisite tests of data analysis included normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis techniques used in this research were simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the application of Asynchronous Learning on the learning outcomes of tax administration. There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on tax administration learning outcomes. The results also show a positive and significant effect jointly between the application of Asynchronous learning and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of tax administration

The purpose of this study is (1) Want to know how much the contribution of self-concept, and the attention of parents, to the results of mathematics learning in class X SMA in Wera Bima District; (2) Want to know how much the positive contribution of self-concept to the results of mathematics learning in class X SMA in Wera Bima District; and (3) Want to know how much the positive contribution of parents' attention to the results of mathematics learning in class X SMA in Wera Bima District. The type of this study was ex-post facto, the population in this study were Class X students of State High Schools in Wera Bima Subdistrict in the year 2017/2018 which were taken using Proportional stratified random sampling. Instruments used: (1) self-concept scale, (2) the scale of parental attention, (3) tests of mathematics learning outcomes. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of the study illustrate that; (1) Positive contribution to self-concept, and parents' attention together (simultaneous) to the mathematics learning outcomes of class X high school students in Wera Bima District, for R2square = 11.10%. (2) The positive contribution of self-concept towards the mathematics learning outcomes of class X high school students in Wera Bima Subdistrict, amounting to 15.70%. and (3) The positive contribution of parents' attention                      to the mathematics learning outcomes of class X high school students in Wera Bima District, amounting to 19.80%.

ABSTRACT Learning motivation can be defined as internal and external encouragement in the students to make a change over their behavior. Someone’s learning motivation is affected by various factors which might come either from themselves or from outside. The factor is  gender residence. The purpose of this research was to reveal of religious program insenior high school students learning motivation viewed from residence and its implication in guidance and counseling. This research method was ex post facto by using a factorial design 2 x 2. The population of this research was the students of religious program in senior high school that consist of 108 people. All of the population was taken as the sample. The instrument of the research was Likert scale model. The data obtained in this research was analyzed by using analysis of variant (ANOVA).The results of data analysis indicated that: learning motivation of the students who lived in the boarding school and those who did not live in the boarding school was in high category in which there was not significant difference between learning motivation of student who lived in the boarding school and those who did not live in the boarding school. Keyword : Learning Motivation, Residence ABSTRAKMotivasi belajar merupakan dorongan internal dan eksternal pada diri siswa yang sedang belajar untuk mengadakan perubahan tingkahlaku. Motivasi belajar siswa banyak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri dan luar diri. Faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar diantaranya adalah tempat tinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa Madrasah Aliyah Keagamaan (MAK) ditinjau dari tempat tinggal serta implikasinya pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Populasinya adalah siswa MAK sebanyak 108 orang dan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis varian (ANAVA). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa:  motivasi belajar siswa ditinjau dari tempat tinggal yaitu siswa yang tinggal di asrama dan yang tidak tinggal di asrama berada pada kategori tinggi, dan tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar antara siswa yang tinggal di asrama dan yang tidak tinggal di asrama. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Tempat Tinggal

The success of any learning objective is measured from the students’ learning outcomes, which could be influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors capable of affecting students’ learning outcomes include naturalistic intelligence and learning interest. Hence, the purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between naturalistic intelligence and learning interest, with biology learning outcomes of students in Luwuk City. This was an ex post facto study with a research population of eleventh grade students of Mathematics and Natural Sciences High School in Luwuk City in the 2019/2020 academic year. A proportional random sampling method was used to select 235 out of the 566 students of the grade, as the research subjects. The data collection techniques employed include online questionnaires and documentation, while the analysis techniques used were descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the results, there was a very low relationship between naturalistic intelligence and biology learning outcomes, there was a low relationship between learning interest with biology learning outcomes, as well as between naturalistic intelligence and learning interest with biology learning outcomes of high school students in Luwuk City.

Kecerdasan emosi terhadap pembelajaran matematika ada suatu kemampuan untuk mengendalikan emosi diri mengola dan mengekspresikan emosi terhadap orang lain, kecerdasan emosi sangat diperlukan untuk memahami pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakahada pengaruh positif antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematikapeserta didik, dan mengubah pandangan peserta didik tentang pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini meruapakan penelitian ex-post facto. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas tinggi yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 5 peserta didik dari tiga kelas paralel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari grafik regresi bahwa titik-titik yang tersebar mendekati garis regresi dan  searah miring dengan garis regresi. Nilai koefisien determinan (r2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,229 yang menandakan bahwa faktor kecerdasan emosional memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 22,9% selebihnya 77,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai konstan sebesar 39,993 koefisien regresi untuk vareiabel kecerdasan emosi sebesar 0,229, sehingga diperoleh persamaan regresi sederhana Y= 39,993 + 0,229X. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka kesimpulan dapat diambil adalah peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi akan lebih terampil dalam menenangkan diri dan memusatkan perhatian dalam memahamai materi pelajaran.  Kegiatan ini sangat penting utamanya bagi guru untuk mengetahui keesulitan peserta didik. Hal ini sejalan dengan kemampuan guru untuk lebih mengenal karakter peserta didik.Emotional intelligence to the learning of mathematics there is an ability to control self-emotion mengola and express emotions to others, emotional intelligence is needed to understand the lessons conveyed by the teacher. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive influence between emotional intelligence on mathematics learning outcomes and students, and change the views of learners about math lessons. This research is an ex-post facto research. The subjects of this study were high school students who numbered 30 students consisting of 5 students from three parallel classes. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between emotional intelligence on mathematics learning outcomes. It can be seen from the regression graph that the dots are scattered near the regression line and in the same direction with the regression line. The value of determinant coefficient (r2) obtained by 0.229 indicating that the emotional intelligence factor gives effect to the learning result of mathematics equal to 22,9% 77,1% is influenced by other factor. Regression analysis results obtained constant value of 39.993 regression coefficient for vareiabel emotional intelligence of 0.229, so obtained a simple regression equation Y = 39.993 + 0.229X. Based on these results, the conclusions can be drawn are learners who have high emotional intelligence will be more skilled in calming down and focusing attention in comprehending the subject matter. This activity is very important especially for teachers to know keesulitan learners. This is in line with the ability of teachers to be more familiar with the character of learners

Math learning is growing as the times evolve. More and more media is used to enhance student learning motivation. This assessment aims to create a math learning design that can increase the motivation of learning students through Math card matchmaking (Mak Karjo) in high school students. As for the use is a descriptive method and the post facto method ex. The descriptive method used is with the development of pre-existing research results. While the method ex post facto, that is to assess the use of Media card soul mate in improving the motivation to learn high school students. Mak Karjo is the length of mathematics with a matchcard, so the media used is the media of a soul mate filled with sin, cos, and tan. Results show that the application of Mak Karjo in trigonometric learning motivates students in learning because learning is designed in such a way that it can create a pleasant learning atmosphere.

<p>This study aims to determine the relationship between resilience, psychological hardiness, spiritual intelligence, and development of the moral judgment of the female students in 2014. The research sample included 200 female high school students of District 2, Ahvaz-Iran in educational year of 2014-15 that were selected using the available sampling method. In this paper, for measuring the resilience, psychological hardiness, and spiritual intelligence, resilience scale, Ahvaz Hardiness questionnaire, and moral judgment questionnaire were used, respectively. For data analysis, in addition to the descriptive statistics, inferential statistical such as Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression analysis using the simultaneous method was used. Data analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the psychological hardiness, spiritual intelligence, and growth of the moral judgment. Moreover, results of the regression analysis showed that predictor variables are effective in clarifying the 0.41 of the variance of the spiritual intelligence development of the students. </p>

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat siswa SMP Negeri dalam melanjutkan sekolah di SMK ditinjau dari sosial ekonomi keluarga di Kabupaten Bantul. Desain penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri tahun ajaran 2012/2013 di Kabupaten Bantul. Dari populasi di atas diambil 17 SMP sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga sampel penelitian menjadi 364 orang, yang diambil secara proporsional random sampling. Instrumen untuk pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji person correlation dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara lingkungan siswa dengan minat sebesar 0,627, kesejahteraan keluarga dengan minat siswa sebesar -0,227, informasi pendidikan dengan minat siswa sebesar -0,181, pemenuhan kebutuhan keluarga dengan minat siswa sebesar -0,156, dan nilai F sebesar 65,037 dengan nilai sig 0,000 dengan persamaan regresi Y = 44,623 + 0,533X1 - 0,113X2 - 0,122X3 – 0,089X4, Sumbangan variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh 42% terhadap minat siswa SMP Negeri dalam melanjutkan sekolah di SMK. CONTINUING PUBLIC INTEREST TO STUDENTS VOCATIONAL VIEWED FROM THE SOCIO ECONOMIC FAMILY IN THE DISTRICT BANTULAbstractThe aim of this study is to find out the effects between public junior high school students’ interests in continuing their studies in vocational high schools and their families’ socio-economic in Bantul Regency.This study employed the ex post facto design. The research population comprised 7718 Grade IX students of 48 public junior high schools in the academic year of 2012/2013 in Bantul Regency. From the population, 17 junior high schools were selected as the sample, consisting of 364 students, selected by means of the proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques, namely the Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression. The results of the study show that the correlation coefficient between the students environments and their interests is 0.627, the family welfare and their interests is -0.227, the educational information and their interests is -0.181, and the family need fulfilment and their interests is -0.156, and an F value of 65.037 at a significance value of 0.000 with the regression equation Y = 44.623 + 0.533X1 – 0.113X2 – 0.122X3 – 0.089X4. The independent variables have a contribution of 42% to public junior high school students’ interests in continuing their studies in vocational high.

This study aims to study the influence of learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence of the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep. This type of research is ex-post facto research. The sample in this study was class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2 with a total of 69 students. The results showed that the partial way is positive and significant influence of learning environment on the learning outcomes about 14%, positive and significant influence learning motivation towards the mathematics learning outcomes about 34% and learning independence had a positive effect and significant to the learning outcomes about 32%. Meanwhile, learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence had positive and significant impacts together on the mathematics learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA of SMAN 9 Pangkep with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.50 that supports environmental learning, motivation learning and independent learning supports 50% of the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA at SMAN 9 Pangkep.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 dengan jumlah total 69 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 14%, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 34% dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 32%. Sedangkan secara simultan lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep dengan koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,50 yang berarti lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar memberi pengaruh sebesar 50% terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep.

Student Centered Learning-based learning model which was conducted online in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesian language learning at SMP Muhammdiyah 01 Medan, namely in class VII junior high school students. This study uses a 4D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The subjects of this study were students of SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Medan class VII-A using a small class scale totaling 25 students. Obtaining data through documentation techniques, questionnaires, observation and tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative data analysis. The feasibility of learning media refers to the results of media assessments by the developed learning media experts. The results of this study indicate that the powtoon learning media using a student centered learning-based learning model has met the appropriate and valid criteria for use in Indonesian online learning in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic where in this case learning activities, teacher and student interactions get a percentage of student learning completeness. The test given was 85%. Based on the results of the analysis of student learning outcomes tests, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes tests developed using Powtoon media with a student centered learning based learning model obtained complete criteria.

Writing is one of language skills that is the most difficult skill to be mastered. This skill should be taken into account in teaching learning process. The English teachers at high schools in Badung, Gianyar and Denpasar gave writing test to their students by using a test that provided some topics which made the students difficult to imagine, develop their ideas and sometimes the test was not appropriate for their students’ writing level. The present research was intended to figure out the achievement and the quality of the genre paragraph which was assessed by administering intensive and responsive writing assessment. The present research used an ex-post facto research design. The samples of the present study were taken from 16 schools in the aforementioned three regencies. The obtained data were then analyzed by means of norm-reference measure of five standard values. The result showed that 71% of the samples were successful; meanwhile, 29% of the samples were unsuccessful in writing genre paragraph which was assessed by administering intensive and responsive writing assessment. In addition, the quality of their genre paragraphs was mainly good, but the needed extra effort on narrative.
