The explosive growth of information systems today offers many interesting technology solutions on the market. However, the technology may be adopted without considering the impact on existing information systems and user expectations. We encourage you to identify and implement the technology solution that best suits your information system strategy. As a result, new methods have emerged and design tools are still evolving. The PHP framework as part of it opens up new perspectives in enhancing information systems . In this regard, this article focuses on a comparative study between the most popular PHP frameworks, the Symphony framework, and Laravel. Therefore, it provides an efficient comparison of Zend and Larval that combines functionality , multilingual, system requirements, technical architecture, code structure, continuous integration (CI), and finally the seven dimensions of the document dimension and the learning curve. The results show that our model can help IT project developers choose the right PHP framework.

<p>With the current explosion of Information Systems, the market offers a wide range of interesting technological solutions. Yet, this does not mean adopting a technology without considering its impact on the existing information system and user expectations. It is recommended to identify and implement the technological solutions most suited to the Information Systems strategy. Therefore, new methods are emerging and design tools are still evolving; the PHP Frameworks are part of it, which open up new perspectives in terms of information system enrichment. In this context, this paper focuses on the elaboration of a comparative study between Laravel, symfony framworks, which are the most popular PHP frameworks.  Thus, it provides an effective comparison model that merges seven dimensions: Features, Multilingual, System requirements, Technical architecture, Code Organization, Continuous Integration (CI) and finally Documentation and learning curve dimension. Results show that our model can be beneficial for IT project developers to select the suitable PHP Framework.</p><p> </p>

The characteristics and behaviour of information system users have a big influence on the successful implementation of information systems. There have been many studies that reveal the effects of user behaviour related to technology and information systems. The majority of research conducted deals with the impact of culture on user behaviour after the implementation of information systems. Very few journals discuss how the characteristics and factors of user behaviour are used as inputs that affect the information system development process. This research was conducted to conduct a literature review regarding the dominant factors in user behaviour and to see their impact on the development of information systems. The results of the study are in the form of synthesis to see the opportunity to include these user behaviour factors into components of the information system requirements.

The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of accounting information systems on the economy. The study has been directed based on the analytical and theoretical. It observed a total of 500 respondents. To run the research and to get informative results, this paper used primary data. It uses the Chi squire test, ANOVA tests, and Multinomial Logistic tests for analyzing the results. It calculates the data with the help of IBM statistical packages for social science (SPSS). This paper assumes that AIS is beneficial for Bangladeshi organizations, which contributes to the economic development of Bangladesh. However, it finally shows that this system has a gap between what accounting information systems are & what should be. This paper suggests that an organization may get potential benefits through the implementation of AIS in Bangladesh. It also will be benefited stakeholders from implying it. The paper conducts based on the listed financial organizations of Bangladesh. This is the main limitation of this study. It is the first work in Bangladesh based on my knowledge. It provides accurate information to all stakeholders that help them to the right decision. It will also help to improve the economic development of Bangladesh.

Twenty-three government organizations, which had or were developing Information Systems (IS) or Information Technology (IT) strategies; were interviewed in most cases the scope was the whole organization. Many internal reasons led to the development of these strategies but external factors were also often present. Management structures were similar and tended to follow CCTA guidelines. The need to ‘'sell’ strategies was widely understood and regular reviews were planned. Strategies most frequently covered an implementation period of 5 years. In most cases, business objectives drove the definition of information requirements; and business issues included the need to improve efficiency, the impact of legislative change and problems caused by the creation of executive agencies. There was a widespread move towards Open Systems and security was tending to become a departmental issue. Expenditure on IT was frequently about 5–7 % of programme expenditure. Departments were reluctant to discuss the value of intangible benefits. Steady progress was being made with the implementation of strategies being subject to various problems and constraints. Lessons learnt included the needs for clear business goals, senior management involvement, managing users’ expectations and selling strategies. Departments are moving slowly in the right direction and may be expected to match the best practice in the private sector within a few years.

Abstract. In the study, the neural basis of emotional reactivity was investigated. Reactivity was operationalized as the impact of emotional pictures on the self-reported ongoing affective state. It was used to divide the subjects into high- and low-responders groups. Independent sources of brain activity were identified, localized with the DIPFIT method, and clustered across subjects to analyse the visual evoked potentials to affective pictures. Four of the identified clusters revealed effects of reactivity. The earliest two started about 120 ms from the stimulus onset and were located in the occipital lobe and the right temporoparietal junction. Another two with a latency of 200 ms were found in the orbitofrontal and the right dorsolateral cortices. Additionally, differences in pre-stimulus alpha level over the visual cortex were observed between the groups. The attentional modulation of perceptual processes is proposed as an early source of emotional reactivity, which forms an automatic mechanism of affective control. The role of top-down processes in affective appraisal and, finally, the experience of ongoing emotional states is also discussed.

This study attempted to identify the impact of internal work environment on the retention of healthcare providers at Turaif General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In particular, the study aimed to identify the dimensions of work circumstances, compensation, and relationship with colleagues, professional growth, and the level of healthcare providers’ retention. In order to achieve the study goals, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher used the questionnaire as the study tool. The study population comprised all the healthcare providers at Turaif General Hospital. Questionnaires were distributed to the entire study sample that consisted of 220 individuals. The number of questionnaires valid for study was 183 questionnaires. The research findings were as follows: the participants’ estimate of the work circumstances dimension was high (3.64), the participants’ estimate of the compensation dimension was moderate (3.32), the participants’ estimate of the relationship with colleagues dimension was high (3.62), the participants’ estimate of the professional growth dimension was weak (2.39), and the participants’ estimate of healthcare providers’ retention level was intermediate (2.75). Accordingly, the researcher’s major recommendations are: the need to create the right atmosphere for personnel in hospitals, the interest of the hospital to provide the appropriate conditions for the staff in terms of the physical and moral aspects for building the work adjustment in the staff, and conducting training courses and educational lectures for personnel in hospitals on how to cope with the work pressures.

The right to adequate housing is a constitutional imperative which is contained in section 26 of the Constitution. The state is tasked with the progressive realisation of this right. The allocation of housing has been plagued with challenges which impact negatively on the allocation process. This note analyses Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality v Various Occupiers, Eden Park Extension 51 which dealt with a situation where one of the main reasons provided by the Supreme Court of Appeal for refusing the eviction order was because the appellants subjected the unlawful occupiers to defective waiting lists and failed to engage with the community regarding the compilation of the lists and the criteria used to identify beneficiaries. This case brings to the fore the importance of a coherent (reasonable) waiting list in eviction proceedings. This note further analyses the impact of the waiting list system in eviction proceedings and makes recommendations regarding what would constitute a coherent (reasonable) waiting list for the purpose of section 26(2) of the Constitution.
