ABSTRACTThe Identification of Distribution and The Character of Lychee as The Landscape Plant in Sides of The Jalan Raya Payangan, The District of Payangan, Gianyar RegencyLychee plants in Bali are plants that introduced from China, that is comes from Guangdong and Fujian. Although this plant is not as an original plant from Indonesia and classified as rare plant, however it has been established as flora of the identity of Gianyar Regency. Lychee plant is one of the many types of trees that grown along to Jalan Raya Payangan. However, nowadays, its existence has been reduced. This study aims to find out the distribution and appropriateness of the character of lychee as landscape plants in Payangan, Gianyar Regency. This research was using survey method with data collection technique, by field observation, interview, questionnaires and literature study. The final result of research shows that 14,5 km in Jalan Raya Payangan, there are 18 species of plants as framer of landscape in Payangan. There are 42 lychee plants that still growing properly and there are five filling formers of lychee trees. Based on the combination of the technical reference Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga (1996), Steenis (2005), and Carpenter, (2000), there are nine terms of plants that required being landscape plant on sides of the roads, but from nine terms the research founded that lychee plants only requiring five terms, about that lychee plants unfit as landscape plant on sides of the Jalan Raya Payangan, The District of Payangan, Gianyar Regency. Keywords: lychee plant, character, landscape plants, Payangan, Gianyar.

Landscape plant is the foundation and guarantee for rural and urban greening, and it has characteristics of regional distribution and landscape territory. Research on investigation and evaluation, selection and cultivation and protective utilization of wildlife plants, original cultivated plants and introduced plant resources according to different area types can provide the basis and technical assistance for regional landscape plants selection.

The purpose of this study is to investigate knowledge management aspects on organizational performance of Sepah Bank in Ardebil Province. Research population includes all the employees, deputies and managers of Sepah Bank branches in Ardebil Province, which according to the table of Morgan, includes a total number of 169 subjects. Standard questionnaires were used for data collection. Research results showed that knowledge management aspects (knowledge storage, sharing and using) had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance variable and in general 80 percent of variance determines the organizational performance of Sepah Bank in Ardebil.

Knowledge of the sunshine requirements of landscape plants is important information for the adaptive selection and configuration of plants for urban greening, and is also a basic attribute of plant databases. In the existing studies, the light compensation point (LCP) and light saturation point (LSP) have been commonly used to indicate the shade tolerance for a specific plant; however, these values are difficult to adopt in practice because the landscape architect does not always know what range of solar radiation is the best for maintaining plant health, i.e., normal growth and reproduction. In this paper, to bridge the gap, we present a novel digital framework to predict the sunshine requirements of landscape plants. First, the research introduces the proposed framework, which is composed of a black-box model, solar radiation simulation, and a health standard system for plants. Then, the data fitting between solar radiation and plant growth response is used to obtain the value of solar radiation at different health levels. Finally, we adopt the LI-6400XT Portable Photosynthetic System (Li-Cor Inc., Lincoln, NE, USA) to verify the stability and accuracy of the digital framework through 15 landscape plant species of a residential area in the city of Wuhan, China, and also compared and analyzed the results of other researchers on the same plant species. The results show that the digital framework can robustly obtain the values of the healthy, sub-healthy, and unhealthy levels for the 15 landscape plant species. The purpose of this study is to provide an efficient forecasting tool for large-scale surveys of plant sunshine requirements. The proposed framework will be beneficial for the adaptive selection and configuration of urban plants and will facilitate the construction of landscape plant databases in future studies.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

Climate change refers to man-made changes in our climate, which is caused by changes in temperature, precipitation, and CO2. There is a lot of data coming from all over the world indicating that phenology of garden plants and biodiversity are being impacted by climate change. In the context of climate change, landscape plants can enhance carbon sink function, improve plant design, and mitigate climate change and so on. To determine the impact of these changes on garden plants, scientists would need to strengthen the study of garden plants under global climate change, including different garden type responses to climate change, invaliding species phenology study, extreme weather impacts on landscape plant phenology, the dominant factor of affecting garden plants in different regions, interactions of multiple environmental factors on influence mechanism of garden plants.

In this paper I investigate the problems of data collection, data analysis and the final communication of the results of our research, when doing social science that we, ourselves, are part of. Central to this are the concepts life world, language games and stories and narratives. How do we collect stories and narratives in the field, how do we construct scientific narratives that are both reliable and valid? And finally, how do we, as researchers present our newly constructed narrative to a – hopefully – interested audience? That is, how do you, as a consumer of scientific narratives, read what I have been writing? Finally, I will discuss the problem of handing over research results to the people that we are doing research with. This is all done within a framework of a pragmatic constructivist paradigm.

Value education is a conscious and planned effort to help students recognize the values that must be used as a guide in behaving and behaving in everyday life. The purpose of this research was to determine the value education strategy as forming the personality of students in schools, especially at the elementary school level. SDN Nagreg 04 is one of the elementary schools that instill value education as a way of shaping the personality of students so that they become personal benefits for others. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on research results show that the value education strategy as forming the personality of students in schools can be started from the curriculum and tools such as syllabus and lesson plans, plan various programs that can support the process of value education to students, integrated with teaching and learning activities, and through collaboration between schools, parents, and society.

The BEA acquisition of Rights over the land and building tax is imposed on the acquisition of land rights and buildings. The tax was enacted by the Central Government into tax areas since January 2011. Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia this tax set forth in applicable local Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia number 5 in 2011 about tax areas. The purpose of the study to analyze the tax collection mechanism BPHTB Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia. Methods of analysis used qualitative descriptive. Data collection is done by the method of interview, observation and documentation. The research results of the tax collection mechanism BPHTB through stage charging SSPD BPHTB, stage counting BPHTB payable, the payment stage, verification has not been effective. To improve the understanding of the taxpayers of the County Financial Agency then BPHTB Siau In Indonesia more being proactive by increasing the activities of socialization, because of taxpayer compliance in reporting the Bea acquisition of Rights over the land and buildings in the Regency Siau In Indonesia is still lacking. Keywords: tax collection Mechanisms, BPHTB, buying and selling land and buildings
