Data Analysis uses RangeScale and Simple Linear Regression. The results reveal that the Leader Member Exchange (LMX)show very strong and high in Organizational Commitment. Based on statistical tests and empiricalconditions in the company is known that the leader member exchange is one of the factors thatdetermine the commitment of the organization and the organizational commitment of employees.Furthermore, the t test support that the leader member exchange have a significant influence onorganizational commitment. Based on this research, the suggestion is that refers to the responses ofrespondents on the quality of LMX is high, thereby managing the proximity relationship between theboss-subordinate can be done in several ways, the boss can do personal identification on eachemployee. It can be more flexible to subordinates so that subordinates can meet with employers tomore easy exchange ideas. Creativity is not only owned by the in group, but also could be developedin every person (out group) through a process of gradual nature.Keywords : leader member exchange, organization commitment

This study examines the effect of inventory levels on economic rentability at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. Referring to two variables, namely economic rentability as the dependent variable / dependent variable (x) and inventory level as independent variables / independent variables (y). The purpose of this research is to find out whether or not there is a positive and significant influence between inventory level rotation, economic profitability at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk, and to find out how much influence the inventory level has on economic rentability. The research method used in carrying out this research is an associative research method which aims to determine the influence of the two variables studied. This study uses simple linear regression data analysis techniques, while for the hypothesis test statistical tests are carried out with the T test. For the regression equation obtained is Y = 18.72 - 0.23X. This study concludes that the inventory does not significantly influence the economic rentability of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. These results can be seen from tcount of -1.585 and ttable of 2.015, which means that tcount is smaller than ttable. While the influence of inventory variables on economic rentability is 33.4% while the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Inventory, economic rentability, profitability.

Tourism has been an icon of countless regions in Indonesia since the founding of "Visit to Indonesia" in 2009 by the Government. All efforts were made by stakeholders (Government, managers of tourism destination, hotels and surrounding communities) in order to increase the visit of local tourist (Wiscal), archipelagic tourist (Wisnu) and foreign tourists (Wisman), one of the method is by implementing Saptapesona. The goal of this research is to distinguish the influence of reception of society of Sidoarjo toward marine ecotourism development through the implementation of Saptapesona. The type of this study is quantitative with data acquisition technique through observation and questionnaire, distributed to tourism managers, village and district government staff, and tourists in three different locations namely Sedati, Candi, and Jabon respectively for about 144 respondents. The data analysis was using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of community receptions on the development of marine ecotourism.

Many companies have started to pay attention to the promotion of employee happiness and offer a variety of benefit plans to improve company productivity. Work-life harmony and leader-member exchange are important parts of the quality of working life. Organizational commitment is directly related to organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of work-life harmony and leader-member exchange on organizational commitment through employee happiness at work. Data was collected from 530 workers employed in a variety of organizations. It was found that work-life harmony and leader-member exchange quality were significant predictors of employee happiness at work and that the happiness at work was a significant indicator of organizational commitment. In addition, the happiness at work completely mediated the relationships between work-life harmony and organizational commitment, and partially mediated the relationships between leader-member exchange and organizational commitment. The results of this study will be helpful for employees and organizations as it will offer solutions to promote employee happiness and improve company productivity. In addition, it can be utilized as a basic resource for a corporate welfare system.

The background of this research is the low of reading literacy skills in SDN Pegagan. The low of reading skills is thought to have an effect on student achievement as well. This is indicated by the results of student achievement that are still low. The purposes of this research are to (1) Know the reading literacy skills of student (2) Know the level of student achievement, and (3) Know the influence of reading literacy skills on student achievement in SDN Pegagan. The study design used quantitative survey research with a sample of 88 students in SDN 1, 2, and 3 Pegagan. Data analysis used simple linear regression test. The results showed that (1) the reading literacy skills of students was quite sufficient at 67.53%, (2) The students' learning achievement was classified as very good at 81%, and (3) There was a significant influence of 5.4% between reading literacy skills and student achievement learning.

Based on research background mentioned above, the writer can formulate the problem in this study is Are in siplin work take effect to performance employees at PT. Grace Niaga Jaya Branch Pekanbaru . The purpose of this study is to knowing influence discipline to performance employees   on PT. Grace Niaga Jaya Branch Pekanbaru .Data analysis in this research is done by using method descriptive   and quantitative .Method descriptive that is data analysis with way decomposition theories contained in list library and connected with the data obtained from results research that will be collected , grouped and tabulated then taken conclusion . And methods quantitative with technique simple linear regression . Samples taken in research this is numbered 44 people, h a sil research is seen from calculation could obtained equation regression simple linear as the following : Y = 15.324 + 0.659X that there is a significant influence variable discipline to performance that is could seen value t_hitung (5471)> t_tabel (2.0180), the value coefficient determination ( R Square) of 0.416 ie that magnitude influence variable free to variable bound by 41.6 percent sedangka the rest by 58.4 percent affected by variable others

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya keluhan pengunjung tentang kualitas fasilitas wisata yang ada di lokasi pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu yang buruk dan belum memuaskan mereka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 69 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,6%, sedangkan sisanya 76,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dalam hal ini variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu. This research aims to know the influence of the quality of  tourism facilities  to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. The background of this research is too many visitors complaints about their dissatisfactions. Some of them disappointed with the quality of tourism facilities in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. This is a quantitative research and use simple linear  regression technique. This research use questionnaires with 69 visitors as samples and data processing with Software SPSS. From this research researcher know that the quality of tourism facilities have positive and significant influence to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. The contributes  of the quality of  tourism facilities  to visitors satisfaction are  23,6% and 76,4% explained by others variables. The  quality of  tourism facilities have positive effects  to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen STIE Riau yang berjumlah 54 orang. Dan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kompetensi dengan nilai R square di dapat 0,541, yang berarti kompetensi memberikan  kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 54,1% terhadap kinerja dosen, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa hipotesis kompetensi dapat diterima kebenarannya. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers at the STIE of Riau. The population in this research is the lecturer of STIE Riau which amounted to 54 people. And the sample amounted to 54 people by using sampling technique that is  sampling saturated. Data analysis was performed by using reliability test, simple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers of the STIE of Riau. Based on the result of research that competence with R square value can be 0,541, which means competence contributed 54,1% to lecturer performance, and have positive and significant influence to lecturer performance with sig level. 0,000. The conclusion from the research that the hypothesis of competence acceptable truth.

The purpose of this study is to examine how leader-member exchange (LMX) similarity might affect exchange quality between coworkers. This research also investigates the relationships of LMX and CWX (coworker exchange) to employees’ organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Each respondent from 76 nurses at three hospitals in Semarang were asked to rate the quality of the relationship he/she had with his/her supervisor, resulting in 76 LMX ratings. They were also asked to rate the quality of their relationships with each of their coworkers. A dyad was created where we had complete information on two employees rating one another. Once paired, a total of 146 dyads with complete LMX, CWX, and work attitude data were acquired. The results of this research indicate that the interaction between two coworkers’ LMX scores predicts CWX quality for the coworker dyad. After controlling for CWX, LMX quality is positively related to job satisfaction, but not to organizational commitment. Furthermore, after controlling for LMX, a greater diversity in a worker’s CWX relationship is negatively associated to his/her organizational commitment, but not to his/her job satisfaction. The interaction of CWX quality and CWX diversity, however, does not predict work attitude.

This study aims to see the relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Job Satisfaction with Organizational Commitment to North Sumatra Police State Police School Educators. The study was conducted on 75 educators. Data collection is a scale method, namely the Leader Member Exchange scale, the scale of job satisfaction and the scale of organizational commitment. Before the scale was used, a scale trial was carried out on 40 civil servants / civil servants. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression. The results showed; There is a very significant relationship between leader member exchange and job satisfaction with organizational commitment. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. The two variables in this study, namely leader member exchange and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, contributed 84.8% to the level of organizational commitment. Separately, the leader member exchange contributed 66.9% to the level of organizational commitment, while job satisfaction contributed 83.3% to the level of organizational commitment. The total contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable was 84.8%. This means that there are still 15.2% of the influence of other variables on organizational commitment, including personal or individual factors including quality of work life, organizational factors in the form of organizational climate, and non-organizational factors.
