Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis scientific approachKeindahan Alam Negeriku yang layak bagi kelas IV SD untuk membangun karakter kepedulian dankedisiplinan dan mengetahui keefektifannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan  pengembanganyang mengacu pada model Borg & Gall. Subjek uji coba siswa kelas IV SDN Salamrejo Sentolo, KulonProgo. Subjek uji coba awal terdiri atas 4 siswa. Subjek uji coba lapangan terdiri atas 10 siswa yangbelum terlibat dalam uji coba awal, dan subjek uji lapangan operasional terdiri atas 39 siswa dari kelasIVA dan kelas IVB. Hasil penelitian berupa perangkat pembelajaran yang meliputi: silabus, RPP, LKS,dan instrumen penilaian. Hasilnya menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkanlayak menurut ahli materi dan ahli pembelajaran dengan kategori penilaian sangat baik. Perangkat pembelajaran dinilai efektif karena hasil uji t pada karakter peduli sebesar 4,854 dan karakter disiplinsebesar 1,926 lebih besar dari t table yaitu 1,684 sehingga menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikanterhadapkarakterdisiplindanpeduliantarasiswayangmengikutipembelajarantanpaperangkatpembelajarandanyangmenggunakanperangkatpembelajaranhasilpengembangan.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, perangkat pembelajaran, scientific approach, karakter LEARNING SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT BASED ON SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TO BUILD CHARACTER OF CARE AND DISCIPLINE Abstract: This study aims to (1) produce a learning device based on scientific approach that can befeasible to develop the character of elementary school fourth graders especially caring and disciplinecharacter and (2) determine the effectiveness of learning device based on scientific approach that candevelop the character of elementary school fourth graders especially caring and discipline character.This was a research and development (R & D) study consisting of ten stages, namely: (1) preliminarystudy and data collection, (2) planning, (3) product draft development, (4) preliminary field tryout, (5)revision of the tryout result, (6) field tryout, (7) product finalization based on the field tryout result, (8)operational field testing, (9) final product finalization and (10) dissemination and implementation. Thetryout subjects were Grade IV students of SDN Salamrejo Sentolo Kulon Progo. The preliminary fieldtryout subjects consisted of four students. The main field testing subjects consisted of ten studentswho were not involved in the preliminary field tryout. The operational field tryout subjects consistedof 39 students from Grade IV A and Grade IV B.The result of this research is a learning device consistingofasyllabus,lesson plans, student worksheets, and assessment instruments. The resultsof expertshowthatthelearningdevicehasbeendevelopedisfeasibleaccordingtothematerialexpertandlearningexpertwithexcellentassessmentcategory.Thedeviceisalsoconsideredaneffectivelearningbecausethe results of the t test on the character of caring are 4.854, in the character of the discipline1.926 which greater than t table is 1.684 indicating significant difference of the character of disciplineand care among the students who follow the teaching and learning and those without using learningdevice. Keywords: development, learning device, scientific approach, characters

ABSTRACTThis study was aimed to produce students worksheet using scientific approach which can be properly used, practically implemented, and is effective to Improve Learning Outcomes of social science Subjects for fourth graders of Elementary school. This study used Dick and Carrey developemental model consisting of 10 steps. Based on the research results, it was found that (1) students worksheet was categorized as valid (87.5%) by the validator (2) the feasibility of students worksheet was categorized as very practical (88.5%) (3) The significant difference of learning outcomes between classes using students worksheet with a scientific approach and the one which was not, by a margin of 0.15 was  higher for class using students worksheet with a scientific approachKeywords: Scientific Approach, Social Science Subjects,  Students Learning                   Outcomes, Students Worksheet. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang layak digunakan, praktis dilaksanakan, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS bagi siswa Kelas IV SD. Prosedur pengembangan menggunakan model Dick and Carrey dengan 10 langkah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) LKPD dinyatakan sangat valid (87,5%) oleh validator (2) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sangat praktis (88,5%) (3) Perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelas yang menggunakan LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik dan yang tidak, dengan selisih peningkatan 0,15 lebih tinggi kelas yang menggunakan LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar Siswa, IPS, LKPD, Pendekatan Saintifik.

In this research, the researcher developed new innovation in natural sciences learning of elementary school by implementing augmented reality technology. The method that used in this research was research and development method based on Borg and Gall theory which consists often stages: 1) research and information collecting, 2) planning, 3) develop preliminary for more product, 4) preliminary field testing, 5) main product revision, 6) main field testing, 7) operational product revision, 8) operational field testing, 9) final product revision, 10) dissemination and implementation. The result of this research is learning media of natural sciences learning in elementary school by utilizing augmented reality technology. Based on the implementation of experiment, it is obtained the data that learning process using augmented reality which is developed can improve the students’ learning achievement.

This research aimed to analyse the feasibility of the use of maquette and the effectiveness of maquette in improving students’ critical thinking ability. The research model employed was the development research model developed by Borg & Gall. The research subjects were third graders. The testing was divided into preliminary field testing, main field testing, and operational field testing. The analysis of the medium feasibility was based on the assessment by media experts, the assessment by subject matter experts, students’ response, and teacher’s response. The analysis of maquette effectiveness was carried out using a t-test (two independent samples) to figure out the difference and gain score of the experimental class for the purpose of identifying the improvement after the use of maquette. In the feasibility analysis, a score of 88 in the category “feasible” was gained from the assessment by a media expert and a score of 85 in the category “highly feasible” was gained from the assessment by a subject matter expert. From the preliminary field testing, scores of 60.5 and 65 in the category “highly feasible” were gained for the students’ response and teacher’s response, respectively. Meanwhile, from the main field testing, scores of 56.1 and 66.5 in the category “highly feasible” were gained for the students’ response and teacher’s response to the maquette use, respectively. The t-test results show a significant value in the critical thinking, namely.000 <.05, indicating a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class. The gain score was 0.5 and fell into the “moderate” category. Thus, it can be concluded that maquette is effective in improving critical thinking ability.

Purpose: This study aims to develop language teaching materials as a learning resource for fourth-grade students in elementary school. Methodology: The approach used in this study is library research that is operationalized by the development method. The procedure of development research according to Gall and Borg consists of ten steps, namely; (1) research and information collecting), (2) planning, (3) developing preliminary form of product), (4) preliminary field testing, (5) main product revision, (6) main field testing, (7) operational product revision, (8) operational field testing, (9) final product revision, (10) dissemination and implementation. Main Findings: The results showed that the instructional materials developed were suitable to be used as learning resources with the results of content expert validation 84.5%, media expert validation 77.2%, instructional design expert validation 83.2%. The results of trials one to one by learner 80.8%, 85.4% small group, and 85.8% field trial. Implications: Based on the results of the test it was concluded that the teaching materials developed were suitable to be used as learning resources. The products of this study can be used to apply the concept of resource-based learning and improve the quality of local subject learning in the Sasak Alus language in elementary school.

Abstract The try out process is an exam simulation exercise every year before the National Examination conducted by school institutions. The main objective of this exercise is as an effort of school institutions to prepare students to get maximum scores on the National Examination. Madrasah Working Group (KKM) of MTs 2 Demak is a body within the Ministry of Religion which fosters coordinative cooperative relations between Demak MTs 2 and private Madrasahs in the area of Demak 2 MTs. So far the Try Out system at the KKM level still uses manual procedures and is still off line using paper. As a result of this system, there are still delays in the distribution of questions and reports at the central level. In making Try Out questions, randomization of questions only uses the package method questions A, B and C, so there are still students who give each other answers. LCM (linear congruent method) is a method of generating random numbers on the Try Out. The principle of this method is where the form of the LCM number as the scrambler of the question, including increament (c), modulus (m), multiplier (a), and initial value (Z0), which has provisions: c = 0 ≤ c <m, m = 0 <m, a = 0 <a <m, and Z0 = 0 ≤ Z0 <m. Making this application using the PHP programming language and database used is MySql with the R & D system development method according to Borg and Gall, including: Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision, Main field testing , Operational product revision, Operational field testing, Final product revision, Dissemination and implementation. Madrasah Working Group (KKM) Demak MTs 2 in conducting a try out system still uses the manual offline method and the problem scrambler is only limited to packages A, B, and C, then with the Try Out Information System the web-based KKM level is expected to facilitate parties KKM and tighten students to avoid fraud.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangakan model supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi,  metode yang digunakan adalah reseacrh dan development (R&D),  meliputi tahap: research and information collecting,  planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing. main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, dissemination and implementation Temuan Hasil penelitian berdasarkan tahapan R&D: pertama berdasarkan kajian konsep  model supervsi klinis dikembangkan berbasis konsep yang dikemukakan Glickman yang mengemukakan lima tahap supervise kilinis yaitu: (1) pra konferensi dengan guru; (2) observasi kelas;(3) analisis interpretasi observasi dan menetapkan pendekatan konverensi; (4) pertemuan yang dilakukan setelah melakukan observasi; (5) Melakukan kritik empat langkah Kelima tahapan tersebut dilakukan dengan memanfaat informasi dan teknologi.   Ke dua persepsi atau pemahaman guru, kepala sekolah tentang supervisi klinis belum tuntas.  Ke tiga mengembangkan panduan supervisi klinis berbasis  informasi dan teknologi sebagai terobosan untuk memandu guru meningkatkan kompetensi  mengajarnya dan  pihak yang terlibat melaksanakan supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi. Kata Kunci: supervisi klinis, informasi dan teknologi, kompetensi guru.

Reading skill is an important skill in Kadazandusun language to enable pupils to follow and master the teaching and learning in the classroom. However, the findings from previous studies show that most pupils in primary schools have yet to master the basic skills of reading in the pronunciation aspect. Therefore, this study has to be carried out to study the effectiveness of ‘Sinding Pimato’ software application on the reading achievement of the Year One pupils. This study is a quasi-experimental study. The quantitative approach is used together with pre and post-test instruments. A total of 30 Year One pupils in a school at Tambunan District have become the sample for this study. The sample of the study was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group taught using ‘Sinding Pimato’ software and the control group taught by Chalk and Talk method. The findings show that there is a significant difference in the achievement of reading between the experimental group and the control group. The findings of this study show that the application of ‘Sinding Pimato’ learning software is effective in helping to improve the achievement of reading for the Year One pupils. In conclusion, the ‘Sinding Pimato’ software has an effective effect as a learning tool for Kadazandusun Language. The implication of the study shows that the ‘Sinding Pimato’ software is useful to improve the quality of teaching and learning Kadazandusun language curriculum.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) terintegrasi nilai karakter yang layak menurut ahli materi dan ahli media untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran tematik di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan LKPD terintegrasi nilai karakter terhadap pengembangan tanggung jawab, disiplin, serta prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pe- ngembangan (research and development, R&D) dengan mengacu model pengembangan Dick & Carey yang terdiri dari sepuluh tahap pengembangan, yaitu: (1) mengidentifikasi tujuan pembelajaran; (2) melakukan analisis pembelajaran; (3) menganalisis peserta didik; (4) menuliskan tujuan kinerja; (5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian; (6) mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran; (7) mengembang- kan dan memilih bahan ajar; (8) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi formatif pembelajaran; (9) merevisi perangkat pembelajaran; (10) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi sumatif. Subjek coba pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN Wonosari 1 sejumlah 64 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 8 peserta didik SDN Wonosari 1 untuk uji coba terbatas dan 56 peserta didik lainnya untuk uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD sebagai produk pengembangan efektif dalam mengembangkan tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Kata Kunci: LKPD terintegrasi nilai karakter, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan prestasi belajar INTEGRATED LKPD DEVELOPMENT FOR DEVELOPING THE CHARACTER VALUES OF RESPONSIBILITY, DISCIPLINE AND ACHIEVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS Abstract: This study aimed to generate Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) integrated with decent character values according to subject matter experts and media experts to be used in thematic learning in the fourth grade of elementary school. In addition, this study also aimed to determine the effectiveness of the developed LKPD to nuture the character values of responsibility and discipline, as well as the achievement of the fourth graders of elementary school. This study is a research and development (R & D) study following Dick & Carey model of development consisting of ten stages of development: (1) identify the purpose of learning; (2) analyze learning; (3) analyze the learners; (4) write performance objectives; (5) develop assessment instruments; (6) develop learning strategies; (7) develop and select teaching materials; (8) design and conduct formative evaluation of learning; (9) revise the learning device; (10) design and conduct summative evaluation. The try-out subjects of this study were 64 students of grade IV SDN Wonosari 1 consisting of 8 students for limited trial, and 56 other students for field trial. The results showed that LKPD was effective in developing responsibility, discipline, and learning achievements of the students. The research aims to develop online science teaching instruments based on a scientific approach using a proper PhET simulation to improve learning outcomes for elementary school students. The developed equipment is the lesson plan, students’ activity sheet, learning materials, and assessment sheet of learning outcomes. The research plan is designed in One Group Pre-Test- Post-Test Design. The population in this study is all students of the fifth grade of State Elementary School Jagir I academic year 2019/2020. The results showed that there is a significant improvement in the results of online science studying through a scientific approach with the PhET simulation media. N-Gain value of class A is of 0.76 and class B is 0.70 with high criteria. The hypothesized test results showed no significant difference between class A and class B, student learning outcomes in the psychomotor area values class A in 80 when the average value of class B is 77.08, the learning results in affective domain values in class A is 80.00 in average and in class B is 80.31 with the 100% passing rate of the affective domain.

The background of this study is the fact that there are still many teachers who have not yet independently developed students’ worksheet. Whereas, it is a must for teachers to be able to develop students’ worksheet independently because students’ worksheet must be developed based on not only curriculum but also the level of students' ability and the condition of learning environment which are known only by teachers. This study aims to describe the feasibility of scientific approach-based students’ worksheet to improve four graders’ problem solving skills on surrounding environment issues. In detail, the objectives of this study are classified into three, which are: (1) To describe the validity of scientific approach-based students’ worksheet to improve four graders’ problem solving skills on surrounding environment issues, (2) To describe the practicality of the use of scientific approach-based students’ worksheet to improve four graders’ problem solving skills on surrounding environment issues, (3) To describe the effectiveness of the use of scientific approach-based students’ worksheet to improve four graders’ problem solving skills on surrounding environment issues. This study was conducted using Research and Development (R&amp;D) method which produces scientific approach-based students’ worksheet. The design of this study is pretest-post test control group design. The instrument used in this study were observation sheet, test, questionnaire and validation. The data was analyzed using quantitative analysis technique with statistical formulas and qualitative analysis technique with description. The results of this study indicate that the created scientific approach-based students’ worksheet is feasible to use in teaching and learning activities. The validation results warranted that this students’ worksheet is feasible to be implemented in teaching and learning with little revision with a percentage of 96.3%. Practicality of this students’ worksheet based on learning practice showed excellent result. This was evidenced by the activity of students as the active users of this worksheet was very active with the percentage of 87%, especially in terms of understanding problem and conducting evaluation. This scientific approach based students’ worksheet can be used to teach and improve students’ problem solving skills on surrounding environment in the fourth grade of Elementary School. This case is proved by good performance of students in solving problems related to their surrounding environment with a percentage of 81% which shows very high category.
